Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe (1) the effect of motivation on employee job satisfaction center management Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta, (2) the effect of motivation on employee performance center management Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta, (3) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance center management Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta, (4) the effect of motivation on organizational commitment of employees, (5) the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment of employees, and (6) the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance center management Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta. This research is classified in research exsplanatory research. The population is 102 employees of center management Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta. The samples number are 79 respondents and used probability techniques slovin method. Methods of data collection is done by the media questionnaires, while data analysis techniques used simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) motivation effect on employee job satisfaction, (2) motivation effect on employee performance, (3) job satisfaction does not affect the employee performance, (4) motivation does not affect the organizational commitment of employees, (5) job satisfaction affect the organizational commitment of employees, and (6) organizational commitment effect on employee performance. Kata Kunci: motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee performance, center management Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Kesadaran tentang investor terhadapa pelaksanaan corporate social responsibility oleh emiten-emiten kini telah menjadi pertimbangan dalam keputusan investasi mereka, Tidak hanya pertimbangan financial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana factor-faktor moral behavior perusahaan akan mempengaruhi keputusan investasi mereka dengan menggunakan multiple attribute utillity theory (MAUT) dan theory of planned behavior (Ajzen, 1985). Dengan menggunakan teknik purposive-judgment sampling responden diminta berpartisipasi dalam sebuah group experimental dalam sebuah lab komputer. Setelah itu para partisipan diberikan kesempatan untuk membaca deskripsi 6 perusahaan fiktif dan memberikan persepsi mereka tentang pelaksanaan CSR masing-masing perusahaan. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah perilaku investasi (Inv. Behavior) sedangkan variabel independen adalah Variabel Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Dividen Ekspektasian Multiple Attribute Utility Theory dan Issue Contingent Model. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan Tiga model prilaku yang digunakan mengindikasikan dapat menjelaskan variasi pada pengambilan keputusan investasi yang berlandaskan pada persepsi etika dan moral. Di samping itu juga terlihat bahwa aspek moral menjadi pertimbangan lebih dalam prilaku investasi daripada aspek finansial (dividen ekspektasian). Kata-kata Kunci: Social Responsibility, Moral Behavior, Multiple Attribute Utility Theory dan Issue Contingent Model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine consumer attitudes at PT. Kencana Internusa Artha Finance. To determine consumer attitudes toward variable leasing services that include credit period, credit standards and billing policy. The research was carried out directly by the researcher with the consumer of PT. Kencana Internusa Artha Finance. To determine consumer attitudes towards leasing services for automobile use Multiatribut Attitude Model analysis techniques. In this study , the data collected by questionnaires. The population was consumers of PT. Kencana Internusa Artha Finance. The sample of 100 respondents who used Accidental Sampling method. Based on calculations indicate that consumer attitudes toward credit period is a significant attribute, consumer attitudes toward credit standards is a significant attribute and consumer attitudes toward attributes are significant in the billing policy. The result showed there are consumer attitudes towards services for car leasing is positive (very well) where his Ab by using the Multiatribut Attitude Model techniques of 18,64, this means that attitude or response of consumers as a whole has to meet what is expected and what is believed to consumers. So we can say for the car leasing services in PT Kencana Internusa Artha Finance is in conformity with what consumers want. Abstract

The development of tourist villages in Sleman district is very fast. Increasing the tourist village in Sleman District, each tourist villages should be able to manage the village well, and can introduce to the community effectively and efficiently. If visitors of the tourist village increase, it will have an impact on the increased revenue so that no difficulty in covering the costs used for the operational tourist village. Therefore it is important to develop a proper, effective, and efficient marketing strategy. The purpose of this study (1) To analyze the threats, opportunities, strengths and weaknesses of each tourist village in Sleman in an effort to increase tourist visits. (2) To know and analyze what tourism marketing strategy that can be applied in Sleman, Yogyakarta. From interviews with village tour managers and via questionnaires circulated to tourists, the average respondent responded positively, although there were still things that were perceived to be lacking, among others, access to transportation roads, parking lots, and road directions. Based on the SWOT analysis the most dominant strategy choice is the SO strategy (Strength Opportunities): the strategy utilizes all the power to create and utilize the greatest opportunities that is (1) Maintenance and development of the environment (2) Increase and multiply the tour package (3) Perform event to attract the tourists. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan (1) pengaruh kualitas informasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan, (2) pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, dan (3) pengaruh kualitas informasi dan kualitas pelayanan secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada UD. Barokah Berbah Sleman Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini tergolong dalam jenis penelitian expost facto. ). Dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah seluruh karyawan dan konsumen yang melakukan transaksi di UD. Barokah Berbah Sleman Yogyakarta berjumlah 25 orang yang sekaligus dijadikan sampel penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda yang didukung dengan uji F (F-Test) dan uji T (T-Test) dan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji multikolinearitas, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji autokorelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persamaan regresi ganda linier untuk tiga prediktor adalah Y = 26,325 + 0,327X1 + 0,069X2. Artinya, kualitas informasi (X1) dan kualitas pelayanan (X2) memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada UD. Barokah Berbah Sleman Yogyakarta. Semakin tinggi kualitas informasi dan kualitas pelayanan maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja perusahaan pada UD. Barokah Berbah Sleman Yogyakarta. Besarnya pengaruh dilihat dari nilai koefisien determinasi (R2). Nilai koefisien determinan (R²) melalui analisis regresi sebesar 0,100. Hasil koefisien determinan tersebut menunjukan bahwa kualitas informasi dan kualitas pelayanan memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan UD. Barokah Sleman sebesar 10%. Abstract

This research have purpose to a) know effect discipline toward employees performance, b) know effect education toward employees performance, c) know effect work environment toward employees performance, d) know effect discipline, education, and work environment in simultaneous toward Supermarket Pamella Satu’s employees performance. Analysis method is simple linear regression analysis. Result of research represent that discipline, education, work environment are not effect toward Pamella Satu Supermarket’s employees performance in partially and simultaneous. That’s can see from Adjusted R2 value, three independent variables give little contributions (4,1%) toward employees performance so 95,9% from other factors. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions smartphones Xiaomi, the effect purchasing decisions on consumer satisfaction smartphone Xiaomi, the effect of product quality and brand image to satisfaction consumers smartphones Xiaomi, and the effect of product quality and brand image together on purchasing decisions smartphones Xiaomi and customer satisfaction. This research is classified in research exspost facto. Its population is a student at the Faculty of Economics University Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa that are currently using or have used a smartphone Xiaomi and samples for the study of 100 people. Methods of data collection is done by using the media questionnaires, while data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis were supported by detrminan coefficient F test and T, and classical assumption test consisting of multicoloniarity, heterocedasticity test, and test for normality and path analysis. The results showed that the quality of the product does not affect the purchase decision Xiaomi smartphone, brand image influence on purchase decisions Xiaomi smartphone. Product quality, brand image affects customer satisfaction while purchasing decisions do not affect the Xiaomi smartphone customer satisfaction. Taken together the product quality and brand image influence on purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction Xiaomi smartphone. Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of a number of factors that can affect the Bank's Net Interest Margin (NIM) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2010-2016. The factors that are thought to influence NIM in this study are managerial ownership, internal risk (non-performing loans (NPL)), external risk (inflation), and efficiency (operating expenses and operating income (BOPO)). This research is expected to be beneficial for bank shareholders in supervising and controlling bank management in managing NIM at the Bank, for management the bank can control the NIM at the bank, for the government to determine the bank's NIM policy appropriately, and for further research can add referrals in the field of banking research especially the NIM. This study uses multiple linear regression test, with the results simultaneously independent variables namely managerial ownership, non-performing loans, inflation, BOPO have a positive effect on Net interest Margin (NIM), while the partial test results (T-test) is variable NPL, inflation has a negative influence on the net interest margin (NIM) while the other variables do not have a bearing on the NIM. Abstract

Bank is a financial institution that must able to guarantee the funds entrusted by the community. This guarantee related to the ability of banks to maintain their risk levels. As revealed by the theories and previous studies, a bank level of risk taking might determined by the concentration of the ownership, a party that determines the bank management. Additionally compliance in carrying out the principles of openness and the ability of banks to obtain other revenues outside the main business as intermediaries of funds from customers to the creditors also shown to determine the level of bank risk taking. By using multiple regression analysis techniques and observation of data during a period of 5 years, this study found that the level of a bank's risk taking is influenced by the disclosure of information and income diversification. The higher the index the information disclosure and diversification the lower the risk. Ownership concentration has shown the right coefficient direction corresponding to the risk but it is not statistically significant. Abstract

Value stocks merupakan saham-saham yang dihargai murah karena mencerminkan pesimisme. Sedangkan growth stocks merupakan saham-saham yang dihargai mahal karena mencerminkan optimisme. Berdasarkan penelitian- penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan bahwa saham-saham value stocks menghasilkan tingkat pengembalian yang lebih tinggi dibanding saham-saham growth stocks. Bond dan Thaler (1985) menjelaskan bahwa terjadinya over-reaction menyebabkan harga saham dihargai terlalu tinggi dan terlalu rendah yang mengakibatkan terjadinya reversal (pembalikan harga) pada periode selanjutnya. Dengan setting yang berbeda, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah saham-saham value stocks akan menghasilkan tingkat pengembalian yang lebih tinggi kendati tetap didapati kinerja keuangan yang buruk pada periode berikutnya. Kontrol yang digunakan adalah earning growth pada t+1. Populasi yang digunakan dalam peneitian ini adalah seluruh saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2002-2014. Total observasi sampel sebanyak 1935 untuk saham-saham value stocks dan growth stocks yang dipecah menjadi 290 sampel untuk purely value stocks dan 355 sampel untuk purely growth stocks. Teknik statistika yang digunakan adalah uji beda independen samplet-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam jangka satu tahun ke depan saham-saham value stocks menghasilkan tingkat pengembalian yang lebih tinggi dibanding saham-saham growth stocks tetapi dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,06. Akan tetapi setelah disesuaikan dengan perubahan fundamental (perubahan laba), saham-saham growth stocks dengan kinerja baik (purely growth stocks) menghasilkan tingkat pengembalian yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan saham-saham value stocks yang berkinerja buruk (purely value stocks) dengan tingkat signifikansi kurang dari 0,01.
