Abstract

The growing number of online news sites resulted in an explosion of information and information redundancy occurred. On this issue it takes the search engine to make it easier for users to find information, but users still have to read it one by one, therefore it needs also a summary system. Therefore a summary system is required to facilitate Internet users avoid getting the same information from different sources. In this study, multi-document clustering based on online news retrieval system using K-Means method. The process of searching system using Cosine Similarity method and on the summary using K-Means Clustering method. The results show that the optimum results in the recall system are Recall 71%, Presicion 65.82%, F-Measure 66.35% and on Recall system of Recall 37.3%, Presicion 18%, F-Measure 19.2%.

Abstract

Scheduling is an important issue in the implementation of activities, so that absence of such activities will not run smoothly. One example of scheduling is the scheduling of semester exam is performed on a STMIK Kadiri. Scheduling tests done still manually (conventional) so it may take longer computation. This is because the difficulty of putting slots schedule to avoid clashing occurs and there are lots of class but the test room which can be used a bit. So it needs optimization scheduling that is able to minimize conflicting schedules and activities the test can run well. Genetic algorithm is one of the most common optimization methods is used to solve the problems of scheduling. The data used in this study using the test schedule data will be represented in chromosomes, in the form of code exam schedule. Crossover method used is onecut point while mutase method using reciporal exchange mutation and elitism selection method and roulette wheel. The optimal parameter values ​​obtained based on the test result are population size 60, generation size as much as 850, with cr and mr value is 0,5 and 0,5. So the fitness value that is gained is 0.000574..

Abstract

Bonolo using social media as one of the marketing tools. Instagram is selected because it has a large number of users and is mostly used for the purposes of buying and selling online. This research was conducted to find out the influence of social media marketing towards brand loyalty on social media account Instagram bonolo.id. In this study, which became population research is a customer account that follows bonolo Instagram bonolo.id and have already purchased the product. Data collection is done using the method of purposive sampling to 429 prospective respondents, where 110 of whom fill out questionnaires that are given. 10 the respondent eliminated from the final data because it does not meet the criteria of research respondents. The data collected was then analysed using multiple linear regression. Data analysis was done with the help of SPSS statistical software. The results of this study indicate that a variable advantageous campaign, popular content, and frequently update the content has an impact on the dependent variable is brand loyalty, it significantly. While variables relevant content and various platform and application do not have influence on the dependent variable significantly to brand loyalty.

Abstract

The factor of fish quality can be affected by storage procedure and processing treatment is still done manually. Of course, it can make the fish quality will decrease and the sorting process will be wrong. From this problem, it is needed some research and system that can reduce errors to classify fish quality. On this research, we are using image processing and Bayesian method to classify fish quality. Fish will be placed on a styrofoam box that has been equipped with a webcam camera and lamp as lighting. Image processing is used to convert an image from RGB space to HSV space, and we crop the image to get the head section. And after that, we use the hue histogram colour information for the parameter to classify. so the value of bin1, bin 2, and bin 3 and also the standard deviation from histogram value are using as input for classification using Naive Bayes and will process in Raspberry Pi 3 and finally, we can get the fish quality. We are doing some testing. From testing how to implement image processing for this system we get some conclusion that the image which uses the lighting from 5 Watt lamp with white fabric clothes has a good image result, and the result for hue value information from images has to be added. And from testing Naive Bayes methods accuracy was 72.727% and the computation time was 468.864 ms.

Abstract

Wireless mesh network is a network consisting of several devices that are connected to each other to send and receive data, and act as a relay for sending data on a small network scope. Because video streaming process in a network requires connection between the server and the client that runs continuously and real time, so the codec used, the size of the video, and the location of the server and client affect the quality of video streaming results. Recommended standards for video streaming to run smoothly is that the jitter value is no more or equal to 10 ms to 50 ms, and packet loss is not more than 0.5%. In this study, testing of video streaming is carried out on a wireless mesh network based on Babel routing protocol with a limited number of devices using H.264 and MJPEG codecs. The quality of network service in each test scenario is determined in the form of delay, throughput, jitter, and packet loss, then the test results between H.264 and MJPEG codecs are compared. After testing, H.264 codec has packet loss value of 2.14% while the MJPEG codec has packet loss value of 5.03%. H.264 codec has a jitter value of 164154.38 ms while the MJPEG codec has a jitter value of 305.67 ms. H.264 codec has a throughput value of 0.016 MB/s while MJPEG codec has a throughput value of 0.047 MB/s. H.264 codec has a delay value of 0.036 ms while the MJPEG codec has a delay value of 0.0306 ms. Jitter and packet loss value from testing using the H.264 codec do not meet the recommended standard values for video streaming.

Abstract

The development of information technology has been growth rapidly over time thus escalated the needs for information services. Each user has different needs of information services. Thus, a multi-service load balancing system is required to minimize traffic congestion and to reduce server's workloads. Load balancing is a computer network method to distribute loads on servers. HAproxy and Zevenet are load balancers that support various services such as HTTP and FTP. In this research, the conducted test is performance comparison of HAproxy and Zevenet in the implementation of multi-service load balancing. Performance testing is done by sending 1000, 2500 and 5000 HTTP and FTP connections on both HAproxy and Zevenet. The algorithms used in this test are round robin and least connection and the experiments parameter which is used are response time and resource utilization. Based on the performances test result, both on HTTP and FTP services, HAproxy showed better test results on the response time parameter. While Zevenet showed superior test results on resource utilization parameter on both HTTP and FTP services.

Abstract

In the Faculty of Computer Science of Brawijaya Universitas there are web-based applications to support administrative processes that can connect between academic employees, lecturers and students in the work of student thesis known as Filkom apps website. As part of the quality assurance, the website needs to be evaluated in the service performance process. Webqual 4.0 is chosen as a method to evaluate the website where in the method there are four variables: usability, information quality, and service interaction quality, this method has the purpose to measure the quality of service at this time and the importance of each attribute in Webqual 4.0. The next method is IPA, which is used for conformity analysis, gap analysis, and IPA quadrant. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents. The result of IPA quadrant analysis shows that there are four attributes that become the main priority in the improvement that is, ease to be operated, interaction with website is clear and understandable, precisely in arrangement of information layout, and website make easy to communicate with organization. Furthermore, there are three attributes that enter into the low priority in the improvement, such as attractive appearance, easy to navigate, and give space for personalization. The remaining attributes do not have improvement priorities because they belong to quadrants that have a service performance value to be sufficient to maintain or even have an excessive value.

Abstract

Instruction_President number_3 of 2003_about the national policies and strategies for the development of e-government services (e-government) make The Departement of Population and Civil Registration Pasuruan City follow development by providing services in the form of website Population Information System. Every public service (an interested person) needs to be evaluated on a scale of every year for the purpose of optimizing service. The purpose of this research is to know the assessment of quality of website service of Pasuruan City Population Information System according to user_using dimension of e-govqual and Importance_Performance_Analysis (IPA), determining which attributes become priority in improving service quality obtained from IPA analysis result and giving recommendation from analysis attribute at dimension e-govqual._The user data is derived from the spread of the questionnaire distributed to 43 respondents who will be sampled on the research, the results of the analysis of Importance_Performance_Analysis on the level of conformity_a value <100% and the value of the gap of less than 0 (gap <0) of each dimension in e-Govqual, the performance of the website services has not been able to meet the wishes / expectations0users. From the results of the IPA quadrant analysis there are 6 atributes is a main priority improvement as well as 6 attributes that constitute a low priority improvement. Of the twelve attributes, there will be a recommendation for improvement based on the literature or theories on the attributes required to improve the quality of website services.

Abstract

The Faculty of Computer Science (FILKOM) is one of the faculties owned by Universitas Brawijaya. The purpose of this study is to make a dashboard design for student academic monitoring and evaluation. Dashboard is a visualization device that displays visuals of the most important information needed to achieve one or more goals. Dashboard in the research can be used to help the leaders of the study program at FILKOM in monitoring and evaluating performance on the quality services of FILKOM in terms of academic students and student activities by presenting Key Performance Indicators (KPI) information in dashboard. Data displayed in visual form can be analyzed in a more effective, efficient and comprehensive way. The prototype dashboard is built through a user-centric approach with four main stages, namely identification of needs, planning, prototype design and prototype evaluation. Based on the activities carried out, it was concluded that dashboard designed for FILKOM was a strategic dashboard, where a dashboard could display KPI information in an interactive gauge meter, line chart and bar chart with color coding. Appearance of data in graphical form can be easily understood by users, so that the main purpose of information delivery and dashboard design has been reached.

Abstract

Mabes Printing is a printer that focuses on digital and offset printing. The Vision of Mabes Printing is to become a printing trusted by customers and provide mutual prosperity for the people who work in it. In carrying out its business processes, Mabes Printing experiences problems in the production business process. The printing process is one of the main processes for Mabes Printing. If the problem in the business process is not immediately addressed, it will pose a great danger to Mabes Printing. In order to find out about the problem, Mabes Printing need a model. Business process model is needed so Mabes Printing can understand the current business process easily. Business process modeling using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). After modeling using BPMN, mapping will be done with the problem information. After the problem is found the next step is to find the root causes using 5 Why Analysis. The results of this study are found 4 root problems in the business process of ordering, purchasing raw materials, manufacturing goods and taking goods. The root of the problem in the ordering business process is the lack of design choices given to customers. The root of the problem in the business process of purchasing raw materials is the lack of fast and easy data collection on the raw materials needed for the production carried out. The root of the problem in the business process of manufacturing goods is the absence of rapid and easy data collection to be given to production employees. The root of the problem in the business process of taking goods is that there is no easier way to find customer order data.
