Abstract

This article reveals the use of information and communication technologies in the financing of innovative projects in enterprises in the context of the development of the innovative economy. In the modern period of development of the national economy, innovations become a strategic factor of growth, affect the composition of social production, change the economic structure of society, stabilize the social situation in the country, and ensure dynamic and stable development of the economy. Modern innovations cannot be imagined without advanced information and communication technologies (ICT). ICT is becoming the main tool and environment for the development and implementation of scientific, economic and social activities. Abstract

Objective: This study aims to develop a web-based outdoor equipment rental information system designed to facilitate efficient and structured management of equipment rental and borrowing processes. Method: The research employed a system development approach involving stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing to address issues commonly found in manual rental management, such as stock recording, scheduling, and transaction reporting. Results: The developed system successfully streamlines administrative tasks by enabling real-time monitoring of equipment availability, simplifying the ordering process, and allowing users to track loan status efficiently. This integration reduces time consumption and minimizes human error in data recording and transaction handling. Novelty: The study presents an innovative web-based solution that enhances transparency, accessibility, and operational efficiency in outdoor equipment rental management, offering a practical model that can be adapted for similar rental service systems in various sectors.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to design and develop a personal finance recording application for Android using the Flutter framework to enhance user convenience in managing daily financial transactions. Method: The research employed a system development methodology comprising requirement analysis, interface design, implementation using Flutter, and integration of a local SQLite database through the Drift package. Results: The resulting application, Money Tracker, enables users to record financial activities in real time, generate visual reports through pie chart representations, and utilize a chatbot feature for interactive assistance. The application demonstrates efficiency, user-friendliness, and functional reliability in supporting personal financial management. Novelty: This study contributes an innovative integration of Flutter and Drift-based local database technology with interactive visualization and chatbot support, offering a comprehensive and accessible solution for managing personal finances on mobile platforms.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the influence of e-commerce, accounting information systems, and business capital on entrepreneurial interest, focusing on how these factors contribute to decision-making and business development. Method: A quantitative approach is applied to examine the relationships among variables influencing entrepreneurial intentions, emphasizing the role of technology, information systems, and financial resources in fostering entrepreneurship. Results: The findings indicate that e-commerce significantly enhances entrepreneurial interest by simplifying business transactions and expanding market access. Accounting information systems provide relevant, reliable, and easily understood financial information that supports strategic decision-making, while sufficient business capital strengthens entrepreneurs’ ability to initiate and sustain ventures. Limited access to capital, however, remains a key barrier that often discourages potential entrepreneurs from pursuing business opportunities. Novelty: This study integrates technological, informational, and financial perspectives to explain entrepreneurial interest, offering new insights into how digital commerce and accounting systems jointly stimulate entrepreneurship in the modern economic landscape.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to develop a web-based application for Mars Dwi Jaya Photo Studio to address the lack of accessible information for consumers and the difficulties encountered in determining service prices. Method: The research follows a system development approach by designing and implementing a website-based application using a MySQL database operated on a localhost server. The system architecture includes modules for service promotion, price management, and online order transactions, allowing administrators to manage content and customers to interact directly with the platform. Results: The developed application successfully facilitates online promotion and rental service transactions, enabling users to access information, compare prices, and make service bookings efficiently without visiting the studio physically. The system also enhances operational efficiency by reducing manual processes in price determination and customer service. Novelty: This study provides an innovative solution for small-scale photo studios by integrating online rental management and interactive customer communication into a single web-based platform, thus supporting the digital transformation of local creative businesses.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to develop an efficient and integrated information system to optimize the management of clothing sales within Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the retail sector, particularly those still operating with manual processes that are time-consuming and prone to errors. Method: The research employs the Waterfall model as a systematic software development approach, encompassing stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was developed using Java programming language with NetBeans IDE as the development environment and MySQL as the database management system. Results: The resulting Java-based Clothing Sales Information System successfully automates key business processes, including inventory management, transaction recording, and sales reporting, thereby improving data accuracy and operational efficiency. Novelty: The study contributes by presenting a practical and scalable information system model tailored to the needs of MSMEs in the retail clothing industry, demonstrating how digital transformation can enhance competitiveness and streamline business management in the era of globalization.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the “Design of a Website-Based Fruit Seed Information System” in Tulangan District, Sidoarjo Regency, as a technological innovation to enhance agricultural management within the context of globalization and the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Method: The research employed a developmental and testing approach, where 10 users participated in system trials to assess usability, response time, and data accuracy. The system utilized a MySQL database and was evaluated based on service speed, data input success, and user satisfaction. Results: The findings revealed that the average service time was reduced to 5 minutes—significantly faster than manual transactions—with 80% of users successfully entering data and 90% expressing satisfaction with the system’s ease of use. The average seller response time ranged between 2–5 minutes, and all transactions were encrypted to ensure data security. Novelty: This study presents an innovative integration of digital technology into the agricultural sector, demonstrating how a web-based system can streamline seed sales, promote digital literacy among farmers, and improve agricultural productivity through efficient information management.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to design and develop a Web-Based Online Food Sales Information System for Warung Bebek Sedati to improve the efficiency of buyer queues and order management processes. The current manual recording system has proven to be ineffective, causing delays and difficulties in tracking customer orders. Method: The research employs a system development approach using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database management system. The design focuses on simplifying transactions between buyers and sellers by enabling online ordering and automated order recording. Results: The developed system successfully facilitates buyers in placing food orders online and allows the stall to monitor and manage order data in real time without manual input. The system implementation significantly reduces queuing time and enhances service efficiency. Novelty: The innovation of this study lies in integrating a real-time web-based ordering and queue management system tailored for small-scale food businesses, providing a practical technological solution to improve service quality and sales performance in traditional food stalls.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to develop a web-based food sales information system designed to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in the culinary business sector. Method: The system was developed using a structured software engineering approach, employing modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the frontend, PHP or Python for the backend, and MySQL as the database management system. The development process included stages of system design, implementation, and testing to ensure functionality and usability. Results: The implementation results indicate that the system effectively streamlines business operations by reducing transaction processing time, improving data accuracy, enabling real-time stock monitoring, and facilitating easier access to information for both sellers and customers. Additionally, the integration of digital payment features enhances transaction convenience and minimizes manual errors. Novelty: The novelty of this research lies in the integration of a comprehensive management system—covering menu, orders, stock, and payments—into a single platform tailored for small and medium-sized culinary enterprises, thereby promoting digital transformation within the food service industry.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to design and implement a web-based sales information system for the micro and medium enterprise “FreyeayClothing” to overcome challenges in managing sales transactions, inventory, and financial reporting efficiently. Method: The system was developed using the Agile development methodology, which involves iterative stages of planning, designing, developing, testing, and deployment to ensure adaptability and continuous improvement based on user feedback. Results: The implementation of this web-based system significantly enhanced operational efficiency, particularly in the management of sales and inventory data. The automated processes reduced manual errors, improved data accuracy, and provided timely access to sales information. Additionally, the system’s reporting features supported more effective business decision-making through real-time financial insights. Novelty: The novelty of this research lies in the application of the Agile method for developing a scalable and adaptive web-based information system specifically tailored for micro and medium enterprises, demonstrating its effectiveness in improving digital transformation and decision-making processes in small-scale retail operations.
