Abstract

This study analyses the optimisation of marketing functions to enhance the added value and competitiveness of Indonesian palm oil products through the holistic integration of eight key functions: purchasing, sales, transportation, storage, financing, risk insurance, quality standardisation, classification, and market information. Using a systematic literature review approach, the study consists of two main discussions: (1) the integration of operational functions that reduce transaction costs by 20-30% through the synchronisation of digital supply chains; and (2) the integration of strategic functions that support national downstreaming with a multiplier effect of Rp 3.2 trillion per Rp 1 trillion investment through sharia KUR financing, parametric insurance, and ISPO certification. The findings confirm that current marketing fragmentation causes disparities in farmer margins of £47-305/kg of fresh fruit bunches and only 65% utilisation of palm oil mills, which can be addressed through an integrated ERP-IoT-blockchain platform. Strategically, this optimisation strengthens Indonesia's position as a 55-60% global palm oil producer, supports B40 biodiesel, and meets EUDR regulations for sustainable competitiveness until 2035

Abstract

Gamification is a recent teaching technique in academic libraries that is turning the conventional library orientation and information literacy (IL) training into engaging, student-centred learning experiences. This research investigates the use of gamification design elements (points, badges, quests and leaderboards) in library instruction to improve student engagement, motivation, and learning. Building on existing learning theories, such as Self-Determination Theory, Constructivism, Experiential Learning, and Behaviourism, the paper proposes a theoretical model of gamification design and IL. The research takes a conceptual and design-based approach to examine the effects of gamified activities on user experiences and learning. The study reveals that gamification enhances library use, enhances IL skills and engages users in learning. The research finds that gamification is an effective and scalable teaching strategy which transforms academic libraries into active learning spaces that support academic achievement and lifelong learning.

Abstract

This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach to examine how perceived usefulness and ease of use of information technology affect the quality of financial reports in hotel businesses in Jayapura City. Data from 101 individuals were collected, and multiple linear regression analysis was used for analysis. With values of 0.005 and <0.001 (p<0.05), the findings indicate that perceived ease of use (X1) and usefulness of technology (X2) significantly affect the quality of financial reports (Y). These two factors explain 81.9% of the variance in the quality of financial reports, based on the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.819. The importance of using accounting information technology to improve the effectiveness and transparency of financial reporting is the main topic in this study.

Abstract

Tantrums are emotional outbursts marked by a child being stubborn, crying, screaming, defiant, or angry. Usually toddlers often experience tantrums caused by gadgets. In the environment around us, we often see things like this, especially in toddlers who already understand how to play gadgets. Many parents find it difficult to watch their toddlers playing with gadgets because they spoil their children too much. These tantrums can occur from various ages, but for toddlers who experience tantrums usually occur more often and are often caused by a gadget. Therefore, we must understand some good ways to reduce the increase in tantrums in toddlers. Because these tantrums can inhibit the growth of children under five and can have a negative impact on the health of children who have tntrum in their daily lives. This research was conducted to find out what the parents and the extension workers did when they saw the tantrums. With this research, it is hoped that parents out there can limit the use of gadgets for toddlers so that they don't get tantrums because of the impact of a gadget

Curriculum as guidance in education is useful for regulating the process of learning activities. The curriculum in higher education, especially at Undhira, is specifically designed to be able to help initiate and accompany all learning activities that are carried out.
