Abstract

Perancangan ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) di PT. Selectrix Indonesia menjadi langkah awal dalam menerapkan strategi integrasi seluruh aspek kegiatan operasional perusahaan baik internal maupun eksternal. Persaingan bisnis yang semakin pesat dan ketat menuntut perusahaan untuk terus meningkatkan kinerja, memiliki keunggulan dalam kompetisi dan daya saing. Penerapan ERP tidaklah mudah, karena menyatukan seluruh proses bisnis dan fungsi bisnis di perusahaan dalam sebuah sistem yang utuh dan saling berkaitan satu sama lainnya. Sehingga diperlukannya suatu perancangan ERP yang baik dan tepat sesuai dengan proses bisnis dan kebutuhan perusahaan, karena tidak sedikit berbagai implementasi ERP oleh perusahaan-perusahaan di Indonesia yang mengalami kegagalan baik disebabkan oleh over budget, over time dalam pengerjaan proyek, kinerja sistem yang kurang dan keuntungan yang tidak sesuai harapan (Dantes & Hasibuan 2011). Perancangan ERP perlu dilakukan secara matang, melihat berbagai fungsi bisnis yang ada dalam perusahaan seperti fungsi bisnis tata kelola karyawan (human resource), tata kelola keuangan (financial), tata kelola persediaan (inventory), tata kelola distribusi (distribution), tata kelola penjualan (sales) dan fungsi-fungsi bisnis lainnya yang ada di perusahaan. Output dari penelitian ini berupa cetak biru (blueprint) sebuah perancangan ERP yang tepat untuk di terapkan di PT. Selectrix Indonesia didasarkan proses bisnis dan kebutuhan perusahaan.

Abstract

PT. Malakasari Textile Mills merupakan salah satu perusahaan swasta yang beralamat di jalan raya Banjaran Km 12,2 desa Malakasari, kecamatan Baleendah, Kabupaten Bandung. PT Malakasari Textile Mills merupakan salah satu perusahaan di kabupaten Bandung yang setiap harinya memproduksi jenis benang dan jenis kain dan dijual baik dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Dalam pengelolaan data di departemen sizing yaitu departemen yang merubah bahan baku benang menjadi lusi, masih dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan alat tulis sehingga informasi yang diperoleh kurang akurat dan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Untuk itu maka dibuatlah perancangan sistem informasi administrasi produksi departemen sizing. Metode yang digunakan untuk merancang yaitu system Depelopment life cycle dengan alat pemodelan sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language). Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah terbuatnya rancangan system informasi administrasi produksi departemen sizing. Kata kunci : sistem informasi, administrasi produksi, SDLC, UML

Abstract

Bakteri merupakan suatu organisme yang memiliki satu sel (uniseluler), prokariota (prokariotik), dan berukuran mikroskopik (berukuran sangat kecil) sehingga memerlukan alat bantu berupa mikroskop untuk bisa melihatnya. Bakteri terdiri atas ± 68.000 spesies, sehingga dalam identifikasi spesies bakteri juga perlu dilakukan pengamatan secara morofologi terhadap bakteri dengan berdasarkan bentuk, warna, dan jumlah koloni. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu indentifikasi bakteri melalui pengamatan morfologi secara makroskopik dan uji biokimianya dimana hasilnya didapatkan bakteri dari genus Vibrio yang terdiri atas 3 spesies yaitu Vibrio harveyi, Vibrio palahaemolyticus, dan Vibrio alginolyticus. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini yaitu, bakteri yang berhasil ditemukan di dalam tubuh lobster pasir (Panulirus homarus) terdiri atas 3 spesies Vibrio, yaitu Vibrio harveyi, Vibrio palahaemolyticus, dan Vibrio algynolyticus yang diidentifikasi dengan menggunakan dua metode yaitu pengamtan berdasarkan morfologinya dan melalui uji biokimia.

Abstract

Educational resource management is the key to success in education management. If education is managed effectively and efficiently, it can be ensured that education can run well in accordance with its objectives. The impact obtained if educational resource management is managed properly will increase teacher motivation and job satisfaction in providing education and teaching to students. This study discusses the impact of educational resource management on teacher motivation and job satisfaction. The research method used is a literature study using content analysis techniques from articles and written works in the form of books that have been collected as research material. Based on the research, the conclusion that can be drawn is that educational resource management in improving achievement is a system approach in an effort to maximise competitiveness through continuous improvement (continuous) to obtain optimal value or quality for services, people, products and the environment by involving all elements and stakeholders of the organisation under a shared vision so that good management encourages motivation for teachers or educators in providing good education to their students.

Abstract

This research focused on designing and implementing a population data management information system by applying the MD5 algorithm as account security. The population data management information system itself is an information system to make it easier to manage population data to find out and make reports on the number of village residents, as well as make it easier to make certificates. The research case study was carried out at the Jatisari village office, there were several obstacles in the ongoing population data management process in Jatisari village, namely that the management of population data was still in the form of physical files which were vulnerable to damage and loss, and this way of management created the problem of difficulty in finding population information. In addition, information systems are vulnerable to hacking, so a process is needed to verify who can obtain population data or information. Therefore, the aim of this research was to create a population data management application (SIDAKEP) that can simplify the process of managing population data, by implementing the Message-Digest 5 (MD5) algorithm as account security to protect the system from irresponsible parties. By using a qualitative method approach and the SDLC Waterfall development model in application design. The results of this research were the population data management application can help the Jatisari village office government, especially the Head of the Government Section, make population data management easier, more effective and efficient

Abstract

In an endeavor to enhance operational efficiency and stay abreast of swift business advancements, CV. Avero Indonesia recognized the imperative to integrate information technology into its payroll system. Presently, the company relies on partially computerized methods employing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for managing attendance records, generating payroll reports, and issuing pay slips. However, this approach introduces constraints such as manual salary calculations, computation of team and individual bonuses, overtime pay, and the generation of reports. To address this challenge, the objective of this research is to develop an integrated payroll information system based on a website platform. Following the waterfall method, the research encompasses phases such as definition, requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The outcome is a payroll information system equipped with features including division management, position tracking, employee data management, attendance recapitulation, overtime tracking, individual and team target setting, as well as comprehensive salary reports, attendance records, overtime details, and pay slips. This system aims to minimize reliance on Microsoft Excel, thereby augmenting operational efficiency and facilitating better control over employee performance. Furthermore, the data processed through this system can be utilized for future company development, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the rapid growth of the business. Through the implementation of this innovative solution, CV. Avero Indonesia positions itself to sustain competitiveness and success within a dynamic business environment

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan menjadi hal yang sangat penting dalam bisnis jasa pengiriman. PT Jasa Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Kabupaten Bandung menghadapi tantangan dalam menangani keluhan pelanggan secara efektif dan efisien. Masalah utama yang dihadapi oleh PT Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) adalah kurang efektifnya pengelolaan dan penanganan keluhan pelanggan, yang berdampak pada menurunnya kepuasan pelanggan terhadap layanan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, diperlukan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat mempermudah pelanggan dalam menyampaikan keluhan serta memonitor penyelesaian masalah yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi keluhan pelanggan berbasis Laravel guna meningkatkan layanan JNE Kabupaten Bandung. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Waterfall dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, dan pengujian menggunakan black box testing. Sistem ini memfasilitasi pengajuan keluhan secara online, pelacakan status keluhan real-time, dan pengelolaan data keluhan secara efisien. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem meningkatkan transparansi dan kepuasan pelanggan secara signifikan, memberikan dampak positif terhadap daya saing JNE di sektor jasa pengiriman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh, Brand Image, brand awareness, brand trust terhadap Customer Satisfaction dan repurchase intention di Renovruma. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan survei berupa kuesioner. Responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 215 responden dengan karakteristik berusia 20-50 tahun, pengguna yang pernah renovasi berulang di renovruma berdasarkan informasi dari data renovruma. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS dan SEM dari AMOS untuk mengolah dan menganalisis hasil penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, Brand Image terhadap Customer Satisfaction dan repurchase intention memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan, brand awareness terhadap Customer Satisfaction dan repurchase intention memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan, brand trust memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Customer Satisfaction dan repurchase intention memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan,serta Customer Satisfaction dan repurchase intention memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan.

Abstract

Complex combinatorial optimization problems that must meet various hard constraints and soft constraints occur in lecture scheduling. A feasible and high-quality schedule in limited computing time is often difficult to produce using conventional methods. In this study, a hybrid optimization model is proposed that combines Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), the aim of which is to improve solution quality and convergence speed. In this model, ACO builds solutions based on pheromone intensity and heuristic information, while PSO is used to dynamically adjust ACO parameters through learning from individual and global search experiences. The model is implemented using MATLAB R2023b and tested on real data involving 10 courses, 4 classrooms, and 6 time slots per day. The ACO+PSO approach is significantly able to reduce the penalty value. This approach reflects better fulfillment of constraints and is the result of experiments obtained. Compared to pure ACO, the hybrid method shows more consistent and stable performance in various trials. Visualization of parameter convergence also strengthens the effectiveness of this hybrid approach in finding the optimal parameter configuration. This research contributes to the development of an intelligent lecture scheduling system that is adaptive and aligned with institutional policies.
