Abstract

Business activity is very crucial and has a real impact on organizational growth and ROI (Return Of Investment) is to understand and respond appropriately sentiment from customers by conducting a sentiment analysis. The sentiment analysis can be a guide to evaluate a company's product, service, reputation, brand reputation, and the company can be a market leader supported by a very emotional customer condition so that disappointing products / services will lose the customer's commitment even customers will find it difficult to recover customer experience if a company does not care about customer sentiment. Based on the explanation, this research is done using ensemble feature and Extreme Learning Machine for Twitter sentiment analysis. The data used in this research is 72 tweets with the ratio of the amount of training and testing data 70:30 where the amount of data per class is balanced. Prior to the classification of data is done preprocessing, weighting ensemble feature, and weighting the word. The result of this research is get the best hidden neuron number as much as 5000, best activation function is sigmoid bipolar, and ensemble feature influence to accuracy result. Twitter sentiment analysis using ensemble feature and Extreme Learning Machine method in Samsung Indonesia case study did not get high accuracy. Accuracy in getting only amounted to 42.857 percent. The low accuracy caused by sparse data matrix resulting in overfitting which then resulted in low classification results.

Abstract

E-Payment is a payment system that uses internet facility as a medium of intermediary. Nowadays many start-up business that facilitate seller and giving a guaranteed safety transaction. Many activities that can be done easily via mobile devices, including payment activites. EzyPay is an online payment application to help people get payment transactions and bill payments. EzyPay is downloaded more than 10,000 times by users via Playstore. Rating obtained by EzyPay application on Playstore reached 3.9 for version 1.0.24. The common problems found are, the designs and the elements in the EzyPay application are inconsistent so it complicate the user. To improve and finding the usability problem specifically needed the process of User Interface design with a method of Heuristic Evaluation (HE). This evaluation and design in order to increase the number of user that downloaded, used, also to increase the ease when using EzyPay application. Problems found in the evaluation of first phase found 26 problems with 5 similar problems. In the second phase of evaluation 2 found a fewer problem that is 8 problems. The problems in the first phase of evaluation were not found in the second phase of evaluation. Therefore, the problems in the first phase evaluation have been successfully improved. This research to produce a problems analytical and giving an appropriate recommendation for developer to improvement also high-fidelity prototype as a solution idea.

Abstract

Mahkota Mitra Sentosa is a service company that runs in land transportation especially tour bus. On the payroll process for driver, assistant, and the final report of the calculation is still using conventional method. This causes an issue of time inefficiency in the process. In the calculation process, sometime it is needed to recalculate to make sure that the previous calculation is correct. The problems exist need a solution which is developing an information system. This study explains how to develop an information system needed by Pt. Mahkota Mitra Sentosa to resolve the existing problems by using system development method which is Rational Unified System. The method is an object-based development system by several steps which are: inception, elaboration, construction, and transition. This method is used because it can do the process iteratively to accommodate the change of need. The result of this study is a web-based information system. The developed information system is tested by using black-box testing generated valid values in all test cases. Compatibility testing is used to test non-functional requirements with the results of several minor issues. User Acceptance Testing generated a final value of 87.2%. In the end, it can be deduced that the information system has been built properly and in accordance with the needs. Finally, it is concluded that the information system has been well-developed and corresponded the need.

Abstract

Pokemon Go as one of the game Augmented Reality had seized the attention of millions of people of the world. Unfortunately this game left behind 12 million users because users feel less satisfied when losing their data when the application is updated. Looking at this, research using heuristic evaluations is needed to address the specific problems that exist in Pokemon Go games. So with the knowledge of the problem in the game specifically, game companies can know what to fix in the game. The heuristic evaluation used is usability heuristic method ,there are 9 aspects in that method . Based on the authors research using usability heuristic method found that there are 26 problems with different severity levels. The most problems are found in the aspects of consistency and standards and flexibility and efficiency of use. Based on the level of severity, consistency and standards occupy the medium level. Next on the level of minor severity, there are 5 heuristic namely visibility of system status, offer real world objects, error prevention, flexibility and efficiency of use, and aesthetic and minimalist design. Lastly in severity cosmetics level there are 3 heuristic that is, recognition rather than recall, help user recognize, diagnose, and recover from errors (H9). From the problems found in the principle of heuristics researchers summarize the things that make pokemon go abandoned by active users ie no explanation of changing elements or clearer notification game, the use of icons that are less informative, on the side of the gameplay there is no confirmation menu for the evolution of pokemon, many terms are still difficult to understand by the player, on the side of the gameplay more interesting on the version available in the ninebox, tutorials that are not available in the early session of the game, less familiar game instructions. From this the results of this study, the manufacturer of Pokemon Go is recommended to prioritize improvements based on the level of severity. Problems with medium severity are strongly recommended to be improved, followed by improvements in problems with minor severity and cosmetic levels.

Abstract

PMI Malang has an unit called Unit Transfusi Darah (UTD). UTD PMI Malang is a health services facility with primary activities, that are blood donor service, blood supply, and blood distribution. In doing its primary activities, UTD PMI Malang cannot be separated with its support activities which support all of the primary. These primary and support activities are clasified using value chain analysis method to get activities that directly affect and connect effectively to optimize its service performance. Based on the observation, UTD PMI Malang has variations of service in every process. These variations of service are identified and evaluated for impact and its relation to the performance of service. Through the interview process, obtained 11 business processes that have relevance with variation of service in UTD PMI Malang, which is further modeled with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). Modelling helps to see appearance of process variation, that make easier to determine the type of variability, wether included in variability by extention or by restriction. Then, these business process are evaluated with Quality Evaluation Framework (QEF), which results in 4 quality factors that having incompatibility between the target and its quality. Three of them affect the appearance of variation in provided service. These variation appear as variability by extension.

Abstract

REST is a web-based client-server communication architecture. REST server provides data in the form of URL to be accessed by client in JSON form. The disadvantage of current REST architecture is the lack of authentication mechanism which allows anyone to access, change, or delete data. To solve the authentication problem from REST architecture, is required an authentication system. JWT is a token that is proposed to authenticate and ensure message integrity. Using JWT on the REST architecture can provide authentication and security. In JWT Implementation there are various hash algorithms used, one of them is HMAC-SHA256 algorithm which is SHA256 algorithm using message authentication code (MAC). In 2011, the vulnerability of SHA256 is found which is preimage attack and pseudo collision attacks. BLAKE2S algorithm is an algorithm created in 2012 succeding BLAKE algorithm. BLAKE2S algorithm offers better security since it is built with HAIFA iteration and ChaCha stream cipher. This research implemented BLAKE2S algorithm on JWT for REST API service authentication mechanism as alternative HMAC-SHA256 algorithm. Test-vector is performed to ensure the test-vector given in RFC document. The Authentication process of BLAKE2S is 88.583 ms.

Abstract

Development process of a software in organization that is in the Information Technology industry will be a determining the success of these organization. PT. ABC is an Information Technology organization that is famous among government. Some of the products that produced by PT. ABC is used in educational world. The best processes of project management are needed for supporting the progress in educational world. Project at PT.ABC had some problems in its implementation. The purpose of this research is to assess the software development maturity level in the Product Development Division of PT. ABC started from the basic project management process using the CMMI for Development 1.3 framework. The result of this research is an actual maturity level of PT. ABC. This research will give improvement recommendations to achieve a higher maturity level based on the CMMI for Development 1.3 framework. The data used in this research were collected using questionnaires and document tracking. The process of appraisal using Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) class C. The process areas evaluated in this research are 6 process area which is at maturity level 2. Based on the assessment, from 6 process areas evaluated, there has been no area process that are comply CMMI criteria. From overall of the result, PT. ABC is still at maturity level 1 or initial. Recommendations provided by researchers are expected to help PT. ABC to making improvements according to the CMMI for Development 1.3 framework.

Abstract

Villas & Homestay kota wisata Batu is a rental agent for villa and hotel in Batu city which was established in 2014. which also provide guide service to facilitate the tourists to find villa or hotel for vacation, and to ease the process of rental transaction they made website of villahotelbatu.com. From a known problem is that many consumers who use sms or whatsapp rather than the booking feature on the website villahotelbatu.com, so the booking feature is considered useless, for that problem we need a method of analysis that can explore the perceptions of consumers related to existing problems. This research uses webqual 4.0 method and importance performance analysis (IPA). This research uses questionnaire using 23 attributes from webqual 4.0, and for analysis uses IPA method consist of gap analysis, level of conformity analysis and quadrant analysis. The result of evaluation of villahotelbatu.com website has a level of <100% compliance that is equal to 93,78%. It means that visitors are not satisfied with the current performance of the website.

Abstract

Tourism has an important contribution in the Indonesian economy. City of Batu is one of the place that have a great tourism potential. Having a cool characteristic of the weather becomes one of the more values for city of Batu. Batu has various tourist destinations, both natural and artificial tourism. Many choices of tourist destinations is a good thing for tourists. On the other side, because of the many choices of tourist destinations, can cause tourists difficult to divide travel time in accordance with expectations. The problem is often experienced by tourists is when they want to visit a tourism place, but did not have time to visit the other one. Tourists need to have an overview of the travel route in order to get an effective tour schedule. Looking for the best travel route with minimum cost, but it can visit some tourist places optimally. Looking for the best tour route considering time variables can be called Traveling Salesman Problem With Time Windows (TSP-TW). TSP-TW can be solved by using a method in the concept of Evolutionary Algorithm, Evolution Strategies (ES). Based on the results of tests that have been done using the following parameters are the number of population size is 90, the number of offspring is 7µ, and the number of generation is 6, that generate the highest fitness value of 0,0011223345. The final result obtained in this research is an optimal tourist route in the city of Batu.

Abstract

Chili pepper (Capsium annum l.) is a commodity many vegetables that get attention because it has a fairly high economic value needs increasing the longer the chili annually in line with the development of an industry that requires Chili, raw material of this plant to be one of the types of plants that are desperately needed by everyone in Indonesia because the majority of the population of Indonesia likes spicy food. In the last few years there have been many farmers began to plant the cabaisebagai one of the alternatives in the farm. Almost every citizen of Indonesia need a chili pepper used to add spicy flavors in the dish. Cabaibesar is a one of a kind hybrid chili pepper which is very sought after by farmers to cultivated because it has a high economic value. Drew poduktif and have a broad market. This system design method using Forward Chaining and Dempster-Shafer to provide suggestions or considerations to farmers to determine superior varieties of chili peppers. The result of this method of the form perangkingan. Method of Forward Chaining inference engine functions as based on the facts that exist after it was calculated with the method of Dempster-Shafer. In this study performed a test by measuring the level of accuracy that produce value the accuracy of 90%. So that the system that is created by using the method of Forward Chaining and Dempster-Shafer can be applied to diagnose diseases in crops of chili.
