Abstract

In decision of determination of auction in PT. Unichem Candi Indonesia is still manual. Due to this lack of knowledge in decision making. Data mining is also referred to as a series of processes to explore the added value of knowledge that has so far not been known manually from a data set. One of the technology that can be used for information system of tender winner determination is K-NN and cosine similarity which this technology become efficient and effective when applied to problem in PT. Unichem Candi Indonesia. The K-NN algorithm is a method that uses a supervised algorithm, where. The K value is the amount of nearest training data to the test data. From the test results the effect of the value of k obtained accuracy of 73% where the highest value, ie k = 2. Testing with the amount of trainee data and test data are balanced will affect the amount of accuracy that will be obtained. Based on the test results with the amount of training data and test data obtained an accuracy value of 83% where the highest value, ie k = 4. Keywords: Data Mining , k-nn Algorithm, Cosine Similarity.

Abstract

Distribution is the one of important processes in industrial activities such as goods's distribution. But unfortunately, this process is one of processes that spend much expense. Then it be required a great management to minimize costs for that's process. One of them is to optimization the goods organize management. Optimization problem of goods organize management can be solved using evolution strategies algorithm that known as a simple algorithm that can be solved a complex problems. In this case, evolution strategies algorithm start with raising the random individu, then mutation process, then do the goods organize management process to get the fitness result and close with selection process to get the great individu. Based on the test of goods organize management that have been process with 50 goods, it get the optimal parameter consist of population 60, lambda 18, offspring 18μ, and generation 15 with the fitness's average is 2,404. The final result of this experiment is a scheme of the optimal solution for goods organize management in vehicle.

Abstract

Smartphone technologies that exist today, comes to offer a number of easines for the communications process that is performed by humans. Through the use of smartphone technology, humans are able to communicate in realtime communication without distance limitations. However, people with visual impairment actually confront it with a number of differences. People with visual impairment is a disability category who have physical limitations for work that requires visualization capabilities. So with these limitations, they can't operate a smartphone to communicate with others. Through this research, developed a voice-interaction-based messaging application to help people with visual impairments to communicate with others using a smartphone. This application allows users to control the application by touch or voice commands. Users will receive feedbacks in the form of speech output for each given voice command. Based on MOS (Mean Opinion Score) Testing that has been done, obtained MOS value by 3.7. It means, the average user stating that the voice-interaction service that contained in the application has a good quality.

Abstract

The tourism sector becomes one of the pillars in the Indonesian economy. As Bali has been contributing for more than 40 percent of international tourist arrivals in Indonesia. Predicting tourism demand are very important for the government and industry, as predicting the basis for effective policy planning. Support Vector Regression (SVR) is prediction method that has the ability to handle large-scale data in the training phase and it can to recognize patterns of time series data. The predicted result will be good if the value of the important parameters of the SVR can be determined correctly by optimization. One of optimization methods is Genetic Algorithm (GA). GA will be optimizing parameter of SVR to get the right value of SVR parameter to getting better predictions. The test shows the value of MAPE obtained is 2,513% with best parameters those are range of lamda 1 - 10, range of complexity 1 - 100, range of epsilon 0,00001 - 0,001, range of gamma 0,00001 - 0,001, range of sigma 0,01 - 3,5, Iteration of SVR 1250, generation of GA 90, population 70, crossover rate 0,6, mutation rate 0,4, features 2 and prediction period 1 month. Based on the test results, GA-SVR method on the data of foreign tourist arrivals to Bali is appropriate for short-term prediction.

Abstract

Chronic kidney disease is one type of non-infectious but deadly disease. According to Basic Health Research (2013), this disease in Indonesia has a value of prevention value of approximately 0.2 percent. But some people are still not aware that they have experienced this disease, and their kidney failure disease has been at the stage of chronic renal failure so that one of the treatment is to do dialysis. Whereas if the person is still in early or stage 2 kidney failure, can still do therapy without dialysis. In addition, some people are still lazy to consult, so it takes a program so that people can know their condition and motivated to do a checkup to the doctor. From these problems requires an early detection that can be done by classification. One method that can classify is Fuzzy KNN, but Fuzzy KNN has a weakness that is determining the value of k and m that yield optimal value. So do the merger with GAs. From the results of the merger the program can produce a fairly optimal accuracy of 98%, with parameters on the GAs of population 40, generation 15, CR 0.5 and MR 0.8.

Abstract

One of the goals GraPARI Telkomsel Malang is to provide services in handling customer complaints. Acceptance of complaints can be done in several ways, including through My GraPARI machine, call center and come directly to GraPARI office. Acceptance of customer complaints through My GraPARI machine or through the call center is considered not meet the needs, given the limited number of My GraPARI machines available only one unit in the city of Malang. As for the handling of complaints that require further handling, call center is considered not able to handle maximally because every process of handling must be informed directly to the customer. So to answer the above problems, can be given a solution of information system development as one form of application of the concept of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Operational intended to receive complaints from customers. The method used in system development is using waterfall model which includes several stages of development, including: needs analysis, design, implementation and testing. System testing is done with several types of testing, including: black-box, compatibility, web service testing and system evaluation using the utility system approach. From the overall test results can be concluded that the features on the system has been running with a valid and can run on several type of browsers that have been tested.

Abstract

Recording is a basic requirement for every learner, not except for visually impaired students who have the need to record information received. However, visually impaired people have difficulties to use the commonly used recording media, it needs a special tool or application to help the visually impaired in taking notes. Therefore, in this research will be made a recording machine that can be used by the visually impaired with layout design that is easy to recognize. The design of this recording machine uses a typing pattern of 10 fingers. Character input on the recording machine using multi touch 6 buttons used to form combinations in making braille. In this recording machine there is also a space function, enter and delete the last character. The process of making this recording machine will be done in several stages such as what is wanted, analysis, design, prototype and implementation / deploy. Based on the results of testing this recording machine can be concluded that in terms of usability involving blind respondents with status of students get an average scale of value 4 of (likert scale 1-5), so that the recorder machine is considered to meet the categories of learning ability, flexibility and robustness.

Abstract

WSN technology is the latest technology that still has many obstacles related to programming or real-time communication needs. Challenges related to real-time communication include the system must be able to adapt to the environment and noise as well as to the delay time that occurs when sending data. Therefore this research performs analysis of communication device (transceiver) which is the core of WSN node with delay test parameter, RAM memory usage and functional system test. The transceiver modules used are nRF24L01, Xbee S2 and ESP8266. This research is done by designing two nodes as sender and one receiving node. Data delivery is derived from the ADXL335 accelerometer sensor. The sending and receiving data is done simultaneously using RTC (Real Time Clock) module with send and receive time 0, 15, 30, and 45 seconds. From the test results show that nRF24L01 module is superior in terms of packet delivery and xbee has less noise and data collision, while esp8266 data packet received a lot of noise and data collision. In the delay parameter, xbee has the smallest range of 0.90 seconds to 1.09 seconds. For average memory usage on nRF24L01 over 32.00% of RAM capacity, xbee is more than 40.00% of RAM capacity and ESP8266 is more than 55.00% of RAM capacity.

Abstract

Nowadays, there has been a great traffic in the network. It is characterized by an increasingly high users will increase the complexity of the network such as increased server load and hard to configure any devices from different vendorss, so there needs to be a good web server. If a single web server, it will cause SPOF (Single Point of Failure). The use of cluster servers with load balancing will improve the performance of web servers implemented in Software Defined Network. Load balancing with resource-based methods is a load-sharing method using the smallest CPU usage of the server as a reference. Through the implementation of the system obtained server divide the load well. Testing with many connections and rate divided into 3 parts that is low to rate 40, medium to rate 80 and high for rate 160. The testing parameters used are throughput, response time, and CPU usage using Httperf and psutil tools. The results of the test obtained with the average throughput value of 947.9 KB / s, response time average of 6.2 ms, and CPU Usage of 59.82% on the first server, 69.73% on the second server and 93,24% on the third server. By comparison of the Round Robin algorithm, the CPU-based method is better than Round Robin based on the tests performed.

Abstract

The DTN architecture provides a solution for communication with long delay and intermittent connectivity. The moving node results in the large number of waiting time required by data packets to receive information from source to destination through many nodes. The movement of nodes that occur will produce such a patterned pattern movement and random movement. In sending messages DTN apply some routing protocols used in a different location and situation. DTN protocol in this research is routing Epidemic and Maxprop by doing DTN network simulation on The ONE Simulator to compare the performance of DTN protocol based on node mobility with the addition of node and message size. The results show that in the case of Delivery Probability routing Maxprop has better performance tendency than Epidemic routing with the highest Delivery Probability value on patterned movement 89% compared to 88% in Epidemic. On the random movement the best value of Delivery Probability produced is 41% compared to 35% in routing Epidemic. The Best value of Overhead Ratio routing Maxprop on patterned movement is 6,1379 compared to 7,9173 in Epidemic. On random movement the best of Overhead Ratio value is 4,0769 versus 3,7143 on Epidemic routing. The best Average Latency of routing Maxprop on patterned movement is 513,1642s compared to 574,1728s in Epidemic. In the random movement, routing Epidemic and Maxprop have the same Latency Average value is 1389.3500s
