Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the teaching campus program has a positive effect on students' hard skills and whether it has a positive impact on the soft skills of students of students of the PGRI economic education study program at Bhinneka University. A sample of 21 students enrolled in the campus teaching program and the economic education study program was used. for this descriptive study. With four soft skill indicators, this instrument is designed to assess student progress in soft and hard skills through campus teaching programs: 1) communication capacity, 2) problem solving capacity, 3) creativity, and 4) conflict resolution capacity. Meanwhile, this study discusses hard skill indicators such as empathy, social skills, use of technology, writing. skills, and research and writing skills. The findings show an increase in students' soft skills, with the highest indicator, their communication skills increasing by 90%. The most important indicators, namely improvement in writing and research, showed a 98% increase in student skills.DOI: https://dx.doi.org/10.17977/UM014v15i22022p94

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase knowledge and understanding of the material in cooperative economics courses through the outdoor study method. This type of research is development research using the ADDIE method. Based on the results of research conducted on the discussion and results, it can be concluded that the application of the outdoor study method in cooperative economics learning can increase students' knowledge and understanding of the material in cooperative economics courses. The use of this method can also make learning activities into meaningful learning. The final result obtained is that students get scores in the range of 80-95 with information that is very good and satisfactory in completing their assignments and knowledge in the field of cooperatives.DOI: https://dx.doi.org/10.17977/UM014v15i22022p135

Abstract

This research aims to 1) expand the number of difficult media available for use in the lax application eloquent narrative in classrooms 3. 2) Consider utilising the articulating narrative app to better understand how media consumers interact in real life. 3) This study's research and development (R&D) approach employs the 4D framework, which stands for Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The study's conclusions focused on media economics and articulating narrative 3app, which instructors and students may use in international commerce and economics lectures. The majority of the instructional resources in this course are derived from the internet and programs that may be run on any computer. Based on the validation results of the following categories: The panel gave the topic a score of 80% (valid), the language a score of 86.6% (very valid), the medium a score of 87.8% (very valid), and the evaluation a score of 84% (very valid). The result, the percentage decreased by 82% between rates (very valid). Student practicality test required a percentage of at least 83.45%, but teacher practicality test required a percentage of at least 88.18% (extremely practical). Abstract

 In today's uncertain times, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit through co-curricular learning activities for high school students as a provision to be able to live independently is very necessary. Learning loss and the decrease in students' motivation to carry out learning offline is the impact of distance learning. Schools through the implementation of the Independent Curriculum design learning activities in the form of projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students. The main purpose of this research is to reveal how schools can inspire students' entrepreneurial spirit through a project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Youtube variable as a learning medium on student Engagement and to determine student learning motivation on student Engagement at SMAN 8 Padang. This type of research is descriptive with a causative approach, namely the existence of a relationship or influence with each other on the variables studied. The data will be taken through the process of distributing questionnaires that will occur during the 2021/2022 school year at SMAN 8 Padang. The data analysis method used is SEM (Structural Eguation Model) analysis with multivariate statistical analysis methods. The data will then be processed using the AMOS application which is then described by analyzing the obtained hypotheses and describing the results of the research. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence from the use of Youtube as a medium of student learning and student motivation on student learning Engagement at SMAN 8 Padang. So it is suggested to further researchers, can examine other learning media in the learning process and examine other variables that can increase student learning Engagement so that from the results of subsequent research new ways are found in increasing student learning Engagement so that it can improve the quality of the learning process.DOI: https://dx.doi.org/10.17977/UM014v15i22022p164

Abstract

Entrepreneurship attracts many students because it can improve the Indonesian Economy and create jobs. However, there are some students who fail in entrepreneurship, this can be influenced by several factors. Among them is an understanding of economic knowledge and digital knowledge. For this reason, this study aims to determine the Effect of Economic Literacy and Digital Literacy on Students' Specific Abilities in Entrepreneurship in the S1 Study Program of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, State University of Malang. The population in this study were all undergraduate students of economic education with the sample calculation using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique used purposive random sampling. By using multiple linear regression analysis resulted that partially and simultaneously the variables of economic literacy and digital literacy have a positive effect on the specific ability of students in entrepreneurship. This is influenced by students' understanding of economics and entrepreneurship theory that have been studied in courses that have been taught in the previous semester.DOI: https://dx.doi.org/10.17977/UM014v15i22022p105

Abstract

Facing the current digital era of information, learning activities tend to be done online, this causes changes in the education area that require educators to be able to provide learning through online media. Efforts to support these conditions require capacity building to improve the skills of teachers. The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's needs for the ability of online learning media and what strategies can be done to improve the ability of teachers to use online learning media. The method used in this study is qualitative with a case study of high school economics teachers in Kediri Regency. The technique used is to provide training related to online learning media. This training is carried out through material presentation, as well as guidance and explanation or joint practice in making innovative learning media using Sparkol Videoscribe. This training activity aims to increase innovation by training teachers at SMA Kediri Regency using online-based media, namely Sparkol Videoscribe. The training participants amounted to 45 teachers who were members of the Economics Subject Teacher Community (MGMP) of Kediri Regency. As a result, the capacity building strategy with this training has been running optimally and has achieved its goals with indications that there has been an increase in the skills and understanding of teachers regarding online-based learning media. Abstract

The purpose of this research to know  the influence of family economics education, financial literacy and intensity of social media used on the management of bidikmisi scholarship fund for students at faculty of economics in Universitas Negeri Malang, Class of 2017. This study used a quantitative research approach with the type of explanatory research. The sample used 137 respondents of students recipients of the bidikmisi scholarship at the Faculty of economics, Universitas Negeri Malang class of 2017. Data collection techniques using a questionaire. Data analysis technique used classical assumption test, multiple linier analysis and hypothesis testing (F test and T test) with SPSS 24 For windows. Abstract

Teacher performance is a determining factor in learning which will affect student learning outcomes. Improving teacher performance can be done by increasing factors that influence it, one of which is internal factors such as competence and field experience. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of efforts to increase self-competence and teaching experience on teacher performance partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted in high schools throughout Tulungagung Regency at the end of March to April 2022 with data collection techniques through questionnaires and obtained 39 samples from 45 populations. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with SPSS software version 22.0. The results of the analysis show that efforts to increase self-competence have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance while the teaching experience variable has no significant effect on teacher performance, but simultaneously efforts to increase self-competence and teaching experience have a significant positive effect on teacher performance. So it can be concluded that no matter how much teaching experience you have when you do not participate in activities to improve self-competence, the performance you have is meaningless.DOI: https://dx.doi.org/10.17977/UM014v15i22022p114
