Abstract

Conventional grocery savings schemes (arisan sembako) managed manually often encounter challenges such as inefficient contribution recording, limited transparency, and difficulties in managing participant data. This study aims to design a mobile-based grocery arisan information system to support the digitalization of community-scale grocery savings management. A descriptive research approach was employed, with data collected through observation and interviews conducted at Mila Sembako. The proposed system was designed using Flutter and Firebase and includes system architecture, use case modeling, Firestore database design, and interface mockup, with an offline-first synchronization mechanism to ensure data accessibility under limited or intermittent internet connectivity. The system supports participant management, grocery package management, contribution recording, winner selection, notification services, and cloud-based data synchronization through Firebase. By centralizing data management in a cloud environment, the system enables more efficient record keeping and improved information accessibility for administrators and participants. The resulting system design provides a structured framework for improving the efficiency, transparency, and reliability of grocery arisan management. The study demonstrates the feasibility of utilizing Flutter and Firebase technologies to support the digital transformation of community-based grocery savings schemes and serves as a reference for future system development and implementation

Abstract

SMP IT Nurul Huda Batujaya is one of the educational institutions for school students in Batujaya District, Karawang Regency. The research objective is to develop teacher performance appraisal. The research method using qualitative methods aims to describe the data analysis in a narrative manner. Methods of data collection by observation, interviews, and literature study. Teacher performance assessment is still done manually by using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Other problems are needed, namely, the high cost of printing documents from each teacher, the documents submitted to the administration department are often damaged and confused, the assessment team must carry a lot of documents during the assessment, and errors during the assessment recapitulation. This can have an impact on delays in the teacher performance assessment process. The system development method uses the waterfall, Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language, MySQL, and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The results achieved in this study can create and design a teacher performance appraisal information system to help the assessment process quickly and correctly to reduce the occurrence of errors.

Abstract

Abstract - The information system for processing studentreport cards based on the website is a system that providesinformation on student activity reports online in the form of grade reports and related student information based on theweb, thus helping speed and quality in delivering information.Problems that occur in processing report cards at SMPN 2 Telagasari are currently still using report cards and inputtingstudent scores is still manual. This study aims to build a valueinformation system that makes it easier to check, record, and report computerized student grade data. In addition, by being web-based, data information can be accessed at any time. This website uses XAMPP as a web server for system design and MySQL as a database. The design of the login menu consisting of admins, teachers, and students has separate access when opening the application so that the security of the program is maintained. Testing this website using black-box testing and Likert scale usability testing to make it easier forauthors to assess whether this online report card processing information system website can facilitate users.

Abstract

Precision agriculture is a modern approach that applies technology to improve efficiency and productivity in the agricultural sector. This study develops a Web Geographic Information System (WebGIS)-based agricultural data management system that integrates spatial and non-spatial data into a single platform. The system supports land mapping, crop age monitoring, planting distribution visualization, and harvest status tracking, and was implemented in the administrative area of Indramayu Regency, Indonesia, as the study site. The system was developed using the Agile Extreme Programming (XP) methodology, which provides flexibility in accommodating user requirements throughout the development process. Functional testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to verify that all system features performed as intended. System performance was evaluated using the PIECES framework (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service), resulting in scores of 6.70, 5.97, 5.93, 5.83, 5.93, and 5.97, respectively. The evaluation showed that the system met user expectations, particularly those of farmers, with overall performance rated from good to very good. The proposed system provides an effective solution for improving agricultural land management through integrated and efficient monitoring

Abstract

The media currently limit public complaints, and some people find it difficult to convey or report events in the area. Complaints are still not fully using information technology media. This makes it difficult for the public to provide suggestions or submit complaints. The authors developed an information system for the public complaint process using the waterfall method from these problems. This system aims to create a Jatibaru village website and create a complaint website for the community so that complaints in the community can be conveyed properly through the complaints website. The public can review the complaints to determine whether the complaints have been processed or not. System development using the PHP and HTML programming languages. The final result of this study resulted in a public complaint information system so that the aspirations of the community were properly conveyed to the village government, all complaints would be discussed by the village apparatus to minimize complaints from the community, and with this system, it can also help monitor complaints submitted by the community.

Abstract

Tanjung Duren Parking is a parking lot whose operational activities still use a manual system, so that parking officers often experience problems such as incorrectly calculating the total parking fee or incorrectly recording incoming and outgoing vehicles, which results in parking revenue anomalies and inaccurate parking space availability data. Therefore, in this research, a parking vehicle management information system was designed as a solution to existing problems. This information system was designed using the system development life cycle (SDLC) method and approach. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, it is known that the information system that has been designed is effective to implement because it is able to solve existing problems such as automatically calculating parking rates and recording vehicles both when entering and leaving

Abstract

The rapid adoption of Generative Artificial Intelligence in organizational information systems has created new opportunities for improving productivity, decision-making, service innovation, and knowledge management. However, its implementation also introduces critical risks related to data privacy, information security, inaccurate outputs, algorithmic bias, ethical misuse, and declining user trust. Objective: This study aims to develop a conceptual model of Generative AI risk governance by integrating AI governance readiness, information security control, ethical AI awareness, user digital trust, and AI adoption effectiveness. The model is proposed to explain how organizations can adopt Generative AI in a secure, ethical, responsible, and trusted manner. Methodology: This study employed a conceptual research design using an integrative literature review approach. Data were collected from secondary academic sources, including peer-reviewed journal articles, reputable conference proceedings, and official technical reports relevant to Generative AI, information systems, cybersecurity, AI ethics, responsible AI governance, and digital trust. The data were analyzed through thematic synthesis to identify conceptual domains, relationships among constructs, and research propositions. Findings: The findings indicate that AI governance readiness serves as a foundational construct that strengthens information security control and ethical AI awareness. These two mechanisms contribute to user digital trust, which subsequently supports the effectiveness of Generative AI adoption in organizational information systems. Implications: This study implies that organizations should not adopt Generative AI solely based on technological benefits. Organizations need to establish governance policies, security controls, ethical guidelines, user education, and trust-building strategies to ensure that Generative AI implementation is safe, accountable, and aligned with organizational objectives. Originality: The originality of this study lies in its integrated conceptual framework, which connects technology adoption, information security, AI ethics, responsible AI governance, and digital trust into a single model for responsible Generative AI implementation in organizational information systems.
