Abstract

. Zakat is a rule in Islam and is included in the third pillar of Islam related to property. Zakat has a purpose, namely to clean our wealth and zakat can cleanse the human heart from greed, miserliness, and worldly nature. Zakat also helps the implementation of social security programs by balancing the status between communities, so that there is no social inequality that is too far in the gap between rich and poor. Zakat processing must be managed as well as possible by the amil zakat agency, which is currently the institution that manages zakat, namely the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). Therefore, to achieve this goal, BAZNAS must be able to determine which parties are entitled to receive zakat, so that it is right on target.This study aims to determine the determination of mustahiq by applying the application through the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) model.The results obtained in this study contained five criteria modeled in the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The main criteria factors that influence the determination of mustahiq are the criteria for workers with a result of 49.5%, then the second factor that affects is the number of dependents of the family who get a result of 24.1%, after that the third factor that influences is income (income) with a result of 16.6 %, then the fourth factor is home ownership with a yield of 6.1% and the last factor, namely age, has a result of 3.4%.

Abstract

Agriculture is an activity to manage biological natural resources with the help of technology and labor. The presence of diseases in plants that suddenly inhibit plant growth is alarming to farmers. So, farmers cannot determine what conditions these plants suffer. This study will discuss the implementation of Artificial Intelligence-based plant disease detection software. At this stage, deep learning models are created using cameras matched with objects. The application development is to detect diseases in plants. The fourth step is testing. This application includes the implementation of Convolutional Neural Network and Recurrent Neural Network, which provides Artificial Intelligence architecture to diagnose plant diseases, and offer solutions to those plants from the results of research with tomato plant sample tests obtained four categories of disease Early Blight disease with a prediction of 100%, Bacterial Spots 90%, Healthy 100%, Late Blight 100% a system that can recommend health care related to crops based on images so that it can help farmers identify types of plant diseases. This application can help farmers to reduce crop failure for farmers caused by plant diseases to improve the quality of agricultural and plantation products

Abstract

Alumni are graduates from a school, academy, high school, college, or university. Alumni are one of the important assets that must be embraced, coordinated, and developed as early as possible. The existence of alumni is very influential in improving the quality of an institution. So far, the Information Systems Study Program of UIN North Sumatra has not provided a means that can be used to collect data and track tracer study alumni so that the Information System of UIN North Sumatra has difficulties and obstacles in collecting and tracking data. tracer study alumni. The purpose of this research is to build an android-based application that can be used by alumni in filling out tracer study data online and can also assist the study program in tracking tracer study alumni easily and quickly through an android smartphone. The application development method used in this study is the Extreme Programming (XP) method which consists of planning, design, coding, and testing stages. In making a visual design of the application to be built, the author uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) tools consisting of use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The application is built using the Kodular framework and the Airtable database. With this application, it is hoped that it will make it easier for alumni to fill in data and help the information system study program track alumni data easily and quickly through an Android smartphone.

Abstract

Currently the Deep Learning algorithm is developing very rapidly, where its application has helped a lot in individuals and businesses. One of its uses in conducting any review can be used this method. The review used in this case is to review five-star hotels. The hotel image is used as input for a review. So from the image of the hotel, it can be immediately known the level of the hotel. Usually the review is done using good sentences with compliments that tend to be positive sentiments. Meanwhile, sentences in the form of complaints tend to have negative sentiments. This study does not use sentences in conducting a review and uses a simple method in conducting the review process. The use of images as input is classified into five classes, namely one-star hotel class, two-star hotel class, three-star hotel class, four-star hotel class and five-star hotel class. The purpose of this research is to conduct a review on five-star hotels with image as input and hotel review as the output of the Deep Learning algorithm process. Deep Learning algorithm process using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The datasets used are public datasets and private datasets. The use of these datasets is a way to get better training model results. So that the accuracy in reviewing the image becomes better. The results of this study resulted in an accuracy reaching 98.48%, while for Loss it reached 0.0554.

Abstract

One of the technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), requires quick adoption in the livestock sector. The use of AI technology can be highly beneficial in a number of key areas in the livestock business, including monitoring, forecasting, optimizing the growth of farm animals, contend with pests, diseases, threats of biosecurity, and monitoring farm animals and farm management. Livestock farms will be helped by artificial intelligence to gather and analyses of data in order to precisely forecast consumer behavior, including purchasing patterns, top trends, etc. Operation of farm will be done by using automatic means which directly minimize the expense and increase the quality of egg, milk and meat products but this system needs some extra investment to start.

Abstract

The manifestation of technological advances that have played a role in various fields is information systems. Information systems are widely applied in various government agencies such as aspects of education, economy and health. The government seeks to improve services in the health sector by carrying out community empowerment activities through Integrated Service Posts. In its implementation, the Integrated Service Post still uses the manual method, namely recording participant data from the Integrated Service Post, data on measuring baby's height and weighing baby's weight, vitamins and immunizations as well as the results of health checks for pregnant women and the elderly. Considering that continuous monitoring of infant growth and development is very important, the manual system becomes less effective. Thus, the existence of an Integrated Service Post information system helps data collection on infant growth and development as well as the health status of pregnant women and the elderly to be more effective. Researchers used research methods in the form of observation, interviews and literature study. The system design uses Unified Modeling Language and its development uses Rapid Application Development. The results of this study are a website-based Integrated Service Post information system for the implementation of Integrated Service Posts.

Abstract

Accounting information systems are very important for a financial organization, one of which is a financial information system in cooperatives. Cooperatives that aim for the welfare of their members must pay attention to their accounting information system, so that it does not become an obstacle in the future. The design of an accounting information system in cooperatives is intended to help cooperatives carry out the process of cooperative activities easily. This study aims to design an accounting information system at the Avia Jaya Member Cooperative. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach which includes system analysis and continued with the design of information systems. The system design method used in this research is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method or the system development life cycle with the waterfall model. The design of information systems is made using flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams and system implementation. The results of this study based on the system design using Microsoft Excel based on Visual Basic for Applications at the Avia Jaya employee cooperative, it was found that there was a process in the recording of deposit and loan transactions, as well as the resulting reports. The process of making an accounting information system is carried out based on the results of a case study by analyzing the Avia Jaya Employee Cooperative which does not yet have a system so that it hinders the process of running the accounting information system in the cooperative. The existence of this application design can make it easier for cooperative members to carry out the process of preparing financial reports which previously recorded manually into digital records and make it easier for users to make decisions.

Abstract

Digitizing local archives and culture through literacy using an e-library website is a reflection as well as an effort to save phenomenal memories which are unique and hardly repeated. An archive is a crucial component of social life and literacy, and it must be conserved because of its historical significance. Archives need to be preserved because the nation’s cultural treasures due to the fact beyond activities documented via data are legal evidence. Technology and information advancements are one of the options that can be used by the public to store online documentation and archiving. Literature can reflect the historical history of a country and are also a cultural driver in the cultural development of society. The type of research used in this study is library research. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, documentation studies, and interviews at the five research locations, namely the North Sumatra Provincial Library and Archives Service, Tebing Tinggi City Library and Archives Service, Pematangsiantar Library and Archives Service, Regency of Central Tapanuli Library and Archives Service, Sibolga City Library and Archives Service and North Tapanuli Library and Archives Service. The result of this research is that the best library service was shown by the library in Tebing Tinggi, but the Regency of Central Tapanuli Library and Archives Service area has an unprecedented and excellent collection of books and they have got an e-library from Kubuku as a digital library for society.

Abstract

Since the emerging of big data era, the information and data are grown rapidly. It requires us to have ability to extract the knowledge and information that consisted in this explosion of the data. One of way that can be used for this purpose is by using machine learning method. One of purpose of machine learning implementation is to conduct classification analysis and to identify variable importance that contribute in the research. It’s conducted the comparative study between two machine learning classification methods named classification tree and random forest method. This study is implemented on Indonesian Socioeconomic Survey (SUSENAS) 2020 in Aceh Province. The purpose of the study is to identify the optimum method between both and to identify the characteristics of food insecure household. The optimum method obtained by comparing the AUC value. The results obtained is random forest outperformed classification tree with the AUC value of random forest method is 0,718 and classification tree method is 0,668. The rank of variable importance of the optimum method is the type of cooking fuel used in the household, the area of house floor, education level of head of household, number of savers in a household, and the type of house floor.

Abstract

One of the discussions in the field of information systems is business processes. Soft skill is something that is also very important in addition to academic knowledge. Soft skills are non-technical abilities such as being able to think critically and be able to manage time. In the world of work, companies are not only looking for prospective employees who only have good hard skills but also look at their soft skills. This is very important to be socialized and give knowledge to prospective students who will enter the world of work. One thing that can be done is training activities that can be followed by every student from various universities by participating in the Competent Indonesia National Movement (GNIK) program, this program specifically teaches soft skills and hard skills of human resources (HR) and human resource management (HRM). It consists of students from various islands in Indonesia. For the training, directions and provisions were given to carry out field practice using descriptive qualitative methods, namely observation, interviews, documentation, and final evaluation. This activity aims to provide understanding and mastery of soft skills to improve the quality of human resources. The results of this activity concluded that this activity was very helpful for participants in increasing their understanding and awareness in improving soft skills.
