Follow-on Project of the Tapin Regency Regional Secretariat Office Building located on Jalan Datu Suban, Tapin Utara, Kalimantan Selatan is a reinforced concrete building project that only applies manual scheduling which is present in the form of S Curve, PUPR Ministerial Regulation Number 9 of 2021 states that projects ought to be base on BIM. Therefore, this research will discuss implementing 4D BIM (scheduling) using Tekla on the Follow-on Project for the Construction of the Tapin Regency Regional Secretariat Office using Tekla to determine the use of BIM on scheduling obtained from contractors.This research method starts from studying the software and the object to be modeled, collecting the data such as as-build, S Curve, RAB. Data processing start from 3D modeling using Tekla Structures 2020, scheduling with Tekla Task Manager, and then 4D modeling with object representation.Scheduling made from the Budget Plan (RAB), S Curve, and interviews of related parties are then inputted into the Tekla Task Manager with dependencies which are applied into the bar chart. The 4D model is created using the visual logic with the integration of the 3D model created by scheduling, the development planning stages can be displayed according to the reviewed date. It was concluded that Tekla Structures could be applied in scheduling the follow-up project for the construction of the Tapin Regency Regional Secretariat Office Building.Keyword : scheduling, Tekla Structures, Tekla Task Manager, Model 4D, Follow-on Project.

Toko Sutejo merupakan UMKM yang berada di Kab. Batang, lebih tepatnya di Kec. Limpung Jalan Cokronegoro. Sistem penyimpanan stok barang yang datang dari supplier pada Toko Sutejo akan disimpan ke dalam gudang. Karena terkendala dalam hal pendataan barang, pemilik toko ingin memantau serta mendapatkan data barang yang ada di gudang secara valid namun bingung untuk mengambil langkah apa yang tepat. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem informasi serta media agar dapat mengatasi permasalahan dari pemilik toko. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem informasi pendataan barang dengan menggunakan aplikasi berbasis desktop untuk menjadi media pendataan. Perancangan prototype menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java dengan model pengelolaan phpmyadmin yang berbasis DBMS. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SDLC, selain itu terdapat juga metode wawancara dan observasi. Melalui perancangan dan implementasi sistem informasi, maka pemilik dapat menggunakan strategi pendataan baru dalam bisnisnya.

Rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam pengambilan keputusan karir menjadi permasalahan yang banyak dirasakan siswa di sekolah menengah atas saat ini. Banyak intervensi yang dapat di berikan agar terjadi peningkatan kemampuan dalam pengambilan keputusan karir, salah satu diantaranya melalui konseling kelompok cognitive information processing (CIP). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling kelompok CIP terhadap peningkatan kemampuan dalam pengambilan keputusan karir. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen one group pretest and posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah siswa yang memiliki kemampuan rendah dalam pengambilan keputusan karir, sebanyak 50 orang dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 8 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik non parametrik analisis uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menemukan; terjadi peningkatan kemampuan dalam pengambilan keputusan karir setelah diberikan intervensi konseling kelompok CIP. Konseling kelompok CIP berpengaruh secara siknifikan terhadap peningkatan dalam pengambilan keputusan karir siswa. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada konselor sekolah dan tenaga professional konseling untuk dapat menggunakan konseling kelompok CIP dalam melayani klien yang bermasalah dalam pengambilan keputusan karir di sekolah maupun di luar sekolah.

This research is aimed to examine effect of tax rate, taxation technology and information, possibility of fraud detection, and tax fairness on taxpayer perception of tax fraud ethics. This research uses primary data by questioners. Data are analyzed by using multiple regression with 105 respondents of individual taxpayers (wajib pajak orang pribadi) listed in Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pratama Senapelan Pekanbaru, KPP Dumai Kota, KPP Rokan Hilir, Riau, Indonesia. Results show that tax rate has effect on taxpayer perception of tax fraud ethics, taxation technology and information has effect on taxpayer perception of tax fraud ethics, possibility of fraud detection has effect on taxpayer perception of tax fraud ethics, tax fairness has effect on taxpayer perception of tax fraud ethics.Keywords: tax rate, taxation technology and information, fraud, fairness, purposive sampling.

One of the findings that has the greatest influence in the information society is the discovery of the internet. The Indonesian government has issued a policy related to the information security management system through Minister of Communication and Information Regulation No. 4 of 2016 which regulates the Information Security Management System. One of the negative impacts that arise in cyber-space is the occurrence of cyber crime. The rise of cyber crime requires attention and seriousness in developing cyber-security for a country including Indonesia. The theory used is using the theory of cyber crime and also physical management theory. The methodology of this research uses qualitative methods. So the results of the research are recommendations made from several written sources. So that it can be a reference for future research.

The ownership of firearms has become an important issue among the TNI/Polri recently. Starting from the arrest of members of the Indonesian Army who ordered people to buy illegal firearms, it proved an indication that firearms were freely sold outside the origins of several military and police officers. Supervision of conventional firearms ownership data collection at DitIntelkam, which is full of convoluted procedures and lengthy stages that take a lot of time, is thought to be one of the factors causing many firearms owners to be reluctant to register their weapons. This study aims to describe the use of digitalization technology. information in an effort to monitor gun ownership to reduce the number of shooting cases with unregistered firearms. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative involving interviews with research informants and observations of the data collection monitoring process that occurs at DitIntelkam. The findings of this study are that it is time for the conventional system applied at the DitIntelkam of Polda Metro Jaya to carry out a massive transformation on the basis of Information Technology to optimize the monitoring of firearms data collection, especially in the jurisdiction of the Polda Metro Jaya.

The hospital is one of the health care facilities by empowering various units of trained and educated personnel in dealing with and dealing with medical problems for the recovery and maintenance of good health (Setyawan D, 2016). From the explanation above about the definition of a hospital, it can be concluded that the hospital performs several types of services including medical services, medical support services, nursing services, rehabilitation services, prevention and health improvement, as a place for education and/or medical and medical training, as a place of research and the development of science and technology in the health sector as well as to avoid health risks and disturbances as intended, so it is necessary to carry out hospital environmental health in accordance with health requirements. This paper described a hospitals, which are part of the facilities that provide health services, are currently facing increasingly fierce competition, so hospitals must continue to strive to improve the quality of services offered to the community. Hospital competition conditions have a positive impact, namely providing more choices for the community. Efforts to improve service quality are efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational management as well as efforts to satisfy community needs. These efforts were carried out in all fields including the procurement of Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS).(Putra & Vadriasmi, 2020).

Juridical Analysis of Alleged Provision of False Information in Pretrial Corruption Cases of e-KTP Rustam HS Akili

On April 5 2017, the KPK named Miryam S Haryani as a suspect in the alleged corruption case of e-KTP with Investigation Order No. Sprint Dik-28/01/04/2017. For her actions, Miryam is suspected of violating Article 22 in conjunction with Article 35 of Law Number 31 of 1999 as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption. On April 20, 2017, Miryam's legal team submitted a pretrial application stating that the KPK's determination of a suspect against his client was contrary to the law and the provisions of the applicable procedural law, because: a. The KPK does not have the authority to carry out investigations and investigations related to Article 22 of the Anti-Corruption Law, because Article 22 is regulated in Chapter III which is about other criminal acts related to corruption, so this is not the task and authority of the KPK as regulated in Article 6 Chapter II. KPK Law; b. The investigation into the criminal act of giving false information before the court is carried out based on article 174 of the Criminal Procedure Code; c. the determination of the suspect in the name of Miryam S Haryani was issued without two valid pieces of evidence. This study aims to determine the legal basis for determining the suspect as a pretrial object associated with the alleged criminal act of giving false information by Miryam S Haryani and to find out the authority of the KPK in investigating the case of the crime of giving false information by Miryam S Haryani in the e-KTP corruption case that was submitted for pretrial. at the South Jakarta District Court. The research method used is normative juridical, which is an approach to literature review as secondary data. The results of the study are, the legal basis for determining the suspect as an object of pretrial is the decision of the Constitutional Court no. 21/PUU-XII/2014 dated 28 April 2015, which provides prerequisites for the determination as a suspect, namely that a minimum of two pieces of evidence must be met as contained in Article 184 of the Criminal Procedure Code. If it is related to the alleged criminal act of giving false information by Miryam S Haryani, the pretrial application for the case number 47/Pid/Pra/2017/PN. Jkt. Sel, the determination of the suspect against Miryam S Haryani has been based on more than 2 (two) pieces of evidence.

The objectives of this study were to: 1) Determine whether cover songs that were recorded via social media violated Law Number 28 of 2014 Concerning Copyright in the sphere of music. 2) To identify the factors that contribute to copyright infringement when cover songs are recorded and shared on social media. This thesis was written using a statutory approach, specifically by analyzing the changes to Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright and its implications for copyright and its implementation by high state institutions and the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19 of 2016 Regarding Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 Concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. The following are the findings of the author's research: It is a copyright infringement when someone performs a cover song on social media without permission from the artist, whether for non-commercial or commercial purposes. Among the factors influencing the occurrence of copyright infringement in Indonesia are: 1) Weak law enforcement against infringement violators. 2) Internet creations can be quickly replicated and spread internationally in a very short period of time and in big numbers. 3) There is no geographical restriction on the location of the perpetrator because a domain name or website can be viewed by anybody worldwide. 4) The procedure for inter-state events in dealing with copyright infringement on the internet, such as ascertaining who the perpetrator is and when the infringement happens (tempus delicti) and determining the legal region of the infringement (locus delicti), remains inconsistent.
