This study aims to describe the influence of the use of picture and picture learning models on the ability to attend (brushing teeth) for Class 3 SDLB C This study uses quasi-experimental research methods (quasi experiment) a form of Time Series Design. The analysis technique used is hypothesis testing using the Wilcoxon test. The results of the data analysis show that the average learning outcomes of students of ten people are five people whose values are below the class average, it can be concluded that the picture and picture learning model can improve the ability of self-brushing teeth to brush third grade students of SDLB C

Anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) merupakan anak yang tumbuh dan berkembang dengan berbagai perbedaan dengan anak-anak pada umumnya. Istilah anak berkebutuhan khusus tidak merujuk pada sebutan untuk anak dengan kecacatan, namun merujuk pada layanan khusus yang diperlukan anak berkebutuhan khusus. Terdapat berbagai jenis kategori dalam lingkup istilah anak berkebutuhan khusus. Dalam konteks pendidikan khusus di Indonesia anak berkebutuhan khusus di kategorikan dengan istilah anak tunanetra, anak tunarungu, anak tunagrahita, anak tunadaksa, anak tunalaras, dan anak cerdas dan bakat istimewa. Setiap anak berkebutuhan khusus memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda-beda antara satu dengan yang lain. Lebih daripada itu, setiap anak berkebutuhan khusus juga memerlukan layanan khusus yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan dan karakteristik mereka. Perlu dilaksanakan kegiatan identifikasi dan asesmen untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan kebutuhan mereka. Hal tersebut dianggap penting guna mendapatkan layanan yang tepat sesuai dengan karakteristik, kebutuhan dan kemampuan. Children with special needs (ABK) are children who grow and develop with various differences from children in general. The term children with special needs does not refer to children with disabilities, but instead refers to special services needed by children with special needs. There are various types of categories within the scope of the term children with special needs. In the context of special education in Indonesia, children with special needs are categorized by the terms blind children, deaf children, mentally retarded children, disabled children, children with disabilities, and intelligent children and special talents. Every child with special needs has different characteristics from one another. More than that, every child with special needs also requires special services that are tailored to their abilities and characteristics. It is necessary to carry out identification and assessment activities to determine their characteristics and needs. This is considered important in order to get the right service according to the characteristics, needs and capabilities.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa disabilitas terhadap penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusif di universitas lambung mangkurat, terkhusus di program studi pendidikan luar biasa sebagai program studi pilihan mahasiswa disabilitas. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Sumber data atau informan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa disabilitas tunarungu berjumlah 5 orang mahasiwa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, kuisioner dan observasi. Adapun analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan, dan unntuk mendapatkan data yang absah atau valid, maka dalam penelitian ini dilakukan teknik member check. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persespi mahasiswa disabilitas khususnya mahasiswa tunarungu terhadap kinerja volunteer dalam melakukan pendampingan di kelas, pendampingan dalam pengerjaan tugas, pendampingan administrasi kampus, dan pendampingan kegiatan kemahasiswaan, terbilang baik walaupun mahasiswa tunarungu terkadang kecewa karena tidak ada volunteer yang mendampingi saat mereka membutuhkan. Hal tersebut terjadi karena volunteer juga merupakan mahasiswa aktif yang juga harus menyelesaikan tugas perkuliahan mereka sehingga terkadang tidak bisa melakukan pendampingan kepada mahasiswa disabilitas.

National Special Supervisory School is a special school which is designed as a resource center by the government. Technically, Inclusive education needs supporting system that works as an institution that provides technical assistance to schools with special needs children. This study aims to discover, describe, in-depth analyze and also to find whether this study can be used as an input, consideration, direction and expansion of knowledge for related parties, especially with regard to (1) How is the resource center collaborative program with teachers on supporting inclusive education implementation in Malang. (2) What kind of assistances that resource center provided to teachers on supporting child-friendly inclusive education implementation in Malang (3) what kind of obstacles that the resource center had to face while supporting the inclusive education implementation in Malang. The result of this study shows resource center collaborative program in supporting Inclusive education implementation in Malang has been running and implemented well. Some assistances given by resource center in supporting inclusive education implementation in Malang include the main assistances in providing information/ guidance to schools with inclusive education, assessment assistances, educational guidance for special needs children, consulting assistances, training assistances for inclusive education teachers, providing ( producing) learning resources in the form learning books which later be printed out in Braille. On the human resource perspective, the supports from special teachers are still limited. Some obstacles that resource center had to face in order to support inclusive education implementation in Malang are limited in term of human resources and other limitations on media development assistances. This study concludes that the role of the Resource Center in supporting Inclusive Education implementation in Malang has been running and implemented well.

Abstrak : Pembelajaran Toilet Training berbantuan media audio siswa tunanetra di SDLB, ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui keefektifan media audio di SDLB dalam membelajarkan siswa tunanetra dalam halToilet Training. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian dan pengembangan Borg and Gall yangterdiri atas sepuluh langkah, tetapi dalam penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti hanya mengadaptasi tujuhlangkah, hal tersebut dikarenakan keterbatasan yang dihadapi oleh peneliti. Subjek penelitian ialah ahlimateri I, ahli materi II, ahli media, dan siswa tunanetra. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakanwawancara, observasi, dan angket. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa media audiosesuai, layak dan evektif untuk digunakan guru dalam membelajarkan Toilet Training siswa tunanetra.Kata kunci : Toilet Training; media audio; tunanetraAbstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of using Toilet Training learningbased on audio media on the learning process for blind students of SDLB. This research used researchand development model by Borg and Gall that consists of ten steps. The author did seven out of ten stepsbecause of the limitation that faced by researcher. The respondents of this study were material expert I,material expert II, media expert, and blind students. The data of the study was collected by interview,observation, and questionnaire. The finding of the research revealed that Toilet Training learning basedon audio media is appropriate, feasible, and effective on learning process for blind students.Keywords : Toilet Training; audio media; blind

Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan cara guru dalam melakukan pembinaan minat dan bakat siswa berkebutuhan khusus yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu mengidentifikasi, mengasesmen, mengelompokkan, melatih, dan mengikuti perlombaan, juga bertujuan untuk menguraikan faktor penghambat yang dialami serta faktor pendukung yang dilakukan sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan metode penelitian naratif inkuiri. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Susukan 01 Pagi sebagai salah satu SD inklusi yang ada di Jakarta Timur. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru Pembimbing Khusus (GPK). Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dengan GPK sebagai instrument utama dalam penelitian. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan mengumpulkan berbagai informasi dari informan yang kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk rangkaian susunan cerita. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pembinaan minat dan bakat di SDN Susukan 01 Pagi dilakukan melalui tahapan identifikasi, asesmen, klasifikasi, pelatihan dan perlombaan. Dalam prakteknya dukungan sosial dan GPK memiliki peranan yang penting dalam membina minat dan bakat anak berkebutuhan khusus. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan memiliki kendala yang berasal dari siswa itu sendiri seperti mood siswa yang mudah berubah. : The purpose of this research is to explain the way teachers in fostering the interests and talents of students with special needs consisting of several stages, namely identifying, assessing, grouping, training, and participating in competitions, also aims to describe the inhibiting factors experienced and supporting factors that are carried out by schools. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach using the inquiry narrative research method. This research was conducted at SDN Susukan 01 Pagi as one of the inclusive elementary schools in East Jakarta. The subject in this study was the Special Teacher/Guru Pendamping Khusus (GPK). Data collection techniques used were interviews with GPK as the main instrument in research. Data analysis was performed by presenting data and drawing conclusions by gathering various information from informants who were then presented in the form of a series of story arrangements. The results showed that the interest and talent training program at SDN Susukan 01 Pagi was carried out through the stages of identification, assessment, classification, training and competitions. In practice social support and GPK have an important role in fostering the interests and talents of children with special needs. In carrying out activities there are obstacles that come from the students themselves such as student’s moods that are easy to change.

Selama pandemic Covid 19 pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi dilakukan secara daring yang di dalamnya termasuk terdapat mahasiswa tunanetra. Selama pelaksanaanya tunanetra kesulitan dalam mengakses bahan ajar teks yang disediakan sehingga kesulitan dalam memahami materi kuliah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar audio untuk mahasiswa tunanetra agar tunanetra dapat belajar secara mandiri selama belajar daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan peenelitian pengembangan (R & D) dengan langkah-langkah yaitu (1) pencarian dan pengumpulan data, (2) perencanaan, dan (3) pengembangan produk awal. Produk yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini adalah perangkat bahan ajar audio untuk tunanetra yang terdiri dari (1) Flip book, dan (2) PPt dengan suara. Dengan adanya bahan ajar audio ini diharapkan mahasiswa dapat belajar secara daring dengan lebih optimal. During the Covid 19 pandemic, learning in university was conducted online which included visual impairment students. During its implementation, they have difficulty accessing the provided text teaching materials so that it is difficult to understand the course material. This study aims to develop audio teaching materials for students with visual impairments so that they can learn independently while studying online. This research used development research (R & D) with steps, namely (1) (1) searching and collecting data, (2) planning, and (3) developing the initial product. The product produced from this research is an audio teaching material for student with visual impairment consisting of (1) flip book, and (2) PPt with voice. With this audio teaching material, it is hoped that they can learn online more optimally.

Kecakapan hidup adalah keterampilan siswa untuk memahami dirinya dan potensinya dalam kehidupan, antara lain mencakup penentuan tujuan, memecahkan masalah dan hidup bersama orang lain. bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus, pembelajaran general life skills bertujuan untuk memfungsikan pendidikan sesuai dengan fitrahnya, yaitu mengembangkan potensi manusiawi peserta didik untuk dapat menghadapi perannya di masa mendatang. Penelitian ini mengangkat masalah pembelajaran kecakapan hidup atau life skill bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah inklusif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan program atau pembelajaran kecakapan hidup atau life skill bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah inklusif. Penelitian berlangsung di SMA Garuda Cendekia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi kasus dan data diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara dengan guru di sekolah tersebut. Penerapan life skill di SMA Garuda Cendekia berupa praktikum atau pelatihan dan kunjungan ke tempat-tempat seperti pabrik dan pasar. Anak yang dilibatkan dalam kegiatan life skill yang dilakukan setiap satu bulan sekali ini merupakan seluruh anak berkebutuhan khusus atau ABK di sekolah tersebut dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik dan kondisi anakLife skills are students’ skills to understand themselves and their potential in life, including setting goals, solving problems and living with others. For children with special needs, learning general life skills aims to function education in accordance with their nature, namely developing the human potential of students to be able to face their future roles. This research raises the problem of learning life skills or life skills for children with special needs in inclusive schools. The purpose of this study was to find out how to implement programs or life skills learning for children with special needs in inclusive schools. The research took place at Garuda Cendekia High School. The research method used is a case study method and data were obtained by conducting interviews with teachers at the school. The application of life skills at Garuda Cendekia High School is in the form of practicum or training and visits to places such as factories and markets. Children who are involved in life skill activities which are carried out once a month are all children with special needs or ABK in the school by considering the characteristics and conditions of the child.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara sekolah dengan pendidikan inklusif di SDN 12 GEDONG pada masa pandemic COVID – 19 yang bertujuan untuk memenuhi mata kuliah Pendidikan Orientasi Baru dalam Pendidikan Khusus. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan beberapa cara yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Kegiatan belajar mengajar masih tetap berjalan melalui pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan media daring sesuai dengan ketentuan dan aturan sekolah serta pemerintah . Proses belajar mengajar pada masa Pandemi COVID - 19 di SDN 12 Gedong dilakukan secara Daring untuk mencegah atau meminimalisir kontak fisik antara guru dan murid sehingga dapat memotong dan menghentikan penyebaran virus COVID -19. This research aims to find out how schools with inclusive education at SDN 12 GEDONG during the COVID-19 pandemic are aimed at fulfilling the New Orientation Education course in Special Education. The data collection method was carried out in several ways, namely through observation, interviews, and document study. Teaching and learning activities are still ongoing through distance learning with online media in accordance with the rules and regulations of the school and government. The teaching and learning process during the COVID-19 Pandemic at SDN 12 Gedong was carried out online to prevent or minimize physical contact between teachers and students so as to cut and stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
