Abstract

This article analyzes the scientific basis for the development of information and consulting services, explores the role of consulting services in tourism, as well as offers to open a unitary enterprise, the introduction of Internet consulting services and improve training to implement it in the tourism business of Uzbekistan. In the hotel business, as in any other, the main thing is profitability. The purpose of consulting is to provide comprehensive information to the customer (hotelier) for making a decision, to suggest options and describe the risks that are lacking in the hotel business in Uzbekistan. A consultant is primarily a partner, an independent expert (Arsenev Aleksey.2015). Consulting solves the issues of management, economic, financial, investment activities of organizations, strategic planning, optimization of the general functioning of the company, business management, and research and forecasting of sales markets, price movements, etc. Our problem in tourism is that hotel business owners have no idea how to properly set up a hotel management system, which in most cases will lead to hotel bankruptcy.

Abstract

The association has used the Human Resources Information Framework (HRIF) with the development of innovation. HRIF is expected to increase the feasibility of training in providing human resources (human resource development) in associations. In this paper, we talk to two HRIF heads in the accommodation business to differentiate between the benefits, efforts, and difficulties of HRIF. HRIF distinguishes jobless positions, accurately investigates each position in the association and its position, understands the competent authority's preparation needs, selects the ideal talent to prepare at the right time, and prepares the program. . Faster and more precise choice regarding replacement placement. Thus, HRIF is thought to play an essential role in managing human resources. Associations need to integrate HRIF with other trusted frameworks to take advantage of good information sharing and independent direction.

Abstract

Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, learning institutions in Indonesia have been forced to switch to e-learning. E-learning is a new way of education that everyone had to adopt. To ensure the continuity of teaching and learning activities, higher education institutions (HEIs) need to explore ways to increase the quality of e-learning systems. The paper aims to understand the quality factors that influence e-learning adoption in Indonesia. The proposed framework is validated with 753 students from four universities located in different regions of Indonesia. Data were analysed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The findings show that a relationship does exist between information quality and e-learning adoption. However, system and service quality did not indicate any significant influence on e-learning adoption. Keywords: Information Quality, System Quality, Service Quality, E-Learning Adoption

Abstract

The Indonesian Aviation Navigation Service Organizing Agency, operating as a State-Owned Enterprise, is obligated to uphold the tenets of Good Corporate Governance per the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Regulation Number 01 of 2011. This commitment extends to the implementation of policies outlined in Law Number 14 of 2008, specifically addressing the Openness of Public Information. A nuanced analysis, rooted in George Edward's implementation theory, delves into the complexities of how the Information and Documentation Management Officer at AirNav Indonesia navigates the communication dynamics, resource allocation, organizational disposition, and bureaucratic structure inherent in executing public information disclosure policies. Employing qualitative methods and triangulation techniques, this study unravels the intricate interplay of these components, illustrating that effective implementation transcends procedural adherence to embody a comprehensive orchestration of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness within the context of public information disclosure. The Information and Documentation Management Officer emerges as a pivotal figure, strategically aligning these elements to achieve a robust realization of the principles of good corporate governance.

Abstract

In today’s digital era, information technology has become an integral part of education, with Learning Management System (LMS) serving as a key innovation supporting online teaching and learning processes. The Army Staff and Command School (Seskoad) uses LMS to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of its educational programs. However, no audit of the LMS information system has been conducted at Seskoad, potentially exposing the system to operational and security risks, such as non-compliance with regulations and vulnerability to cyber attacks. This study aims to audit the LMS using the COBIT 5 framework to evaluate the Maturity Level of IT governance and information system management. The methodology includes observation, interviews, questionnaires, and triangulation of data. The audit results indicate that the LMS Maturity Level is at Level 2 (Managed) across all seven evaluated sub-domains (APO9, DSS01, DSS04, DSS05, DSS06, MEA01, MEA02), with deficiencies in documentation, risk management, and security governance. Recommended improvements include developing SOPs, conducting user training, and performing regular security audits. With systematic implementation over five years, it is expected that Seskoad’s LMS can reach Level 4 (Quantitatively Managed), enhancing effectiveness and efficiency of education and training in the military environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of system quality, information quality, and perceived ease of use on MSME performance through the implementation of the Financial Information Recording Application System (SIAPIK). MSMEs continue to face challenges in financial management due to the use of conventional recording systems and limited digital literacy. Therefore, digital financial applications are expected to improve financial management efficiency and business sustainability. This study applies the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach using a quantitative research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to MSME owners who use SIAPIK applications in Jakarta. The collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with WarpPLS software. The findings indicate that system quality and information quality positively and significantly influence perceived ease of use. In addition, perceived ease of use positively affects MSME performance. These results demonstrate that user-friendly and reliable financial applications contribute to improving financial management effectiveness, operational efficiency, and business sustainability among MSMEs.

Abstract

This study investigates the concerning decline in the logistics service quality of state-owned logistics service providers in Indonesia, as indicated by the 2023 Logistics Performance Index (LPI). An Indonesian state-owned logistics company is presently ranked 9th in usage frequency, behind its domestic competitors. This study aims to identify the critical components encountered by state-owned logistics service provider and investigate the transformation initiatives implemented to improve their operations. A mixed-method approach utilized in this study, incorporating quantitative data from 199 respondents analyzed using the Smart Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique, with qualitative data from Focus Group Discussions and secondary data. The results indicate that service quality is a pivotal factor influencing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Many operational issues were uncovered, highlighting previous challenges that led to the company's collapse. This study indicates the strategic transformations implemented to regain competitiveness, encompassing enhancements in service processes and innovations focused on customer needs. Practical ideas are offered to improve service performance, enabling state-owned logistics service providers to maintain customer trust and attain long-term success in an increasingly competitive market. Further, this research contributes to the discussion regarding sustainability by advocating for logistics practices that are efficient, reliable, and customer-centric, which are conducive to the long-term resilience of organizations. These transformations are consistent with the objectives of Sustainable Development Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) by promoting innovation in public service delivery and improving infrastructure. Also, the promotion of sustainable logistics operations that reduce inefficiencies and waste is a way in which the emphasis on service quality and operational enhancements contributes to Goal 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production).
