Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Internal Integration, External Integration, dan Information Technology terhadap Supply Chain Performance melalui Strategic Performance Alignment pada sektor logistik di Kota Tarakan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) terhadap 120 responden yang bekerja pada perusahaan sektor logistik di Kota Tarakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Internal Integration, External Integration, dan Strategic Performance Alignment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Supply Chain Performance. Information Technology tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap Supply Chain Performance (β = 0,161; p = 0,059), namun berpengaruh secara tidak langsung melalui Strategic Performance Alignment (β = 0,220; p = 0,002).

Abstract

This study investigates The Role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Enhancing Educational Accessibility and Quality in Indonesia's 3T Regions. Employing a descriptive qualitative methodology, data were collected through triangulation participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation involving key stakeholders (teachers, students, and officials) in Eastern Indonesia. Findings confirm that ICT significantly overcomes geographical constraints by facilitating access to diverse learning resources and enabling effective distance learning, subsequently boosting digital literacy and student engagement. However, the study identifies persistent barriers in infrastructure gaps (connectivity, device scarcity) and human resource capacity (techno-pedagogical competence) that hinder optimal integration. This research underscores the necessity of a systemic strategy combining resilient infrastructure development, continuous teacher training, and localized policy to achieve sustainable educational equity.

Abstract

The massive development of information technology has ushered in an era of information disruption, presenting complex challenges for Islamic educational institutions in managing their institutional image and maintaining public trust. This study aims to analyze digital communication-based Public Relations (PR) strategies in building public trust (digital trust) in madrasahs, encompassing participatory planning processes, the implementation of integrated programs, as well as evaluation and mitigation of obstacles. The research approach used is qualitative with a multi-site case study design. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation at two sites. Data analysis was conducted interactively, encompassing data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that both madrasahs successfully carried out a fundamental reconstruction of the public relations role, shifting from traditional technical-administrative functions to becoming a managerial strategic instrument. Trust within the digital community was fostered through a combination of adaptive strategies, including the participatory and inclusive formulation of communication directions, the internalization of humanistic values through a structural-cultural approach, the synchronization of social media content based on learning realities and local religious culture, and the implementation of a continuous quality improvement (CQI) based on local wisdom and the use of AI. The success of digital PR strategies in Islamic educational institutions depends heavily on the originality of the organizational culture, where a strong communication identity serves as a solid foundation for reputation in countering misinformation in this era of disruption.

Abstract

The management of student activity data scattered across numerous categories and the manual, subjective assessment of graduate competencies make student competency profiles difficult to standardize, compare, and verify. This study develops a Student and Alumni Information System that manages activity data, alumni data, and online CVs while mapping graduate competencies automatically, objectively, and auditably by applying a rule-based expert system and a weighted scoring method based on Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). The system was built using the Laravel 12 framework and a MySQL database with the Prototype development model. The competency engine operates deterministically: verified student activities are normalized, matched against a competency catalog (soft skills through a category matrix and technical skills through keywords), and then scored by multiplying base points with role, level, output, and verification multipliers. The scores are aggregated using a diminishing returns mechanism and enriched with an academic bonus (GPA) to determine competency levels (from Developing to Expert), along with a confidence level and a traceable evidence trail. Testing was carried out using black box testing and validation of the scoring results against student affairs expert judgment. The results show that the system produces consistent and verified competency profiles to support the generation of online CVs and Diploma Supplements (SKPI), thereby supporting sustainable competency development and graduate competitiveness (sustainable employability).

Abstract

Google Scholar merupakan salah satu platform pencarian literatur ilmiah yang banyak digunakan oleh mahasiswa untuk mendukung kegiatan akademik dan penelitian. Meskipun demikian, berbagai permasalahan terkait kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan masih ditemukan, seperti ketidakakuratan metadata, hasil pencarian yang kurang relevan, serta ketidakkonsistenan layanan yang dapat memengaruhi pengalaman pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi Continuance Intention penggunaan Google Scholar dengan mengintegrasikan Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM), Information Quality, dan Service Quality. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 220 mahasiswa dari lima perguruan tinggi negeri di Surabaya yang pernah menggunakan Google Scholar. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Confirmation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perceived Usefulness dan Satisfaction. Selain itu, Information Quality dan Service Quality berpengaruh positif terhadap Perceived Usefulness, sedangkan Service Quality juga berpengaruh positif terhadap Satisfaction. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Perceived Usefulness tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap Continuance Intention, sementara Satisfaction menjadi faktor yang paling dominan dalam mendorong penggunaan berkelanjutan Google Scholar. Kontribusi penelitian ini terletak pada pengembangan model Expectation Confirmation Model dalam konteks layanan pencarian literatur akademik melalui integrasi variabel Information Quality dan Service Quality. Temuan penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi pengembang layanan akademik digital untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan pengalaman pengguna.

Abstract

Digital transformation in education has encouraged schools to modernize administrative services, including new student admissions. However, many primary schools still rely on manual registration processes that often lead to inefficiencies, data inaccuracies, and limited access to information. This study aims to develop a digitalization model for new student admission services through a web-based information system in primary schools. A qualitative case study was conducted at SD Islam Al-Asri Palembang using observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation techniques. The study employed a prototype-based development approach to analyze existing admission processes and formulate a digitalization model that integrates registration, data management, verification, and reporting services. Model validation was carried out through practitioner review involving the school principal, administrative staff, and IT personnel, using three evaluation parameters: model practicality, completeness of the five service components, and contextual applicability within the primary school setting. The results show that the proposed model consists of five key components: digital registration, data validation, document management, admission status notification, and reporting services. The model simplifies administrative workflows, improves data accuracy, accelerates the admission process, and enhances transparency and accessibility for both parents and school administrators. The study concludes that the proposed digitalization model can support the modernization of primary school admission services and serve as a replicable reference for schools seeking to implement digital transformation in educational administration.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Inventory Koperasi (SIKOMO) Universitas Dr. Soetomo telah digunakan untuk mendukung pengelolaan stok dan transaksi secara terkomputerisasi serta memenuhi kebutuhan operasional internal pengurus koperasi. Namun, layanan informasi yang tersedia belum dapat diakses secara langsung oleh dosen dan karyawan sebagai pelanggan utama. Informasi mengenai stok, harga, dan kategori barang masih mengharuskan pelanggan datang ke lokasi koperasi, sehingga kurang efisien dan belum mendukung penyediaan layanan berbasis digital yang cepat dan real-time. Selain itu, belum tersedia Telegram chatbot yang terintegrasi langsung dengan sistem inventory dan mampu memahami pertanyaan pengguna dalam bahasa alami. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Telegram chatbot berbasis Natural Language Processing (NLP) yang terintegrasi dengan SIKOMO melalui arsitektur webhook untuk menyediakan layanan pengecekan stok, harga, dan kategori barang secara real-time. Evaluasi sistem dilakukan melalui pengujian fungsional dan pengukuran waktu respons. Hasil pengujian fungsional menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 86%, yang mengindikasikan bahwa sistem mampu mengenali intent dan memberikan respons sesuai dengan skenario yang dirancang. Pengukuran waktu respons dilakukan dengan menghitung selisih waktu antara pesan yang dikirim pengguna dan balasan yang diterima melalui Telegram, serta dengan mengukur durasi pemrosesan pada sisi server menggunakan fungsi microtime dalam satuan milidetik. Setiap intent diuji sebanyak sepuluh kali pengulangan. Intent dengan kompleksitas rendah, seperti sapaan dan jam operasional, memiliki rata-rata waktu respons masing-masing sebesar 0,93 ms dan 0,86 ms. Sementara itu, intent yang memerlukan eksekusi query basis data, yaitu cek harga, cek stok, dan cek kategori, memiliki rata-rata waktu respons masing-masing sebesar 4371,37 ms, 4373,98 ms, dan 4442,55 ms dengan tingkat konsistensi yang stabil pada setiap pengujian. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sistem chatbot dapat berjalan dengan baik. Sedangkan faktor utama yang memengaruhi waktu respons adalah proses akses basis data. Secara keseluruhan, Telegram chatbot yang dikembangkan mampu mendukung penyediaan layanan informasi koperasi secara digital dan real-time, serta berpotensi meningkatkan efisiensi layanan dalam mendukung transformasi digital di lingkungan perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Pendataan tingkat pendidikan warga merupakan aspek penting dalam pengelolaan administrasi desa karena digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan dan perencanaan pembangunan sumber daya manusia. Namun, proses pendataan yang masih dilakukan secara manual sering menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan pencarian data, dan kesulitan dalam penyusunan laporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi klasifikasi tingkat pendidikan warga Desa Pasir Sari berbasis web menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan sistem. Sistem dibangun menggunakan PHP dan MySQL, sedangkan algoritma Naïve Bayes digunakan untuk melakukan klasifikasi tingkat pendidikan berdasarkan atribut umur, pekerjaan, dan status perkawinan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu membantu perangkat desa dalam mengelola data warga secara lebih cepat, efektif, dan terstruktur. Selain itu, sistem dapat melakukan klasifikasi tingkat pendidikan secara otomatis dan menghasilkan laporan yang mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan. Hasil pengujian Black Box Testing menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur sistem berjalan dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan pengguna.

Abstract

Posyandu memiliki peran penting dalam memantau pertumbuhan dan perkembangan balita, khususnya dalam penentuan status gizi. Namun, proses pencatatan dan penilaian status gizi yang masih dilakukan secara manual dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan pengolahan data dan meningkatkan risiko kesalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Posyandu berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) untuk membantu klasifikasi status gizi balita secara otomatis. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Waterfall yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Algoritma KNN diterapkan menggunakan atribut umur, berat badan, tinggi badan, lingkar lengan atas (LiLA), dan lingkar kepala. Dataset yang digunakan berjumlah 340 data balita yang dibagi menjadi 272 data training (80%) dan 68 data testing (20%). Hasil pengujian menggunakan confusion matrix menunjukkan bahwa algoritma KNN memperoleh tingkat akurasi sebesar 85,29%. Sistem yang dikembangkan mampu mengelola data balita, melakukan klasifikasi status gizi secara otomatis, serta menghasilkan informasi yang lebih cepat dan terstruktur dibandingkan proses manual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi algoritma KNN pada Sistem Informasi Posyandu dapat mendukung kader Posyandu dalam pemantauan status gizi balita secara lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of public accountability achieved through reliable local government financial reporting. The research aims to analyze the utilization of Information Technology (IT) and the Internal Control System (ICS) in enhancing the reliability of financial reports within the Bombana Regency Government. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that IT utilization has been implemented through the SIPD RI application and human resource development, although challenges regarding hardware infrastructure and network stability persist. The application of the five ICS components has proceeded effectively, particularly regarding the control environment and routine monitoring to mitigate fraud risks. An analysis of financial reports from the 2020–2024 period demonstrates the positive contribution of IT and ICS to report reliability, despite continued fluctuations in Locally-Generated Revenue (PAD) and a high reliance on transfer funds. In conclusion, synergy between strengthening technological infrastructure and managing system risks is essential to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of future financial reporting.
