Abstract

Abstract : Manual management of petty cash funds at SDN 091621 Perdagangan still faces various obstacles, such as recording errors, time inefficiency, difficulties in tracking transactions, and a lack of transparency and security of financial data. This study aims to design and implement a Microsoft Excel-based accounting information system as a practical and efficient solution to improve the performance of school financial administration. The developed system is designed to record transactions, calculate balances automatically, prepare daily and monthly financial reports, and perform regular data backups. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, development, implementation, and evaluation through system trials. The test results show that the system is able to improve work efficiency, reduce the risk of recording errors, speed up the reporting process, and improve data security and reliability. In conclusion, this system can be an effective, economical, and easy-to-operate solution for elementary school administrative staff to realize more transparent, accountable, and modern petty cash fund management.Keywords : accounting information system; efficiency; petty cash; primary school. Abstrak : Pengelolaan dana kas kecil secara manual di SDN 091621 Perdagangan masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti kesalahan pencatatan, inefisiensi waktu, kesulitan dalam pelacakan transaksi, serta kurangnya transparansi dan keamanan data keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis Microsoft Excel sebagai solusi praktis dan efisien untuk meningkatkan kinerja administrasi keuangan sekolah. Sistem yang dikembangkan dirancang untuk mencatat transaksi, menghitung saldo secara otomatis, menyiapkan laporan keuangan harian dan bulanan, serta melakukan pencadangan data secara berkala. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi melalui uji coba sistem. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, mengurangi risiko kesalahan pencatatan, mempercepat proses pelaporan, serta meningkatkan keamanan dan keandalan data. Kesimpulannya, sistem ini dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif, ekonomis, dan mudah dioperasikan bagi staf administrasi sekolah dasar untuk mewujudkan pengelolaan dana kas kecil yang lebih transparan, akuntabel, dan modern.Kata Kunci : efisiensi; kas kecil; sekolah dasar; sistem informasi akuntansi.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to design and build a web-based Patient Administration Information System at the ATHA Perdagangan Clinic to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of patient administration services. This system was developed to replace the manual processes currently used, such as patient registration, drug data management, room data management, and recording inpatient and outpatient payment transactions, which are prone to errors and time-consuming. The system development method includes needs analysis, system design using Visual Basic 2010 and Microsoft Access Database, user interface implementation, and system testing. The results of the study indicate that the system built is able to speed up the administration process, minimize data input errors, and produce fast, accurate, and structured reports. The implementation of this system makes it easier for administrative staff to manage patient data, while improving the quality of service at the ATHA Perdagangan Clinic.Keywords: patient administration; visual basic 2010; database access.  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kepasienan berbasis web pada Klinik ATHA Perdagangan guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi layanan administrasi pasien. Sistem ini dikembangkan untuk menggantikan proses manual yang selama ini digunakan, seperti pencatatan pasien, pengelolaan data obat, pengaturan data ruang, serta pencatatan transaksi pembayaran rawat inap dan rawat jalan, yang rentan terhadap kesalahan dan memakan waktu. Metode pengembangan sistem meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem menggunakan Visual Basic 2010 dan Database Microsoft Access, implementasi antarmuka pengguna, serta pengujian sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu mempercepat proses administrasi, meminimalkan kesalahan input data, serta menghasilkan laporan yang cepat, akurat, dan terstruktur. Implementasi sistem ini memberikan kemudahan bagi petugas administrasi dalam mengelola data pasien, sekaligus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di Klinik ATHA Perdagangan.Kata Kunci: administrasi pasien; visual basic 2010; database access

Abstract

Abstract: Basua Coffee is a culinary business facing challenges in managing sales and inventory, which are still done manually. This results in data discrepancies between recorded stock levels and actual conditions, delays in sales reporting, and potential transaction recording errors. The purpose of this study is to design and build a web-based sales and inventory information system that can improve operational efficiency and data accuracy at Basua Coffee. The research method used is a software engineering method with a waterfall approach, including the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. System analysis was carried out using UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling, while system testing was carried out using the black box testing method. The results of this study indicate that the designed information system is able to automatically record sales transactions, monitor inventory in real-time, and produce accurate sales and stock reports. Thus, this system can assist management in making faster and more accurate decisions.Keyword: basua coffe; inventory; information system; sales. Abstract : Basua Coffee merupakan sebuah usaha kuliner yang menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola penjualan dan inventaris yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Hal ini menyebabkan terjadinya ketidaksesuaian data antara tingkat stok yang tercatat dengan kondisi aktual, keterlambatan pelaporan penjualan, dan potensi kesalahan pencatatan transaksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sistem informasi penjualan dan inventaris berbasis web yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan akurasi data di Basua Coffee. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode rekayasa perangkat lunak dengan pendekatan waterfall, meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis sistem dilakukan dengan pemodelan UML (Unified Modeling Language), sedangkan pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan metode pengujian black box. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dirancang mampu mencatat transaksi penjualan secara otomatis, memantau inventaris secara real-time, dan menghasilkan laporan penjualan dan stok yang akurat. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat membantu manajemen dalam mengambil keputusan yang lebih cepat dan akurat.Keywords: basua coffe; inventaris; penjualan; sistem informasi.

Abstract

The rapid growth of urbanization triggers chronic congestion and deteriorating air quality in urban areas. Objective: This study aims to design an Enterprise Architecture (EA) for a Smart Traffic Management Information System based on Big Data IoT using the TOGAF ADM 9.2 framework. Methods: The research employed a qualitative-descriptive approach combined with system engineering methodology based on the TOGAF ADM 9.2 framework, limited to five main stages: Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information Systems Architecture, and Technology Architecture. Findings: The design results in a blueprint for business architecture, data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture that can reduce traffic data latency and sectoral emissions. The Dual-Stream Data Pipeline model enables simultaneous processing of traffic and emissions data to support efficient public transportation operational decisions. Conclusion and Implication: This EA provides strategic guidance for local governments in realizing efficient and sustainable public transportation. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of highway corridor architecture (Dual-Stream Data Pipeline) which brings together public transportation optimization and environmental emission monitoring simultaneously, addressing the gap between Smart Traffic and Smart Environment systems that typically operate in silos. Keywords: enterprise architecture, TOGAF ADM, big data IoT, smart traffic, smart environment.

Abstract

Efficiency in administrative services is an important factor in improving the quality of population services, especially outpatient services for BPJS employees. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of work discipline, employee competence, and information systems on the effectiveness of outpatient administrative services for BPJS participants at Bhayangkara Hospital Kendari. This study used a quantitative cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all hospital administrative employees, using a total sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using univariate analysis, bivariate analysis using chi-square analysis, and multivariate analysis using logistic regression. The results showed a significant impact of work discipline (p = 0.002), employee competence (p = 0.014), and information systems (p = 0.012) on the effectiveness of outpatient administrative services for BPJS participants. Together, these three variables influenced the effectiveness of administrative services, with work discipline being the most important variable. This indicates that as work discipline, employee competence, and the information systems used increase, the level of administrative service efficiency also increases. The conclusion of this study is that work discipline, employee competence, and information systems significantly influence the effectiveness of outpatient administrative services for BPJS employees. Therefore, it is necessary to improve employee discipline, develop competencies through training, and optimize information systems to increase the efficiency of home services.

Abstract

This study mapped the development of dengue fever research at the intersection of spatiotemporal analysis, prediction, and geographic information system-based surveillance during 2020–2025. A descriptive bibliometric design with a science mapping approach was used. Data were retrieved from Scopus using search terms related to dengue fever, spatial or spatiotemporal analysis, prediction or forecasting, and geographic information systems. After title, keyword, abstract screening, metadata cleaning, and harmonization, 360 documents were analyzed using Biblioshiny, Co-occurence network, thematic mapping, trend topic analysis, and author collaboration network analysis. The corpus showed steady scientific activity, with 175 sources, 1,945 authors, 312 articles, 48 reviews, an average of 11.75 citations per document, and an international collaboration rate of 42.5%. Indonesia, Brazil, China, the United States, and Thailand contributed strongly to publication output, while citation impact varied by country. The conceptual structure showed mature themes in dengue epidemiology, spatial analysis, spatiotemporal modeling, and prediction, but weak operational translation into web-based geographic information systems and early warning systems. These findings highlighted the need for validated, interoperable, and decision-oriented geospatial surveillance tools for dengue control.

Abstract

Warehouse inventory management in palm oil plantations requires a fast, accurate, and integrated system. Manual recording often causes stock discrepancies, delayed data updates, and weak inventory monitoring. This study aims to develop a Web-Based Inventory Information System to support real-time stock monitoring. The novelty of this study lies in automatic stock updates based on integrated inbound and outbound goods transactions with centralized reporting. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, UML design, web-based implementation, and Black Box Testing. The main features include item data management, inventory transactions, automatic stock updates, and inventory reports. Testing conducted on 25 scenarios showed that all functions operated according to requirements with a 100 percent success rate. This system is capable of improving inventory management efficiency, accelerating stock monitoring, reducing recording errors, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Abstract

The rapid digitalization of higher education requires academic information services that are fast, integrated, and accessible. Fragmented service channels, high administrative workloads, and slow response times remain persistent operational challenges. This study develops an Intelligent Transformer-Based One-Gate System that centralizes academic services by integrating text classification, abstractive summarization, and chatbot modules. Using a Research and Development approach, the system was built from 1,000 academic documents and service queries collected from FAQs, academic regulations, guides, and digital service archives. The corpus was cleaned, tokenized, encoded, and divided into training, validation, and testing subsets. BERT was applied for document and query classification, while BART and PEGASUS were evaluated for abstractive summarization using ROUGE metrics. The chatbot was assessed through a Likert-scale user acceptance survey. The results of this research show that the BERT classifier achieved 88% accuracy and an F1-score of 0.875, PEGASUS outperformed BART with ROUGE-1 = 0.74, ROUGE-2 = 0.66, and ROUGE-L = 0.71, and the chatbot achieved an average user satisfaction score of 82%. The main contribution of this research is an integrated transformer-based one-gate architecture that combines document routing, academic document summarization, and conversational assistance in a single service platform, offering practical value for reducing fragmented academic information services and methodological value as a reference model for higher education NLP implementation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis peran guru dalam pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dalam upaya meningkatkan keterampilan kreativitas peserta didik Kelas VI A SDN Tinggar 1, yang dilatarbelakangi oleh tantangan teknik pembelajaran tradisional yang kurang mendukung pengembangan keterampilan abad ke-21. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah peran guru dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pemanfaatan media, serta implikasinya terhadap peningkatan kreativitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN Tinggar 1 dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam perencanaan, guru berhasil mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan potensi, serta memilih media teknologi informasi secara selektif untuk memfasilitasi aktivitas kreatif. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, guru bertransformasi menjadi fasilitator dan inovator yang efektif dalam memandu proyek digital dan manajemen kelas berbasis teknologi. Implikasi dari peran ini adalah peningkatan signifikan pada dimensi kreativitas (orisinalitas, elaborasi, kelancaran), antusiasme belajar, dan penguatan relevansi pendidikan abad ke-21. Disimpulkan bahwa peran strategis guru sebagai perancang dan inovator sangat krusial dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar dinamis yang berhasil menumbuhkan potensi kreatif peserta didik di sekolah dasar.
