Abstract

Inflation forecasting is complicated. Inflation rate calculated based on the rise in the consumer price index (CPI) is influenced by various factors ranging from volatile prices of various types of goods, rupiah exchange rate, world inflation rate, government policy, fluctuations in the supply of goods and demand. Hybridation algorithm of support vector regression (SVR) with chaotic sequences and genetic algorithms has been successfully applied to improve the accuracy of forecasting in various fields. But it has not been explored the usability of this algorithm in the field of market economy which is forecasting inflation. This journal will analyze the potential of hybridization algorithm that which is chaotic genetic algorithm-simulated annealing algorithm (CGASA) with SVR model to improve the performance of forecasting accuracy. With the chaotic sequence of chaotic sequences, it will be able to avoid premature local optimum and early convergention, especially with the simulated annealing algorithm that increases the search area of ​​the solution. The results of the forecasting test in this study show better accuracy than the previous research which has been studied is the combined ensemble method between autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) and artificial neural network (ANN) algorithm.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang pendulum terbalik yang mempunyai karakteristik yang tidak stabil dan nonlinier banyak dilakukan diberbagai belahan dunia. Salah satu penelitian pendulum terbalik adalah pendulum terbalik pada model kereta, penelitian model kereta ini tidak bisa berpindah tempat hanya terpaku pada relnya saja, agar bisa berpindah - pindah supaya bisa dipergunakan untuk alat transportasi diperlukan perubahan dari model kereta ke penelitian Inverted Pendulum pada prototipe mobil. Penelitian ini membuat setimbang bandul atau pendulum pada badan prototipe mobil dengan cara roda prototipe mobil maju atau mundur sesuai dengan arah jatuhnya bandul agar bandul dapat berdiri tegak, kontroller PID digunakan untuk mengatur pergerakan 4 roda terpasang pada prototipe mobil sehingga memungkinkan bandul atau pendulum dalam posisi setimbang atau tegak dengan cara bergerak maju atau mundur sesuai pembacaan sensor. Dengan menggunakan metode proporsional integratif derivatif yang ditanamkan pada kontroller arduino uno dengan nilai Kp = 100, Ki = 2 dan Kd = 0 sistem dapat berjalan sesuai yang diinginkan yaitu bandul atau pendulum dapat setimbang dan motor mampu bergerak sesuai arah jatuhnya bandul atau pendulum.

Abstract

The rapid development of chicken meat affects the performance of chicken farmers, especially broiler chickens. In order to produce a quality broiler chicken, one of the factors that influence it is the feasibility of the chicken coop. Of these problems, it takes an application that is capable of processing data to make a decision support system that is useful in giving the right decision about the eligibility of broiler chicken coop. The AHP-WP method was chosen because it was able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives. Testing of the method used is to make changes to paired matrix comparison to get the priority weighting criteria. The lowest matching result on the 1st matrix with the value λ_max = 7.457649, the value of CI = 0.076275, the value of CR = 0.057784 produces a match rate of 69%. Meanwhile, the highest match rate in the 6th matrix with the value of λ_max = 7.769787, the value of CI = 0.128299, the value of CR = 0.097197 produces a match rate of 94%.

Abstract

In a business of laying hens farm, the feed costs constitute as much as 60-70 percent of the total cost of livestock production. Breeders can compose rations for their laying hens independently to save the feed costs. However, in the making of rations, breeders must examine the nutrient content and price of each feed ingredient that will be combined first. Breeders also have to evaluate manually whether the ration formula that will be given can fulfill the nutritional needs of laying hens. Therefore, to improve the efficiency of feeding in accordance with the nutritional needs of laying hens and with minimum cost, this study designed a system to determine the optimal layer feed composition using Improved Particle Swarm Optimization (IPSO) algorithm, an optimization technique which is a development of the PSO algorithm. Particles move in search space to find solutions. From the test results obtained optimal values for each IPSO's parameter, population size = 250, maximum iteration = 350, and the interval of feed ingredient weight = 1-70%. IPSO algorithm is able to give solution of feed composition with cost 50.41% cheaper than one of the data from laying hens breeder.

Abstract

Fever is an early indicator for some diseases such as dengue fever, typhoid and malaria accompanied by similar symptoms, including muscle pain, indigestion, tongue condition and enlargement of the liver and spleen. Similar symptoms of each disease cause difficulties in getting anamnese (temporary diagnosis) so that patients get the inadequate initial treatment. Handling the problem, technology is needed to obtain a temporary diagnosis by applying one of the classification method of Modified K-Nearest Neighbor (MKNN). The method studied the pattern of previous examination data based on 15 symptoms of disease with eucledian distance calculation process, calculation of validity value and weighted voting calculation that the end result is used for class classification determination based on predetermined value of K. Testing of the value of K get the accuracy of 88.55%. The average value of accuracy obtained from testing of variation in the amount of training data is 92.42%. Testing the influence of the composition of train data get the average value of accuracy of 87.89%. Testing the influence of the composition of train data and test data get the average value of accuracy of 96.35%

Abstract

Many technology offer to do the transfer data process. But those technology have its weakneses. UPnP is one of file sharing technology who able to cover the other weakneses. With using ssdp and soap protocol, UPnP able to zero configuration, multicast and can be used with various platform. Research using implementative method to able find out how UPnP can do the transfer data process and its performance in a network. The author do experiment to program model dan modify it so the program accordingly as desired. Program model successfully created and devided into server program and client program. From the program model UPnP able to do data transfer process with help from http protocol. For UPnP performance, with 500Mb data transfer speed can reach 15.69Mbps and with 1Gb data transfer speed can reach 4.65Mbps and from testing, server can accommodate 3 clients.

Abstract

E-commerce is an online market which has develop rapidly and has changed the business pattern by using internet as the useful communication tool. Mister Aladin is one of e-commerce in form of booking hotels site under MNC Media Investment Group. As one of the new e-commerce, it needs an evaluation to evaluate the factors which could affect customers' satisfaction while they accessed Mister Aladin. To evaluate customers' satisfaction, service quality become the main focus which affect customers' satisfaction. Some of researchers argue that the higher the quality, the more customers will get satisfied. To evaluate customer's satisfaction, it needs an accurate method and tool like WebQual 4.0. Based on this problem, this research focus on the effect of website quality toward customers' satisfaction. After doing the test from the evaluation of Mister Aladin's customers using WebQual 4.0, the data will be analyzed using linear regression analytics. As a result, website quality which consist of usability, information quality and service interaction quality is significantly affect customers' satisfaction of Mister Aladin. The effect of the quality which given by Mister Aladin will affect customers' satisfaction. As shown from the positive relation between independent variabel and user satisfaction variable.

Abstract

Stock is a proof of investing in a corporation and stock holders have the right to claim part of corporation's earning and assets. Stock holders can gain a lot ot of benefit such receiving dividens and selling their stocks with higher value (capital gain). Stock holders need to be careful to manage their assets because stock prices keep changing over time. Stock holders usually monitor stock prices change and analyze them by forecasting. Support Vector Regression (SVR) is one of forecasting methods that performs well in both linear and non linear data. SVR can obtained a fitted model that is neither overfit nor underfit. However SVR has one drawback. The performance of SVR is greatly affected by its parameter. So finding the right parameter value on SVR is needed to gain a good forecasting result. One of optimization algorithms is Genetic Algorithm. Genetic Algorithm is used in order to get the right value of SVR parameter. SVR that is optimized by Genetic Algorithm is capable of getting a good result in forecasting. The test shows error rate/MAPE of forecasting is 0.165% which is smaller than using SVR which is 1.612% with best parameters such as population size 50, generation 200, crossover rate 0.4, mutation rate 0.6, range of sigma 0.5-1, range of epsilon 10-7-10-3, range of C 0.001-5, and range of gamma 10-5-10-3.

Abstract

The development on the topology of the Internet network is now very wide, one of them is the topology of wireless mesh network (WMN) which has several advantages compared to other wireless based network. From these developments, the use of the Internet on each user in one network can become irregular without any bandwidth management and user management. Based on these problems, the need for research that can be applied user management and bandwidth management in WMN topology, so it can be used to monitor internet usage in accordance with bandwidth management and user management. This research uses 4 nodes that make up WMN topology, one of them as a gateway that is connected directly with mikrotik and local server as database storage media to perform user management. Mikrotik main role is for bandwidth management in accordance with commands provided by the server so that bandwidth usage can be controlled in accordance with the bandwidth owned by the user. From the research finished done, got some conclusion. The first conclusion is the integration of server to mikrotik maupn otherwise can be done well with the results of self-healing test with an average of 27.5 seconds and self-configure 26 seconds. In addition, QoS testing on the network is not solid with an average gain of 10 tests ie the first user (Host 1) uploaded 0.04 Mbps download of 0.512 Mbps, the second user (Host 2) uploaded 0.113 Mbps download of 0.971 Mbps , And a third user (Host 3) uploaded 0.238 Mbps download of 1,942 Mbps, the test also performed on solid network obtained average of first user uploaded 0.051 Mbps download of 0.488 Mbps, second user upload of 0.113 Mbps download of 0.976 Mbps, And the third user uploaded 0.251 Mbps download of 1.962 Mbps, from the test results can be the second conclusion that the bandwidth management is able to do well by the system, and the third conclusion is the user management can be done by the server from the results of design and testing on the system admin . From several test results and three points of conclusion, it can be concluded that the system is able to perform bandwidth management and user management well on the WMN network and WMN network is able to apply self-healing and self-configure well.

Abstract

HSV Digital Imagery defines colors in Hue terminology (Color Actually), Saturation (Color Purity) and Value (Color Brightness) The advantage of HSV is that there are the same colors as those captured by the human senses. While the color of other models such as RGB formed a mixture of primary colors. Applications of mobile paper based paper detection Android, so users can easily run this application anywhere and anytime with mobile users. This is where the discussion is about building an app for a currency value detection system that blind users can use to detect the value of a paper currency. Detection is performed on Indonesian banknotes of 1000, 2000,, 5000, 10000, 20000, 50000, and 100000. The system gives a sound output conclusion in Bahasa Indonesia about the value of banknotes Digital image using RGB2HSV method can run well and able to classify in accordance with the results of design and in testing the test data obtained the conclusion that the RGB2HSV method can provide information about the distance of the image with the accuration rate of 87%, precision of 89%, and the recall of 94%.
