Abstrak To date, the FIR over Batam, Tanjungpinang, and Natuna areas are still under Singapore control. The three areas in the Riau Islands Province (Kepri) were entered into the air space of block ABC. The impacts, flight activities at Hang Nadim Airport Batam and the airports included in the ABC block must wait for the notice of take-off clearance other than Air Traffic Control (ATC) Batam, also from ATC Singapore. It means that the flight was carried out on the ABC block by Indonesian aircraft, both civilian and military air planes have to be licensed from Singapore. This led to Indonesia not getting income from ATC, nor sovereign over its air. Various efforts have been made to support the government's plan to take over the management of FIR over Batam, Tanjungpinang, and Natuna of Singapore, even the takeover has been mandated in article 458 of Law No. 1 of 2009 on flights stating that the air area of the Republic of Indonesia, whose flight navigation service is delegated to other countries based on the agreement must be evaluated and served by the service provider of navigation services at the latest 15 (fifteen) years since the Act applies. Based on the law, Indonesia's foreign controlled air space must be in the control of Indonesia at the latest in 2024. Keyword: acquisition of FIR Indonesia from Singapore.

This study analyses defamation via social media towards Flaurence Saulina Sihombing case. The study raises the elements of contempt in Law Number 11 of 2008 which was converted into Law Number 19 of 2016 con Electronic Information and Transactions (EIT) and compare it with the humiliation under the Criminal Code. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the prosecution on Florence Saulina Sihombing meet the elements of contempt in accordance with the prohibited stipulation under Article 27 paragraph (3) Electronic Information and Transactions Law. This research using normative juridical approach. The source of the data is secondary data source that the data obtained from the literature by studying three legal materials, namely: primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, tertiary legal materials that will be classified and systematized. The conclusion shows that the case Flaurence Saulina Sihombing meet a subjective element in the form of intentionally actions. This actions undertaken by Florence met the element strike action. The object in the form of honour based on Article 27 Law Number 11 of 2008 which was converted into Law Number 19 of 2016 on Electronic Information and Transactions (EIT). The writer tends to confirmly agree with the Yogyakarta District Court via Decision Number 382/Pid.B/2014/PN Yyk of 2015.

Optical phenomena are found in the surrounding environment, both in biotic and abiotic components. Conceptual understanding of optics is needed to explain the occurrence of optical phenomena and be able to apply in technology. This research has been carried out to develop an optics conceptual assessment instrument. The instrument was developed based on the design of Standards for Psychological and Educational Testing. The material included in the instrument developed are reflection, refraction, interference and diffraction. Evaluation of instrument is done through expert validation, validity testing, and reliability testing. The evaluation results show that the instrument is suitable to be used to measure the conceptual understanding of optical topics. The instruments developed are expected to support physics learning

Industrial revolution 4.0 is the process of digitizing the industry that leds health services in the era of application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) called e-health. The application of ICT in Pharmacy is known as e-pharmacy. The role of pharmacists in Drug Information Services by utilizing ICTs has an effect on e-health literacy which ultimately supports the success of patient therapy. This is very important for patients with chronic diseases who are receiving treatment for a long time, one of which is asthma patients. Therefore, this study aims to explore pharmacist perceptions regarding the use of the internet and social media for drug information services, with a case study of services in asthma patients. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data is collected by interviews using an interview guide that has been validated in a professional judgment. Interviews were conducted with pharmacist participants who provided pharmacy services to asthma patients, who were selected purposively in March to July 2019. Data from interviews were transcribed verbatim, then a thematic analysis was performed. Ethical clearance has been obtained under number 945/ C.16/ FK/ 2019. The results of the study mention the use of the internet and social media indicate the potential capabilities of pharmacists in health services and also the challenges of transformation to the role of pharmacists in the e-pharmacy era. This study also mentions the urgency of establishing regulations regarding e-pharmacy that is driven by the violation from the internet and social media use. Improvement of ICT infrastructure in the pharmacy field as well as the pharmacist's contribution on the provision of drug information for chronic diseases, including asthma, are urgently required.

The natural resources potential at Pangandaran has become strategic since its status as a district is definitive. Being a new district, Pangandaran has a number of challenges that must be faced in the era of free trade that is getting closer. That is, it requires qualified skills from the government officials. One of these skills is related to information management for the public. The purpose of this community service is to describe and explain how to improve the knowledge and skills of civil servants engaged in the field of information services in Pangandaran district, especially those related to information management techniques that have news value. The implementation of community service was conducted by lecture, question and answer, and simulation. The results of the activities show that state civil servants engaged in information services for the community in Pangandaran district did not appear to have sufficient knowledge and skills in terms of information management needed by the community. This is evident from the lack of information on the website in government agencies regarding the updating of activities in the district of Pangandaran. Based on our community service activities, we conclude that there has been an increase in knowledge and skills shown by the many questions and discussions of participants on how to find, manage and pack information into valuable news needed by the community. It is suggested that the implementation of community service activities should be in the form of assistance so that speakers would be able to inculcate the values of professionalism in the management of information that is important for the community in Pangandaran district through continuous capacity building and empowerment of professional civil servants in the field of communication.

Materi Sistem Ekskresi Manusia merupakan materi yang bersifat abstrak karena terdiri atas penjelasan proses-proses yang terjadi di dalam tubuh manusia, sehingga membutuhkan media berupa LKS berbasis ICT yang dapat menggambarkan proses tersebut dan membantu peserta didik dalam memahami konsep Sistem Ekskresi Manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan LKS berbahasa Inggris berbasis ICT pada materi Sistem Ekskresi Manusia untuk peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMA yang valid dan praktis. Pengembangan LKS dilakukan dengan mengacu pada model pengembangan 4D yang terdiri atas tahap define, design, develop, dan determinate, namun penelitian ini hanya sampai tahap develop. Uji coba LKS secara terbatas dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Sooko Mojokerto pada 26 peserta didik kelas XI IPA. Validitas LKS ditentukan berdasarkan hasil validasi LKS, dan kepraktisan LKS ditentukan berdasarkan keterlaksanaan LKS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKS dinyatakan valid dengan skor rata-rata ≥3,00, dan praktis dengan persentase rata-rata ≥92%,. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKS berbahasa Inggris berbasis ICT pada materi Sistem Ekskresi Manusia layak berdasarkan validitas dan kepraktisan. Kata Kunci: LKS, LKS berbahasa Inggris berbasis ICT, Sistem Ekskresi Manusia, validitas dan keterlaksanaan.

The priority of tourism development in Indonesia covers the development of home stay, digitization, and air connectivity. The purpose of this study is to explore the utilization of ICT in its relation to distribution channels used by home stay owners in Ubud as a form of small-medium business owned by local communities. Data collection techniques used were stratified random sampling, secondary research, focus group discussion and in-depth interview. Through qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, the results of this study concluded that most of home stays in Ubud is familiar with ICT and has now become a major distribution channel that contributes greatly to the occupancy of home stay.

Penelitian ini dilakukan di daya tarik wisata budaya Museum Gedong Arca kabupaten Gianyar. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin yang menghasilkan 100 responden dengan permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan petugas tourist information di daya tarik wisata budaya Museum Gedong Arca yang bertujuan untuk dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan referensi tentang kualitas pelayanan guna untuk meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan baik mancanegara maupun domestik ke Museum Gedong Arca Gianyar.Karyawan atau petugas tourist information di daya tarik wisata Museum Gedong Arca sangat berperan penting dalam kepuasaan wisatawan yang berkunjung, dimana muculnya berbagai persepsi dan penilaian wisatawan terhadap kualitas pelayanan petugas informasi di Museum Gedong Arca, yang perlu dikaji secara mendalam dan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada wisatawan mancanegara dan domestik yang berkunjung, sehingga memperoleh penilaian wisatawan terhadap kualitas pelayanan petugas tourist information. Penelitian ini menggunakan lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan yaitu: bukti fisik (tangible), keandalan (reliability), daya tanggap (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), empati (emphaty) dengan hasil kualitas pelayanan petugas tourist information pada daya tarik wisata budaya Museum Gedong Arca adalah baik dengan indeks kepuasan responden sebesar 4.05.

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan kajian empiris Efficient Market Hipotesis (EMH) dan melihat apakah terjadi anomali pasar berdasarkan return yang diperoleh dari pembentukan portfolio winner dan loser.Objek penelitian yang dipilih adalah saham LQ 45 yang terdaftar di BEI pada Tahun 2009 sampai dengan 2013. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah clustered analysis yang digunakan untuk membentuk kelompok-kelompok portfolio winner dan losser yang mempunyai konsekuensi terhadap Efficient Market Hipotesis (EMH). Selanjutnya akan disusun suatu strategi dalam perspektif manajemen agar investor melakukan investasi dengan lebih cerdas (sophisticated) dalam jangka panjang.Kata kunci: anomali pasar, portfolio winner, portfolio loser
