Abstract

PT.East Java Liberty Coy is one of the subsidiaries of Java Pos Group which is engaged in print media. In running the business process there are several problems that have the potential to disrupt the course of business activities. Unoptimal processes on PT.East Java Liberty Coy include data storage is not integrated or fragmented which can cause data duplication, data loss due to human error. So it is necessary to analyze the business processes that have been applied, and then evaluated to determine the business processes that have the potential to disrupt the course of organizational activities in order to provide recommendations in the form of business process improvement recommendations. This research uses Business Process and Notation notation (BPMN) and Business Process Improvement (BPI) as evaluation method. Method Business Process Improvement applied in this research from phase 1: organizing improvement, phase 2: understanding the process and phase 3: streamlining. From the simulation results The current business process and business process recommendations are found that the level of time analysis of business process renewal contract advertising recommendations obtained the effectiveness of time up to 82.46%. So it can be concluded that business process improvement can improve the performance to be more efficient and effective, hence the recommendation of this business process is important to be applied to PT. East Java Liberty Coy.

Abstract

Payment and distribution of zakat in Indonesia managed by Badan Amil Zakat, which of one is Lembaga Amil Zakat Infaq and Shadaqah Muhammadiyah (LAZISMU) Malang. Fluctuations in the level of zakat fund received by LAZISMU Malang affect in the amount of zakat fund that can be distributed to communities in the all of Malang region. Zakat reception forecasting is so needed to determined the amount of zakat received, so that solution anticipation when the fund is less than the distribution target can be done as early as possible. Prediction are made on this research is using Support Vector Regression (SVR) with Flower Pollination Algorithm (FPA) method. SVR used to make prediction of zakat received based on historical data zakat received, and then FPA used to make optimization value from parameter to be used on SVR method. Data used as many as 64 historical data from Juli 2011 up to Oktober 2016 data received of zakat for the one of Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional at Malang region that is LAZISMU Malang. The results of tests performed on the prediction zakat using SVR with FPA on zakat revenue data from 2011 to 2016 resulted value of 0.2497 in the fitness and 3.0048 in the MAPE which means average difference between of actual data and predict result is Rp144.741.

Abstract

Nutrition is everyone's requirement. Everyone needs a good nutritional intake. A healthy body certainly needs nutrition well. Especially with the condition of ill certainly require more nutrition in accordance with his illness. In this study at the clinic and hospital Ibn Sina Dampit there are patients who are hospitalized who need nutritional intake. In this case there is already a search method of required nutrient levels issued by the health department. With the name rumua AMB (basal metabolic rate). By using the formula AMB can know a number of calories needed. The authors discussed using Fuzzy Tsukamoto method as a reference for the determination of nutritional foods that work with experts to create an expert system of nutritional determination of food for patients who hospitalization. Here the author why using the method of Fuzzy tsukamoto due to Tsukamoto method method is stronger than Fuzzy Mamdhani or Fuzzy Tsugeno method. In the fuzzy inference system there are several methods, such as mamdani method, sugeno method, tsukamoto method, but in this thesis use tsukamoto method because tsukamoto method is one method of fuzzy logic, which is used to calculate the decision result (z) of a disease. It represents an input to the output space with an IF- THEN-shaped rule with a membership function that is represented by the state space of a sample and the resulting end result is a decision value as a weighted average (z). And produce accuracy with 90% accuracy percentage based on data used

Abstract

The President instruction no. 3 / 2003 about national policy and strategy on the development of information technology services at government (e-Government), pushes local government such as Batu City government to participate in its development by providing services through public relation website. However, there are some deficiency in the website based on user experience. This research discusses user's assessment, particularly local people, on website services by public relation department, Batu City government. The users data is collected by spreading the questioner with e-govqual atributes, while assessment analysis is by importance performance analysis (IPA). The recommendation to repair and /or develop will be given based on Heuristic evaluation. The final result of this research points out that the website service is still not macth the expectation of users. The conformity level analysis shows that the final result is <100% i.e <81.89%, while the gap level analysis (gap) is < 0 (negative) i.e. -0.72. From quadrant analysis, 3 attributes that are main priority of repaired and developed and 6 attributes that become low priority of repaired and developed. The above nine attributes is recommended to be repaired and developed based on Heuristic evaluation.

Abstract

E-Commerce is a type of electronic business mechanism that focuses on individual-based business transactions using the Internet as a medium of exchange of goods (Hartman, 2000). In 2016, Lazada experiencing conceded many accounts are done by people who are not responsible. The burglary victim utilize credit card to make a transaction, not just the actors also change the username and password. In the present study, the researchers conducted a test by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to determine the factors of what makes people to use Lazada. By combining several models of Internet Users' Information Privacy Concerns (IUIPC), User Acceptance Of Information Technology (UTAUT) as well as the added safety and confidence into this study. Constructs build the model in this study include: expectations capabilities, business expectations, the influence of social environment, facilities, risk, security and trust. Sample collection of data by using a questionnaire and analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results of the study showed that users are aware of the privacy of personal information that they provide to LAZADA. The most affected users to use Lazada factor is the trust of users towards LAZADA.

Abstract

The vascular changes that occur in retinal are precursors of a diseases, such as heart disease, diabetic retinopathy, stroke and hypertension. Changes can be seen by analyzing retinal image, but it takes a long time. In this study we propose the automation of vascular segmentation processes in retinal image so that can assist in analysis process, which is an important step in retinal image analysis. The segmentation process is done by detecting the line using the Multi-Scale Line Operator algorithm and preprocessing image using K-Means algorithm. Line detection is performed on several different scales, then combines the results of each scale. Image preprocessing using the K-Means algorithm aims to ignore the optic disc area, which in that area will probably be detected as false positive. The performance of proposed algorithm was evaluated using the DRIVE and STARE dataset, the result showed that average accuracy of the DRIVE dataset reaches 0,940980219 with AUC 0,7462, and for STARE dataset reaches 0,949293361 with AUC 0,778. The results are obtained by using the number of K as much as 3 on the K-Means algorithm, which consists of background, foreground, and vessel.

Abstract

Domestic flights are increasing from year to year impact on the increase of tickets. It is to develop mobile online applications. The examples are Traveloka, Tiket.com, and etc. From the many applications, users will feel the different user experience. It can be caused by interface or usability. This research will examine about interface and usability of android applications which can be used as a reference for building similar applications. The method that used in this reasearch is design thinking. To collect data there are several ways such as interviews and questionnaires. Based on the results of research, the user experience of Traveloka and Tiket.com obtain an average value of 5.8/7 and 5.3/7. That number proves that both applications have usefulness, easy of use and learn, and satisfication is good enough for the users.

Abstract

Autism is a neurological disorder that shows significant result as a lack of ability to form social relationships, normal communication, and behavior in children. This symptoms generally appear before children reach the age of 3 years. It is not classified as a psychiatric disease because autism is a disorder that occurs malfunction of children's brain and it is manifested on children's behaviour. Some research states that autism causes as the neurodevelopmental disorder that causes abnormalities in children's brain structure. Different experts mentioned that autism in children caused by the kind of food they consumed or they living environment that contain many harmful substances that shows in children's behaviour. Therefore, the system for the identification of autism disorders in children will be create to help identifies autism disorder by using the method of Modified K-Nearest Neighbor (MKNN). It is one of classification method based on the appearance of largest classes in data training. There are 14 symptoms from 4 aspects that are used as parameters in the development of the system. The output of the system is showing whether a child is autistic individuals or not. Based on the testing that has been done on the system that using Modified K-Nearest Neighbor (MKNN), maximum accuracy shows 100% accuracy while minimum accuracy is 92%. Based on those results, the uses of Modified K-Nearest Neighbor (MKNN) method can be implemented in our daily life.

Abstract

Milkfish is a cultivation commodity that contributes quite large on a national scale. But in practice, milkfish cultivation requires high production costs, especially in the procurement of fish feeds. This study will explore how to optimize the composition of milkfish feeds, minimize costs without lowering the production, as well as keeping the nutritional needs of milkfish in check. An optimization method, Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is used in the process of formulation and composition of milkfish feeds to keep fulfilling the nutritional needs of fish with minimal cost. The PSO algorithm process begins with initialization process for position, speed, and Pbest values ​​as much as the number of specified particles, and Gbest. Then the process progresses to the update stage of speed, position, Pbest, and Gbest as much as a predetermined iteration. Based on the results of the tests conducted in this study, optimal parameters have been obtained such as the number of particles as much as 100, the number of iterations of 70, lower boundary value and upper limit particles of 1,0 - 9,0, and coefficient value of 0,4. Using these parameters, the best fish feeds composition obtained for 10-week-old milkfish with a weight per unit of 0,25 kilograms and total fish population of 500 is 0,237 kilograms fish meal, 1,384 kilograms cassava flour, and 2,129 kilograms white leadtree leaf flour with total cost of Rp. 15.017,625.

Abstract

Brawijaya Homeband University is a part of Students Unit Activities which has 2 years of regulation. In maintaining its existence, a selection is held in every 2 years. One of the problems was faced in previous selection was unclear scoring mechanism. This problem made the duration in selecting the member of the homeband longer. Moreover, the selection result was subjective. This manual mechanism is not an efficient meachanism, moreover when the participants are more than before. Research of Decission Suport System for Members Homeband Brawijaya University selection was using profile match technique. The positions which were wanted were male Vocalist, female vocalist, guitarist, bassist, keyboardist and drummer. Every position has 6 scoring factors which consist of 4 core factors and 2 secondary factors. The result of this research shows the accuracy system was 83.8%, 5 of 6 members selected by the system are the members who also selected by the judges. Therefore, it can be concluded the result of this research can be used for assisting the Homeband of Brawijaya University member's selection.
