Abstract

The objective of the research is to test the effectiveness of The Occupational Information Network (O*Net) Content Model to Develop Career Construction for Teachers in implementing guidance and counseling services in schools. The research method is experimental with single group pretest-posttest design. The research subjects were 30 of Special Job Fair Teachers and 30 of Guidance and Counseling Teachers in Boyolali Regency. The instrument used is the career construction scale. The data analysis technique uses a different test (paired sample t-test). Research activities include in service training and on the job training. The research results showed an increase in scores from the initial measurement (pretest) of teacher competency mastery in fostering career construction with the final measurement (posttest) of 32.509 with a significance value [2-tail] of 0.000. These results show the effectiveness of The Occupational Information Network (O*Net) Content Model to Grow Career Construction through the extraordinary commitment, hard work and desire to learn of Guidance and Counseling Teachers. The hope is that they will be able to carry out experiential learning in their respective schools so as to create many best practices that can be referred to by other Guidance and Counseling teachers.

Abstract

The student attendance is one of the important aspects of the education process to assess the level of discipline of students and be an indicator of whether students need specific guidance related to the attendance. This research aims to design a web-based information system with RESTful web service architecture to help teachers activities for checking student attendance and recapitulation of data recording with more easily. This research uses the methods of research and development (R&D) and implemented at SMK 2 Batik Surakarta. System development method that used in the information system is Waterfall Model. The steps of Waterfall Model consist of analysis, design, code, and test. The end result of this research is the feasibility of the system based on the results of testing on the aspects of functionality yielded a value of 1 (good) while on the aspects of usability obtained percentage amounting to 81.47% (very high), so it can be inferred that This system is worth to use.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has encouraged small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), particularly culinary businesses, to adopt information systems to improve operational efficiency, transaction accuracy, and customer service quality. Baker Old Asem Baris Outlet still relied on conventional ordering and payment processes, which resulted in several operational challenges, including slow order processing, transaction recording errors, data duplication, and increased employee workload. This research aimed to develop a digital payment-based ordering information system that integrated online ordering, electronic payment, transaction management, and sales reporting features to support business digital transformation. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the Waterfall software development model, which consisted of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The system was developed using the CodeIgniter framework, a MySQL database, and digital payment integration through a payment gateway. The results showed that the developed system successfully provided product catalog management, online ordering facilities, digital payment services, administrative dashboards, and automated sales reporting features. Functional testing using the black-box testing method demonstrated that all system features operated according to the expected specifications. Furthermore, usability evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS), involving 25 respondents, obtained an average score of 78.2, which was categorized as good and acceptable. The study concluded that the developed digital payment-based ordering information system effectively improved transaction efficiency, reduced manual errors, and supported the operational management of Baker Old Asem Baris Outlet. This research contributed to the implementation of practical digital solutions for culinary SMEs in adapting to the digital economy.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on differences in the focus of discussion on the influence of accounting perceptions, accounting knowledge of MSME actors, and motivation on using accounting information systems in Petang District. In addition, there are also research problems, such as the results of preliminary observations made at MSMEs in Petang District found phenomena such as running the system not always going well, there were human resources which were not ready to implement the system, so it took longer to implement it. This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of accounting perceptions, accounting knowledge of MSME actors, and motivation on the use of accounting information systems in the Petang District. This research was conducted in Petang District with a population of 41 SMEs and a sample of 35 SMEs with 70 respondents. All data obtained from the questionnaire distribution is feasible, then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis processed with the SPSS 25.0 program. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that accounting perceptions have a positive and significant effect on usage system information accounting. The accounting knowledge of MSME actors has a positive and significant effect on usage system information accounting. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on usage system information accountancy.

Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of human capital empirically, the use of information technology, and internal control on the quality of financial reports. The sample used in this research was saturated, namely 30 BPRs with addresses in Denpasar. This research data is quantitative and was collected using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this research are that human capital has a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial reports, the use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial reports, and internal control has a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial reports. In addition, this provides implications for future researchers to add other variables such as internal audit, accounting information systems, and others. It is necessary to increase the number of samples and expand the scope of research, which is more comprehensive than BPR in Denpasar.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the extent to which each independent variable contributes to employee performance at the Best Western Kamala Jimbaran Hotel. This research uses a quantitative approach, analyzing multiple linear regression with 46 participants. Data were obtained from questionnaires that were tested for reliability and validity, as well as classical assumption tests, including multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and normality. Each independent variable contributed significantly and positively to employee performance. High employee competency, a balance between work and personal life, and optimal use of information technology will improve employee performance. Therefore, it is recommended that hotel managers develop competencies, support work-life equality, and maximize the use of information technology to improve performance.

Abstract

BPJS Ketenagakerjaan telah mencatat setidaknya 177 ribu kecelakaan kerja pada rentang waktu dari bulan Januari sampai Oktober 2020. Dampaknya dapat merugikan proyek dalam hal biaya, mutu, dan waktu. Terdapat beberapa pendekatan mengenai perencanaan keselamatan konstruksi untuk mengatasi masalah tentang keselamatan kerja. Dewasa ini, teknologi BIM merupakan teknologi paling maju di bidang konstruksi salah satunya terhadap perencanaan keselamatan kerja untuk mengidentifikasi potensi kecelakaan kerja dan pengembangan rencana mitigasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi BIM dengan K3 untuk meminimalkan kecelakaan kerja pada proyek kontruksi tahap perencanaan. Studi pustaka dilakukan guna mengetahui variabel implementasi BIM dengan K3 untuk meminimalkan kecelakaan kerja di proyek konstruksi tahap perencanaan yang selanjutnya akan dibuatkan kuesioner. Kuesioner tersebut akan disebar kepada 34 responden yang merupakan praktisi BIM dengan metode Delphi. Hasil dengan menggunakan metode Delphi menyatakan bahwa terdapat tujuh dari delapan variabel pendekatan implementasi BIM dengan K3 yang dapat meminimalkan kecelakaan kerja pada proyek konstruksi tahap perencanaan. Tiga variabel pendekatan BIM dengan K3 yang paling berpengaruh dalam meminimalkan kecelakaan kerja pada proyek konstruksi tahap perencanaan adalah (1) Model 4D BIM; (2) Simulasi 4D BIM; dan (3) Design for Safety (DfS).

Abstract

Surakarta memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan pengumpulan zakat. Zakat mampu berperan meningkatkan standar hidup masyarakat sehingga berdampak pada pengurangan kemiskinan. Faktanya, terdapat kesenjangan antara potensi dan realisasi penerimaan zakat. Pengumpulan zakat masih jauh dari potensinya. Penelitian sebelumnya mengusulkan skema kerangka kerja kolaborasi berbasis TIK untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan zakat. Skema yang diusulkan telah divalidasi oleh para pengelola zakat di seluruh Indonesia yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat bagaimana penerapan skema kolaborasi model 3C (komunikasi, koordinasi & kerjasama) pengelolaan zakat di Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis data yang interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, presentasi data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan belum ada kolaborasi antar pengelola zakat. Kolaborasi hanya terbatas pada mitra yang bekerja sama dengan lembaga. Kolaborasi berbasis ICT sulit diterapkan di Surakarta karena terkendala perbedaan visi dan misi organisasi pengelola zakat.

Abstract

The adoption of the hybrid work model provides high operational flexibility for organizations, but the other hand, it expands vulnerability gaps within Management Information Systems (MIS). This study aims to identify the main cybersecurity challenges faced by MIS in the hybrid work era and to formulate effective mitigation strategies. Using a qualitative descriptive approach based on a literature review, this study finds that the shattering of network perimeters, the insecure use of personal devices (BYOD), and the rise of phishing attacks are the most dominant cyber threats. The analysis indicates that traditional security models are no longer sufficient to protect corporate information assets. As a solution, this article recommends the implementation of a Zero Trust Security architecture, the activation of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), end-to-end data encryption, and the strengthening of a cyber-aware culture among employees. The implementation of these strategies is expected to maintain the integrity of MIS without sacrificing employee work flexibility.

Abstract

 Abstrak: Kesiapan kerja penting bagi mahasiswa sebelum memasuki dunia kerja, mengingat persaingan di era globalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pengalaman magang dunia usaha/dunia industri terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa; (2) pengaruh penguasaan teknologi informasi terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa; (3)  pengaruh pengalaman magang dunia usaha/dunia industri dan penguasaan teknologi informasi terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa PAP FKIP UNS angkatan 2021 – 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Populasi berjumlah 180 mahasiswa dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 124 responden. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling dan pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengalaman magang dunia usaha/dunia industri terhadap kesiapan kerja Mahasiswa PAP FKIP UNS yang dibuktikan melalui nilai thitung 4,509 > ttabel 1,980; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan penguasaan teknologi informasi terhadap kesiapan kerja Mahasiswa PAP FKIP UNS, dibuktikan melalui nilai thitung 2,589 > ttabel 1,980; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengalaman magang dunia usaha/dunia industri dan penguasaan teknologi informasi terhadap kesiapan kerja Mahasiswa PAP UNS, dibuktikan melalui nilai Fhitung 36,164 > Ftabel 3,07.Kata kunci: sektor bisnis dan industri; keterampilan teknologi informasi; kesiapan profesional; analisis kuantitatifAbstract: Work readiness constitutes a vital competency for students entering the workforce, particularly given contemporary global competition. This study examined: (1) the effect of business/industry internship experience on student work readiness; (2) the effect of information technology mastery on student work readiness; and (3) the combined effect of internship experience and information technology mastery on work readiness among Office Administration Education students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Sebelas Maret, cohorts 2021–2022. The research employed a quantitative descriptive approach with a population of 180 students and a sample of 124 respondents selected through cluster random sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression using SPSS Statistics 26. Results demonstrated that: (1) internship experience significantly and positively influenced work readiness (t = 4.509 > 1.980, p < .001); (2) information technology mastery significantly and positively influenced work readiness (t = 2.589 > 1.980, p = .011); and (3) internship experience and information technology mastery jointly exhibited significant positive effects on work readiness (F = 36.164 > 3.07, p < .001). The coefficient of determination (R²) was .374, indicating that both variables explained 37.4% of work readiness variance.Keywords: business and industry sector; information technology skills; professional readiness; quantitative analysis
