Abstract

Information systems are very important to support various organizational and individual activities. Therefore, information system security is an important issue in today's digital era, where it is very important to pay attention to the protection of sensitive data and information. This research aims to identify and analyze factors that influence information system security. These factors include information system security, cyber threats and attacks, physical security, and information technology. Each factor is thoroughly analyzed to understand its impact on information system security. The results of this research will help improve our understanding of the factors that influence information system security. These findings can be used as a basis for creating effective security policies in protecting the information assets owned by the organization. By understanding these things, organizations can optimize their security efforts against the ever-evolving security threats in today's digital world.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and business digitalization, improving the quality of customer service is a crucial aspect for company success. Companies that are able to provide optimal and responsive service tend to maintain customer satisfaction and compete effectively in an increasingly tight market. Therefore, the use of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework is a strong foundation for managing and improving service quality. This research focuses on analyzing service quality in the ITIL V3 Service Design domain, by applying this framework to a significant e-commerce application, namely Lazada. Lazada, as a leading platform in Southeast Asia, has been an example of providing superior customer experience through its services. This research explains the role of ITIL in managing service quality, with an emphasis on the Service Design domain. This study uses a combination of methods, including literature study, questionnaire survey of Lazada users, and observation of application infrastructure. The analysis results show that Lazada has reached a high level of maturity in ITIL V3 Domain Service Design, with all subdomains reaching maturity level 4. However, there is room for improvement, especially in information security. The conclusion shows that Lazada can continue to maintain customer satisfaction and competitiveness in a competitive market by continuing to improve service quality, especially in aspects found through gap analysis.

Abstract

In building a system in an IT organisation, it is necessary to have the support of an IT Service that is able to adapt to business needs continuously. IT services mainly run and grow from within the company. The Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is the most commonly adopted framework for IT service management. Starting the use of ITIL can be done by identifying areas that can be developed and measuring the current situation. This will help to know the desired future state and be the basis for finding solutions to improve performance based on ITIL. Maturity level measurement is one of the commonly used methods to define the current situation. The purpose of this research is to understand how well a team from a small company is doing business using maturity levels. ITIL's seven-step improvement process was chosen and adapted as a guide to carry out the entire research. The research was conducted by conducting maturity assessments and interviews at a small IT services company. Measurements were carried out twice. At first, it serves to determine the condition before measurement and improvement. Research in the IT Operations division of XYZ revealed that ITIL implementation can increase maturity levels in accordance with company management objectives. In the end, the implications of this research will provide company management with factors and solutions to improve performance based on ITIL implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate Instagram Ads optimization strategies in increasing brand awareness at CV Media Computindo. In this ever-evolving digital era, Instagram is one of the most popular and effective marketing platforms. Strong brand awareness is very important for CV Media Computindo because it can increase brand exposure in a competitive market. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. A qualitative approach with a descriptive method is a research method that utilizes qualitative data and is described descriptively. The purpose of qualitative descriptive research is to make systematic descriptions, drawings, or drawings as well as the relationships between the phenomena being investigated. 98% ad reach has been obtained, 100% broadcast is male gender, 78% aged 35-44 years and 21.9% aged 45-54 years, the top locations for exposure are West Java 29.4%, East Java 23, 3%, Jakarta 21.5%, Central Java 21.2%, and DI Yogyakarta 4.4%. Shows that Instagram Ads have a significant influence on building brand awareness at CV.Media Computindo.

Abstract

This research explores the application of the TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) framework in designing the enterprise architecture of a Sonic Advertising Company. The study aims to enhance the organizational structure, streamline processes, and optimize technology infrastructure to support the company's business goals and objectives. Through a comprehensive analysis of the current state of the organization, this research proposes a tailored TOGAF-based enterprise architecture design that aligns with Sonic Advertising Company's strategic vision. The findings of this study contribute to the growing body of knowledge in enterprise architecture and provide practical insights for organizations seeking to implement TOGAF in the context of the dynamic advertising industry.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology and excellent technology services have become the aspiration for everyone, organizations, institutions, and universities to support their activities, facilitate their tasks, and streamline their business processes. An enterprise organization needs to adapt to the current information technology trends. Managing IT services is a centralized method focusing on consumers' perspective of IT services towards a company's business. XYZ Company has implemented information technology specifically designed for users to manage service activities and process company administrative data. Service Operation is a lifecycle phase covering all day-to-day operations of IT service management. Based on research results on 3 processes, namely Event Management, Request Fulfillment, and Problem Management, there is a need to enhance the hardware, software, and infrastructure requirements to adequately meet the needs of XYZ Company for more effective work. Additionally, the need for implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and appropriate modules for employees is crucial to enhance their efficiency in utilizing information technology.

Abstract

CARLA is an open source simulator for autonomous driving research. CARLA has been developed from scratch to support the development, training and validation of autonomous driving systems. In addition to open source code and protocols, CARLA provides open digital assets (urban layouts, buildings, vehicles) that are created for this purpose and can be used freely. We use CARLA to study the performance of Augmented Random Search (ARS) to autonomous driving: a classic modular pipeline, an end-to-end model trained via imitation learning, and an end-to-end model trained via reinforcement learning. Test the ability of the Augmented Random Search (ARS) algorithm to train driverless cars on data collected from the front cameras per car. In this study, a framework that can be used to train driverless car policy using ARS in Carla will be built. Although effective policies were not achieved after the first round of training, many insights on how to improve these outcomes in the future have been obtained.

Abstract

Ujian berdasarkan jenisnya dapat dilakukan dalam 3 bentuk, yaitu ujian pilihan ganda, isian singkat dan essay. Ujian dengan sistem essay diberikan agar pengajar dapat mengetahui pemahamann dari pelajar akan suatu ilmu. Ujian dengan sistem essay ini masih dilakukan secara tertulis dan dikoreksi secara manual, yaitu mengisikan jawaban secara tertulis dan membaca jawaban satu persatu, sehingga pengajar membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam mengkoreksi dan merekap nilai. Berdasarkan masalah diatas penulis memberikan solusi untuk membuat aplikasi koreksi ujian berbasis website dengan menggunakan metode rabin-karp. Metode ini memiliki beberapa keunggulan dalam penerapannya, karena cocok digunakan untuk string yang panjang. Dengan menggunakan parsing k-gram dan hashing dalam menentukan jumlah kecocokan teks atau kalimat yang sama pada jawaban dan kunci jawaban. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, studi literatur, dan wawancara. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Extreme Programming diantaranya planning, design, coding dan testing.

Abstract

Penderita diabetes masih sangat dominan di wilayah provinsi Bengkulu khususnya di wilatah PKM Perumnas Kabupaten Rejang Lebong. Serangkaian rutinitas perawatan diri yang akan berlangsung seumur hidup adalah tantangan besar dalam kepatuhan penderita DM. Dengan perlakuan berupa edukasi, pendampingan, observasi, konseling dan mengingatkan tentang perawatan diabetes pada keluarga diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien DM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi kesehatan menggunakan media booklet dan pendampingan keluarga terhadap peningkatan peran keluarga dalam perilaku perawatan diri pada pasien DM tipe-2 di wilayah PKM Perumnas kabupaten Rejang Lebong Tahun 2023. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimental design, dengan rancangan one group pre test – post test design with control. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik pair t-test, uji normalitas data menggunankan uji kolmogorov smirnov. Etik penelitian diperoleh dari komisi etik penelitian Poltekkes Kemenkes Bengkulu. Hasil  Terdapat nilai perbedaan rata - rata peran keluarga dalam perawatan DM di rumah sebelum dan setelah diberikan media booklet yaitu -1.32000 dan nilap P= 0,000 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa  ada pengaruh media booklet terhadap peran keluarga dalam perawatan DM sehari-hari di wilayah PKM Perumnas Kabupaten Rejang Lebong. Kesimpulan Ada pengaruh media booklet dan pendampingan keluarga terhadap peran keluarga dalam perawatan DM sehari-hari di rumah. Keluarga diharapkan dapat menerapkan model pemberdayaan keluarga dalam upaya peningkatan peran keluarga dalam perilaku perawatan diri pada pasien DM di rumah sehari-hari.

Abstract

E-commerce merupakan platform yang sangat penting untuk menunjang transaksi antara penjual dan pembeli di era digital, di mana informasi dapat diakses kapan saja dan di mana saja. Untuk mengetahui kualitas keamanan, risiko, informasi sosial, serta niat perilaku pengguna, diperlukan pengukuran dan pengujian terhadap ketertarikan mereka pada platform seperti Tokopedia, Shopee, dan Blibli yang merupakan portal utama e-commerce di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) yang telah dimodifikasi dengan menambahkan dimensi seperti financial risk, social risk, time risk, dan information security untuk mengevaluasi tingkat minat dan keberhasilan penerapan sistem e-commerce. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran yang lebih mendalam tentang persepsi pengguna terhadap kualitas serta efektivitas platform e-commerce yang digunakan dalam menunjang aktivitas transaksi online. Kombinasi metode UTAUT dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) memungkinkan penelitian ini menghasilkan model evaluasi yang komprehensif dan terintegrasi. Model UTAUT mencakup lima variabel utama, yaitu pengaruh antara Perceived Ease of Use terhadap Perceived Use, Perceived Ease of Use terhadap Actual System Usage, Perceived Ease of Use terhadap Attitude toward Using, Attitude toward Using terhadap Behavioral Intention, serta Behavioral Intention terhadap Actual System Usage. Variabel-variabel tersebut kemudian dikombinasikan dengan dimensi tambahan, yaitu risiko keuangan, risiko sosial, risiko waktu, dan keamanan informasi. Pendekatan ini tidak hanya memberikan evaluasi menyeluruh terhadap implementasi platform e-commerce, tetapi juga menjadi dasar yang kuat untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan e-commerce di masa depan. Dengan memahami kebutuhan dan preferensi pengguna, penelitian ini diharapkan mampu membantu pengembang menciptakan sistem yang lebih aman, efektif, dan sesuai dengan harapan konsumen.
