Abstract

Observations were made with the aim of obtaining information about teacher performance in managing online learning at TK Negeri Pembina Sabak Auh, Siak Regency, with the objectives of 1) describing teacher performance in planning online learning at TK Negeri Pembina Sabak Auh, Siak Regency, 2) Describing teacher performance in carry out online learning at the Pembina State Kindergarten of Sabak Auh, Siak Regency, 3) Describe the teacher's performance in evaluating online learning. The data collection method used is observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the researcher's observations show that the performance of teachers in managing online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic can plan online learning activity programs, carry out online learning activities, and evaluate online learning properly according to the standards set in online learning

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the planning, organizing, implementation and evaluation of guidance and counseling management at SMA Negeri 5 Palangka Raya. Improving the quality of educational services is a target that needs to be strengthened, considering that educational institutions are still not fully able to meet society's needs in recruiting quality graduates. The research method used is a qualitative method; Based on research conducted regarding the management of guidance counseling at SMA Negeri 5 Palangka Raya, it can be concluded: 1) planning guidance counseling is planned through identifying student needs, determining goals and determining resources, 2) organizing guidance counseling is carried out through the division of work tasks for each teacher counseling guidance, organizational structure of counseling guidance, mechanisms for handling problematic students and classification of problematic students, 3) implementation of counseling guidance providing information services, orientation services, responsive services, individual services, group services, case studies, peer guidance using methods modeling and classical and counseling guidance evaluation is carried out through questionnaires or evaluation forms.

Abstract

Based on the acquisition of learning outcomes of Class III students at SDN 02 Batang Gasan in thematic learning with the theme of daily activities it was found that many student learning outcomes were still incomplete. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about improving student learning outcomes in thematic learning with the theme of daily activities through an instant learning assessment model with media choose number in Class III SDN 02 Batang Gasan. This research is classroom action research with research procedures covering planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 31 students of Class III SDN 02 Batang Gasan. The research data was collected using a test sheet. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results of the study and discussion show that the learning model of Instant Assessment learning model using choose number media can improve student learning outcomes in thematic learning with the theme of daily activities in Class III SDN 02 Batang Gasan. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle were 72.90 increased to 83.87 with an increase of 10.97%.

Abstract

Based on the learning outcomes of Class IV students at SDN 18 Batang Gasan in social studies subjects it was found that student learning outcomes in social studies subjects were still very low. The average student learning outcomes are still under the KKM. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve student learning outcomes in sub-social studies subjects. Explain the relationship between structure, function, and processes and disorders / diseases that can occur in the excretion system in humans and animals (fish and insects) through the method Feedback Partner in Class IV SDN 18 Batang Gasan. This research is a classroom action research. The procedure of research in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects of the study consisted of 30 students of Class IV SDN 18 Batang Gasan. Research data was collected using observation sheets and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the Feedback Partner Method (Feedback) can improve student learning outcomes in sub-social studies subjects Explain the relationship between structure, function, and processes and disorders / diseases that can occur in the excretory system in humans and animals (fish and insects) at SDN 18 Batang Gasan. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. The learning outcomes of students in the first cycle were 55.33 (Enough), increasing to 84.43 (Good) with an increase of 29.10%.

Abstract

Based on the learning outcomes of Class IV students of SDN 12 Sungai Limau in science subjects it was found that student learning outcomes in science subjects were still very low. The average student learning outcomes are still under the KKM. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve student learning outcomes in science subjects through the Jigsaw Cooperative Learning Model in Class IV SDN 12 Sungai Limau. This research is a classroom action research. The procedure of research in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects of the study consisted of 33 students in Class IV of SDN 12 Sungai Limau. Research data was collected using observation sheets and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the Cooperative Learning Model Type Jigsaw can improve student learning outcomes in science subjects at SD N 09 Pasaman. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle were 46.42 (Less) increased to 84.33 (good) with an increase of 37.91%.

Abstract

The success of learning objectives is determined by many factors including the teacher's factor in carrying out the teaching and learning process, because the teacher can directly influence, foster and improve students' intelligence and skills. To overcome the above problems and to achieve maximum educational goals, the role of the teacher is very important and it is expected that the teacher has a good teaching method and is able to choose the right learning method and in accordance with the concepts of the subjects to be delivered. The problems to be examined in this study are: Is using the Learning Method Active Learning Type Quiz Team able to improve the science learning outcomes of Class V students at SDN 12 Sungai Limau? The purpose of this action research is to improve the learning outcomes of science through the use of the Active Learning Type Quiz Team Learning Method for students VI.C SDN 12 Sungai Limau. This study used classroom action research as much as two rounds. Each round consists of four stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation, reflection. The target of this study was the fifth grade students of SDN 12 Sungai Limau. The data obtained are quantitative and qualitative data. From the results of the analysis it can be seen that the students' understanding of the material presented by the teacher is more stable (learning completeness increases from cycle I, and II, ie 61.76%, and 88.24% respectively). students have achieved classically. The conclusion of this study is that the Learning Method of Active Learning Type Quiz Team has a positive influence, which can improve student learning outcomes as indicated by the average student answer stating that students are interested and interested in the Active Learning Type Quiz Learning Method Team so that they become motivated to learn

Abstract

The problems that occurred at SDN 18 Kampung Pansur were from 3 teachers who taught in grades 1,2 and 3, only about 35% were of good quality in applying thematic learning approaches, the rest were 65% who taught grades 1,2 and 3 including in qualifications the value is lacking in applying thematic learning approaches. For this reason, with school action research through academic supervision, there can be at least some solutions / efforts to improve the ability of teachers to implement thematic learning approaches at SDN 18 in Kampung Pansur. With research procedures (PTS), namely through planning, action, observation and reflection in cycle 1, there is a significant increase in the cycle 2 action. Based on the results of the implementation of the study shows that the implementation of the first cycle obtains a change in the increase in significant results in the second cycle. of the 3 teachers in grades 1,2, and 3 who previously qualified for less in applying the thematic learning approach, now 29% have qualified enough and 30% have good grades. This means that through this study there is an increase of around 30% overall .

Abstract

Based on observations made by researchers to principals in target schools, namely in SDN 04 Nanggalo, SDN 05 Nanggalo and SDN 07 Sungai Tawar, it was found that the ability of school principals to develop education supervision programs was still low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about the efforts of the school principal's ability to develop an education supervision program through the School Principal Working Meeting based on mentoring in the target school. This research is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects of the study consisted of 3 principals of the target schools. The research data was collected using observation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results of the study showed that Mentoring-based MKKS could improve the ability of school principals in developing education supervision programs in target schools. This is evidenced by the increase in the ability of school principals to develop educational supervision programs from cycle I to cycle II. The average ability of the principal in preparing the education supervision program in the first cycle was 73.17 with sufficient categories and in the second cycle 84.29 in the good category.

Abstract

The low student learning outcomes in thematic learning in class V on theme 7 of the 2013 curriculum is due to teacher learning methods that are less effective with dominant lectures. To overcome this problem the teacher uses a guided inquiry learning model in the 2013 curriculum thematic learning in class V on theme 7. This type of research is class action research, the research procedure consists of: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stage. The research data was obtained with the results of the written test and using teacher and student observation sheets. The research subjects were first grade students of SDN 24 Sumpur Kudus, Sumpur Kudus Subdistrict, Sinjunjung Regency, in the second semester of the year 2017/2018 as many as 21 people. The results showed that the guided inquiry learning model could improve 2013 curriculum thematic learning outcomes in class V on theme 7 with completeness in the knowledge aspect of cycle I 72%, the value of social attitudes in the first cycle had good criteria and the value of skills aspects in the first cycle had good skills. The implementation of teacher activities in teaching with the guided inquiry learning model cycle I 83% was carried out and the activity of students in learning 77%. After being reflected, there was an increase in the second cycle with the completeness value of knowledge aspects 93%, aspects of social attitudes were very good and the aspects of skills were very good. In observing teacher activity it increased to 98% and student activity increased to 95% of active students. From the research analysis it can be concluded that the guided inquiry learning model can improve the 2013 curriculum thematic learning outcomes in class V on theme 7 of SDN 24 Sumpur Kudus, Sumpur Kudus District, Sinjunjung District

Abstract

Lack of writing skills to express ideas in class IV SDN 04 Tapi Selo is a problem that must be resolved, because it will have a negative impact on other learning outcomes in school. The problem in writing skills is certainly directly related to skills, listening, reading and speaking. To solve this problem, the authors made improvements by carrying out the Pragmatic Communicative approach to Indonesian language learning, which is a language approach with the context of the meaning of expressions that must be understood by others and in accordance with the situation and conditions of language. The study was conducted in three cycles, from August 24, 2018 to September 22, 2018. The results of the study have shown that the pragmatic communicative approach to learning Indonesian has improved the skills of students, to write their ideas in writing reaching 50%.
