Abstract

One of the problems faced by the pharmaceutical company in Indonesia is how to improve organizational performance. This research seeks to analyze the influence of information technology, information systems, and information management capability on organizational performance by taking into account a pharmaceutical company PT XYZ. The source of data was obtained from questionnaires. The total number of respondents sampled by non-probability sampling method was 135 respondents as Area Managers spread throughout Indonesia. The method to analyze the data was by employing Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that information technology, information systems, and information management capability have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT XYZ. These suggest that PT XYZ needs to give attention on how using an integrated information system which supported by information technology, and equipped with good data or information management capabilities to improve its organizational performance. This can be done by easing access, presenting data that summarizes all information correctly, and correcting the format to assist decision-making as well as management's commitment to continuing to develop information systems to improve the organizational performance of PT. XYZ.

Abstract

Information system security is used to protect against cyber attack crimes. Generally, cyber attacks occur because someone wants to intervene in a system to find out the confidentiality and availability of information. PT. Pos Indonesia is a company under the auspices of SOEs engaged in distributing letters and packages. Both domestic package distribution and overseas package distribution. To facilitate the delivery of packages, PT Pos Indonesia developed an information system called I-POS. Based on the results of the researchers' analysis, the I-POS information system is an information system that aims at mail and package delivery transactions, so using the I-POS information system can facilitate the process of delivery transactions, as well as provide accurate, timely, and relevant information. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of maturity of information system security in the field of I-POS information systems at PT. Pos Indonesia, Analyzing the findings and gaps of the level of maturity of the information system security. Based on the results of research that has been conducted through questionnaires using the COBIT 2019 framework with APO13 and DSS05 domains, it was found that the Existing Capability obtained was at level 2 while the expected Capability Level was at level 5 so the Capability Gap produced in these conditions was 3 levels

Abstract

Sindangresmi Village is one of 10 villages in the Jampang Tengah District, Sukabumi Regency. The village is the most accurate data source for searching population data. For this reason, the method of collecting population data, filling in data in a format, and data processing to present population data information to the public must be carried out effectively and efficiently so that the information can be conveyed quickly and accurately. For the case study in this village, the data collection process for services is still manual. Therefore, there are always errors and duplications of data. Because manual data collection is prone to data entry errors, duplication, or loss due to human error. In addition, the difficulty of accessing information is also a problem due to the need for an organized system for storing and managing village data. A website-based village information system has become a promising solution for improving service quality and access to information to empower rural communities. The programming language used to build this system is HTML (Hypertext Markup Language), with the framework PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and SQL (Structured Query Language) as the database. Abstract

Bank Rakyat Indonesia is one of the government-owned banks and has committed to providing the best service through a variety of products, including savings and loan products, as well as the People's Business Credit (KUR). However, there are problems related to the KUR application tracking process which is still manual, through short message communication, telephone calls, or direct visits to BRI offices. This system has not been computerized, causing customer assessments of Bank BRI to be poor. To handle these obstacles, a web-based KUR application tracking information system was created by modeling the system using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and using the PHP programming language and MySQL as a database, so as to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction in using services at Bank BRI

Abstract

UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, as a rapidly growing higher education institution, faces significant challenges in ensuring information security. This research aims to improve information security at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung by applying the Information Security Index (KAMI). This method analyzes information security risks to identify potential threats, vulnerabilities, and possible impacts. The analysis revealed that security measures were already in place, but they also highlighted areas that require further attention. By achieving a final score of 415, signifying category II (Basic Framework Fulfillment), this research significantly contributed to understanding information security in higher education. Through the application of WE, this research not only provides a comprehensive overview of the status of information security at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung but also opens up opportunities to identify and address potential threats more effectively. Thus, the results of this study have important implications for improving information security and protection in higher education institutions and can be a valuable guide for similar institutions in their efforts to mitigate information security risks.

SAFF & Co., a local Indonesian perfume brand, has leveraged TikTok to promote its products to reach a wider audience and generate e-WOM to boost purchasing intentions. This study aims to examine and analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of information quality, information quantity, and information credibility on purchase intention for SAFF & Co. in Jakarta through TikTok. A quantitative descriptive method was employed in this research. Data analysis was conducted using several techniques, including validity and reliability tests, descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing both simultaneously and partially, and coefficient of determination. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that information quality, information quantity, and information credibility were in the good category. The hypothesis test results showed that information quality, information quantity, and information credibility have a simultaneous effect on purchase intention for SAFF & Co., and then information quality, information quantity, and information credibility have a partial effect on purchase intention. Based on the coefficient of determination, the influence of information quality, information quantity, and information credibility on purchase intention is 22.2%, and the remaining 77.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Hospital Information System aims to provide accurate, timely, and relevant information to support management functions and decision-making in health services in hospitals. This study examines the influence of user satisfaction, information quality, and organizational support on the benefits obtained from SIRS, both directly and indirectly. The approach used in this study is quantitative with the explanatory causality method, and the analysis technique in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The respondents of the study were 198 professional care providers (PPA) who were directly involved in the use of SIRS at the Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital, Banjarbaru. The results of this study indicate that the factors of user satisfaction, information quality, and organizational support have a major influence on the benefits both directly and indirectly received from the use of this system, with a determination coefficient of 84.8%. This means that more than 80% of the benefits obtained by the hospital in using the hospital information system are determined by how satisfied the user is with the system used. This indicates a good relationship between the four factors in increasing the benefits of the hospital information system at RSI Sultan Agung Banjarbaru. Therefore, hospitals are advised not to only focus on developing one aspect, but also to maximize the four aspects in order to provide more optimal results.
