Abstract

The digitalization of water resources management is a strategic necessity to accelerate the monitoring process, enhance information accuracy, and increase the transparency of government program implementation. This study aims to analyze the effect of digitalization and the quality of the monitoring application information system for the Irrigation Water Use Acceleration Improvement Program (P3-TGAI) on the effectiveness and accountability of irrigation management at the Sulawesi V Mamuju River Basin Office. The study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire to 60 respondents consisting of BWS technical staff, P3A technical assistants, administrators of water user farmer organizations, and structural officials who use the application. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares with the help of SmartPLS 4.0. The results showed that digitalization had a positive and significant effect on effectiveness with a path coefficient of 0.341, a t-statistic of 3.214, and a p-value of 0.001. Digitalization also had a significant effect on accountability with a coefficient of 0.289, a t-statistic of 2.876, and a p-value of 0.004. Information system quality has the strongest influence on effectiveness with a coefficient of 0.412, a t-statistic of 4.508, and a p-value <0.001, and an impact on accountability with a coefficient of 0.377, a t-statistic of 3.962, and a p-value <0.001. Digitalization and information system quality explain 64.2% of the variation in effectiveness and 58.7% of the variation in accountability. This study concludes that an integrated, stable, easy-to-use monitoring application that produces accurate information can improve program coordination, control, reporting, transparency, and accountability. Strengthening digital infrastructure, user competency, system security, and data validation should be a priority in realizing effective, accountable, and sustainable P3-TGAI governance.

Abstract

Digital transformation in higher education requires the availability of academic information systems that are not only high quality but also capable of protecting students' digital data and activities. This study aims to analyze the influence of information system quality and cybersecurity perceptions on student continuance usage, both directly and indirectly through trust as a mediating variable. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey design on 216 active students of the Muhammadiyah Polman Institute of Technology and Business who have used the Academic Information System. Respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling with the help of SmartPLS 4. The results showed that information system quality had a positive and significant effect on trust (β=0.339; t=6.325; p<0.001) and continuance usage (β=0.222; t=3.903; p<0.001). Cybersecurity perceptions also had a positive and significant effect on trust (β=0.387; t=6.174; p<0.001) and continuance usage (β=0.275; t=5.528; p<0.001). Trust exerted the strongest influence on continuance usage (β=0.427; t=7.745; p<0.001). Furthermore, trust was shown to partially mediate the effect of information system quality on continuance usage, with an indirect effect of 0.145 and a VAF of 39.4%, and the effect of cybersecurity perceptions on continuance usage, with an indirect effect of 0.165 and a VAF of 37.6%. This study concluded that the continued use of academic information systems is determined by technical quality, cybersecurity assurance, and especially student trust. Universities need to improve system reliability, data protection, security transparency, and service responsiveness to maintain continued system use.

Abstract

Digital transformation in human resource management requires public organizations to provide information systems that are not only technically reliable but also capable of supporting employee efficiency and sustainability. This study aims to analyze the effect of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) service quality on employee work productivity and examine the role of green behavior as a mediating variable at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury of West Sulawesi Province. The study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. All 64 employees were selected as respondents through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares using SmartPLS. The results showed that HRIS service quality had a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity with a path coefficient of 0.312, a t-statistic of 2.986, and a p-value of 0.003. HRIS service quality also had a positive and significant effect on green behavior with a coefficient of 0.751, a t-statistic of 9.214, and a p-value <0.001. Furthermore, green behavior had a positive and significant effect on work productivity, with a coefficient of 0.418, a t-statistic of 4.307, and a p-value <0.001. The indirect effect of HRIS service quality on productivity through green behavior was also significant, with a coefficient of 0.314, a t-statistic of 4.081, and a p-value <0.001. The model explained 71.2% of the variation in employee work productivity. These findings confirm that responsive, easy-to-use, and tailored HRIS services can increase productivity directly and through fostering resource-efficient, orderly, and sustainability-oriented work behaviors.

Abstract

Digital transformation in educational administration services demands the availability of a quality information system and efficient and sustainability-oriented user behavior. The Religious Education Teacher Information and Administration System (SIAGA) application is used to support data collection, document updating, verification, and administrative services for Islamic Education teachers. This study aims to analyze the effect of the quality of the SIAGA application and green behavior on the performance of Islamic Education teachers at the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Mamuju Regency. The study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The study population included all 42 Islamic Education teachers within the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Mamuju Regency. Due to the relatively limited population, all members of the population were selected as respondents through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling method through SmartPLS 4. The results of the measurement model evaluation showed that all indicators had outer loading values ​​above 0.70, AVE values ​​of 0.735–0.744, and composite reliability of 0.917–0.921, thus the instrument was declared valid and reliable. The results of the structural model test indicate that SIAGA quality has a positive and significant effect on Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teacher performance, with a path coefficient of 0.421, a t-statistic of 3.912, and a p-value <0.001. Green behavior also has a positive and significant effect on performance, with a coefficient of 0.368, a t-statistic of 3.276, and a p-value of 0.001. Both variables explain 64.2% of the variation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teacher performance. The study concludes that improving the technical quality of SIAGA and cultivating digital work behaviors that are resource-efficient, orderly, and responsible can sustainably strengthen Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teacher performance.

Abstract

Financial records are crucial for LPD because they demonstrate management's responsibility to the traditional village community, aid decision-making, and ensure transparent fund management. This study examines internal control mechanisms, human resource competence, and financial report quality in Gianyar Regency LPDs. The study sampled 103 of 270 participants. Purposive sampling was used. The survey included 103 Gianyar Regency LPD chairpersons. This study uses SmartPLS for SEM research. The study found that human resource competency, internal control systems, accounting information systems, and the effects of the internal control system on financial statements are all positive and significant.

Abstract

This paper attempts to empirically examine the effect of job-relevant information on the performance of public accounting firms by using mediating variables of role  ambiguity. This study draws on a sample of 120 auditors working in public accounting firms in Jabodetabek-Indonesia, using random survey methods. The primary technique for analyzing the data is Structural Equation Modeling.The test results show that job-relevant information has a negative effect on role ambiguity. Role ambiguity has a negative effect on the performance of public accounting firms. Job-relevant information has a positive effect on the performance of public accounting firms. Role ambiguity mediates the effect of job-relevant information on the performance of public accounting firms. The findings emphasize the importance of job-relevant information in performing auditing tasks.Role ambiguity in this study serves to amplify the influence of job-relevant information on the performance of public accounting firms.

Abstract

Abstract. Land preparation is a crucial initial stage in construction work to adjust the site’s topography to the planned elevation. One of the main activities in this phase is earthwork, specifically the cut and fill process. This study compares the conventional method and the Building Information Modeling (BIM) method in calculating earthwork volumes for the Cut Fill Project at KIT Batang, Block A Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, and 12A. The conventional method uses AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Excel with the Average End Area method, while the BIM method applies an integrated 3D digital model in Civil 3D through the Compute Materials and Volumes Dashboard commands. The results show that the conventional method produced excavation (cut) and embankment (fill) volumes of 5,715.65 m³ and 111,196.22 m³, respectively. Meanwhile, the BIM method generated 5,894.19 m³ (cut) and 112,093.61 m³ (fill) using Compute Materials, and 5,665.10 m³ (cut) and 112,038.57 m³ (fill) using Volumes Dashboard. The deviation of BIM results compared to the conventional method was less than 5%, with +3.12% and +0.81% for Compute Materials, and –0.88% and +0.76% for Volumes Dashboard. These small deviations indicate that the BIM method provides higher accuracy and efficiency, as it automatically calculates volumes based on an integrated digital surface model, reducing potential human error.Keywords: Cut and Fill, Earthwork, Conventional Method, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Civil 3D

Abstract

Performance evaluation of basketball athletes at academies in Indonesia still largely relies on manual, subjective, and unintegrated assessment processes, leading to inconsistencies between evaluation periods. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system for athlete performance evaluation at Bendella Basketball Court, Bekasi, using the Weighted Product (WP) algorithm. The system was developed following the Waterfall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, covering requirements analysis, system design, implementation with the Laravel framework, and testing. Eight evaluation criteria were established: shooting (20%), dribbling (15%), defense (15%), passing (10%), speed (10%), stamina (10%), discipline (10%), and teamwork (10%). The WP algorithm computes vector S and preference value V for each athlete, followed by threshold-based categorization into Junior Advance and Junior Basic categories. Testing on five sample athletes demonstrates that the system correctly ranks and categorizes athletes objectively. The Weighted Product method provides greater stability compared to Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) with a sensitivity change of only 0.01% versus 0.38%. This system supports coaches in making more accurate, consistent, and data-driven athlete evaluation decisions.

Abstract

Manual sales and inventory management in small culinary enterprises often leads to data inaccuracies, stock mismanagement, and underutilized transactional data. This study aims to design a web-based sales information system integrated with the K-Means clustering algorithm to optimize inventory control at Edam Burger & Frozen Foods. Utilizing the Waterfall methodology, the system was developed using the Laravel framework and MySQL. The analytical engine processed five months of transactional data across fifteen products, applying Min-Max Normalization to equalize the scales of sales volume, revenue, and transaction frequency. The K-Means algorithm successfully segmented the product catalog into three distinct categories based on performance: one high-selling core product (6.7%), three medium-selling secondary items (20%), and eleven low-selling complementary products (73.3%). Black Box Testing confirmed a 100% functional success rate across all system modules. The primary novelty of this research lies in seamlessly embedding the K-Means engine directly into the operational dashboard, overcoming the common barrier of offline, standalone data mining. This integration enables real-time, data-driven procurement strategies, providing actionable recommendations: prioritizing continuous stock availability for high-demand items, scheduling regular restocking for medium items, and minimizing capital tied up in low-moving inventory to reduce food waste. Ultimately, this integrated approach empowers small business owners to transition from intuition-based management to systematic, algorithm-driven inventory optimization. This study successfully bridges the gap between routine transactions and strategic analytics.

Abstract

The recording of health data at the Dasan Agung Community Health Center(Puskesmas) in Mataram City is still carried out manually, giving rise tovarious problems such as data entry errors, data loss, delays in data retrieval,and inaccuracies in health reports. This study aims to develop a Web-BasedHealth Data Recording Information System using the Agile method to enhancethe effectiveness of health data management at the community health center.The method employed encompasses the stages of requirements gathering, analysis,design, coding, testing, deployment, and feedback. Data collection wasconducted through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Thesystem was built using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter3.1.13 framework and a MySQL database. The findings indicate that the developedsystem is able to facilitate a more effective, faster, and integrated healthdata recording process. Available features include patient data management,personnel data management, patient registration, drug data management,laboratory management, medical records, patient prescriptions, and digitalhealth reports. With the implementation of this system, health administrationprocesses become more optimal and support the digital transformation ofhealth services at the community health center. The outputs of this researchare a web-based information system and the publication of a scientific articlein a national journal.
