Abstract

Kinerja adalah perilaku nyata yang ditampilkan setiap orang sebagai prestasi kerja yang dihasilkan oleh karyawan sesuai dengan perannya dalam perusahaan/organisasi. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa kinerja merupakan suatu kondisi yang harus diketahui dan dikonfirmasikan kepada pihak tertentu untuk mengetahui tingkat pencapaian hasil suatu organisasi atau lembaga. Dalam tulisan ini, yang dimaksud dengan organisasi adalah lembaga pendidikan. Sementara, karyawan adalah guru atau dosen. Konsep komitmen organisasi penting bagi karyawan dalam menjalankan tugas sehari-hari di tempat kerja. Bila seorang karyawan memiliki komitmen tinggi terhadap organisasi tentu dia akan menjalankan tugasnya secara profesional, sehingga kualitas karyawan tersebut tercermin dalam perilakunya di tempat kerja. Komitmen merupakan rasa keterikatan dan kesetiaan yang ditujukan oleh seorang karyawan terhadap perusahaan/lembaga. Sementara, kinerja merupakan jawaban dari berhasil atau tidaknya tujuan organisasi yang telah ditetapkan. Kinerja (prestasi kerja) adalah hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seorang pegawai/karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugas sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya. Komitmen guru atau dosen merupakan rasa keterikatan dan kesetian yang ditunjukkan oleh seorang guru atau dosen terhadap institusi pendidikan tempat ia bertugas, sedangkan kinerja adalah jawaban dari berhasil atau tidaknya, baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas, seorang guru atau dosen terhadap tugas dan tanggung jawab yang diberikan oleh institusi pendidikan kepadanya.Performance is a tangible behavior that everyone displays as work performance generated by employees in accordance with its role in the company / organization. Thus it can be said that performance is a condition that must be known and confirmed to certain parties to know the level of achievement of an organization or institution. In this paper the author intent with the organization is an educational institution. While the employee is a teacher or lecturer. The concept of organizational commitment is very important for employees in carrying out daily tasks in the workplace. When an employee has a high commitment to the organization of course he will perform their duties professionally, so that the quality of employees is reflected in his behavior in the workplace. Commitment is a sense of attachment and loyalty directed by an employee to a company / institution ". While performance is the answer to the success or failure of organizational goals that have been established. Performance (performance work) is the work of quality and quantity achieved by an employee / employee inperforming tasks in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. The commitment of teachers or lecturers is a sense of attachment and loyalty shown by a teacher or lecturer to the educational institution in which he is in charge, while performance is the answer of the success or failure of both the quality and quantity of a teacher or lecturer to the tasks and responsibilities provided by educational institutions to her.

Abstract

Problem-solving is a process or thinking activity to solve a problem. Mathematical problem-solving skillis needed for students both in the process of understanding mathematics itself and in everyday life. The problem solving can beachieved by implementingthe learning using a problem-solving approachwhich trains students to deal with various problems including individuals and group problemsto be addressed individually or together. This learning is oriented towards the investigation and discovery which is solving the problems. It is the basis for students to solve problems critically, systematically, logically, and creatively as well as the ability to collaborateeffectively and to present fundamental knowledge which in turn can improvethe solving skill. This study aimed to examine whether the improvement of mathematical problem-solving skillof students learned with the problem-solving approach wasbetter than students taught using the conventional learning. The improvement was examined based on the students’ levels. This study applied a pre-test and post-test control group design. The population of the study was Year 7 students of one of the junior high schools in Pidie, Indonesia, consisting of seven classes in 2017/2018.Two classes, a control, and an experimental class were selected as the sample through purposive sampling technique. The instrument used to obtain the data is the mathematical problem-solving skill test.The data was then analyzed by employing a two-way ANOVA test using SPSS. The results of the study showed that the improvement of mathematical problem-solving skill of the students learning with the problem-solving approach is better than the students experiencing the conventional learning, reviewed based on student levels. There is no interaction between the learning models and student levels on mathematical problem-solving skills. The resultsare expected to be used as a reference for mathematics teachers to apply the problem-solving approach in the learning process to improve mathematical problem-solving skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop e-learning media for ESP learning of English for Nursing Students. The development of English for specific needs has rapidly increased as the demand for tailor-made language learning raised. Following the current trend of industrial revolution 4.0, the need of ESP e-learning media is critically necessary. The study used Research Development (RD) model. There are some stages in RD model namely (1) Research and Information Collecting, (2) Planning, (3) Developing Preliminary Form of Product, (4) Preliminary Field Testing, (5) Main Product Revision, (6) Main Field Testing, (7) Operational Product Revision, (8) Operational Field Testing, (9) Final Product Revision and (10) Dissemination and Implementation. However, due to the limitation of the study, only five stages were conducted. The results indicated that the product of e-learning media for ESP learning of English for Nursing students was ready to use

The quality of the organization can be measured by customer satisfaction through continuous process improvement management. The strategy used in leading to quality management is Strategy Total Quality Management (TQM). Process to TQM involves many elements such as professional leaders, empowerment and teamwork, quality products and consistent service for customers and organizational management appraisals.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan penggunaan boneka puppet sebagai media untuk meningkatkan kosakata anak. Mengajar anak-anak tidak sama dengan mengajar orang dewasa karena mereka memiliki karakteristik dan motivasi yang berbeda. Mereka juga harus memperhitungkan bahwa mengajar bahasa Inggris untuk anak-anak berbeda dari orang dewasa. Para guru harus mengetahui karakteristik peserta didik nya. Tambahannya, mereka perlu mempersiapkan teknik yang baik dan bahan yang cocok untuk mendapatkan target pengajaran bahasa. Boneka puppet dapat memberikan unsur kegembiraan kepada peserta didik. Dengan memasukkan unsur-unsur lucu, boneka  puppet dimaksudkan untuk  menarik perhatian anak-anak. Penggunaan boneka puppet dapat memotivasi anak-anak agar lebih tertarik dalam  pembelajaran kosa kata, dan menyediakan teknik yang lebih baik untuk pengajaran kosa kata. Penggunaan boneka puppet bisa menjadi cara alternatif untuk mengajarkan kosakata, khususnya untuk meningkatkan kosakata anak. Para guru sebaiknya  berkonsentrasi bahwa pengajaran kosakata adalah sesuatu yang baru dan berbeda dari bahasa asli siswa.

Abstract

KTSP  is the operational curriculum systematically arranged and detailed kind of preparation, the preparation of which is carried out by each unit of education at the stage of evaluation. Guidance and Counseling (BK) is one component of the KTSP. The rationale for the implementation of guidance and counseling in Schools / Madrasah, not solely lie in the presence or absence of a legal basis (legislation) or the provisions of the above, but more important is on efforts to facilitate learners hereinafter referred to counseling, to be able develop her potential or achieve development tasks (involving the physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and moral-spiritual). Counseling as an individual who is in the process of developing or being (on becoming). Activity Extracurricular are educational activities outside subjects and counseling services to help the development of learners in accordance with the needs, potentials, talents, and interests through activities specially organized by educators or education personnel are capable and in authority in the school / madrasah. Extracurricular activities at school has long been underway, and is generally in the form of the scouts.

Abstract

Islam adalah agama yang sempurna, juga agama yang diridai Allah swt. Oleh karenanya, Islam sangat memperhatikan pendidikan, baik pendidikan umum maupun agama. Nilai-nilai pendidikan sekaligus filsafat pendidikan tertuang dalam ayat yang pertama kali turun yaitu surah al-Alaq ayat 1—5. Proses pembelajaran dalam pendidikan memerlukan konsep yang sempurna. Hal ini telah dituangkan dalam butir-butir ayat alquran yang cukup luas maknanya. Tentunya berkaitan dengan hal itu, alquran sudah memberikan konsep kurikulum  sendiri dalam pendidikan Islam. Di antara 6666 ayat dalam alquran, yang sangat terkesan mengandung nilai kurikulum pendidikan keluarga terdapat dalam surah al-Luqman ayat 12—19. Lalu, apakah definisi kurikulum dan bagaimana konsep kurikulum pendidikan keluarga menurut ayat tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan konsep deskriptif kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian library research (kepustakaan). Metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Sementara itu, teknis analisis datanya memakai metode analisis isi dengan pendekatan tafsir Tarbawi. Definisi kurikulum pendidikan menurut peneliti dalam surah al-Luqman ayat  12—19 di atas adalah seperangkat proses pembelajaran dengan tegas, bijaksana dan penuh kasih sayang untuk mengajar, mendidik, dan membimbing beberapa karakter nilai-nilai iman, akidah, tauhid, syukur, menghormati orang tua, bertanggung jawab, toleransi, sabar, tawaduk, amar ma’ruf, dan nahi mungkar dalam rangka mencapai tujuan pendidikan (insan kamil yang berahklakul karimah) direalisasikan dengan selalu istikamah dalam ibadah salat sebagai bentuk keberhasilan dan kesuksesan (beruntung) pembelajaran sehingga tercapai keridaan Allah (surga). Kurikulum pendidikan menurut Zainal Arifin adalah sejumlah mata pelajaran yang harus ditempuh atau diselesaikan peserta didik di sekolah untuk memperoleh ijazah. Jika surah al-Luqman ayat 12—19 dianalisis menggunakan teori Zainal Arifin, dapat disimpulkan bahwa konsep kurikulum pendidikan keluarga dalam surah al-Luqman ayat 12—19 adalah konsep iman dan amal serta akhlak, yaitu sejumlah mata pelajaran yang harus ditempuh (diajarkan orang tua) atau diselesaikan (diamalkan) anak di rumah maupun di sekolah (mata pelajaran tentang iman). Lalu, hal ini dibuktikan dengan ibadah (mata pelajaran fiqih) sehingga menjadi anak yang saleh berakhlak mulia (mata pelajaran akhlak). Ini sangat sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan Islam secara umum dalam kajian filsafat pendidikan Islam, yaitu manusia yang sempurna (insan kamil) atau akhlakul karimah. Maka kurikulum pendidikan keluarga dalam surah al-Luqman disebut dengan kurikulum Luqmani.Islam is a perfect religion, a religion that is accepted by Allah Almighty. Therefore Islam is very concerned about education, whether public education or religion. The values of education as well as educational philosophy are contained in the first verse down which is surah al-Alaq verses 1-5. The process of learning in education requires a perfect concept, it has been poured in the verses of the Qur'an is quite extensive meaning, of course associated with it, al-Qur'an has given the concept of its own curriculum in Islamic education, between 6666 verses in the Qur'an, which seem to imply the value of the family education curriculum contained in sura al-Luqman verses 12-19. . Then what is the curriculum definition and how the concept of family education curriculum according to that paragraph.  This research method uses qualitative descriptive concept, with research type of library of Risert (bibliography), data collection method is using primary and secondary data and technical data analysis is using contents analysis method with approach of tafsir Tarbawi. Definition The education curriculum according to the researchers in sura al-Luqman verses 12-19 above is a set of learning process with firm, wise and loving to teach, educate and guide some character values of Faith, aqidah, monotheism, gratitude, responsible, tolerant, patient, tawaduk, amar ma'ruf and nahi mungkar in order to achieve the goal of education (insan kamil berahklakul karimah) is realized with always istikomah in worship as a form of success and success (lucky) learning so as to achieve keridhoan Allah (heaven ). Education curriculum according to Zainal Arifin is a number of subjects that must be taken or resolved learners in school to obtain a diploma. If the Surah al-Luqman verses 12-19 are analyzed using Zainal Arifin's theory, it can be concluded that the concept of family education curriculum in sura al-Luqman verses 12-19 is the concept of Faith and Charity and Morals, which are a number of subjects to be taken (taught people old) or completed (put) children at home and school (subjects about the Faith) and then proved by Worship (subjects jurisprudence) to be a pious child and shalehah a noble character (moral subjects). This is in accordance with the objectives of Islamic education in general in the study of philosophy of Islamic education, the perfect human (insan kamil) or akhlakul karimah.Thus the family education curriculum in sura al-Luqman is called the Luqmani curriculum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran Bahasa Arab dengan menggunakan metode langsung kelas VI SDS Hubbulwathan Duri. Berdasarkan temuan di lapangan bahwa kemampuan siswa berbeda-beda dalam memahami materi pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Masih ada siswa yang kurang terampil dan bersemangat ketika proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari proses serta hasil nilai yang didapat oleh siswa tersebut. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di SDS Hubbulwathan Duri pada tahun akademik 2017/2018. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Bahasa Arab beserta siswa sebanyak 71 responden di SDS Hubbulwathan Duri. Metode yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data deskriptif persentase yang bersifat deduktif kualitatif dengan sampel siswa kelas VI SDS Hubbulwathan Duri. Dari perhitungan diperoleh persentase efektivitas metode langsung yaitu 66,2 yang jika ditafsirkan pada kalimat kualitatif, angka tersebut berada pada angka 56%—75% yang bermakna cukup. Jadi, kualitas metode langsung pada kelas VI di SDS Hubbulwathan berada pada posisi cukup.This study aims to determine how the effectiveness of learning Arabic by using the SDS Hubbulwathan Duri Direct Class Method. Based on the findings in the field that students' abilities differ in understanding Arabic learning material. There are still students who are less skilled and less enthusiastic when the learning process takes place. This can be seen from the process and the results obtained by the student. Location This research was conducted at SDS Hubbulwathan Duri in the 2017/2018 academic year. The sample in this study were Arabic language teachers and students namely as many as 71 respondents in SDS Hubbulwathan Duri. The method used is a descriptive qualitative data analysis technique that is deductive in nature with a sample of SDS Hubbulwathan Duri VI grade students. From the calculation obtained the direct method effectiveness percentage is 66.2 which if interpreted in the qualitative sentence, the number is at the rate of 56%—75% which means enough. So, the quality of the direct method in class VI at SDS Hubbulwathan is in a sufficient position.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a type of game through physical activities that are in activies that are in accordance with physical education learning materials in elementary schools. This research also test the effectivenes of the products that have been produced. This development research methods refers to the Borg and Gall development step which consistes of ten development steps. The result of study are the creation of a type of game with the name og the name the game disaster response. The specifications of this game are the types of games that are carried out in the form of physical activities in which there are fundamental movements (locootor, non locomotor and manipulative motion). These three types of motion correspond to physical education materials in elementery schools. The results of this development product are saved in the form of VCD tutorial videos. The effectiveness test of this product was teted on two different schools and analyzed using a t test of significances 0,5 state that series of disarter response games are effective and appropriate to be used as physical education learning for elementary school students. Increased effectiveness is stated in the standard Gain which is in the category of “medium”. Throught this disaster response game it can be used as basic motion learning in elementary schools as well as providing preliminary material about emergency rescue efforts in the event of a natural disaster.

Abstract

Islam in Indonesia is brought by the traders. It is not brought by soldiers or terrorists. When we learn the history of Islam in Indonesia, the development of Islamic societies through various ways and media, for example, trade and purchase, marriage, and “dakwah”. In terms of education to build Islamic education with multicultural insights, the educators must have high moral integrity by promoting ethical-moral as an integral part of their personality. Then educators also must have a deep understanding and also has a high sensitivity in analyzing issues of religious which is being developed in the community. Then, these educators help students to be aware of the importance of understanding the culture in society especially on religious term.
