Abstract

Web-based Concert Ticket Booking System is a platform specifically designed for booking concert tickets in Malang. This concert ticket booking system aims to make it easy to buy concert tickets through the website so all the users can easily booked concert tickets. This system helps to connect the buyers and sellers to buying and selling concert tickets. The sellers can easily promote Malang concerts through this website and for the buyers who orders concert tickets easily through the website. The advantage of the system from the buyer side is being able to search concert tickets by inputting words in the search column. In the search feature, this system uses Text preprocessing to process data into a term index and this system uses two calculation methods, namely, Tf-Idf (Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency) is used to calculate the weight of each word contained in concert information that contains a description of the concert, day and date & time and Cosine similarity is used to calculate the similarity value between sentences based on the calculation of the TF-IDF. From the calculation of the two methods you can find a concert description that matches or approaches the inputted word. So that by using these calculations it will be easier to find the desired concert. In addition to being able to search, buyers can also order tickets, make payments and if they have done making payments, the buyer will get a notification via email.

Abstract

XYZ Indonesia (Persero) is one of the strategic industrial companies that produces the main tools of the Indonesian defense system and has a focus on the application of information technology managed by the Divisi Teknologi Informasi. In its application, the possibility of a risk cannot be avoided so that IT risk management and evaluation are needed to maximize its performance. Information technology risk management evaluation is carried out by using the Process Assessment Model (PAM) in the COBIT 5 framework with the APO12 Manage Risk process. The use of the COBIT 5 framework will help in measuring the extent to which processes and activities have been carried out properly, and knowing the capability level of the process. This research was conducted using qualitative methods, where data collection was carried out by questionnaire, observation, and validation interviews. The purpose of this study is to obtain evaluation results based on the capability level and formulate recommendations based on the results of the evaluation. The capability level in the APO12 process based on the evaluation results is at level 2, namely the Managed Process. Based on the results of the analysis, 43 recommendations were prepared. Recommendations are prepared based on components at level 1 and level 2 that have not been fulfilled. In addition, recommendations are also made based on components at level 3 to meet target levels. The recommendations given to companies are used to increase the level of IT risk management capabilities that exist in the Divisi Teknologi Informasi of PT. XYZ Indonesia.

Abstract

Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is a technology which allow a long distance communication and conversation through a computer network. However the quality of VoIP technology performance is very dependent on the computer network used as a conducting media to fasilitate long distance communication and conversation especially in a place which had a heavy terrain. Therefore to achive the best performance of VoIP, it requires a computer network technology to support its maximum performance. One of the computer network technology which becomes a mainstay and could be use for VoIP is a Wireless Mesh Network (WMN) which has various advantages over conventional computer network. On this research, a WMN is composed of 5 Laptops as main Nodes and some other are for user as a foundation to build the VoIP Network. A VoIP network built above WMN would be supported by Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Server which is also be built on one of the Node with Linux platform. To discover the quality and performance of the VoIP network, a test sequence is required as well as the analysis to determine the Quality of Service (QoS) by using Delay, Packet Loss, and Jitter as parameter. The result of this research, which consider the outcome of the Delay, Packet Loss, and Jitter paramater showed a result which can be categorized as ‘satisfying' and suitable for implementation.

Abstract

Indometal Mitrabuana is located in jl.angsana raya block 16 no. 1B Delta Silicon industrial estate 1 Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java. This company is engaged in the supply of raw steel material processing services. HRD department of PT. Indometal Mitrabuana is one of most important department that manages human resources. Reporting is certainly one of core activities of this department. However by using manual data collection there is often a loss of data, information that is not up-to-date and inefficient of information notification. Given an information system that focuses on managing employee data, it can maximize the activity of reporting human resources optimally, thus conducted a research with Ripple methodology that will produce requirements and system design both in terms of business and systems which prodeuce use case business and use case diagrams in the requirement phase , In analysis phase will generated analysis class diagram and communication diagram, design phase will generate class diagrams, sequence diagrams, and database schema. Every requirement and feature will be tested using Traceability matrix, whether every requirement has a unique code and can be track back into all requirement.

Abstract

Hypertensive is one of the main causes of mortality and morbidity in Indonesia. as the result that, the clinical problems of the disease that is interventions which at various levels of health facilities are commonly done. For people with hypertension should be arranging their food menu to avoid and confine foods that can increase blood pressure. Therefore, it needed a diet to control the blood sugar levels in hypertensive patients by regulating the composition of the diet. One of techniques that is used to manage regulate the composition of diet foods for hypertensive patients used by genetic algorithm approach. The genetic algorithm process uses the representation of the integer with the length of chromosome 105, each gene of the population is the food number in each group and each index with multiples 15 represents of the day, The crossover method that is used the extended intermediate crossover, while the mutation method that is used reciprocal exchange mutation, and the selection method with elitsm selection. The optimal parameter results obtained on the test population number is 80 with the fitness value 1100.495433, the number of generations is 300 with the fitness value 1190.022286, and the combination of cr and mr is 0.1 and 0.9 with the fitness value 1150.466927. The results of the solution given in the form of food menu recommendations for few days for morning, noon, and night time and with minimal cost.

Abstract

One of the problem experienced by teachers of SMKN 3 Malang in class X-TKJ 1 Digital Simulation and Basic Programming lessons is on student engagement, students sometimes feel bored with repetitive activities temporarily as we know in learning sometimes teachers only provide material on the board or then the projector then makes questions and does it on paper and then collects it. Student engagement has 3 dimensions, namely behavioral engagement (student participation), emotional engagement (student interest in doing something) and cognitive engagement (students' efforts in completing their tasks when learning) (Fredricks et al, 2004). The lack of enthusiasm of students towards learning also affects the willingness of students to pay attention to the material. So that students want to participate in learning and not feel bored, Kahoot and Socrative are educational games that can be a solution. Based on this, recommendations are needed regarding User Experience Kahoot and Socrative by using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. There are 6 items assessed in UEQ, namely attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty.

Abstract

MANET is a dynamic wireless network, because each node can move freely so the topology network often changes unpredictably. Conditions in the changing topology due to an effect on the performance of the routing protocol used on MANET. A mobile device in MANET that is implemented as a mobile node can be a tablet, laptop and smartphone. MANET's routing protocols have several types, namely reactive, proactive and hybrid (a combination of reactive and proactive routing protocols). Previous research on the performance of the ZRP and HWMP protocols which is hybrid routing protocols, using the scope of the WMN (Wireless Mesh Network). WMN has a range of a devices that‘s not wide and topology that is used in a static state. This research using the scope of MANET, focusing on user devices, mobility built without infrastructure, and ad-hoc capabilities. The topology in a network that moves dynamically and the implementation in a broad scope is able to influence the performance of the ZRP and HWMP protocols as the routing protocol that we want to simulate in this study. With this routing protocol changes will be observed that occur based on testing parameters such as throughput, packet delivery ratio (PDR), normalized routing load, end-to-end delay and convergence time. The scenario test is done using static and dynamic nodes, and Network Simulator 2 (NS-2) as a test simulation. The simulation results that have been obtained are concluded that ZRP routing protocol is more dominant for the five test parameters carried out in the dynamic topology scope, while for the static topology is more dominated by HWMP.

Abstract

PT Britmindo is a mining company that provides reliable reports and solutions for the various services required by coal mine owners. One solution done in the framework of efficiency in the field of mining is to utilize Geographic Information System (GIS) at the exploration stage. Currently PT Britmindo provides a website-based system that can be utilized for exploration and inventory activities. However, the use of sparate digital cameras and GPS handheld in the inventory takes a lot of time when adding inventory results into the system whereas website-based concession maps are less than optimal when accessed through smartphones that are easy to carry in exploration activities. From these problems, a system of coal mining inventory and exploration in Kalimantan based on Android mobile is developed by utilizing GPS and camera features on smartphone, where users can view location concession maps and make inventory through geotagging and tracking. Inventory and exploration system was developed with waterfall model. The results of this study is an Android-based mobile applications. Testing on this system using validation testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and usability testing where the results of testing validation testing and usability testing resulted in the conclusion that the system is 100% valid and very easy to use, while the results of UAT testing resulted in conclusion that the system has been in accordance with user needs.

Abstract

Muslimnesia Mobile App is an application made to help Muslims living the Islamic lifestyle and is developed by PT. DOT Indonesia. The application has never undergone a UX evaluation and difficulties from user's perspective are yet to be discovered. This research is done with usability testing method based on its learnability, efficiency, and satisfaction aspects, to identify usability issues; and user experience questionnaire (UEQ) to measure usability level and user experience. Results on the initial evaluation by using UEQ shows the app is on the positive level and the benchmark is on the above average level for each of the scale (except for the stimulation and novelty scale that are on the good level), while the result in the usability testing for learnability aspect is good with 96% percentage. On efficiency and satisfaction aspect, tested by UEQ, resulted in average efficiency scale of 1420 and on a good level. Satisfaction aspect is a part of hedonic concept which covers the scale of stimulation and novelty. Stimulation scale has the average score of 1430 and novelty scale has the average score of 1140, both scales are on the good/positive level. There are 15 issues found and there are 17 recommendations for design improvement. Next evaluation done to the improved design shows improvement on each UEQ scale, with perspicuity scale improved quite significantly. On the UEQ benchmark, the improved design shows improvement from above average level to the good level on each scale (except for dependability scale which on the above average level and stimulation scale on the excellent level). On usability testing, learnability aspect scores 100% with 4% improvement, efficiency aspect with 6% improvement. Satisfaction aspect improved simulation scale for 12% and novelty scale for 17%.

Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kominfo) Kabupaten Rembang is a government service that implements IT in carrying out business processes and daily activities. Dinas Kominfo use various IT services and have the responsibility to manage some of services technically. Based on the interviews that have been done, the more services managed by Dinas Kominfo, the more appropriate safeguards are needed to avoid the risks that might occur. According the existing conditions and referring to Peraturan Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika Republik Indonesia Nomor 4 Tahun 2016, Dinas Kominfo need to plan for managing information security. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to provide a information security management plan based on risk analysis in Dinas Kominfo Kabupaten Rembang. Planning for information security management that conduct through steps includes assessments using Information Security (KAMI) Index, asset and risk identification, risk analysis using FMEA, risk priorities, make appropriate recomendations to ISO 27001 controls, cost and benefit analysis to determine risk mitigation priorities, and arrange ISO 27001 mandatory document. From the Indeks KAMI assessmen result, the completeness levels score is 161 and the average maturity level of each information security areas is Level I to Level I+. Then, there are 15 top IT risk with the highest RPN value 126. Risk mitigation recommendations can be applied by doing 13 ISO 27001 controls based on risk analysis.
