Abstract

Technological advancement as a vessel for the interests of various jobs that occurred in this era, demands competent human resources. Human resources have a very important role in the interaction of capital factors, materials, methods, and machinery. One example of human resources is the building course workers. Hence, this journal examines rough building workers in PT. Yaguna Bangun Pratama. This journal tries to selectbuilding course workers who do not meet the criteria of the company (PT Yaguna Bangun Pratama). Based on these problems, it takes an application that can process the data into a system optimization of rough-labor election. The analytical hierarchy process (AHP) dan Promethee method was chosen because it was able to rank the best alternative from a number of alternatives. The test used is bu usingthe changes of 5 types of preference in the Promethee method. The results of the usual preference type and quasi preference type resulted in a match rate of 80%, whereas the linear preferences type and the linear preferences type with unlimited areas resulted in a match rate of 60%, and the type of level preference resulted in a match rate of 40%. Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries consuming electricity which always experience the increasing need of electric energy every year. Electricity needs in the household sector from 2003 to 2013 in Indonesia increased by an average of 8% per year. While in the commercial sector the average increase of 10.1%. Growing demand for electrical energy should be properly handled in order to avoid the lack of electricity supply that can lead to inhibition of economic activity in Indonesia. Therefore it is needed a program that can help the supplier of electrical energy in Indonesia (PLN) to determine the amount of electrical energy that must be prepared. The Combined method Multi-Factors High Order Fuzzy Time Series and Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) can be used to forecast electrical energy requirements. Fuzzy C-Means replaces one of the processes in the Multi-Factors High Order Fuzzy Time Series method when creating subintervals. The path of the method is the determination of the Universe of Discourse, the determination of the number of clusters, the formation of subintervals with Fuzzy C-Means, the formation of fuzzy sets, the fuzzification process, the formation of Fuzzy Logic Relationship (FLR), and the defuzzification process. From the test results obtained the smallest MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) value of 1.7857%. MAPE results obtained that less than 10% indicate that Combined Methods Multi-Factors High Order Fuzzy Time Series and Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) is very good used to forecast electricity demand in Indonesia.

Abstract

In making investments investors often faced with two things, return expectation and risk rate. Therefore to reduce the risk rate investors diversifying by combining securities in investment, or commonly referred to a stock portfolio. This research implements genetic algorithm to determine the proportion of stocks to generate optimum return expectation with risk rate that can be justified. Based on the test result, genetic algorithm can determine the stocks proportion with greater return expectation and risk rate is smaller than manual calculation using single index model. The largest fitness is 0,356522 in exercise condition of genetic algorithm parameter with population size is 100, the number of generations is 100, crossover rate 0,3, and mutation rate 0,7.

Abstract

Batching Plant PT. Holcim is part of PT. Holcim which handle the distribution and production of PT. Holcim's products, such as concrete, ready made cement concentrate, and building construction services. Customers can order the products and services at Batching Plant PT. Holcim without having to go to headquarters of P.T Holcim. From each service provided by Batching Plant PT. Holcim, customers can report complaints due to errors from service process to Batch Plant PT. Holcim directly. The problem is the process of recording complaints are still done manually so it's difficult for sales accommodate complaint data. In addition, sales are also difficult to tell the leader of the job complaint must be done immediately. Based on the problem that CRM applications need to be able to assist sales and leaders in performing complaint reporting processes with CRM operational application types. The CRM application needed to record the complaint automatically. In addition, CRM application required to help sales inform to the leader that new complaint must be done immediately. Later on, the system has features such as make new complaint, make notification to the leader, and managing complaint data. In its development the method used to develop the system using codeigniter framework. Then the system will be tested using Base Path Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Utility Testing for success level in fulfilling user's need.

Abstract

Heart is one of the most important organs in the human body. Nowadays, coronary heart disease is one of the diseases that tend to invade a person's heart and dietary arrangements is a must for people who have this kind of disease in order to be healthy like normal people. This research is focused on recommending food nutrition for outpatients who suffers from coronary heart disease that often called diet heart 4. This study, titled optimization arrangement of food nutrition for outpatient using real coded genetic algorithm (rcga), the results that is displayed by the program is patient's data such as age, weight, height and foodstuffs that comply with the needs of the outpatients with the lowest prices of any food. This algorithm consists of an initial population of the initialization stage, the reproduction consisting of crossover and mutation, the calculation of the fitness and selection. The research on using the names of 271 food with nutrient content (source of carbohydrates, a source of protein, vegetable source of protein, vegetables, fruits, snacks, and oil/FAT). From the results of testing, this research obtained optimal parameters of 500 population with average fitness of 12347, 3, 50 generations with average fitness of 11795.8 and the combination of cr = 0 and mr = 0.9. with an average value of fitness 11940.7. The results of the program with the parameter generate an average median difference in actual data - with data from the program of 51.815 or 2.30%.

Abstract

Indonesia ranks 2nd largest in Southeast Asia in the number of deaths caused by Hypertension. One way to treatment Hypertension disease is to control weight and reduce the amount of salt consumed. To solve the problem used Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) method. Stages in the PSO algorithm are building the initial population, building initial velocity, fitness calculations, pbest and gbest determinations, velocity and position update. The representation of the particles used is the food index. The number of dimensions used is 14. The number of dimensions indicates the number of features consisting of breakfast, complementary food, lunch, complementary meals and dinner. Each features consisting of staple foods, sources of plant protein, sources of animal protein, vegetable and appendages. PSO parameters used in the test are: the number of iterations used is 130, the number of particles used is 100 and the value of wmin and wmax used are 0,4 and 0,5. Based on trials of 4 cases of patients, it can be stated that the system can produce food recommendations That can fulfill the nutritional adequacy of ± 10% within the specified tolerance limits

Abstract

Snapchat is one of the social media that have main feature when user can share videos and photos a few seconds on home they are then automatically deleted after 24 hours. Bloomberg reports that collected Kompas Tekno in June 2016 each day as many as 150 million users using filter photos or video at snapchat, and experienced a rise from the previous years 110 million to 140 million active users daily. Every day, users share video live their activities on othe users snapchat as well as providing some personal information while signing up for an account on snapchat such as name, email, and phone number. Currently many users who give too much information on sosial media because they do not care about the privacy and security on the sosial media used. Therefor, the objective of this research is to analyze the factors that effect the users share their live video on snapchat using 10 latent variable and 1 variable secondary order. The data were analyze, collected from respondents is 282 active users snapchat. Data from respondent were analyze using method analyze Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).

Abstract

In modern times, many people do not pay attention to the intake of nutrients in their daily food cosumption, especially the vitamin content. Vitamin is a complex substance that is needed by our body that serves to help the process of body activities. Vitamin deficiency can lead to an increase in the chances of getting disease in our body and allow the body functions not to work optimally. Checking the level of vitamin deficiency is very rarely done by the community, because it needs a blood test and the cost for the test is quite expensive. In this study the problems are solved by creating an expert system, a system that can diagnose the type of vitamin deficiency in the human body, so it can easily be known which type of vitamin deficiency suffered by the users. This system is implemented using Dempster Shafer method. Testing is done by comparing the conformity of the output of the system to the expert diagnosis. From the test of 30 case data obtained an accuracy of 87%. After testing by increasing the weight value of the symptoms, the accuracy rate increased to 90%. So this expert system can be used to assist users in making a diagnosis of deficiency or vitamin deficiency.

Abstract

To improve the quality of human resource generation required good nutritional needs for everybody. Each member of family needs a nutrition in the same kind but amount of the nutrition is different, that is influenced by age, body shape, gender, physical condition, genetic heredity, and life style. Information of data analysis from Riskesdas which is held in 2007 and 2013 revealed that Indonesian citizen Having problems with quality food consumption of between 80 to 90 percent tend to be less fruit and/or vegetable consumption and approximately 40.7% consume risky foods containing excess fat, cholesterol and fried more than equal to one time per day. From these data nutritional needs with food processing which is consumed by Indonesian citizen still lack. Therefore, the preparation of family food ingredients of patients with hypercholesterolemia using genetic algorithms needed for food ingredients that are consumed are variety and able to meet the nutritional needs with minimal cost. Genetic algorithm is a stochastic optimization technique because using random value. Genetic algorithms are capable of providing complex and wide-ranging problem solutions objectively. In crossover process using extended intermediate method and mutation process using random mutation method. The best solution results obtained when the population size of 100, crossover rate of 0.8, mutation rate of 0.2, permutation limit value of 115 and generation of 65.

Abstract

The system of determining the number of characters on the vehicle number plate is one of the applications required in modern times today. The first step taken is image capture using the camera, then perform image processing and segmentation on the vehicle license plate image. Then do the determination of the number of characters on the vehicle number plate by using bounding box and selective ratio bounding box. Before the process of detection or the introduction of vehicle license plate required the validity to determine the number of characters on the license plate of the vehicle in order to know the number of characters on the license plate of the vehicle so as not to be wrong in recognizing the character on the license plate of the vehicle. It is expected that the application is able to determine the number of characters on the license plate of the vehicle. Application has been tested on 15 samples of data plate number of vehicles with standard specifications of the Police of the Republic of Indonesia. Tests of 15 data samples were performed 5 times using several variations of the ratio values ​​of the threshold. From the results of the overall testing that has been done, the average level of accuracy in the use of bounding box is 54% in the whole test. In the use of selective ratio bounding box, the highest average accuracy level in the second test was 92% and the lowest accuracy level in the 4th test was 68%. While on the other test obtained the same average accuracy that is equal to 88%.
