Abstract

Fatsups and BLADE sequences are used to reduce artifacts and clarify anatomical images. Basedon theoretical studies, the STIR, BLADE sequences, the addition or subtraction of parameters, and theaddition of artificial intelligence used still have a weakness, namely increasing the scanning time to belonger. Another technique that can be used and sequences and parameters on MRI is the denoisingKalman filter technique in the Matlab (Matrix Laboratory) program. The denoising technique is appliedafter the scanning process. Denoising will not increase the MRI scanning time. This systematic reviewaims to know the technical application of denoising Kalman filter for reduction artifacts on MRIexamination. The search was done using google scholar, WILEY, IEE Explore, SPRINGER,PERPUSNAS, and Scopus in English with 2004-2020 articles period. The keywords are MRI artifact, reducing artifacts, and the Kalman filter algorithm. A review of 4 articles of filter Kalman intervention onMRI Brain, MRI Abdomen, and MR Cardiac shows that the Kalman filter is good enough to reduceartifacts and improve anatomical information. The Kallman filter could reduce flow artifacts, improveimage quality and clarify anatomical images on MRI.

Abstract

This research goal is to clarify three main problems. Firstly, what is the definition of information overload. Secondly, does the abundance of information necessarily cause information overload. Thirdly, to what extent this phenomenon is considered as problem for human being, especially in the current age when internet data grow exponentially. In this case, it is related to the huge amount of electronic data from information technology. For that, library research using qualitative method is applied. Several related works of scientists are examined in order to solve the problem. Result shows that, first, information overload definition is basically the inability of an information recipient to process the excessive information. In human context, this condition brings about negative impact to the recipient. Second, the abundance of information is not the only cause of the problem, but is also related to the attention investment and the capacity of the recipient. Thus, the issue is not merely about the data quantity. Third, information overload is a subjective experience that related to the characteristic of the recipient. It means that some may consider it as a problem, while some other may not.

Abstract

After several years of launch, the LAPAN-A2 satellite has produced a huge amount of telemetry data consisting of information on the status of the satellite's condition during orbit. The telemetry generated by the satellite is in the form of real-time telemetry and long-time telemetry. So far, telemetry data is only stored in a folder with a unique name. This method tends to be manual and makes it easier for users to analyze satellite conditions. This system was developed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach, wherein the development process has five stages, namely planning, analysis, design, implementation, and testing. This paper will describe the design of a web-based satellite telemetry information system. The system has been tested using structural, functional, and usability tests. The evaluation results show that this information system is affordable and accepted well. The usability test results show that the LAPAN-A2 satellite, telemetry data information system, has met usability needs very well. Respondents have successfully carried out many experiments. In this case, operators and satellite analysis, with a question value of 86.22%, can be answered and 13.77% unable to be answered.

Abstract

Academic Information System is a tool to support academic activities in implementing education in institutions effectively and efficiently. Institut Teknologi Telkom Surabaya is an institution that already has an integrated academic information system called I-Gracias. I-Gracias uses a single-user system for all applications. Most users of I-Gracias are students, so student satisfaction with integrated academic information system services can be used as benchmarks in determining I-Gracias improvement plans. One method used for the I-Gracias improvement process is the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. This method determines the student's desire for I-Gracias using the House of Quality (HOQ) matrix. The result of this research is that the QFD method can prioritize technical responses to the main obstacles for students in using I-Gracias by correlating Voice of Consumer (VOC) and technical response. The highest priority for technical response is coordinating with other units with a technical importance rating of 620.9 and a relative weight value of 21%. Next is to update the module regularly, socialize i-Gracias, meet management targets, receive criticism and suggestions, carry out regular checks and recruit HR if needed as a sequence of improvements to i-Gracias.

Abstract

The use of information technology cannot be escaped from everyday life in society. In the context of improving the public sector, the government is required to improve performance, responsibility, and public trust and focus more on providing better services by revitalizing public administration by increasing transparency and prioritizing service quality. The Bureau of Personnel uses the “SIMPEG” application in the form of digitizing the public sector which is considered an extraordinary opportunity to create public value. This research is focused on the approach of the SIMPEG pre and post-mobile SSO. The method adopted by this study was mixed methods. The implementation of SIMPEG mobile SSO at the Ministry of Home Affairs has fulfilled the three aspects of the public values stated by Moore, namely legitimacy and support, operational capabilities, and public value. However, based on the findings within the field, some things are still not appropriate. For example, there is still the use of paper-based administration, so that the mobile SSO service has not been optimized. Based on the dimensions of system quality, information quality, and service quality, SIMPEG based on web-based are categorized as quite sustainable, whereas after using SIMPEG mobile SSO application was classified as very sustainable. When viewed from the results of stress and RSQ values, it can be said that the results of the MDS in this study describe a good model and can represent the problems being discussed and conclude that only SIMPEG mobile SSO application is recommended for sustainability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the user experience (UX) of academic information system (SIAKAD) using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Although SIAKAD has been running for two years, user experience testing has not yet been carried out to assess whether this application is sufficient to meet user needs or not. Questionnaires were distributed to all lecturers, administrative units, and cadets and 70 people filled out the survey. The results showed positive values on the scale of attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, accuracy, and stimulation with means > 0,8. The negative values are finding on the novelty scale where the mean is < 0,8 or 0.564. The reliability test showed that five of the six aspects were good with Cronbach-alpha > 0.7, while the UEQ weakness was on the novelty scale with an Alpha score of 0.16. A benchmark study conducts, and results shows a scale of accuracy, attractiveness, and stimulation to get an “Excellent” Product rating. Clarity and efficiency scale reach a “Good” category. Poor rating with “Below Average” obtained by novelty scale. Suggestions for further improvement is to re-evaluate the novelty aspect of SIAKAD with important points that must be considered related to innovation, invention, and creative design.
