Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain how the accounting information system for cash receipts and cash disbursements procedures and the problems that exist in the department store unit at the large family cooperative of PT Semen Padang. This research uses a descriptive method. The results of the study explain that: 1) Documents used are complete, 2) Functions related to cash receipts and disbursements have been running well, because they have separated functions, 3) Cash receipts and disbursements procedures at department stores implemented by KKSP have been running. well and is the same as theory, 4) Internal control of cash receipts and disbursements has been implemented properly and sound practices are found in cash management.

Abstract

Sistem dan Sumber Daya Manusia disebuah perusahaan merupakan pondasi dan/atau dasar untuk kelancaran tugas organisasi, kelancaran aktivitas administrasi dan menjadi unsur pendukung pelaksanaan fungsi dari manajemen sebuah organisasi. Setelah proses rekrutmen dan masuk pada bagian basis data karyawan dan selanjutnya ke tahap penggajian serta pelaporan informasi data karyawan dan gaji karyawan masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel sehingga menghasilkan informasi yang belum efisien dan sering terjadi human error. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dibutuhkan sebuah sistem agar dapat mempermudah proses pengolahan data karyawan dan penggajian dengan cepat dan akurat. Penelitian ini dibuat mulai dari tahap pengumpulan data yang diperoleh dari wawancara dan observasi selanjutnya tahap analisa system yang sedang berjalan di BPR PARO TUA, kemudian desain sistem yang baru, implementasi, pengujian dan pemeliharaan system. Aplikasi yang dibuat dengan menggunakan database MySQL dan Bahasa pemrograman PHP hingga pengimplementasian dengan berorientasi objek menggunakan Unifield Modelling Language (UML). Dengan pembuatan sistem ini telah menghasilkan sebuah sistem yang dapat mempermudah untuk tahap pengiputan data karyawan, pemrosesan penggajian serta pelaporan gaji kepada yang berwenang dan informasi slip gaji yang bisa diakses oleh setiap karyawan, sehingga menghasilkan informasi yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Kata-kata kunci: Aplikasi, Human Resource, web, phpAbstract - Systems and Human Resources in a company are the foundation and/or basis for the smooth running of organizational tasks, the smooth running of administrative activities and become a supporting element for the implementation of the functions of the management of an organization. After the recruitment process and entering the employee database section and then on to the payroll stage and reporting information on employee data and salaries, employees still use Microsoft Excel, resulting in inefficient information and frequent human errors. To overcome this, a system is needed in order to facilitate the processing of employee data and payroll quickly and accurately. This research was made starting from the stage of collecting data obtained from interviews and observations, then the stage of system analysis that was running at BPR PARO TUA, then the design of the new system, implementation, testing and maintenance of the system. Applications made using the MySQL database and PHP programming language to object-oriented implementation using Unifield Modeling Language (UML). With the creation of this system, it has produced a system that can make it easier for the stages of entering employee data, processing payroll and reporting salaries to the authorities and salary slip information that can be accessed by every employee, resulting in more effective and efficient information.Keywords: Application, Human Resource, web, php

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of information services in the context of preventing drug abuse in schools. The type of this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive study method. Informants in this study included school principals, deputy principals, heads of administrative affairs, counseling guidance teachers (counselors), and students. The research was carried out for 3 (three) consecutive months, namely June, July, and August 2021. The research data will be tested for credibility through diligent observation, triangulation, discussing research results, adequacy of references, and analysis of research cases. The results show that the implementation of information services in the context of preventing narcotics abuse in schools includes aspects of information service material (understanding, types, and factors of narcotics abuse) and information service methods (lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and the use of guide books). Supporting this implementation, it is hoped that there will be a strengthening of the concept and consistency of counselors (supervising teachers) and peer tutors in equipping students with insights, knowledge, skills, values and attitudes in implementing these information services through the effectiveness of training and deepening of information material.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of information asymmetry and financial performance on earnings management by using Good Corporate Governance (GCG) as a moderating variable. Financial performance in this study was measured by profitability and solvability. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data in the form of data in the form of numbers in the form of financial statements on manufacturing companies. The sample involved in this study comprises of 41 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI); covering 123 firm-year observations from the fiscal years 2018 to 2020. The research hypotheses were tested using Moderated Regression Analysis. The result of this study found that: 1) asymmetry information had significant positive effect to earnings management; 2) profitability had significant positive effect to earnings management; 3) solvability had no significant negative effect to earnings management; 4) GCG can reduce the positive effect of asymmetry information to earnings management; 5) GCG cannot reduce the positive effect of profitability to earnings management; and 6) GCG cannot strengthen the negative effect of solvability to earnings management.

Abstract

The change of a period is marked by the development of technology at that time. The development of technology, especially information technology, is related to the increasingly sophisticated computer technology used throughout the world. This makes the role of computers is very important in all aspects of human life. PT Mandiri Teguh Inti Sejahtera is a company that runs a pile production business. Data processing is still done manually such as on calculation process in determining raw materials for production. Sometimes errors in calculation can lead in to errors in production as well. Technique of analyzing and designing system is Unified Modelling Language (UML), database design uses Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and the application is designed using Microsoft Visual Basic.Net 2010. The results is Information System Design of production and sales, it can help PT Mandiri Teguh Inti Sejahtera to produce more precise and accurate information in data processing and decision making processes that are more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Bank Indonesia is the central bank of the Republic of Indonesia and an independent state institution, free from interference from the Government or other parties. Bank Indonesia Bengkulu City has a field of Advisory and Economic Development, which uses information technology to handle and assist operational activities. However, there is no clarity regarding the level of the company's ability to manage information technology. This has an impact on the use of IT that is not in line with company goals. Based on these problems, it is necessary to have a capability level in managing information technology using the COBIT framework, to assist companies in utilizing IT to be in line with company goals, through improving quality and value and simplifying the implementation of an organization's process flow from the information technology perspective. So the researchers chose COBIT as the framework that will be used in this research. From the results of the study, it was obtained that the Capability level got a level 4 value for the as is state. Meanwhile, for the condition of Bank Indonesia Bengkulu Province in the Advisory and Economic Development Sector, it expects to reach level 5. Gap analysis is determined by the condition of the current level with the expected level, where the current level is 4 and the expected level is 5 so that the results obtained The analysis gap is 1. This means that Bank Indonesia Bengkulu Province in the Advisory and Economic Development Sector must meet the requirements for process capability indicators at level 5 which have not been met. Such as constantly developing new technologies through innovative ideas based on the company's information technology potential.

Abstract

Information system is a series of information systems that are overall and organized and rationally capable of transforming data into information. Competency Test Place (TUK) is a unit implementing competency standard testing, competency certification in a professional field and has responsibility for the implementation, guidance and development of competency standards and competency certification. Based on the results of interviews with the TUK unit manager, there are several obstacles in their services, namely, the certification registration process which has not been effective in serving prospective competency test participants, then certification information related to certification is still difficult for students to obtain directly. Based on these problems, it is necessary to have a Competency Certification information system that has a function as a medium for sharing information as well as a media for registration of certification. This study aims to build a Certification Information System and measure the level of conformity. The method that will be used in this research is RAD (Rapid Application Development). RAD was chosen because this model emphasizes the short development cycle of software development. UAT Operational Acceptance Testing was chosen because the level of acceptance of a system by users can be a benchmark for assessing the acceptance of an information technology by users and requires users to use the system or software that has been created. The test results using Operational Acceptance Testing type UAT on the system have obtained valid results which are accepted by 24 respondents who have tried the competency certification information system.

Abstract

The Unsoed Business Incubator Center (PIB) is one of the incubation centers under the General Sudirman University Community Service Institute. PIB Unsoed aims to help develop the businesses of MSMEs and Startups around the Jenderal Sudirman University area. In the incubation process, of course, there is a lot of data recording related to the tenant incubation process, such as administrative data, data development, data assistance, and other data related to the tenant incubation process. The process of recording data on PIB Unsoed is still done manually without any technological aids such as computers or cellphones. In addition, at PIB Unsoed, there are often cases of data loss regarding the business incubation process that has taken place at PIB Unsoed. From the background of the problem above, the author wants to create a Business Incubator Assistance Management Information System for PIB Unsoed. This system is based on a website using the Laravel framework and developed using a prototyping development method. The results of the research that has been done can be concluded that the Management Information System for managing the Business Incubator can be implemented at PIB UNSOED.

Abstract

Management on human resource management at Wira Husada General Hospital for services in IT currently needs to be audited for the development of current IT performance that is in line with management expectations or not regarding the information system. If an IT audit is not carried out, it will affect accreditation, service satisfaction and the development of information systems. As for examples of previous research, namely the case study of the ARS Bandung University which applied COBIT 4.1 to conduct audits of academic information systems. The purpose of research at RSU Wira Husada is to build an IT governance support application system that provides maturity level services for the HR department using the COBIT 4.1 framework method that focuses on the web-based Plan and Organize (PO) domain. This research method was carried out by filling out a questionnaire assessment by the respondents then processed using the COBIT formula and calculating the value of the maturity level. The results showed that currently Wira Husada RSU was at a managed and measurable level with a maturity level of 3.96. This study concludes that RSU Wira Husada currently has implemented a planning and organizing framework at the managed level.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the importance of information technology in the field of education. As an instrument of the modern digital world, the existence of information technology is possible to answer the level of learning difficulties that are currently considered conventional. This study uses a qualitative approach to the study of literature. As a result of this research, the influences of globalization, future education will be more open and two-way, diverse, multidisciplinary, and related to work productivity. With the development of information technology in the field of education, it is now possible to hold distance learning by using internet media to connect students with their lecturers, view student grades online, check finances, view class schedules, send assignments files given by lecturers etc. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap pentingnya tekhnologi informasi dalam bidang pendidikan. Sebagai instrumen dunia digital modern, keberadaan teknologi informasi dimungkinkan dapat menjawab tingkat kesulitan pembelajaran yang saat ini dirasa masih konvensional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif pendekatan kajian studi literatur. Dihasilkan dari penelitian ini, masuknya pengaruh globalisasi, pendidikan masa mendatang akan lebih bersifat terbuka dan dua arah, beragam, multidisipliner, serta terkait pada produktivitas kerja. Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi informasi dalam bidang pendidikan, maka pada saat ini sudah dimungkinkan untuk diadakan belajar jarak jauh dengan menggunakan media internet untuk menghubungkan antara mahasiswa dengan dosennya, melihat nilai mahasiswa secara online, mengecek keuangan, melihat jadwal kuliah, mengirimkan berkas tugas yang diberikan dosen dan sebagainya.
