Abstract

Premarital sexual behavior is a teenage problem that gets a lot of attention globally. This study aims to determine premarital sexual behavior in adolescents in terms of family conditions and sources of sexuality information. Family conditions can be seen from several indicators, including based on caregivers, primary caregivers, place of residence and family integrity. The researcher developed a scale based on sexual behavior, specifically touching, kissing, making out (petting), and having sex (coitus). The respondents of this study were teenagers in Sikka Regency, totaling 348 people with an age range of 12–18 years. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics. This study found that premarital sexual behavior in adolescents in Sikka Regency was enough high at 82%. Other findings show that the highest premarital sexual behavior in adolescents occurs in adolescents who are cared for by grandparents, while the main caregivers who are most at risk are those whose children are cared for by other families, living in boarding houses with orphaned conditions. Another condition is that teenagers who are most vulnerable to sexual behavior are teenagers who get sexual information from the media.

Abstract

This study aimed to improve students' mathematical understanding skills. The understanding ability is students' ability to understand the concept of the material, not just memorize the material. When students understand the concepts of differential calculus, students can quickly solve problems in differential calculus. The students' understanding gained in the differential calculus material will be the basis for understanding the integral and advanced calculus material. However, the current conditions where the Coronavirus that has hit the world, including Indonesia, have resulted in students having to study from home with a learning process that is carried out online. Students cannot access books in the library and limited credit to access teaching materials from the internet because the learning materials owned by students are limited. It makes it difficult for students to learn, so students' mathematical understanding abilities are low. The M-APOS learning approach was used in this study to answer this problem. The study results found that learning with this approach has succeeded in increasing students' mathematical understanding abilities on derivative material. This research is an experimental study with a pretest-posttest control group research design.

Abstract

This journal examines the implementation of the National Education System Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the Right to Get Islamic Religious Education in State Elementary Schools in North Minahasa. The main problem is to know the standardization for implementing Islamic religious education services at two elementary schools (SDN Suwaan and SD Inpres Kawangkoan) and to find out the realization of the right to receive Islamic religious education, mainly in Kalawat District, North Minahasa Regency. This research is field research, using descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings of this study indicate that the standardization of implementing Islamic religious education services at those two schools is to pay attention to the presence or number of students who are Muslim, namely with a minimum ratio of 15 students in one class or in one school as stated in the Regulations. Therefore, the realization of the right to obtain Islamic religious education based on the National Education System Law no. 20 of 2003 at these schools could be realized as it should be. This is because students have not received religious education taught by educators of the same religion because of the unavailability of Islamic religious educators, so that the law has not been implemented properly.
