Abstract

ISO certification is one of the certifications that have become the standard for Gambiran Kota Kediri Regional General Hospital (RSUD) related to service quality assurance services. RSUD Gambiran Kota Kediri wants to change the ISO 9001: 2008 certification to ISO 9001: 2015 to improve the quality management system. Problems in Gambiran Hospital related to preparation for ISO 9001: 2008 certification are documentation management. Many documents are difficult to find and search documents. While these documents can be used and needed at any time. The funds allocated for ink and paper are also fairly small allocated. The next problem is the distribution of documents by giving to each related unit. The distribution process that is still done manually like that will take a lot of time and effort. In this study, a simulation system for the preparation of ISO 9001: 2015 certification was developed that is expected to help debate that takes place at Gambiran Hospital. System development is done by using a waterfall. Software testing is carried out using five tests, including integration testing and unit testing with the white-box testing method, for testing using the black-box testing method, namely validation testing, compatibility and usability testing. Unit testing concluded six test cases in the form of results, namely valid status and integration testing concluded two test cases with valid status. The validation test concluded that the results of 94 test cases with the status of all test cases were valid. Compatibility testing shows browsers that work on the system. Usability testing produces a score of 78.75 which indicates the system can be accepted by the user.

Abstract

In this era of rapid technological development, information needs have become a necessity that must be conveyed quickly and easily. As one example, namely Paramarta Development, this private-owned company located in Malang and its surroundings, the company provides the sale and purchase of houses located in Malang City. This company has several business process activities, one of which is the employee business process activities. The business process that has been carried out is quite complicated, confusing, and does not yet have an application to support existing employee business process activities. After the researcher conducted an interview with the owner of the company, the researcher found several problems. The first is absence, the attendance is still using a checklist or direct signature, the second is the recruitment, for this problem the company still uses a brochure when a recruitment is being held, the third is an employee salary slip, for this problem it takes a long time. From the existing problems, researchers can draw conclusions, namely the need for a system. Researchers will carry out several development activities including: Designing an personnel information system based on the results of analysis and users, modeling object interactions into sequence diagrams, carrying out object models described in class diagrams, tables containing data storage, several interface designs, and some algorithm design. This staffing information system is a website-based information system and has several features including: login feature, can access employee data, add employees, add recruitment, employee salaries, employee absences, employee status, and performance results, for test results that have been conducted by researchers declared valid. Abstract

Salah satu faktor baiknya sebuah pemerintahan daerah ditunjukkan dari bagaimana pemerintahan daerah tersebut memberikan pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat daerahnya. Disnaker PMPTSP Kota Malang adalah salah satu Dinas yang memberikan pelayanan publik dalam bidang penanaman modal dan perizinan di Kota Malang. Saat ini, pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Disnaker PMPTSP Kota Malang khususnya dibidang perizinan masih dilakukan secara manual dimana pengurus izin harus datang langsung ke Disanaker PMPTSP Kota Malang, hal tersebut menimbulkan beberapa masalah seperti masih kurangnya informasi bagi pengurus dan lamanya proses pengurusan izin. Masalah- masalah semacam itu membuat proses pengurusan izin menjadi tidak efektif baik bagi pengurus izin maupun pengelola Disnaker PMPTSP Kota Malang. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka diperlukan sebuah solusi inovatif yang dapat membuat proses pengurusan izin menjadi lebih mudah, efektif dan efisien. Perancangan User experience aplikasi mobile pengurusan perizinan Kota Malang adalah salah satu solusi inovatif yang bisa dihadirkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada saat ini. Proses perancangan user experience ini menggunakan metode Human Centered-Design dimana metode ini berfokus pada permasalahan dan kebutuhan dari pengguna sehingga hasil dari perancangan dapat memenuhi ekspektasi dari pengguna. Perancangan ini menghasilkan hasil akhir berupa rancangan desain solusi dalam bentuk prototype yang selanjutnya dievaluasi dengan metode usability testing kepada 5 orang partisipan dan menghasilkan nilai 100% pada aspek effectiveness, 100% pada aspek efficiency, dan 89.19% pada aspek satisfaction. Nilai aspek satisfaction didapatkan dengan mengajukan kuesioner Usefulness, Ease of Use, and Satisfaction (USE) kepada partisipan. Nilai akhir usability dari perancangan ini adalah 96.39% yang artinya desain solusi yang dibuat masuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

Nutrition is an important component in the formation of various important elements in the human body such as tissue development, reproduction and the formation of energy for metabolism. Healthy and balanced nutrition can be obtained by visiting hospitals and clinics that provide nutrition poly services. Nutrition poly is a service that aims to serve patients to obtain healthy and optimal nutrition. Services in nutrition poly include recording a nutrition data, designing food menus, monitoring of evaluation result and nutrition consultation. Nutritional data recording services and food menu design are carried out conventionally so that access to patient nutrition data is limited and there is no mechanism for a schedule reminder to return to nutrition poly or meal schedules. This problem can be solved by developing a mobile-based nutrition information system that can be used by nutritionists in recording nutritional data and for patients in monitoring nutritional development. The system was developed with the waterfall methodology and uses technology in the form of the use of the Kotlin programming language to develop mobile applications with the Android operating system. This research stage begins with a system requirements analysis that results in 44 system functional requirements. After the requirements analysis is carried out, the next step is to carry out the design and implementation process of the system. After the design and implementation have been carried out, the next stage is testing which includes unit testing, integration testing and system testing. The results of the system testing that have been carried out produce a valid status with a value of 100%, namely the system developed in accordance with the design results.

Abstract

In terms of time and financial costs, transportation and distribution are the biggest challenges for the fresh produce industry in Indonesia. On time delivery and the freshness of the product when it reaches the customer are demands that must be met by the company, as experienced by PT Great Giant Pineapple. To solve this problem, a system is needed to improve the quality of distributing products by minimizing distribution distances by finding the optimal route for the vehicle by considering travel time, service time and vehicle transport capacity. This problem in determining the optimal distribution route is known as the Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows (VRPTW). Genetic algorithm is one method that can be used to solve the VRPTW problem. The genetic algorithm uses a permutation representation where the chromosome length represents the number of subscribers. The search for solutions is carried out by combining chromosomes and then processed using genetic operators (mutation, crossover, and selection) by initializing genetic operators (population size, number of generations, crossover probability, and mutation probability). The test results show that the distribution route optimization using a genetic algorithm can reduce the travel time in distributing goods by 1 hour 37 minutes with the highest fitness value obtained at population size 120, the number of generations 100, the combination of crossover probability value 0.4 and mutation probability 0.6.

Abstract

Discipline is important aspect in education. Sanctions can be educational tool to penalize student disciplinary. The unavailability of facilities to search for violators data and the accuracy of the data is in doubt. FILKOM of Brawijaya University have constraints filling record of student violation because history files student violation difficult to find. Based on the problem, author want to make application for help FILKOM managing history files student violation. The system development uses the waterfall Life Cycle Software (SDLC) waterfall with an object oriented approach. In the analysis phase, the authors applied the use case diagram and use case scenario. The design phase is done by creating sequence diagrams, class diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, and mocups. At the implementation stage, the authors use Laravel as a framework and MySQL as a database. After the implementation stage, application ready use with function can record violations of students with minor, moderate, severe violations and the application can also record book bills on violations that have a book fine. Testing on functional requirements uses unit testing and validation testing. The outcome shows 100% valid result on both tests. Testing for non-functional requirements uses browser compatibility testing. It shows that the system is compatible on Android, Chrome, Edge, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Safari and iPhone browsers.

Abstract

Elecomp Software house is a software development company in the city of Malang. Elecomp Software house accepts the creation of applications in the form of websites and mobile. In carrying out its daily activities, elecomp software house encountered several problems. These problems include the lack of integration of hosting account and domain data used in client-owned projects that are being worked on, domain payment reminder according to the time request from each client one by one, monitoring project progress that is still need manual work as well as revision of the project from the client and progress reporting that take a long time. The purpose of this research is to build a system that can integrate hosting account, domain and project data, remind domain payments to clients automatically, facilitate the distribution of resources and monitoring in project work, and can facilitate clients in monitoring and revising their projects. . This research was carried out using SDCL Waterfall as the method, and OOP or object-oriented programming as the design and programming method. After the system is finished, testing is done. There are three tests, unit tests on three methods that produce a total of 19 test cases, the test results are 100% passed. Integration testing resulted in 2 test cases, the results were 100% passed. Validation testing tests 78 functionalities and produces 115 test cases, the results are 100% valid.

Abstract

The development of the IoT (Internet of Things) technology era, the heart rate detection system can be integrated with the internet network, which can be accessed by the web or certain applications, so that heart rate monitoring is carried out more easily and efficiently. Hardware integration which includes Pulse Sensor, Wireless Transmission Module (ESP 8266 Module), Raspberry 3B and Arduino. 0.6% performance for sensor error rate and data transmission capability with packet loss <1% for ESP modules. The MQTT protocol is often used mainly because of low power consumption, low bandwidth, high scalability and very low overhead. This system will send data related to the heart rate that has been obtained to the server to be processed. After that, the data will be sent to the user's application in real-time. In connection with that, from the aspect of networking in the application of IoT on the system using QoS as a measurement method In this study using a pulse sensor that is placed on the wrist or fingertip to obtain heart rate data in bpm units, then the data is sent using MQTT to the Raspberry PI broker used, and users can access the website to view real heart rate data real-time. QoS Test Results for Delay parameters in heart rate data transmission using the MQTT protocol are classified as very good, resulting in QoS delay level 0 of 1.44 ms, QoS level 1 of 2.06 ms and QoS 2 of 2.35 ms. QoS for the Throughput parameter in heart rate data transmission uses the MQTT protocol for each data transmission with an average QoS level 0 of 930 kbps, QoS level 1 of 757 kbps and QoS 2 of 504 kbps. QoS for Packet Loss parameters in heart rate data transmission using the MQTT protocol is very good, resulting in packet loss of less than 1% with all QOS levels tested not finding packet loss.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, there's a fierce competition for big company to gives their customers the best service. Cinepolis Indonesia provides an app that is useful for ordering movie ticket via Internet with the tagline of “Mudah, Aman, Nyaman” (“Easy, Secure, Convenience”). But according to the observation and the reviews from customers, there are several user interface problems, such as the repeating usage of sorting algorithm, no feature to watch movie trailer directly from the app, and some elements that doesn't fit well to the app. Therefore, a research on its usability level is needed. There are four usability aspects that will be researched. Learnability, Efficiency, Errors aspects are going to be researched using Usability Testing methods, while Satisfaction aspect will be researched using LEMTool - Measuring Emotions in Visual Interfaces. After the first evaluation, 16 problems was found from the 8 task scenarios that was tested. Then, after the user interface design improvements based on Apple Human Interface Guidelines and the second evaluation, its usability metric results are compared. The Learnability aspects had an increase of 19%, from 77% on the first evaluation into 96,1% on the second evaluation. The Efficiency aspects had an increase of 3%, from 8% on the first evaluation to 11% on the second evaluation. The Errors aspects had a significant decrease of 19%, from 21% on the first evaluation to 2% on the second evaluation. Lastly, the Satisfaction aspects had an increase of 29,89%, from 69% on the first evaluation to 98,89% on the second evaluation. In conclusion, the design result of user interface improvements has a better usability value when compared to the user interface design of Cinepolis Indonesia application before improvements are made.

Abstract

Rumah produksi merupakan pihak yang berperan untuk mengolah hasil budidaya ikan lele menjadi produk olahan yang nantinya didistribusikan ke pihak konsumen. Berdasarkan data dari Kementrian Kelautan dan Perikanan, dalam rentan tahun 2015 sampai tahun 2018 hasil budidaya ikan air tawar meningkat cukup signifikan khususnya ikan lele dengan persentase sebesar 56,32%, akan tetapi dengan potensi yang ada pihak pembudidaya dan rumah produksi belum bisa mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal hal ini dikarenakan masih minimnya pengetahuan, pengolahan, dan teknologi yang membantu para pelaku usaha. Hal ini selaras dengan pernyataan dari pihak Direktorat Jendral Perikanan Budidaya bahwa potensi yang cukup besar dari sektor budidaya ikan tawar harus didukung dengan adanya ketersediaan teknologi yang efisien, rantai sistem produksi yang efisien dari hulu hingga hilir dan sumberdaya manusia maupun mesin yang efisien. Maka dari itu dikembangkan aplikasi penghubung antara pihak rumah produksi dengan pembudidaya dan konsumen. Aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan metode extreme programming metode ini diterapkan agar dapat mempercepat dalam proses pengembangan sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang berubah-ubah dan untuk hasil dari pengujian yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil berhasil pada semua kebutuhan fungsional atau dengan kata lain semua kebutuhan fungsional yang sudah didefinisikan telah terimplementasi dan hasil uji usability rata-rata di atas 70% yang berarti aplikasi yang dikembangkan dapat diterima oleh pengguna, serta dapat berjalan di berbagai sistem operasi Android dengan versi minimum SDK 21
