Abstract

Failure in catfish farming is often caused by not finding the best composition combination when you want to start cultivation such as, types of ponds, antiseptic administration, etc. Therefore we need a system that aims to find the best combination of parameters while predicting the condition of the fish before it is implemented in the real world. One method that can be applied to predict fish conditions is certainty factor. However, the performance of certainty factor is highly dependent on experts related to the problem so that the resulting solution is vulnerable to being trapped in the local optimum area. One approach that can be used to overcome this problem is to apply optimization algorithms, namely Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). PSO explores the search space to find the value of the expert cf based on the value of the particle cost. The value of the cost is designed to minimize the distance between random values ​​and the weight value so that the smaller is close to 0 (zero) the greater the chance of a particle being selected as a solution. This study uses hybrid Particle Swarm Optimization-Certainty Factor to identify the condition of catfish. The quality of Certainty Factor is evaluated using test data from experts by comparing system output. The experimental results show that the PSO-Certainty Factor hybrid algorithm produces better predictive results compared to the Certainty Factor algorithm which is 90%.

Abstract

The phenomenon that happens a lot among us everyday about the number of self-documenting behavior at all times is very close to our lives. With a variety of reasons to just want to document yourself as a marker of memorable activities or just want to publish it on social media. Just like the terms selfie and wefie are very familiar to our ears. However, there are still problems with taking pictures taken manually. Both in terms of the cellphone itself that does not have a front camera so the user cannot determine the correct position. Or the reach of the user's hand that is not enough to get the ideal photo position. Based on these problems, research is used to at least automate activities carried out manually. So that it can help users to be more comforTabel and effective. In this study using two microprocessors namely raspberry pi as a container for coding functions and Arduino Uno as a servo motor drive. This holder moves 90 degrees to the left and 90 degrees to the right. the function of this camera holder is to position the face right in the middle of the frme with an 80% success rate.

Abstract

TheiDepartement ofiPopulation andiCivil Registration (Dispendukcapil) of Pasuruan Cityiis an element of the implementation of the Regional Government of Pasuruan City in providing services in the field of Populationiand Civil Registry to the people of Pasuruan City which is required to improve the services, one of them is provide comfort to the community in expressing opinions or complaints experienced. So far, the handling of public complaints in Dispendukcapil Pasuruan still manually apply a lot of time, energy and cost because the people of Pasuruan City are required to visit Dispendukcapil Pasuruan in complaining, while the management complaints by the Administration Officer in Dispendukcapil Pasuruan should record each complaint and then made a complaint report that Human Error may cause because its negligence may cause the complaint to be unprocessable. Based on the problem, it is necessary an application of Complaints Service Society based on Android in order to submit a complaint without having to come to Dispendukcapil Pasuruan, as well as providing a complaint management information system for Administration Officer. The development of this system using waterfall model where the system is tested using Validation Testing method and User Acceptance Testing. From the results of this study produce needs analysis, design, implementation and testing system. Test results on this system indicate that the system is running in accordance with expectations and able to facilitate reports of complaints for Pasuruan City People or management of complaints for Administration Officers.

Abstract

The population of the society will continue to evolve over time, this makes process of logging society's health data will be more difficult to do. The problem is becoming a foundation in developing technology to ease the process of logging society's health quickly. The society's health information used by the Government in serving and improving the welfare of the society. The society's health information technology at Malang present day is based with website which requires a static place and low mobility. The solution to this problem is by developing a mobile app that is more practical and much sought present day, because it gives convenience to access information and high mobility support. Solutions offered the author is building a society's health information system based on mobile native app using the android platform because the majority of 89.75% of society use android operating system. System development method using the waterfall method that supports development in accordance with the needs of users who are clearly defined at the beginning. This Application can process and projecting the amount of society's health data distribution into Google Maps. The system is tested by doing unit testing, validation testing, as well as the compatibility testing. The results of the testing analysis on this system meets the needs of users as well as being able to support the system's performance and high mobility.

Abstract

Currently, the competition between online transportation service provider companies are high. It's proven by the appearance of new companies that are competing to get their customers. Service quality is the important thing and can't be missed by these companies, a company which comes with good service quality, then they will have a high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Go-Jek is one of the online transportation company. In order to continue its operation, it is needed to deeply analyze the service quality on customers, and if this is not done, then it will be possible this company will lose in competing and go bankrupt. This research is focused in analyzing service quality to customer satisfaction. Population from this research are people who uses Go-Jek in Malang. Number of respondents collected are 102 respondents with the criteria ages between 17-54 years old. This research uses Servqual method. Servqual methode have 5 variables that are tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The dependent variable is customer satisfaction. This analysis uses multiple linear regression. The result shows that assurance have a high value in customer satisfction.

Abstract

Quadcopter or commonly known as unmanned aerial vehicle has four propellers on each side. The advantage of quadcopter lies in the mobility and flexibility of movement. This can be seen from the many studies developing the navigation system of motion from the quadcopter to pass through a region. The trajectory area passed by the quadcopter is not only completely straight but the crossing-shaped trajectory can also be found. This requires the quadcopter to switch directions in motion. For this reason, control of quadcopter movements is needed. In this study will build a quadcopter movement control system, so that it can shift angular direction optimally in terms of time and accuracy of quadcopter movement. By utilizing the values ​​of the angular_z, linear_x or linear_y parameters on the quadcopter and the iteration value (i) to be treated with the angular function equation. In addition, the speed of the quadcopter can be adjusted by giving a value in the linear velocity parameter with a range of 0 to 1. Based on the results of the test, angular motion can be done with the lowest linear velocity value of 0.7 and the highest is 1. For estimated motion time quadcopter in various directions obtained an average time of 0.018225 seconds. And for the accuracy of quadcopter motion, the accuracy level of success based on distance (r) taken is 99.99%.

Abstract

Based on the data obtained from the observation of four faculties in Brawijaya University that have utilized moodle-based e-learning, namely the Faculty of Agriculture (FP), the Faculty of Accounting (FIA), the Faculty of Agricultural Technology (FTP), and the Faculty of Computer Science (FILKOM). This research has purpose to know condition of quality and success of moodle based e-learning implementation. The research was conducted by using two models: Expectation-Confirmation Model to know the quality of e-learning implementation and DeLone & McLean model to know the success of e-learning implementation. ECM has four variables, namely perceived usefullness, confirmation, satisfaction, and continuance intention. DeLone & McLean model has six variables, namely system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction, and net benefits. The data used were 148 respondents selected with stratified cluster sampling. Data collection techniques were conducted through an online questionnaire. The result of the data has been collected, service quality, and user satisfaction was high enough category, and other variables was high category. The recommendations given based on indicators of each variable that has a value below the total average, so it can improve the quality and success of e-learning implementation.

Abstract

Cement is an important material in the development process. Cement production in Indonesia is quite high compared to the amount of consumption. This condition results in oversupply, a condition where the amount of production is greater than the amount of consumption. This resulted in falling cement prices and warehouse full of cement that has not been sold. This makes the Indonesian Cement Association (ASI) to issue its regulation to temporary stop producting cement. This study aims to predict the amount of cement demand in the next time so that regulations can be issued more quickly, so the factory can adjust its production capacity without having to stop production. Many methods can be used to make predictions, for example is Backpropagation Neural Network which is proven to provide good results in predicting, such as predicting the amount of newspaper demand and sugar production. This research uses Backpropagation Neural Network with network architecture of 6 input neurons, 4 hidden neurons and 1 output neuron. The best parameters used are the learning rate of 0.8, the maximum iteration of 200 and the initial weight interval between -1,4 to 1,4. The MSE best predictive value is 0.049064.

Abstract

Developing an e-Complaint application becomes one of the supporters of Open Government Indonesia implementation. Usability is one of the important aspects of application quality measurement. To support this, it is necessary to evaluate the e-Complaint interface so that people can comfortably use it. This research will evaluate two e-Complaint applications namely LAPOR! and Qlue. The evaluation was performed using usability testing supported by a USE questionnaire that included four parameters: usefulness, ease of use, ease of learning and satisfaction. Each of these parameters has several statements that will be given to the user to assess the usability level of the application. Preparation of improvement framework in this research is by using Human Centered Design (HCD), because at each stage of the research involves the user. Testing will be done twice, preliminary and final testing. Initial tests were performed to analyze the usability level of LAPOR! and Qlue. Then the final test is done to get the value of usability of the e-Complaint application recommendation design. Evaluation results on the LAPOR! application is in a “good enough” category, Qlue is in a “good” category but in the lower limit of the category, and the application design of the e-Complaint application is in a good category but exceeds the usability level of Qlue.

Abstract

Twitter is a social networking service where users can post and interact with messages, known as "tweets". Twitter is also used by some people to give their opinions on something but sometimes too excessive even sometimes found a tweet that smells radical. The radical actions that exist in social media are usually referred to as radical content. The radical content available on social media can certainly harm some parties. There are also certain parties who utilize radical content to achieve certain goals. Therefore, in this study try to analyze the Indonesian tweet that contains the word radical, including in the content of radical positive or negative radical. Tweet can be from twitter that contains public opinion that leads to radical content will be classified. Tweet can be called a document or data will first go through the preprocessing process. Then the document was broken into 6 types of words, including the nouns, verbs and adjectives where each type of word will be divided again into positive and negative. After the break will be calculated how many the number of types of words in each document so that it can be converted into numbers that can then be incorporated into the algorithm formula.
