Abstract

The development of digital technology has transformed corporate communication patterns, making them more flexible, interactive, and integrated, including in marketing communication, which now requires strategic management of digital channels to ensure consistent messaging and strong relationships with the public. This research analyzes Ninja Xpress's digital communication as a means of marketing communication and information dissemination, based on Don E. Schultz's Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) perspective. The study uses a descriptive qualitative method through observation of digital channels (website, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube) along with a literature review, referring to IMC concepts that emphasize message integration, communication consistency, and relationship-building with audiences. The findings show that Ninja Xpress utilizes various digital channels with distinct functions while maintaining a consistent core message, namely ease of logistics services, support for MSMEs, domestic and international delivery reach, and technology utilization. Digital media are also used to build public relations through customer service, social media interaction, and educational content. However, responses to several customer complaints still tend to rely on generic templates, which do not always provide specific solutions. Overall, Ninja Xpress's digital communication has supported the implementation of IMC principles in strengthening brand image and public relations. The company is advised to improve the quality of digital interactions through more personal, solution-oriented responses focused on resolving customer issues.

Abstract

This study analyzes the accountability of PBB-P2 recording and the quality of financial information as part of sustainable village development based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study in Petudua Village, Tanggetada District, Kolaka Regency. Data were derived from observation, discussion, data-recording simulations, activity evaluation, and documentation involving 49 participants. The analysis focuses on taxpayer and tax-object data, revenue recording, transaction traceability, reporting, community understanding, and their relationship with financial accountability. The findings indicate that the quality of PBB-P2 recording is inseparable from the quality of taxpayer and tax-object data, administrative accuracy, staff capacity, and community understanding. Strengthening these processes can improve the reliability of financial information and reinforce accountability mechanisms. From an SDGs perspective, the strongest alignment is with SDG 16 on effective, accountable and transparent institutions and SDG 17 on domestic resource mobilization and partnerships. This study contributes an accounting perspective by positioning PBB-P2 not merely as a tax-collection issue but as a public transaction requiring documentation, recording, internal control, and accountable financial information. Because time-series revenue data, target-realization ratios, and arrears data were unavailable, the study does not claim a quantitative increase in revenue.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Environmental Accounting Information on investment decisions and to examine the role of overconfidence—as a psychological factor—in moderating this relationship among Generation Z investors. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a survey method involving 80 Generation Z investors selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the aid of SPSS. The results indicate that Environmental Accounting Information has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions, with a coefficient of 1.195 and a significance level of 0.000. Overconfidence also exerts a positive and significant influence on investment decisions, with a coefficient of 1.398 and a significance level of 0.000. Furthermore, the interaction between Environmental Accounting Information and overconfidence yielded a coefficient of -0.026 with a significance level of 0.003, demonstrating that overconfidence significantly weakens the impact of Environmental Accounting Information on investment decisions. These findings suggest that Generation Z investment decisions are influenced not only by available information but also by the investors' psychological characteristics in interpreting and utilizing that information. This study reinforces the behavioral finance perspective that psychological biases can influence investor responses to corporate information.
