Abstract

Tujuan – Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat aplikasi absensi berbasis Android yang disesuaikan untuk staf layanan kebersihan di UINSU. Aplikasi ini akan menggantikan sistem absensi manual berbasis kertas dengan sistem digital yang andal, yang akan mengurangi kecurangan, meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan, dan mempermudah pelaporan administratif.Desain/metode/pendekatan – Analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi menggunakan Android Studio (Kotlin) dan Google Firebase (Storage, Realtime Database), dan integrasi fitur pemindaian kode QR dan verifikasi lokasi berbasis GPS digunakan dalam metodologi desain dan pengembangan ini. Selama empat minggu, sistem dievaluasi melalui pengujian fungsional dan implementasi percontohan dengan staf kebersihan terpilih. Tujuan pengumpulan metrik kegunaan dan akurasi data absensi adalah untuk mengevaluasi sistem.

Abstract

Student data management is an essential component of school administration because it supports identity recording, administrative reporting, and information retrieval for institutional decision-making. However, in many schools, student data are still managed manually or using simple spreadsheet-based applications, which may cause data duplication, input errors, slow data retrieval, and inefficiency in report preparation. This study aims to analyze the requirements and develop an initial use case design for a web-based student data management information system at SMP Negeri 37 Bandung. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach focusing on the early stage of the information system development cycle, namely requirement analysis. Data were collected through observation, interviews with school administrative staff, and literature study. The collected data were analyzed descriptively to identify the current condition of student data management, functional requirements, non-functional requirements, user roles, and initial data structure. The results show that the proposed system should provide several main functions, including adding student data, editing student data, deleting student data, displaying student data, searching student data, and printing student data reports. The system also needs to fulfill non-functional requirements related to accessibility, security, usability, and reliability. The proposed use case design identifies administrative staff as the main actor responsible for managing student data through the system. This study contributes an initial requirement analysis and use case design that can serve as a foundation for further system design, database development, interface design, implementation, and testing.

Abstract

Pembangunan Rumah Susun Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (KITB) bertujuan untuk menyediakan fasilitas hunian yang layak bagi tenaga kerja industri seiring meningkatnya aktivitas investasi di kawasan tersebut. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya masih ditemukan ketidaksesuaian antara jadwal perencanaan dan realisasi pekerjaan di lapangan yang berpotensi menyebabkan keterlambatan proyek. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan metode penjadwalan yang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi waktu pelaksanaan serta mendukung proses monitoring dan pengendalian proyek secara terintegrasi. Pemodelan BIM dilakukan untuk memperoleh volume pekerjaan dan produktivitas tenaga kerja. Penjadwalan proyek disusun menggunakan sostware penjadwalan. Analisis dilakukan dengan membandingkan durasi proyek eksisting, penjadwalan berbasis BIM, dan penjadwalan hasil integrasi BIM dengan CCPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa durasi proyek eksisting sebesar 64 hari dapat direduksi menjadi 60 hari melalui penerapan penjadwalan berbasis BIM, sehingga diperoleh efisiensi waktu sebesar 6,25%. Selanjutnya, setelah dilakukan optimasi menggunakan metode CCPM, durasi proyek kembali berkurang menjadi 54 hari, dengan total efisiensi waktu sebesar 15,625% terhadap jadwal eksisting.

Abstract

Pembangunan infrastruktur sumber daya air seperti bendungan memerlukan perhitungan kuantitas material yang akurat untuk mendukung ketepatan estimasi biaya dan pengendalian konstruksi. Namun, metode Quantity Take Off (QTO) konvensional berbasis gambar 2D masih menghadapi keterbatasan terkait akurasi, efisiensi waktu, serta risiko kesalahan interpretasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perbedaan hasil QTO menggunakan metode konvensional dan Building Information Modelling (BIM) pada pekerjaan struktur Saluran Terbuka Outlet Bendungan Cijurey Paket 1, serta menilai potensi BIM dalam meningkatkan efektivitas perencanaan kuantitas dan biaya konstruksi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data sekunder berupa shop drawing, gambar kerja AutoCAD, serta Harga Satuan Pekerjaan (HSP). Perhitungan konvensional dilakukan melalui pengukuran manual dimensi pada shop drawing, sedangkan metode BIM menggunakan pemodelan 3D Autodesk Revit untuk menghasilkan QTO secara otomatis melalui fitur schedule. Data kuantitas dari kedua metode diekspor ke Microsoft Excel untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut. Perbandingan dilakukan terhadap volume beton yang dihasilkan, tingkat akurasi, efisiensi waktu, serta implikasi biaya berdasarkan deviasi kuantitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa total volume beton menggunakan metode konvensional adalah 12.333,878 m³, sementara metode BIM menghasilkan 12.346,36 m³ dengan deviasi sebesar 0,10%. Meskipun selisihnya relatif kecil, BIM memberikan perhitungan yang lebih akurat karena mampu menangkap detail geometrik yang tidak teridentifikasi pada metode manual. BIM terbukti lebih efisien dalam waktu pengerjaan dan menghasilkan estimasi biaya yang lebih realistis dengan perbedaan nilai sebesar Rp 20.777.192 yang menguntungkan bagi kontraktor karena total pendapatan yang didapat lebih besar dibandingkan perhitungan konvensional. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan BIM terbukti meningkatkan akurasi, konsistensi, dan efektivitas proses QTO pada proyek infrastruktur skala besar

Abstract

Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) is widely promoted to strengthen smallholder resilience and food security under climate change, yet evidence on why adoption produces uneven outcomes remains fragmented. This systematic literature review, guided by PRISMA-2020, synthesizes 58 Scopus-indexed empirical studies published between 2021 and 2025 to examine how climate information, institutional mediation, livelihood assets, and equity conditions interact in shaping CSA adoption and food-security outcomes. Rather than treating these dimensions separately, the review develops an information–institution–livelihood analytical framework that links access to climate knowledge, trust-based institutional support, household asset portfolios, and socially differentiated participation. Evidence was analyzed through thematic synthesis, comparative synthesis, evidence mapping, and study-quality appraisal, without claiming formal meta-analysis. The findings show that localized climate information improves preparedness and adoption only when mediated by credible extension systems, cooperatives, credit access, and secure land or resource rights. Livelihood diversification and bundled CSA practices generally strengthen income stability, resilience, and food security, but their effects vary across agroecological zones, commodities, and institutional contexts. Reported quantitative outcomes, including 7–9% higher food-security likelihood in Niger and an LVI score of 0.49 in Ethiopia, are interpreted as study-specific estimates rather than pooled effects. Gendered access to land, finance, information, and farmer organizations emerges as a central mechanism shaping adoption intensity and resilience. The review contributes by clarifying that CSA effectiveness depends on coordinated knowledge systems, accountable institutions, diversified livelihood assets, and equity-sensitive governance, rather than on technology dissemination alone.

Abstract

The emergence of the concept of glocalization is a process of adaptation of global products to local markets and cultures. Glocalization significantly influences the quality of the community's political, economic, social, and cultural life to foster innovations in information from various contexts. As one of the information provider institutions, the library has a role in balancing and providing facilities for the information needs of both local and global communities, such as information systems to the community to increase regional productivity using technology. This study intends to identify the principles of the glocalization approach in language and media in library information systems, analyze the most effective strategies to integrate global elements of local values through library information systems, as well as the impact of user engagement to minimize user linguistic challenges in the concept of glocalization in their services with a focus on adapting language diversity in various media. This research is based on the idea of glocalization with the principles of inclusion and accessibility in the information system of a library. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected through interviews with librarians, library user surveys, participatory observations, and library information system usage analysis. A case study was conducted at the Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Surakarta, explaining the impact of globalization on library systems and services. The results showed that glocalization approaches in language and media in library information systems significantly impact users' linguistic challenges. Libraries can develop innovations regarding information systems by applying the principle of glocalization, such as language adjustments in the user interface, as well as the use of media by local preferences.

Abstract

This research aims to deeply analyse the implementation of the sales management information system (SIM) in Hanami Cafe as a real form of digitalisation efforts carried out by micro businesses in the culinary sector. In the face of the era of rapid digital transformation, the use of information systems is an important aspect for small businesses to increase their efficiency and operational effectiveness. This research uses a qualitative approach by combining in-depth interview methods and direct observation of the owners and employees of Hanami Cafe to obtain accurate and comprehensive data. The main focus of the research includes several aspects, including the effectiveness of the use of information systems in sales activities, the level of understanding and training received by employees, the stock management system, the sales transaction process, and various obstacles that arise during the system implementation process. Through the results of the research obtained, it is known that the implementation of the management information system at Hanami Cafe has a positive impact on improving the efficiency of transaction recording, ease of managing raw material stock, and accuracy in operational decision making. Based on the findings, this research emphasises the importance of developing a comprehensively integrated management information system for small businesses such as Hanami Cafe. The implementation of a good information system not only supports operational efficiency, but also becomes an important foundation in strengthening competitiveness and business sustainability in the current digital era.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of a Raw Material Inventory Information System at Mawar Bakery & Cake Shop, specifically at the Setia Budi branch in Medan. Although Mawar Bakery has implemented digitalization in sales through the use of Point of Sale (POS) systems, the management of raw material inventory is still carried out manually using bookkeeping and daily reports. This condition causes several problems, including inaccurate stock data, delayed reporting, the risk of human error, a lack of information synchronization between divisions, and low digital literacy among employees. The research approach used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through direct interviews with SPG staff and observation of daily operations. Analysis was conducted using Miles & Huberman’s theory and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which assesses two key factors of technology acceptance: perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. The study’s results indicate that the staff recognize the benefits of the digital system but still face obstacles in ease of use due to a lack of training and the absence of a digital-based SOP. This research finds that inventory digitization is essential to improve stock accuracy, production process efficiency, reporting speed, and the accuracy of managerial decision- making. Key recommendations include implementing a cloud-based inventory system, integrating POS with the inventory system, providing digital literacy training for all employees, upgrading technology infrastructure, and conducting regular system evaluations. By implementing these strategies, Mawar Bakery has the potential to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual errors, and strengthen its competitiveness as a modern bakery SME.

Abstract

Management Information Systems (MIS) are strategic components used by companies to process data and generate information as a basis for decision-making. In the ready-to-drink beverage industry, the implementation of MIS plays a role in ensuring operational effectiveness, consistency in quality standards, and accuracy in marketing strategies. This study aims to analyze the implementation of MIS in supporting decision-making at the Chatime Setiabudhi outlet. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method through in-depth interviews with outlet employees. The results show that MIS is implemented in an integrated cashier system, inventory management, SOP-based employee training system, and customer data-based marketing strategies. MIS has improved operational efficiency, accelerated communication between outlets and headquarters, and strengthened decision-making related to sales, inventory, and customer service. The obstacles found include supply delays and system malfunctions, but these can be overcome through headquarters support and backup procedures. This study concludes that the effectiveness of MIS is influenced by system integration, human resource competence, and consistency in implementing SOPs.

Abstract

Abstrak: Karena kemajuan pesat dalam teknologi informasi, konselor sekolah harus memodifikasi layanan bimbingan dan konseling mereka untuk mencerminkan perubahan ini. Sayangnya, sedikit informasi tentang bagaimana konselor menggunakan TI tersedia, terutama di Tanzania dan Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana kedua negara ini menggunakan teknologi informasi untuk layanan bimbingan dan konseling. 100 artikel internasional dan Nasional telah direview dari tahun 2014 hingga 2024 di Google Scholar, sedangkan 25 artikel telah dipilih menggunakan model PRISMA. Konselor sekolah menggunakan komputer, smartphone, Microsoft Word, PDF, WhatsApp, Zoom, dan Google Meet. Namun, mereka menghadapi kesulitan seperti keterampilan TIK yang tidak memadai, dan kurangnya pelatihan, mereka sering belajar kemampuan digital baru dari rekan kerja mereka. Studi lebih lanjut tentang penggunaan TIK di negara-negara ini diperlukan, seperti halnya penyelidikan upaya pemerintah untuk meningkatkan literasi digital khusus untuk konselor sekolah. Abstract: In light of rapid advancements in information technology, school counselors must modify their guidance and counseling services to reflect these changes. Unfortunately, there is a paucity of information about how counselors use IT, especially in Tanzania and Indonesia. This study aims to analyze how these two countries use information technology for guidance and counseling services. A total of 100 international and national articles have been reviewed from 2014 to 2024 in Google Scholar, while 25 articles have been selected using the PRISMA model. School counselors use computers, smartphones, Microsoft Word, PDFs, WhatsApp, Zoom, and Google Meet. However, they encounter difficulties, such as inadequate ICT skills and lack of training. Consequently, they frequently learn new digital abilities from their work colleagues. Further studies on ICT use in these nations are required, as well as an investigation of government efforts to enhance digital literacy specifically for school counselors.
