Abstract

This research was conducted to find out effective it is implementation of development programs infrastructure village Bawo Kecamatan Tagulandang Utara Kabupaten Kepulauan SITARO. Bawo Village government increases infrastructure through the construction of infrastructure which prioritizes the basic rights of the community and the availabilility of infrastructure and quality as efforts to support accelerated development and enhancement passion for economic activity. And the problem found in the village of Bawo is how effectiveness of implementing infrastructure development programs in he village of Bawo this research aims to find out how effective it is implementation of infrastructure development in the village Bawo. The method used this study Is a qualitatitive method for later, fpr later analysis data collection is done by interview directly to the research informant who have determined by qualitative methods, to see how effective it is implementation of infrastructure development programs in the village Bawo Kecamatan Tagulandang Utara Kabupaten Kepulauan SITARO. Research use two indicators namely : the amount of result that can be issued meaning that the results are in the form of quantity or physical form the organization, program or activity. The intended result can be seen from Ratio (antara masukan) Input (dengan keluaran) output level of satisfaction obtained. Abstract

ABSTRAK :Human resources is an important factor determining the effectiveness of the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine / measure the extent of the influence of competence sumnberdaya apparatus of the effectiveness of the administration offices in North Minahasa Regency Health Office.This study uses quantitative methods. The respondents are all employees / officials at Health Office of North Minahasa Regency as many as 40 people. Instruments and data collection techniques used are questionnaires and aided by structured interview (interview quide). The analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is simple statistical regression analysis and simple correlation or koreasi product moment.The result showed: (1) the coefficient of regression toward the competence of personnel resources on the effectiveness of the administration office is posifive and significant. (2) The correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination variable competence of personnel resources on the effectiveness of the administration of the office is significant.Based on the results of these studies conclude that the competence of personnel resources have a relationship and a positive and significant impact on the effectiveness of the administration offices.Departing from the conclusions suggested let the competence development of personnel resources as a tool or a means to improve the effectiveness of the administration offices.Keywords : Competency Resource Apparatus , Office Administration

Abstract

The participation of the community in the implementation of development is less visible; almost all thepeople do not participate in the implementation of development either in the form of community activenessin the implementation of development, willingness to donate thoughts or ideas, skills, time, energy andresponsibility to the success of development. Lack of public participation in the implementation ofdevelopment because the government lacks socialization, communication, motivation and even developmentplans are not in accordance with the wishes of the community. This study is to answer the magnitude of theEffect of Public Participation on the Effectiveness of Development Implementation in Timbukar VillageSonder Sub District of MinahasaThis research is a quantitative research that is trying to answer the magnitude of the influence of communityparticipation variable on the effectiveness variable of development implementation. Sampling in this studyis intended to obtain data or the whole of the population, a large sample of 55 respondents. Data analysistechniques use simple linear regression and Pearson Product Moment Correlation AnalysisResult of research Public participation have significant or strong influence to effectiveness of developmentimplementation, where the value of correlation coefficient (r) = 0,720 whereas coefficient of determination(r²) = 0, 5184 or 51, 84%. Aristo OngiAbstarkDunia usaha saat ini baik perusahaan swasta maupun perusahaan milikNegara pada umumnya, yang memproduksi barang dan jasa, merasakan betapapentingnya faktor tenaga kerja. Manusia sebagai salah satu sumber dayamempunyai peranan penting dalam mendayagunakan sumber-sumber dalamorganisasi. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, memaksimalkan kemampuan yang adapada karyawan harus terus menerus diupayakan agar tercapai tujuan yangdiinginkan perusahaan. Tujuan utama perusahaan adalah untuk mencapai labamaksimum, agar tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai maka perusahaan harusmempunyai Produktivitas yang tinggi. Kebijaksanaan perusahaan mempunyaipengaruh yang kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan dalam melakukan kegiatanperusahaan, oleh karena itu perusahaan harus dapat menentukan suasana dalammembentuk iklim perusahaan yang baik, sehingga membawa dampak padakinerja yang tinggi pula.Produktivitas merupakan salah satu aspek yang menentukan keberhasilansuatu perusahaan dalam persaingan dunia usaha yang semakin ketat (Anis dkk,2007). Dilihat dari segi psikologi, produktivitas adalah suatu tingkah lakusebagai keluaran dari suatu proses berbagai macam komponen kejiwaan yangmelatarbelakanginya (Anoraga, 2005). Pengertian produktivitas kerja adalahjumlah output yang dihasilkan seseorang secara utuh dalam satuan waktu kerjayang dilakukan meliputi kegiatan yang efektif dalam mencapai hasil atau prestasikerja yang bersumber dari input dan menggunakan bahan secara efisien(Sinungan, 1997). Sehingga dalam hal ini seorang manajer atau pimpinanmemiliki tugas yang cukup berat dimana dia harus selalu berusaha meningkatkankinerjanya dan memberi motivasi bagi bawahannya agar dapat meningkatkanproduktivitas karyawannya untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan.Demikian dengan halnya PT. Nusa Halmahera Minerals (NHM) yang merupakansalah satu perusahaan Pertambangan Mineral (Emas), merasa perlu untukmeningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawannya. Hal ini dilakukan untukmemenuhi target yang telah dibuat dan mempertahankan jalannya perusahaan.Menurut Ravianto (1985), terdapat banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhiproduktivitas diantaranya semangat kerja dan disiplin kerja, tingkat pendidikan,ketrampilan, gizi dan kesehatan, sikap dan etika, motivasi, iklim kerja, teknologi,sarana produksi, kesempatan kerja dan kesempatan berprestasi. Setiap manusiamempunyai dasar alasan, mengapa seseorang bersedia melakukan jenis kegiatanatau pekerjaan tertentu.Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi ,Motivasi Kerja, Produktivitas

Abstract

In accordance with the issues raised then this study aims as follows: To determine the effect of educationand training on the performance of civil state employment at the Regional Personnel Board Education andResearch town bitung.Education and Training is substantially understood as a process of increasing the potential or ability,competence, and career of the employee / employee concerned. The dimensions of development, in additionto increasing the potential ratios (thought, logic, IQ, competence), also include the improvement of ethicsand morality or spiritual quotience (SQ).The general objectives of education and training programs should be directed towards improvingorganizational productivity. This general objective can be achieved if a specific goal can be realized first.This research is explorative. The results of the study show a significant association of education and trainingon ASN work performance in the Regional Personnel Board, PP Kota Bitung. It can be seen from thecorrelation value of R = 0.68 is close to the maximum correlation coefficient coefficient (1.00) and thecoefficient of determination (R-square) 0,46 has significant development / improvement of ASN workperformance in Badan Kepegawaian Kota Bitung 46 or 0, 46% is determined / influenced by education andtraining variables, while the remaining 54% is determined / influenced by other variables. This means thatthe higher the education and training are done later the ASN work performance is higher. The conclusionsof education and training have been significant on the performance of ASN in Regional Personnel Agency,PP Kota Bitung. Education and training influences on ASN attitudes and behaviors that perform their officetasks.Keywords: Education and training, job performance, State civil apparatus (ASN)

Abstract

Leadership style of boss can influence the success of employees in achievement. In other words,leadership style of boss can influence on job satisfaction of employees in an organization. Be purpose ofresearcher who want to achieve in this research is to know how big influence of leadership style of lurah tojob satisfaction of kelurahan Bahu Kecamatan Malalayang Kota Manado. The method used in this researchis quantitative method, with correlation and regression approach. In this research, the variables used arethe leadership style of lurah as independent / independent variable while the job satisfaction of the apparatusas dependent variable. So the sample in this research is all apparatus of Sub-District of Bahu KecamatanMalalayang Manado City amounting to 15 people. The result of this research is Head of Lurah Leadershipstyle have negative effect to the Satisfaction of Sub-District Officer of Sub-District of Malalayang City ofManado which is shown by regression equation Ŷ = 27.513 - 0.058X + e and hypothesis test with t-test thatimplies that value (-0.211) less than ttab value (1.771) at error level of 5% and dk = 13 for acceptance of theHo and the rejection of HA. The apparatus is still lacking resources this is apparent in thelevel of education is still at domination by the , it graduates have also affected the management of the existingadministration in district of Western Langowan supporting facilities in the Office District is still pretty minimal. Abstract

Farmer empowerment is all efforts to improve the ability of farmers to carry out better farmingthrough education and training, counseling and assistance, developing systems and means of marketingagricultural products, consolidation and guarantee of agricultural land area, easy access to knowledge,technology and information, and institutional strengthening of farmers. Farmer Institution is an institutionthat is developed from, by and for farmers to strengthen cooperation in fighting for the interests of farmersin the form of farmer groups and farmer groups combined. Farming community empowerment is the effortsmade in order to improve the agility of the agribusiness community so that they are able to independentlydevelop themselves and do business sustainably. Farmers can be defined as the work of utilizing biologicalresources by humans to produce food, industrial raw materials, or energy sources, as well as to managetheir living environment to meet their daily needs by using traditional and modern equipment. Aren (Arengapinnata Merr) is one type of palm plant potential and can grow well in the tropics, including in Indonesia.In English literature it is called sugar palm, gomuti palm, and palm sugar. Actually the sugar palm plant(Arenga pinnata) has long been known in Indonesia and around the world. Wanga Amongena Village, EastMotoling Subdistrict, Wanga Amongena Village, is seen from natural resources, namely palm sugar whichis one of the people's livelihoods and is one of the potentials of the village that is favored because of themany communities of Wanga Amongena Village who work as palm sugar farmers. The Government ofWanga Amongena Village takes steps so that the income of palm sugar farmers Wanga Amongena Villagecan meet the daily needs of life by providing assistance such as palm sugar farming equipment as well asgovernment steps and community empowerment institutions in stabilizing the selling price of palm sugar,then given training and socialization from community empowerment institutions on how to improve thesmall palm sugar industry so that in the future the community will be able to run palm sugar farming withsatisfying results for them.Keywords: Empowerment, Farmers, Palm Sugar, Training, sosialization

Abstract

ABSTRACT : Information System Management of the National Land policy issued by the government tohelp communities in the rapid completion of the maintenance of land given the land is something lastingand useful for humans. Implementation of the policy of the National Land Management InformationSystem is still not going well, so this research to answer the question of how the policy implementation ofthe National Land Management Information System. In this study, the researchers limited the ModelPolicy of Edward III, communications, resources and attitude.and researchers also see from the qualityfactor of services that exist in the land office Manado. This study uses descriptive qualitatively approachthrough in-depth interviews to 10 informants, observation and search for additional documents in theform of a list of guidelines for the interview, a tape recorder and stationery. Abstract

Education is one of the areas that get serious attention from the government, because education isone important aspect in national development, without any definite education the state will not have thelevel of competition in the international world. Teachers as educators contain a very broad meaning, notlimited to providing teaching materials, but to reach ethics and aesthetic behavior in facing the challengesof life in society. As teachers, teachers should have a mature teaching plan. Teaching planning is closelyrelated to various elements such as teaching objectives, teaching materials, learning activities, teachingmethods, and evaluation. With creativity and competence, besides mastering the material and can processthe learning program, teachers are also required to carry out evaluation and administration. The ability ofteachers to develop the learning process and their mastery of teaching materials is not enough. The abilityof teachers in mastering the class is balanced with the ability to evaluate the students' competency planningthat is crucial in the context of the next planning, or policy of treatment of students related to the conceptof complete learning. The method used in this research is qualitative research method. Through educationis expected to improve the dignity of Indonesian society both nationally and internationally. Quality ofservice is a dynamic state that is closely related to products, services, human resources, and processes andenvironments that at least can meet or even exceed the quality of service expected. This study aims todetermine how the quality of education services in Elementary School (SD) Inpres Kolongan District KombiMinahasa District. The result of the research shows that the quality of service in SD Inpres Kolongan is stillless good because of the lack of supervision from the headmaster in this case the principal, the lack offacilities and infrastructure, the lack of assertiveness of the principal headmaster in giving disciplinarysanction to teachers who often come late or not timely in terms of attendance at school and lack ofprofessional skills of teachers such as lack of mastery of the field of study in the school curriculum. Toimprove the quality of education services in SD Inpres Kolongan, the researcher suggests that supervisionfrom the head of the school principal should be improved, it is also expected that the provision of supportingfacilities and infrastructures must be sanctioned by the leader to the teachers who often come late andexpected to be coached and training to the principals and teachers in order to improve the quality of teachersin carrying out duties and responsibilities and can better master the teaching materials or schoolcurriculum.Keywords: service quality
