Abstract

Budgetting carries behavioral problem that can have important effect on the effectiveness of organization. This study to examine the influency of participatory budgeting and job relevant information toward descent of asimetric information.This research make use of deskriptif assosiatif method with utilized technic anlysis datas are  linier regresion, F-test and T - test.Result shows participatory budgetting and job relevant information simultanously have significant toward descent of asymetric information and so does partially.If asimetric information go down, its will to descent of budgetary slack.   Keywords : Participatory Budgeting, Job Relevant Information, Asimetric Information, Bundgetary Slack

Abstract

In this study, social media Instagram is an application to share the photos and video that is currently widely used for culinary business purposes accessible in the mobile channel. This study aims to determine the effect on the information quality of mobile advertising on brand attitudes and purchase intention. Media research used a third party, namely the culinary @wenaktok in displaying advertisinginformation of a food product because the third party has a better effect in advertising rather than a corporate account. The approach used in this study is the quantitative approach. Type sampling technique of non-probability sampling in this study was convenience sampling.Respondents in this study were 152 respondents who are users of Instagram. Analysis technique used in this study isPartial Least Squares (PLS). This study has shown that the information quality of mobile advertisinghas a significant influence on ads attitudes, brand attitude, and purchase intention. The ads attitude has a significant influence on purchase intentions and brand attitudes. The brand attitude has an influence on consumers' purchasing intentions.The conclusion was that the information quality of mobile advertising in @wenaktok account has a significant influence on the ads attitudes, brand attitudes, and purchase intentions of consumers in food products advertised on social media Instagram through culinary account. So that @wenaktok culinary accounts has information quality mobile advertising that is good to used to advertise in Instagram.

Abstract

This study aims to find out models implementation of the technical interoperability applied and developed on the Digital Library Applications of the Library and Archive Analysis System version 1.0 (LARAS v 1.0) by the Center for Scientific Documentation and Information-Indonesian Institute of Sciences (PDII-LIPI). The other goal of this study is to determine why PDII-LIPI tries to develop LARAS v 1.0 and has changed the previous application of WINISIS. This study was done by using a case study method with qualitative approach. Data was collected by documents analyses and in-depth interviews. This result of the study shows that LARAS v 1.0 was created by developers at PDII-LIPI to avoid the obsolescence of information and technology communication (ITC), in this case, is the digital library application. In fact, the conflicts between the developers and the librarians in developing LARAS v 1.0 still exist. Models implementation of technical interoperability applied to LARAS is a combination of several levels of Level of Information System Interoperability (LISI) model. Nevertheless, in practice, LARAS v 1.0 is still not perfect, especially from the point of view of system development of metadata, encoding, communication protocol, databases, and indexing.

Abstract

Being a company with a high level of productivity is the goal of all companies. If a company or organization has high productivity, the company or organization can be called an advanced company. PT GMF AeroAsia is one that always tries to increase its productivity. PT GMF AeroAsia is a company engaged in aircraft maintenance or known as Maintenance Repair and Overhoul (MRO). PT GMF AeroAsia always tries to improve its performance through increased manhours productivity. If the productivity productivity increases every year, the company's revenue or revenue can increase as well, thus the company will progress and develop to be equal to the world's top ten (10) Maintenance and Overhoul (MRO) companies as the vision of PT GMF AeroAsia is to become a top ten MRO in the World. Therefore, the research will be carried out by analyzing the performance through manhours productivity in every maintenance project in the base maintenance, especially in cabin base maintenance. In this study, an executive information system (EIS) in the form of a dashboard for decision makers such as managers, general managers and vice presidents will be proposed. The aim is as a source of information to identify, control performance and can help and support as a source of information for leaders in deciding wise and strategic decisions on performance, especially the performance of cabin base maintenance units at PT GMF AeroAsia

Abstract

Abstract The development of e-government is a long program planned by the Indonesian Government to be contained in Presidential Instruction number 3 of 2003 concerning national policies and strategies for e-government development, this is intended to realize or implement a bureaucracy that is reliable, professional, productive in excellent service to the community the purpose of implementing good governance, it must also be carried out by local governments such as the City of Pagar Alam, to achieve this desire management systems and work processes must be developed or utilized using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) facilities as needed, in this case Information Technology is the foundation the main support is that later all information systems will be able to provide services for the needs, for this expectation needs to be made good infrastructure planning, in this study used the TOGAF framework (The open group architecture framework) as a framework that there is a reference to the design of the information technology infrastructure of the Pagar Alam City Government, the results are: (a). 28 candidates were proposed to be developed, (b). It was concluded that the connection to each SKPD must be connected to fiber optic fiber using Metro-LAN or Metro-MAN, (c). Obtained the latest concepts and online community service systems, (d). From the analysis, it is known that the application and technology gaps must be repaired or replaced, which ones need to be maintained or integrated using the appropriate system.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is doing evaluation of implementation accounting information system for DPK (Direktorat Pengembangan Kemahasiswaan) in distributing and monitoring the Student Fund (Dana Kemahasiswaan) to Student Club (Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa) in UBAYA. DPK is the division that take responsible to distribute the funds. When the student club want to held an event, one of their source funding is come from university fund called student funding. The researcher want to evaluate the system whether it can be improve in effective and efficient ways, and also give the recommendation for the problem occurred. This research use the qualitative method by gathering information toward observation, interview both to UKM and DPK, also by documentary analysis as the collection method. The process being reviewed is from proposal process until the accountability report (Laporan Pertanggung Jawaban) of event submitted to university.

Abstract

Sistem pendukung keputusan didefinisikan sebagai sebuah sistem yang mendukung kerja seorang managermaupun sekelompok manager dalam memecahkan masalah semi terstruktur dengan memberikan informasiataupun usulan menuju pada keputusan tertentu. Perancangan sistem ini digunakan pendekatan metode R & D(Research And Development) menurut Borg & Gall (1983:775) dan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW)sebagai metode perhitungannya, adapun yang di perhitungkan adalah kriteria, dimana kriteria tersebut yaitu:jumlah konsumen, pusat keramaian, jalan akses, keamanan, potensi perkembangan. Aplikasi ini dibuat denganbahasa pemrograman PHP, MySql sebagai database, dan perangkat lunak yang digunakan yaitu: AdobeDreamweaver dan Apache. Pemilihan lokasi untuk pembangunan lokasi service center yang tepat merupakansebuah permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi oleh PT. Eltra Aneka Tehnik Semarang. Pimpinan merasakebingungan dalam menentukan lokasi yang tepat untuk dibangunnya service center karena ada banyak hal yangharus dipertimbangkan agar pembangunannya tidak sia-sia dan dapat mengatasi permasalah perusahaan. Sistempendukung keputusan ini mampu memberikan kemudahan pimpinan perusahaan dalam menentukan lokasi servicecenter yang tepat, melalui proses-proses perhitungan yang tepat dan sistem yang terintegrasi dengan GeographicInformation System (GIS) yang dapat menunjuk langsung lokasi secara online. Hasil yang diperoleh yaituTunjungan Elektronik Center dengan nilai 97,00, ITC Mega Grosir dengan nilai 87,00, Galaxy Mall dengan nilai86,00, Delta Plaza dengan nilai 85,00, Hi-tech Mall dengan nilai 84,00, Citra Wold Surabaya dengan nilai 83,00sehingga alternative yang dipilih yaitu Tunjungan Elektronik Center dengan perolehan nilai tertinggi 97,00.Kata kunci:Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, SAW, R & D, GIS, Service Center

Abstract

Sejak diterbitkan Impres No. 3 tahun 2003, penerapan e-Government di Indonesia semakin berkembang. Penerapan e-Government ini merupakan upaya untuk mengembangkan pemerintahan berbasis elektronik dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik secara efektif dan efisien. Dinas XYZ merupakan salah satu dinas yang menangani urusan wajib pemerintahan yang berkaitan dengan pelayanan dasar, sehingga untuk mendukung kinerja dinas tersebut tidak cukup dalam penerapan teknologi informasi saja tetapi harus dilakukan pengawasan atau pengukuran tingkat kematangan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi khususnya terhadap teknologi informasi yang digunakan dan evaluasi kinerja sistem, sehingga adanya teknologi informasi tersebut dapat digunakan secara maksimal. Kata kunci : e-government, pengukuran tingkat kematangan, teknologi informasi.

Abstract

Data mahasiswa merupakan data yang berlimpah terdiri dari awal masuk sampai dengan kelulusan . dikarenakan data yang sangat banyak faktor data warehouse menjadi peluang besar untuk mencul, data yang masuk secara beruntun pada setiap tahunnya memiliki pola tertentu sehingga  diperlukan suatu teknik analisis data yang dapat mengambil informasi yang berharga dari sekian banyak data yang terkumpul pada suatu perangkat komputer atau pelaporan. penelitian ini  dilakukan pada Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani tepatnya pada jurusan informatika diperlukan suatu teknik analisis data  untuk menganalisis data tersebut. Pada penelitian kali ini data latih sebanyak 82 dan data uji sebanyak 35 diperlukan beberapa atribut dalam menyelesaikan persolanan tersebut diantaranya NIM, nama mahasiswa matakuliah semester 1 sampai dengan 6 dengan total jumlah matakuliah sebanyak 65 dengan penyelesaian studi tepat waktu <= 4 tahun dan > 4 tahun metode yang digunakan adalah Naïve Bayes classifier penelitian ini memperoleh nilai akurasi sebelum menggunakan seleksi fitur sebesar 62 % dan setelah menggunakan seleksi fitur meningkat tidak signifikan sebesar 6 % atau menjadi 68 % sehingga seleksi fitur menggunakan information gain dapat menghilangkan noise dalam proses pengklasifikasian menggunakan naive bayes classifier. Abstract

Pada hakekatnya argumentasi-argumentasi tentang ilmu pengetahuan dan seni berikut tugas-tugasnya dapat di dasarkan pada perdebatan metafisika dalam filsafat dalam filsafat Perdebatan ini selalu berlangsung tanpa ada habisnya. Perdebatan antara "apa"dan "apa yang dilihat", antara "ide"dan "image", antara "realitas" dan "penampakan" mewabah pada segala bidang filsafat dan juga pada seni. Apalagi di era informasi ini, antara memesis dan abstraksi, antara persepsi data langsung seperti pada seni dialektika materialis dan bentuk idealisme pada seni konstruktivis, masih membutuhkan diskusi dan bahasan tersendiri.
