Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the price of the stock is overvalued or undervalued condition if calculated by the method of the Dividend Discount Model (DDM) and the method of Price Earning Ratio (P / E Ratio) and examine the differences with both methods and compare the difference of the two methods to price stock market. The object of this research is the company Telecommunications Indonesia, Tbk. The data used in the form of secondary data that the financial statements and data company dividend distribution in cash. The research method using the Dividend Discount Model and Price Earning Ratio. The results showed that there were significant differences using the Price Earning Ratio is because stocks are undervalued condition, so as to determine the price of the stock is better to use the method of Price Earning Ratio. Abstract

Studies on the existence and roles of government-controlled firms have moved forward along with the globalization and the advancement of technology. After many discussions on the performance difference between state and private firms and subsequently the impact of privatization, recent discussion is dominated by the implementation of corporate governance and modern business strategy. Abstract

There are interesting phenomena related to consumer behavior in Yogyakarta. One of them is price placebo effect. In Javanese language can be found words in relevance with price placebo effect, that is ”ono rego ono rupo” which can be translated to where there is price, there is quality. Therefore, this research is aimed to prove the influence of price placebo effect on brand equity and hedonic consumption, atmospheric cues on hedonic consumption, and also the influence of hedonic consumption on brand equity and impulsive buying behavior. Path analysis is used to test the hypotheses and the total of 506 respondents are participated in this research. The result indicated that all of this research hypotheses are supported.

Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the effect on the performance of SOEs Partnership Program SMEs in Sleman, Yogyakarta Special Region, using the balance scorecard approach to performance evaluation. In assessing the implementation of the coaching process, researchers use a measure of the principles of the new paradigm of Osborne and Gaebler (Tamba, 2004), while to know the direction of marketing strategies using the concept of Kotler and Armstrong (1989). The results showed that the implementation is not in accordance with the spirit of partnership that mandated by the rules. Working Capital Loans are given relatively small, and Investment Assistance Loans are only given to 10 SMEs (27.78%). Fostering human resources in the form of education and apprenticeship is never done, while the training is only carried out on eight SME (22.22%). In addition, the Marketing and Promotion Development aid is only granted to 12 SMEs (33.33%). The value of loans granted though relatively small, but was still significant (0.675; t-stat = 2.069) on shareholder value, this is because the loans are disbursed only to micro-businesses that had little effect so the increase that occurred has no positive value for welfare of society at large. Coaching HR does not provide a significant positive effect, even a negative effect on organizational capital (-0.465; t-stat=6.658) and no effect also on human capital (0.000). Similarly, the Business Development also no significant effect on shareholder value (-0.435; t-stat= 1.145) but significant positive effect on human capital (0.877; t-stat=17.417). Furthermore, the findings based on the principles of the new paradigm suggests that the implementation of the coaching was done SOE Partners Equity Loans weakened the influence of shareholder value (0.241; t-stat=1.498), whereas the implementation of the Referral Marketing Strategy Business Development to strengthen the influence of shareholder value (0.781; t-stat=4.252). Finally it can be concluded that the Capital Loan significant positive effect on shareholder value but does not give effect to the wider community. Positive and significant influence of human capital to organizational capital and equity firms occurred not due to the results of state-owned development partners, but tend to be because SMEs itself in terms of relationship and managerial capabilities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of buying and selling shares in technical analysis. The object of this research is the price of BBCA and BBTN during 2015. Data were analyzed using Bollinger Bands and RSI. The findings in this study are buying conditions occur when the stock touches or is outside the lower band and at the same time RSI in oversold. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence work culture on OCB, influence training on OCB, influence motivation on OCB, and influence work culture, training, and motivation on OCB craftsman batik at Giriloyo, Yogyakarta. Data collection using a questionnaire, while data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis by the F-test and T-test, and the classical assumption test of multicollinearity test, normality test, and heteroscedasticity.The results with level of significance 5% or 0,05 showed that work culture haven’t significant effect on OCB(0,460 > 0,05), training have significant effect on OCB(0.004 < 0,05), motivation have significant effect on OCB (0.038 < 0,05), and work culture, training, and motivation has significant effect on OCB craftsman batik at Giriloyo, Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui; 1) pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan wajib pajak Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Yogyakarta Jl. P. Senopti No. 20. 2) Pengaruh citra pajak terhadap kepuasan wajib pajak Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Yogyakarta Jl. P. Senopti No. 20. 3) Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan citra pajak secara serentak terhadap kepuasan wajib pajak Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Yogyakarta Jl. P. Senopti No. 20. Variabel penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan, citra pajak dan kepuasan wajib pajak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu wajib pajak pribadi Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Yogyakarta Jl. P. Senopti No. 20. Sampel yang diambil 100 wajib pajak, karena populasi tidak dapat diketahui. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat singnifikan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persamaan regresi linier berganda diketahui Y = -6,274+ 0,339X1 + 0,278X2. Artinya bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan citra pajak mempunyai hasil positif dan signifikan dengan α=5% terhadap kepuasan wajib pajak. Kualitas pelayanan dan citra pajak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan wajib pajak. Variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan wajib pajak. Variabel citra pajak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan wajib pajak. Nilai Adjusted R2 = 0,213 atau 21,3%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variasi kepuasan wajib pajak (Y) yang dapat dijelaskan variabel kualitas pelayanan dan citra pajak sebesar 21,3%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 78.7% dipengaruhi variabel lain. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Citra Pajak, dan Kepuasan Wajib Pajak

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, serta emphaty terhadap kepuasan konsumen baik secara individual maupun simultan. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Tangibles, Reliability, responsiveness, Assurance dan Empathy, sedangkan variabel dependen dalam penelitian adalah Kepuasan Konsumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pegambilan data menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling yaitu teknik menentukan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, ini dimaksudkan siapa saja yang secara kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti dapat digunakan sampel, jika syarat sampel dapat terpenuhi. Responden yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang konsumen rumah makan Waroeng Special Sambal. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, uji F dan uji t dengan menggunakan program komputer SPSS versi 17.00. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan konsumen terhadap kepuasan konsumen rumah makan Waroeng Special Sambal yang diukur dengan variabel-variabel Tangibles (X1), Reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) dan Empathy (X5) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, diperoleh persamaan regesi sebagai berikut : Y = 0, 271X1 - 0,296X2 + 0,131X3 + 0,399X4 + 0,443X5 + 2,350, besarnya pengaruh secara bersamasama dapat diketahui dari F hitung sebesar 14.663 dan nilai koefisien determinannya (R2) sebesar 0,408, artinya variabel-variabel Tangibles (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) dan Empathy (X5) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan sebesar 40,8% dan 59,2 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Besarnya pengaruh secara individual dapat diketahui dengan uji t menunjukkan signifikasi faktor-faktor kualitas pelayanan yang berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen yaitu variabel Tangibles (X1) 0.031, Reliability (X2) 0.033, responsiveness (X3) 0.024, Assurance (X4) 0.004 dan Empathy (X5) 0.000. Abstract

This study entitled Effect of EPS, PER, ROE, and DEROn Stock Return in The Companies Pharmacy Sector Listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of EPS, PER, ROE, and DERsimultaneously and partiallyto stock return consumer sector manufacturing companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The population of this research is all consumption sectors of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2011-2014. Based on these criteria the final sample obtained samples of 9 companies. Financial statement data used are the ones with the accounting year ended December 31, 2011-2014. While the return of data used is the stock return 31 December 2011-31 December 2014. Therefore, the data used in the research are secondary data, to determine the accuracy of the model needs to be tested on some of the assumptions underlying the classical regression model. Deviationclassical assumptions used in this study include Normality Test, Test of utocorrelation,Multikolonieritas Test, andTest heteroscedasticity.The results of the analysis of the data showed a positive effect of EPS and PER significant impact on stock returns. The results of the analysis of the data shows the influence of ROE and DER is positif and not significant to the stock return. Keywords: EPS, PER, ROE, DER, dan Stock Return

Abstract

This study aims to test relationships between brand name and country of origin. Independent variable is brand name and country of origin. The dependent variable is perceived quality and intention to buy. The data collection is done directly by using a survey questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done using simple regression with SPSS version 22.0. Results can be concluded that brand name and country of origin affect the perception of quality to the product and consumer purchase intention.
