Abstract

Compared to other Islamic financial institutions, Islamic Fintech has some advantages in accelerating the growth of SME Enterprises in Indonesia. Nevertheless, the existence of Islamic Fintech is not free from various problems, such as regulation aspect, human resources aspect, also perception of society and potential fraud. This research sought to find solution of the problems with SWOT analysis, then comparing the aspects each other to find out strategies in the effort of growing Islamic fintech for accelerating SME Enterprises. The results are some strategies consisting of, first, ecosystem strengthening between Islamic Fintech, government, academics and civil society, including Islamic Fintech customers and Islamic Banks. Second, optimalization potential of Islamic Fintech in managerial skills also Islamic contracts capacity. Last, massive and targeted socialization and promotion of Islamic Fintech.

Abstract

Di era digital sekarang ini, muncul fenomena pembayaran PayLater. Konsep utama dari fitur pembayaran PayLater ini adalah ‘beli sekarang, bayar nanti’. Jual beli dengan cara ini dimana konsumen (pembeli) membeli/mengambil barang dari penjual, lalu di akhir periode tertentu yang disepakatai bersama akan dibayar total seluruhnya. Ini disebut dengan jual beli Istijrar. Ulama berbeda pendapat, jika harganya tidak diketahui oleh pembeli ketika membeli/mengambil barang, dan pembeli baru mengetahui harga setelah ditotal di akhir ketika hendak melakukan pembayaran, maka jual belinya dilarang. Ini merupakan pendapat jamahir ulama (hampir semua ulama) dari 4 madzhab. Akan tetapi, jika jual belinya akan sah dan diperbolehkan selama ada harga pasar (as-Si’rul Mitsl) yang berlaku umum. Ini adalah salah satu pendapat ulama syafiiyah, salah satu riwayat dalam madzhab Hambali, dan pendapat yang dipilih oleh Ibnu Taimiyah dan Ibnul Qoyim. Sehingga Istijar atau PayLater diperbolehkan dimana harga ditentukan setelah semua transaksi jual beli dilaksanakan relevan dengan ekonomi syariah dengan syarat-syarat tertentu. Fitur PayLater sangat cepat popular karena kemajuan teknologi sistem pembayaran di e-commerce (online shopping). Kita memang perlu mempertimbangkan kita ketika hendak memanfaatkan kemudahan fitur ini. Selain mudah, PayLater tidak memerlukan jaminan khusus, sehingga fitur PayLater banyak peminatnya. Namun, jangan sampai kita sebagai manusia terlena dan kalap dalam memanfaatkannya hingga kita menjadi konsumtif (boros) dan bahkan berhutang ketika berbelanja via online (oline shopping). Maka, sisi positif PayLater perlu diimbangi juga dengan pemahaman atas potensi risiko yang bisa ditimbulkannya. Oleh karena itu, sebelum menggunakan fasilitas PayLater, konsumen (pembeli) harus mempertimbangkan antara kebutuhan dan keinginan sesuai kemampuan.

Abstract

"Simple" savings are a new idea among students, so the decision to adopt an innovation requires the role of individuals and social networks. The communication process that occurs between individuals who are members of a group forms a flow of information exchange that is patterned and forms a communication network. As a result of interactions that occur in the communication network there is an exchange of information about innovations which then affect the adoption process. After an analysis, it was concluded that the process of adoption of innovation in SMK BATIK Surakarta was included in the medium and high categories. It can be seen that in the initial stage of knowledge where students of SMK BATIK Surakarta begin to realize the innovation of the "Simple" savings program iB BPR Syariah Syariah Mulia, knowing their functions, benefits and prerequisites, 73% of students at SMK BATIK 1 Surakarta are in the high category, while 27% of group members are in the medium category. After understanding the innovation of the iB BPR Syariah Dana Mulia "Simple" savings program, the next stage of persuasion takes place where students of SMK BATIK 1 Surakarta begin to determine their attitude to accept or reject the innovation of the "Simple" iB BPR Syariah Dana Mulia savings program. The percentage of students who are still hesitant to accept the "Simpel" iB BPR Syariah Dana Mulia savings program is higher than the percentage of students who receive the "Simpel" iB BPR Syariah Dana Mulia savings program

Abstract

Anjloknya nilai tukar mata ung lokal yang diakibatkan adanya krisis ekonomi, menyebabkan bank-bank konvensional yang memberlakukan sistem bunga dan menganggap uang bukan hanya sekedar berfungsi sebagai alat tukar melainkan telah menjadi barang komoditas, sehingga mereka menaikkan secara besar-besaran bunga pinjaman dan simpanannya. Tingginya tingkat bunga tersebut menyebabkan ekonomi kekurangan  likuiditas, yang akibatnya dunia usaha menjadi stagnan, sehingga akhirnya bangkrut dan berakibat meningkatnya pengangguran. Walhasil masyarakat semakin miskin. Di sisi lain bank harus membayar bunga deposito yang tinggi, sedangkan pendapatan bunganya anjlok karena kredit macet. Akhirnya banyak bank-bank konvensional berbasis bunga, satu per satu gugur terlikuidasi. Dalam keadaan demikian terbukti bank syariah yang non bunga tapi bersistem bagi hasil (profit sharing)-lah yang bisa tetap bertahan terhadap tekanan krisis ekonomi. Hal ini disebabkan karena konsep yang mendasari  sistem keuangan syariah, menganggap uang hanya sebagai alat tukar. Sehingga uag tersebut tidak akan menghasilkan nilai tambah apapun, kecuali apabila dikonversi menjadi barang atau jasa. Sehingga tiap transaksi keuangan harus dilatarbelakangi transaksi sektor riil.  Kata kunci : perbankan, bagi hasil

Abstract

Abstract The low budget absorption capacity of Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) and cases of corruption involving government employees reflects the low awareness of employee religiosity and has an impact on the lack of performance of government employees. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the performance of employees within the Provincial Government of North Sumatra in terms of education, experience, motivation with religiosity as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data analysis used the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test. The results obtained that partially, experience and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of the North Sumatra Provincial Government employees. But partially, education has no significant effect on the performance of the North Sumatra provincial government employees. Simultaneously, education, experience and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of the North Sumatra Provincial Government employees. Meanwhile, Religiosity strengthens the influence of Education, Experience, and Motivation on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how it should be the competence of human resources of Islamic banking is based on the principles of Islamic Shariah. This study uses a phenomenological approach oriented qualitative descriptive. The technique of collecting data using interviews, participant observation, and study. Human resource competencies Islamic banking is based on the principles of Islamic law, the ability to modify banking products, also understand the contracts sharia combined with the principles of Islamic law includes not burdensome, reduce the burden, the determination of the law periodically, pay attention to the benefit, as well as equality and justice. With the principles of Islamic sharia combined with the ability to modify banking products, also understand the syariah contracts, the target growth in market share of Islamic banks can be achieved in accordance with expectations.The results of this study are the competence of human resources at BNI Syariah Surakarta at the level of the manager is good, supported by higher education, training a lot, as well as experience. While at the employee level still needs a lot of attention, because the level of education there are still low, still a little training, and experience is not adequate. Keywords: Competence of Human Resources, Islamic Bank, Principles of Islamic Sharia

Abstract

Abstract Abstrak ditulis dalam bahasa Inggris yang berisikan isu-isu pokok penelitian, tujuan penelitian, This article will discuss efforts to resolve sharia economic disputes using the Sulh (peace) and Mediation approach to achieve justice. The type of research used is library research with a normative juridical approach that connects phenomina with the rule of law. In conventional business as well as in disputes, conflicts or disputes sometimes occur and cannot be avoided. Settlement of disputes in court takes a long time, costs a lot and the result is win-lose, causing a feeling of being unfair to one of the parties. For this reason, the method of Sulh (peace) and Mediation in resolving sharia economic disputes is the choice of sharia economic actors. Peace and Mediation can be developed using various models such as: negotiation and arbitration. This dispute resolution model is more acceptable to the community, because philosophically the values of sulh (peace) and Mediation (seeking joint solutions) that exist in Islamic law already exist intrinsically in the culture of Indonesian society which is more based on deliberation and harmony in social life.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Islamic financial inclusion in Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Dana Usaha Syariah Tambakboyo (BMT Dasa) in increasing the empowerment of MSMEs. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The results of this study indicate that BMT has implemented Islamic financial inclusion well. Social capital plays a role in the implementation of financial inclusion. Social capital in the form of value and trust, human capital, financial capital and physical capital. BMT has provided many facilities so that MSMEs can obtain funding and can be used to develop businesses and improve the economy as a whole. Supervision conducted by BMT Dasa has also been carried out well, but BMT does not provide training for its customers. Though the training is very important for customers, especially MSMEs.

Abstract

The purpose of research is to analyze the financial health of Savings and Loans Cooperative and Sharia (KSPPS) BMT Mitra Mandiri Wonogiri, Central Java. This research method is quantitative descriptive approach, with sample of KSPPS financial reports from year 2013 until 2016. Permenkop-UKM number 7 / Per / Dep.6 / IV / 2016, is used as a data analysis tool, which includes capital aspect, quality aspect of productive assets, efficiency aspect, liquidity aspect, and independence aspect and growth aspect. The result based on each health assessment indicator, all indicators indicate healthy category except capital aspect. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of promotion, innovation, and price on repeat purchase in toko oleh-oleh haji with loyalty as a mediating variabel. The research problem is how to increasing customer loyalty toward repurchase intention in toko oleh-oleh haji. The variable used in this study is promotion, innovation, price as variabel independen, loyalty as variable intervening and repeat purchase as variabel dependen. The sampling method used on this research is purposive sampling technique. Sample collected from 150 respondents of customer in toko oleh-oleh haji. Technique of data collection conducted by survey through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis was performed by descriptive analysis method and the method of Partial Least Square (PLS). The result showed that customer on average make repurchase in toko oleh-oleh haji more than twice. The result of data anlysis using the PLS indicates that there is a positive and significant through promotion, innovatin, and price in the repeat purchase. Based on the research results, repeat purchase can be increased through consumer loyalty.
