Abstract

The National Land Agency (BPN) is a non-ministerial government agency which is under and responsible to the President and led by the Head. The National Land Agency has the task of carrying out governmental tasks in the field of land nationally, regionally and sectorally in accordance with statutory provisions. In the management of monitoring files that are not centralized, the file management process is still manual, searching for files takes about an hour, and physical files have the potential to be lost or damaged. From the existing problems, an information system for monitoring community complaint files was designed and built which is expected to be able to handle these problems. For analysis and design methods use the Unfield Modeling Language (UML). This information system for monitoring public complaint files uses the programming language PHP and Mysql as the database. With this web-based information system for monitoring community complaint files, the processes involved in terms of monitoring are easier to use, accurate and integrated.

Abstract

PT Finaccel Finance Indonesia adalah salah satu Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pembiayaan dana instan. Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada konsumen, PT. Finaccel Finance Indonesia menyediakan Customer Service sebagai wadah untuk menampung berbagai penanganan keluhan yang diberikan oleh konsumen. Berdasarkan sistem berjalan diperoleh hasil bahwa pada sistem masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan yang semuanya masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga perlu adanya sistem baru yang lebih akurat yaitu sistem informasi keluhan konsumen berbasis web yang menggunakan pemrograman PHP dan pembuatan database dengan MySQL. Dari proses tersebut dihasilkan sebuah sistem keluhan konsumen berbasis web yang dapat mengurangi terjadinya ketidakefektifan dan ketidakefisienan dalam penyampaian keluhan, penampungan keluhan, pengolahan data keluhan, pengambilan keputusan, sampai dengan penyusunan laporan keluhan, yang semuanya digambarkan secara jelas melalui Unified Modeling Language (UML). Hasil penelitian ini meliputi perancangan dan pengembangan prototipe sistem yang diuji menggunakan metode Blackbox Testing, dengan hasil yang valid, sehingga dalam seluruh proses penanganan keluhan termonitoring dengan baik.

Abstract

Perawatan fasilitas umum di lingkungan rumah susun merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam menjaga kenyamanan dan keamanan bagi warga. Namun, di Rumah Susun Penjaringan Jakarta Utara, masih terdapat berbagai kendala dalam proses pemeliharaan fasilitas, seperti kurangnya sistem pengelolaan yang terintegrasi dan transparansi dalam pelaporan kerusakan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dirancang dapat membantu meningkatkan efisiensi dalam proses pemeliharaan fasilitas di rumah susun. Warga merasa lebih mudah dalam melaporkan masalah dan mendapatkan informasi terkini mengenai status perbaikan. Dengan demikian, sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif dalam pengelolaan pemeliharaan fasilitas di Rumah Susun Penjaringan Jakarta Utara.

Abstract

Dalam era digital saat ini, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi menjadi salah satu kebutuhan utama dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan, termasuk dalam industri bengkel motor. Bengkel Motor Hidup Baru selama ini menggunakan sistem manual dalam pencatatan dan pengelolaan data perbaikan kendaraan, yang cenderung tidak efisien dan rentan terhadap kesalahan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan mengimplementasikan rancangan sistem informasi perbaikan kendaraan berbasis web yang dapat digunakan oleh Bengkel Motor Hidup Baru. Sistem informasi yang dikembangkan dirancang untuk mempermudah proses manajemen data perbaikan kendaraan, mulai dari pencatatan keluhan pelanggan, status perbaikan, hingga laporan pekerjaan selesai. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian.

Abstract

Pada PT. International Business Futures, perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa dampak signifikan terhadap proses rekrutmen trader yang masih dilakukan secara manual, yang mengakibatkan inefisiensi waktu, risiko kehilangan data, dan kesulitan dalam mengakses data secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi rekrutmen trader berbasis web guna mengotomatisasi seluruh proses rekrutmen, mulai dari pendaftaran hingga pelaporan, sehingga dapat mempercepat proses rekrutmen dan meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, serta pemodelan sistem menggunakan Unifed Modelling Language (UML). Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode black box untuk memastikan sistem berjalan sesuai spesifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat diakses secara online, mendukung otomatisasi proses rekrutmen, dan menghasilkan laporan yang lebih cepat dan akurat. Dengan implementasi sistem ini, PT. International Business Futures diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan memberikan layanan yang lebih baik kepada nasabah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Management Accounting Information Systems and Performance Measurement on Managerial Performance, with Human Capital as an Intervening Variable. This research is quantitative, associative (causal), and the population is MSMEs in Depok City. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in a total sample of 100. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS data processing program. The results indicate that there is an influence of Management Accounting Information Systems on human capital, an influence of performance measurement on human capital, an influence of Management Accounting Information Systems on managerial performance, an influence of performance measurement on managerial performance, and an influence of Human Capital on managerial performance. Human capital mediates the influence of Management Accounting Information Systems on managerial performance, and human capital mediates the influence of performance measurement on managerial performance in MSMEs in Depok City.

Abstract

Adolescents represent a high-risk group for HIV/AIDS infection due to limited knowledge of transmission mechanisms and appropriate prevention strategies. Health information exposure plays a critical role in shaping adequate knowledge as the foundation for preventive behavior. This study aims to determine the level of HIV/AIDS prevention knowledge among adolescent students and to analyze its association with health information exposure. A cross-sectional study was conducted among 189 students at Institut Ilmu Kesehatan Pelamonia in 2026, recruited via random sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using the Chi-square test (α = 0.05). A total of 66% of respondents had sufficient knowledge of HIV/AIDS prevention; however, 48% had never been exposed to related health information. A significant association was found between health information exposure and knowledge level (p = 0.04; OR = 3.4; 95% CI: [complete]). Health information exposure is significantly associated with HIV/AIDS prevention knowledge among adolescent students. Health education institutions should strengthen structured and sustainable HIV/AIDS education programs to prepare students as future health professionals.

Abstract

The principle of confidentiality in the Tax Amnesty can have a negative impact, the impact of which may occur frauds by individual taxpayers and tax officials. If there is fraud, the process of investigation and investigation to find evidence will be difficult. Law enforcement agencies and examining bodies such as the KPK, BPK, and other related agencies will have difficulties and will not be able to break through taxpayer assets or data because these assets and data are private and protected by law. This can hamper the law enforcement process, especially law enforcement in the tax sector. The principle of confidentiality in Tax Amnesty has an effect on law enforcement. The principle of confidentiality in Tax Amnesty provides potential moral hazard. A moral hazard occurs because of the opportunities or opportunities that enable these actions to materialize. Opportunities for Fiscus and Taxpayers to meet in person. This has the potential to cause a gray area between the Taxpayer and the Fiscus which can cause moral hazard to the Taxpayer. The authority of the Fiscus is prone to be misused, so that it can lead to several criminal actions that can be carried out, namely embezzlement or corruption that can harm the country's finances. And when the crime occurs at a Tax Amnesty Taxpayer, it will be difficult to enforce the law because the data and information sourced from the Declaration and its attachments cannot be used as a basis for investigation, investigation, and / or criminal prosecution of the Taxpayer cannot be used as a taxpayer basis for investigation, investigation and / or criminal prosecution of taxpayers.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the relationship between health information obtained through electronic media and personal hygiene of external reproductive organs in adolescent girls at SMK S 16 Pharmacy Bengkulu. The research method used was an observational analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The results showed that most respondents had limited access to health information through electronic media and demonstrated poor personal hygiene practices of external reproductive organs. Bivariate analysis revealed a significant relationship between health information obtained through electronic media and personal hygiene of external reproductive organs. Adolescent girls who received inadequate health information through electronic media were more likely to have poor personal hygiene practices compared to those who received adequate information. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between health information obtained through electronic media and personal hygiene of external reproductive organs in adolescent girls.
