Abstract

Information has become indispensable in this modern era, especially with the existence of various social media that support information update. Twitter as one of the most active social media is used to update information belonging to short text or short stories that have some difficulty when done classification, such as ambiguous word, the word contained in the test data never appear in the data train and so on. This research was conducted to determine the effect of using feature expansion or addition of word on short text in the result of classification. Prior to classification, the first data to be tested is added to the list of pre-made words as an external source or dictionary with specified limits. This limitation aims to determine the minimum value of the most optimal limit in generating the highest accuracy in the classification process. In the process of making external sources cosine similarity process is done to find the closeness between words. The result of this research is accurate showing effect of expansion of feature expansion in classification result, 83% accuracy in classification without feature expansion and increased to 87% on feature expansion with threshold value 0.9.

Abstract

PT Pembangkitan Jawa-Bali (PJB) Surabaya is a subsidiary of PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) that worked in the provision of electrical energy of high quality, reliable and eco-friendly. One of the units contained in PT PJB is the Unit Bisnis Jasa Operation & Maintenance Luar Jawa-2 (UJLJ-2) which is tasked to conduct goods and services procurement activities on electrical assets in the generating unit. In carrying out its activities, UJLJ-2 is equipped with an information system to reconstruct procurement data from start to finish called Procurement Monitoring System (SIMOP). However, in the operation, there was found the constraint that users feel difficult when using SIMOP due to different user backgrounds and not yet able to adapt to the system, and therefore the evaluation of usability is needed to find out how easy the system can be used by the user. By using the method of Usability Testing with Nielsen model and based on three criteria of Efficiency, Error, and Satisfaction, the evaluation is done by testing the task scenario, interview, and post-Study System Usability Testing (PSSUQ) questionnaire to SIMOP users. From the result of evaluation of usability we got the value for Efficiency criteria equal to 58,5% that not high enough, value of Error criteria equal to 4,5% that means few errors, and value for Satisfaction criteria equal to 74,5% that means high enough.

Abstract

The rapid development of the internet has led to many changes about E-commerce in indonesia. The existence of E-commerce in Indonesia has started very much due to the high purchasing power of the community, with many E-commerce in Indonesia, many E-commerce owners to innovate to stay competitive. One of the innovations that is done is always to update the web appearance more attractive to the consumers, expected by updating their web display can increase brand awareness of their products. To build brand awareness to the consumer E-commerce companies create ads, banners, promotions, and improve their website. In improving their website, many aspects that need to be considered one of them is giving color. Color is one important aspect in increasing brand awareness to consumers because the color is very easy to remember by the human brain. The color display on E-commerce indirectly forms brand awareness to the brand itself, because consumers are indirectly looking at the colors that exist on the web and giving memory to the brand. This study will focus on comparing some of the colors on existing ecommerce in Indonesia, to be judged which color has a higher level of brand awareness. The conclusion of this study is the color that has a higher brand awareness to be a recommendation in giving color to E-commerce website.

Abstract

In the development of Wireless Sensor Network (WSN), it has an important role for human life. The need for a system to monitor the environment leads to the need for system that can survive under resource limited condition. Therefore it is necessary for mechanism or method that can overcome this problem. In the previous research has made a way of power savings made in software but in this study the author has done a hardware implementation instead. In this research, the authors have successfully integrated a method called wake up interrupt that utilizes the Real Time Clock (RTC) module to run low power mode in each sensor node that has been created. This sensor node consists of Arduino Pro Mini as a main processing module, NRF24L01 as a wireless communication module and RTC module that divided into two nodes which are receiver node and transmitter node. From the results of this research, the power saving mechanism is capable of saving power up to 81.25% of used current when the sensor node has entered the sleep mode.

Abstract

The road sign is one of the means that provides guidance or information to the driver or other road users, about the direction to be taken or the location of the city to go complete with the name and direction of where it is located. Road sign are required so the rider focuses on the road when driving. So that made the system of introduction of raspberry pi-based direction guidance by using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) method, made image processing road sign directions so that riders focus on the road then the information in the form of sound Then the system will separate colors other than green because of the color of the signage signs colored directions green, then the system will look for a box-shaped image, then processing the character of letters and arrows direction, then change the letters that have been detected in the previous process and then recognized to sound. From the test obtained the highest value of 100% and the lowest 0.13% of the characters detected on the signs of direction. The minimum time to execute the image to sound is 4.7 seconds, maximum of 8.02 seconds and 6.402 seconds on average. Based on the results of the research can be concluded that Optical Character Recognition proved able to recognize the detected image on the train data.

Abstract

Implementation of an IoT system for monitoring office environment with temperature and humidity and also with camera sensor meet a problem when data from the middleware can't be forwarded to the internet located storage media because still use local intranet network communication. This problem can be solved by adding internet gateway device functioned as a data collector and forward data to the storage media with GPRS connection. From these requirements, this paper developed mechanism for collecting data and forward data from the middleware to the storage media through GPRS connection with two scenarios, the first scenario used waiting time and the second scenario used direct sending mechanism. The results show that the developed internet gateway device can collect and forward data to the storage media with good performance based on the result functionality testing.

Abstract

This study aims to assist human work in conducting activities that are dangerous to touch human hands such as taming the bombs, removing dangerous objects such as test tubes that contain harmful chemical active substances that can endanger human harmony. At the input value the developer uses a flex sensor. Flex sensor is a sensor that has a function in detecting a principle curvature. Developers choose the flex sensor due to a need to get motion values ​​on the finger arch. In making it easier to find the full picture of the idea and ideas, added a method in the design system, the method used is the map method. The map method is a concept map that is responsible for collecting all the important data on the program concept which is then collected in one data. The map method is used because it has a simple concept and is not complicated enough than other methods. In designing the system created then obtained the conclusions to read the value of the movement on the flex sensor for movement to get the average value of 213.4. In a hand-held test for a sponge object requiring values ​​of 163 to 196, a bottle object of 150 to 162 and to a rock object requires a value of 124 to 137. In a handheld robber test the results of the presentation of the system are able to obtain 100% valid results. In the handheld bottle power object get 100% valid result. While on the stone object get percentage of handheld power by 60%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to obtain results of the evaluation of website use WebQual disprekim.malangkota.go.id 4.0 and get advice on website disperkim.malangkota.go.id using the guidelines and methods of science. The method used in the evaluation of the Department of Housing and Settlement website Malang was that WebQual 4.0 to 3 dimensions as well as methods lmportance and Performance Analysis (LPA), which consists of a conformance level analysis, gap analysis, and analysis of LPA quadrant. The results of the analysis of the quality of Website Department of Housing and Settlement Region Malang shows that the website has a concordance rate of <100% is equal to 94.53%, means that the Website performance level Department of Housing and Settlement Region Malang is still below the level of interest or not in accordance with user expectations. Average Average value gap (GAP) on the Website of Housing and Settlement Region Malang were negative (<0) is equal to -0.24, the results showed that the level of performance Website Department of Housing and Settlement Region Malang is still lacking and has not met expectations users

Abstract

In the beginning, social media is used for socializing and interacting with other people. One of the most used social media for socializing is Facebook, with users amounting to over hundred million people around the world. Nowadays, on Facebook, its often found there's hate speech writing being shared at massive pace. Of course an assistance from language expert is a must for identifying hatespeech on Facebook because there's not yet an automatic system that can identify a hatespeech. The system in this research are made using Ensemble feature and Support Vector Machine. Ensemble feature is used for combining some of the feature extracted from each writing to ease the process of identifying a hatespeech. Support Vector Machine then used to identifying a hatespeech from a writing based on feature that are combined using ensemble feature. According to the result of testing, we acquired a 70% accuracy for the system so we can conclude that ensemble feature and support vector machine is good to use for identifying hatespeech on social media Facebook.

Abstract

Internal disease is a disease associated with many vital organs in the human body, one of which is the Stomach. Stomach is an important organ in the body because it is one of the digestive organs of food and beverages consumed by humans. Gastric disease is less known to the public due to lack of information and knowledge about gastric disease so that people ignore the symptoms that arise. Lack of gastric disease specialist doctors also become the trigger of obstacles in the role of prevention of stomach disease early on so that required a system that has the ability as an expert by providing a certainty value. Therefore, based on the needs of a physician and the general public in overcoming the shortage of doctors, it takes an expert system application that is capable of diagnosing gastric disease so that the community needs for handling the illness can be fulfilled, it can be built software engineering with Naive Bayes method to diagnose disease hull using android based applications.
