Abstract

The manufacturing sector continues to grow after the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the competitiveness that supports the development of this sector is a business engaged in the packaging process. Several research studies show that packaging has a major influence on product marketability. However, not all packaging processes are managed by the product manufacturers themselves, but are left to other organizational partners. PBX is one of the organizations engaged in product packaging management. When carrying out the production process, operators experience complaints of musculoskeletal disorders, which have an impact on decreased performance and the risk of injury to operators. This is certainly a bad impact for the PBX. The REBA method is used to carry out analysis and efforts to improve work methods. This method was chosen because this method can help analyze potential injuries based on the operator's body when carrying out a work operation. The results obtained in the initial conditions of the worker's way of working, the operator's way of working is currently in the high risk category. This is indicated by the REBA value of 9. Improvement efforts to reduce this risk are carried out by using tools that can be used by operators. The results of the design improvement of assistive facilities can reduce high risk to low risk.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, service leadership and appreciation partially or simultaneously on work. To find out the influence of organizational culture, Serving leadership and rewards and job satisfaction partially or simultaneously on Organizational Commitment. The population of this study were the administrators of the Indonesian Equestrian Sports Association (PORDASI) from 21 active provinces. The research method used in this study is a descriptive survey method and an explanatory survey with a sample size of 200 respondents, and the data analysis method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Based on research from structure 1, it proves that organizational culture, service leadership and rewards partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work with a contribution of 34.9% where organizational culture is the most dominant in influencing activities reflected in the dimensions of strengthening organizational culture by making routine events. Research from the results of construction 2 proves that organizational culture, service leadership, rewards and job satisfaction partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment with a contribution of 80.8%. heart (humility). Another important finding from this research is the variable that acts as a partial mediation. Because only organizational culture and rewards are mediated by job satisfaction in influencing organizational commitment.. 9% where organizational culture is the most dominant in influencing activities reflected in the dimensions of strengthening organizational culture by making routine events. Abstract

Data is the most important thing, the use of data can be useful to get an evaluation from the user of a system or application that is built based on mobile. Not only, the assessment or acceptance results of mobile applications during the trial stage are considered important, assessments and comments from direct users are also important things that can be input for mobile application developers. Data mining, or known in English as data mining, is the answer to the process of retrieving data on any media. In this research, data mining is carried out on the media mobile application download service provider Google Playstore, which provides data in the form of comments and ratings. After scraping the data and obtaining the latest data parameters determined by the latest 2000 comments, the data is pre-processed by removing the emot icon character and eliminating unneeded variables so that the data obtained can be processed to the next stage, namely classification based on ratings and sentiment comments. The algorithms used or compared in this research are Support Vector machine, logistic regression and naïve bayes which are known to be reliable in data mining processing. In this research, the accuracy results are 88% for SVM, 90.5% for Logistic Regression and 91% for naïve bayes.

Abstract

In today's organizational landscape, information technology plays a critical role in supporting ongoing activities. Therefore, it is essential to conduct an analysis to determine the advantages and disadvantages of IT implementation. This research focuses on the Higher Education Service Institute (LLDIKTI) Region II, a government agency responsible for improving the quality of higher education in its working area. LLDIKTI Region II uses an information technology system that aligns with the Institute's vision and mission. However, the governance level of the Online Functional Position Information System known as SIKITO has never been assessed, highlighting the need for a maturity framework to measure SIKITO's level and align it with LLDIKTI's vision and mission goals. COBIT 2019 is a framework that aligns with the vision and mission of LLDIKTI and demonstrates how each stakeholder's differences affect the use of information technology based on the maturity level of the implemented system. This research applied the COBIT 2019 framework in LLDIKTI Region II, utilizing the APO07, BAI08, and MEA03 domains. The results indicate that SIKITO's maturity level is below the expected value of -2.33, indicating a need for further development. This research contributes to the field by providing insights into the importance of aligning IT governance with an organization's vision and mission, and the role of maturity frameworks such as COBIT 2019 in achieving this alignment.

Abstract

Chatbots are a rapidly growing technology in the field of digital marketing. They are computer programs designed to simulate conversation with human users. Chatbots can be integrated into websites, mobile apps, and messaging platforms to provide instant customer service and support, as well as personalized recommendations and promotions. By using natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) techniques, chatbots can understand and respond to user input in a human-like manner. They can also be programmed to respond to specific keywords, trigger events, and customer behavior. Chatbot implementation in digital marketing can help companies to improve customer engagement, increase sales and reduce costs. However, the key to successful chatbot implementation is to ensure that the chatbot is designed to meet the specific needs of the target audience and that it is integrated into the overall marketing strategy. This thesis explains the beneficial role of chatbots and shows how chatbots can be integrated into digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aimed to deepen the understanding of the decision-making process supporting the acceptance of Cryptocurrency mobile apps by integrating relevant factors into the Traditional Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The impact of Antecedent System Characteristics (Relevance, Terminology, and Screen Design), Perceived Risk, and Trial ability on the existing TAM-3 constructs was investigated. A survey questionnaire was distributed among mobile cryptocurrency app users, resulting in 41 responses. The proposed framework was evaluated using the SEM-PLS method, including confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and its construct validity was confirmed. Invariance tests were conducted on both the measurement and structural models. While most findings supported the suggested model, exceptions were found regarding Terminology and Perceived Risk of Cryptocurrency Mobile Application Adoption. The extended TAM factors, unlike the traditional TAM, accounted for 45% of the variance in the actual usage of cryptocurrency mobile apps. The revised model demonstrated improved predictive and explanatory power, particularly in explaining Perceived Ease of Use, which the traditional model could not. The study highlights the occurrence of inconsistencies between the original TAM model constructs and the added constructs when expanding the Technology Diffusion theory. Nonetheless, the model in this study enhances predictive capabilities and provides a comprehensive explanation of users' acceptance of mobile cryptocurrency applications.Keywords: TAM-3, Cryptocurrency, technology diffusion theory, integrating relevant factors, decision making process

Abstract

Economic and industrial activities that are supported by fossil energy produce negative externalities in the form of carbon emissions so that they become the main cause of global warming. Government intervention is needed to mitigate carbon emissions by making policies in the form of carbon taxes. Carbon tax in Indonesia has been regulated in the Law on Harmonization of Tax Regulations and Presidential Regulation Number 98/2021. The carbon tax policy regulated in the regulation is made as a form of contribution from the state in reducing carbon emissions so that the realization of carbon emission reductions and renewables as well as the realization of a green economy. The regulation has been in effect, but the Government of Indonesia has not implemented it because of the obstacles and challenges in implementing the regulation. This research uses a normative research method with descriptive analytical research type and is supported by primary and secondary legal materials. The results of the study state that the need for coal energy due to the Russia-Ukrainian war, the unprepared infrastructure for carrying out the carbon tax, and the unstable economic condition of the Indonesian people due to the Covid-19 Pandemic are obstacles and challenges for the Indonesian Government in realizing a green economy through a carbon tax policy.

Abstract

 Cauliflower plants are one of the horticultural crops that are generally cultivated in sub-tropical lands. Along with the times, this plant began to be cultivated in the lowlands, another problem with cauliflower cultivation in the lowlands is that it has a longer vegetative phase, so it has more leaves than in the highlands which results in the length of time the plant enters the generative phase. Cauliflower cultivation in Indonesia still applies conventional farming using chemical fertilizers. The impact of using chemical fertilizers will leave residues on the soil and the environment, so it is necessary to use environmentally friendly fertilizers such as cow bokashi fertilizer. This research was conducted in Untoro Village, Trimurjo District, Central Lampung Regency, from August to October 2022. The experiment was arranged based on a factorial Complete Randomized Block Design (RAKL) with two factors repeated 3 times. The first factor was the dose of bokashi which consisted of three levels, namely 150, 300 and 450 g/polybag. The second factor was leaf defoliation which consisted of 3 levels, namely 0, 4, and 8 leaves/plant. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the independent effect of the dose of bokashi fertilizer has an effect on the weight of the heads without leaves, leaf defoliation has a significant effect on the flowering time variable. There was an interaction between the application of bokashi fertilizer and leaf defoliation in the root-shoot ratio variable. Provision of bokashi fertilizer for cauliflower plants in the lowlands should use a minimum dose of 450 g/polybag equivalent to 90 tons/ha or higher and further research is needed to determine the appropriate level of defoliation in these varieties.
