Abstract

This research aims to analyze the planning, organizing, implementation and evaluation of guidance and counseling management at SMA Negeri 5 Palangka Raya. Improving the quality of educational services is a target that needs to be strengthened, considering that educational institutions are still not fully able to meet society's needs in recruiting quality graduates. The research method used is a qualitative method; Based on research conducted regarding the management of guidance counseling at SMA Negeri 5 Palangka Raya, it can be concluded: 1) planning guidance counseling is planned through identifying student needs, determining goals and determining resources, 2) organizing guidance counseling is carried out through the division of work tasks for each teacher counseling guidance, organizational structure of counseling guidance, mechanisms for handling problematic students and classification of problematic students, 3) implementation of counseling guidance providing information services, orientation services, responsive services, individual services, group services, case studies, peer guidance using methods modeling and classical and counseling guidance evaluation is carried out through questionnaires or evaluation forms.

Abstract

Career planning is very important for all students before entering the world of work. Therefore all students need to plan their careers well. The purpose of this study was to analyze the improvement of students' career planning abilities through career guidance services at Kasongan Christian High School. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and document studies. The subjects of this study consisted of school principals and students. The research phase is only carried out through two actions. Based on the research conducted, the results show that career guidance services can improve the career planning skills of Kasongan Christian High School students. The results showed that there was an increase in students' career planning abilities from the Low category to the Good category. In the first cycle of action, the results were obtained a) the accuracy of the reasons for choosing a job was 56%, b) the accuracy of the reasons for choosing a tertiary institution was 43%, c) the accuracy of the reasons for choosing a higher education major was 18%, and d) the accuracy of the reasons for choosing a major in SMA was 37 %. While Cycle II obtained the results: a) the reason for choosing a job was 81%, b) the reason for choosing a college was 68%, c) the reason for choosing a major was 75%, and d) the reason for choosing a major was high school by 56%.Keywords: Career Planning, Career Guidance

Abstract

School violence is one of the crucial issues that needs serious attention, especially at Purnama High School, Palangka Raya. The increase in cases of violence, both physical and verbal, in the school environment is an urgent problem that needs to be resolved in order to create a safe and conducive learning environment. The purpose of this study is to create a comfortable and safe school through anti-violence education. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) which is carried out based on the stages of to know, to understand, to plan, and to act and reflect. Based on these stages, the results obtained are the conditions faced by Purnama High School are increasing acts of violence in schools, both in verbal and physical forms; efforts made by the school are to provide anti-violence education for students because one of the causal factors is the lack of student knowledge regarding school violence; the results of changes after being given education are that students are active in campaigning through.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji secara mendalam pemanfaatan media pembelajaran puzzle dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif di TK Marina Permai, Kota Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan puzzle mampu meningkatkan kemampuan anak dalam hal pengamatan visual, pengenalan pola, berpikir logis, pemecahan masalah. Anak-anak juga menunjukkan peningkatan dalam konsentrasi, ketekunan, dan rasa percaya diri saat menyelesaikan puzzle. Strategi yang diterapkan guru disesuaikan dengan usia dan kemampuan anak. Puzzle tidak hanya menjadi media pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, tetapi juga mampu mendukung perkembangan emosional dan sosial anak melalui kegiatan bermain yang interaktif. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa media puzzle merupakan alat yang efektif dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang kontekstual, bermakna,dan sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan anak usia dini.

Abstract

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian Studi kasus untuk mengeksplorasi strategi adaptasi yang guru terapkan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dengan guru, dan dokumentasi kegiatan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pemanfaatan optimal sumber daya lokal, seperti bahan daur ulang untuk membuat alat peraga edukatif dan modifikasi ruang kelas untuk kegiatan belajar yang lebih interaktif. Kolaborasi dengan orang tua dan lembaga lain juga berperan penting dalam mengatasi keterbatasan. Kreativitas guru terbukti menghasilkan pembelajaran yang bermakna bagi anak, meskipun dengan keterbatasan sumber daya. Penelitian ini menyoroti peran krusial kreativitas guru dalam memastikan kualitas PAUD, khususnya di daerah dengan keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana yang diperlukan untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

KKN Nusantara Religious Moderation is a priority program of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia which was initiated through collaboration with various universities in Indonesia, in order to maximize the value of tolerance in society. KKN Nusantara Religious Moderation in 2024 was implemented in Central Kalimantan, precisely in Katingan Regency, by sending 12 groups to different villages with programs that could foster an attitude of tolerance in society. The purpose of KKN NMB is to build a commitment to community understanding related to the values ​​of religious moderation within the framework of Bhineka Tunggal Ika. The KKN NMB community service method uses the PAR Participatory Action Research type or community participation action research in Tewang Rangkang Village. The results of the NMB KKN activities show that the strengthening of the values ​​of religious moderation in the Tarusan Danum Village community on a scale of change is slightly better than before the arrival of the NMB KKN, especially through mutual cooperation actions to enliven the 79th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia. As for community participation towards being pro-active again with a commitment in each respective place of worship (Islam, Christianity and Hinduism) willing to carry out and implement the values ​​of religious moderation. Thus, the realization of the priority program of the Ministry of Religion together with PTK Nusantara is able to have a massive and sustainable impact on society
