Abstract

id.oriflame.com website is an e-commerce of Oriflame Indonesia's beauty products that give opportunity to customers (Oriflame Consultants) to expand their business without the limited time and location. With the ease of this service, but based on the interview results, there are still a lot of complaints felt by the Consultant. It proves that the quality of the website service of id.oriflame.com has not fully satisfied the Consultant. The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality factors of id.oriflame.com website service which affect the satisfaction of Oriflame Consultant using 7 independent variables. The Data were collected through an online questionnaire of 140 respondents of Oriflame Indonesia Consultants Branch of Surabaya with the age ranges between 18-44 years. The type of this research is quantitative research that used E-S-QUAL and E-RecS-QUAL model and multiple linear regression analysis method to know the factors that influence the customers satisfaction. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the variables that affect the customer satisfaction (Customer Satisfaction) is Efficiency, System Availability, Fulfillment, Privacy, Compensation and Contact. While the most affect of Customer Satisfaction is Fulfillment and Contact.

Abstract

Teknologi mixed reality akan membuat interaksi antara user dan aplikasi terasa nyata. Teknologi ini adalah perpaduan antara dunia maya (virtual world) dan dunia nyata (real world), sehingga diharapkan pengguna akan dapat memahami terhadap informasi yang diberikan. Salah satu penggunaan teknologi mixed reality adalah penggunaan pepper ghost. Pepper ghost adalah salah satu teknologi yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan sebuah objek holografik yang interaktif. Disamping penggunaan teknologi mixed reality, terdapat suatu teknologi interaktif, yakni Kinect. Kinect menjadi alat kontrol utama dimana user sudah tidak menggunakan perangkat konvensional pada umumnya (keyboard, mouse, dan sebagainya). Dengan menggunakan kinect, user hanya menggunakan bahasa tubuh yang nantinya akan diterjemahkan menjadai sebuah perintah tertentu pada aplikasi.

Abstract

Streaming and video conferencing technology can be utilized to implement distance learning technology such as virtual class. One of platforms that can be used in developing a virtual class is WebRTC. This research intends to design and implement virtual class system for FILKOM UB by utilizing WebRTC, which offers solutions to distance learning methods that lecturers and students can do whenever and wherever through the web in real-time. 3 main features of this virtual class are a broadcast feature that allow lecturer to do broadcasting to students, share file feature that allow lecturer to send files to students, and text-chat feature that allow lecturer and students can send chat messages. This research perform functionality testing and results that all of system requirements have been fulfilled in accordance with the analysis of system requirements. This research also perform system network performance testing especially on broadcast feature to know quality of service (QoS) from system. This test results show that highest average delay value on audio delivery is 143.17 ms and video is 198.82 ms. Highest average jitter value on audio delivery is 240.51 ms and video is 134.67 ms. Average packet loss on audio or video delivery is well below 1%.

Abstract

One of the most feared disease in the world today is cancer. For cancer patients, various ways have been done, one of them is chemotherapy. But in chemoteraphy, patients will experience digestive and absorption of nutrients disorder, thus affecting the nutritional status of patients. So, the menu orders for cancer patients become the most important thing to reduce the side effect of chemoteraphy, especially in term to fulfill the needs of energy and protein. In this study, there are 111 food menu, consist of 31 foods source of carbohydrate, 34 foods source of animal protein, and 46 foods source of plant protein.The method in this study using genetic algorithm, which is an optimization algorithm that similar to evolution theory in case determining the chromosomes or individual.The representation used is a permutation representation, with One-Cut Point Crossover and Reciprocal Exchange Mutation methods. The results and analysis of crossover rate and mutation rate combination against the average fitness value showed 0,6;0,4 has the largest average value, which is 762,19. In population test, the highest average fitness score was 631,16 in the 300th population. While in generation test, the highest average fitness value was 666,22 in the 200th generation.

Abstract

Human knowledge has grown. Internet become one of the most useful human's invention. Speaking internet in Indonesia, Telkom declarated FUP on Feb 1 2016. Telkom comparing 320 GB bandwidth with 1,200 movie streaming HD-quality. Of course, streaming video is an interesting thing, but the question arises about the latest codecs such as H.265 that can compresed 50% bandwidth better than H.264. This research make experiment between H.264/AVC and H.265/HEVC compression method. Purpose of this research is to get quantity value from each bitrate, framerate, and bandwidth are used. This research uses streaming duration, throughput, and delay as parameter. The result from measure streaming quality with parameter, streaming duration value at streaming live codec H.264 and H.265 are 22.870 sec, 34.039 sec, streaming store are 10.927 sec, 11.789 sec. Throughput value streaming live codec H.264 dan H.265 are 0.28 Mbit/sec, 0.18 Mbit/sec, streaming store are 0.81 Mbit/sec, 0.79 Mbit/sec. Delay value streaming live codec H.264 and H.265 are 18.04 ms, 24.67 ms, streaming store are 8.47 ms, 8.60 ms. The conclution is streaming H.264 performa is better than H.265, because lower streaming duration, lower delay, and better throughput.

Abstract

PT KAI already has a system that can assess the performance of their employees, it is called Performance Management System. However the system still has not been able to overcome the existing problems. These problems, the difficulty in retain the best people in the company and also difficulties in the recruitment of new high quality employee. This is caused by the increasing competition of intercompany and limited supplies of the talent. So we need system which can overcome these problems, that is Talent Management System. PT KAI has an application that supports Talent Management process, that is SAP Netweaver. PT KAI has not applied it to such SAP application. This is due to different business processes and requires high cost to do further development on the SAP Netweaver application. Developing Talent Management System requires several methods, including the BSC, 360 Degree Assessment, and MBTI. As well as the required way to integrating data between Talent Management System with SAP Netweaver application, that is by using SAP RFC. This system has been successfully tested using white box testing technique for unit and integration testings, and black box testing technique for validation testing.

Abstract

The problem of the utilization of raw materials in the furniture industry is the difficulty of cutting raw materials with the right combination of sizes. To adjust the furniture production requirements, standard-sized raw materials must be cut to fit the needs of the furniture model to be produced. If not done the exact calculation when cutting the raw materials will certainly produce a lot of waste materials unused. The abundance of unused raw materials is what causes the maximum profit can not be achieved so that optimization of the remaining raw materials needs to be done. In this research optimization of the remaining raw materials is done with Genetic AlgorithmCorner Junction (GA+CJ). Stages performed are initial population generation, mutation with Rectangle &Junction Gene Swap Mutation(RJGSM) and Rectangle Rotation Mutation(RRM), evaluation, and selection. The results obtained in the form of chromosome-shaped solution arrangement of pieces of material. The highest fitness is 0.0026 which means consuming 16 pieces of raw material located on generation input parameter as much as 120 generations, mutation rate equal to 0.9, and 60 populations.

Abstract

Crossings train is a cross where meetings of railway line with the way , the highway or a trail other. In indonesia , many cases accident in the area were caused lack of keys no have facilities cross bar train , hence often to cause casualties .In addition , there are also some cases accident on an area of crossings train because the factors human error like road users lacking in discipline or guard at the cross bar that causes inactive of cross bar as its function .To reduce factors accident above , so designed a system control cross bar train automatically with combined some ir censors or censor infrareds as count vehicles and read the speed of a train. Based two of the input , so produced a decision of output the movement of cross. The movement of the decision cross arranged using fuzzy logic sugeno which will produce cross movement move quickly , medium or slowly. For communication the submission of the data in wireless using module nrf24l01. Into execution of the entire program when run , 9971 been gained up to cross 10071 milisecond will close fast , 13031 up to cross 13080 milisecond will close medium and 22461 up to cross 22571 milisecond will close slowly with delivery performance data is wireless 460 up to 580 milisecond by inference a system of working to fit as desired with the execution of the program in do a decision less than a time limit set 61.2 seconds that is the train travel time prior to the the crossing gate railway with the top speed of 60 km per hour with error ratio 4.6 % between system time and realtime.

Abstract

The exchange rate of money by some people who are involved in the economy, especially the inter-state economy is very payed, often influencing one's decision in taking a policy. However, the exchange rate is a very unstable value, has a lot of noise and fluctuation, it is very difficult to predict the exchange rate. Research on exchange rate prediction has become the most challenging research among researchers, and that is considered one of the most important areas of research in international finance. Therefore, an application is needed, which can better predict the exchange rate of Indonesian Rupiah against the US Dollar. In this study the authors use the method of Recurrent Extreme Learning Machine Neural Network (RELMNN), the method can handle time-ordered datasets and can improve the ability of the Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) method in training and adapting. After testing with optimum parameters, and compared with ELM method, we found out that RELMNN method is superior to ELM method with Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value of 0.069502%, while ELM method get MAPE 0.090423%.

Abstract

Lactashare is a startup in social movement.The startup aims to disseminate breastmilk donation in Indonesia because of the national exclusive breastmilk target 80% that has not been reached. It affected by several factors, such as working mother, no baby initial milking, low production of breastmilk, and the limited of lactation counselor. Therefore, Lactashare needs a management information system that support the business process. The concept needed to build system base in development of information system is Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). One of SDLC framework is Use case Driven Object Modeling with UML or named as ICONIX. ICONIX consists of six process. This research provide an insight to build a system that support Lactashare in requrements analysis and system designing phase in ICONIX process. Evaluation is an important activity in Requirements management. Evaluations that used in this research are tracebilty matrix and Correctness. Tracebility matrix refers to the ability to describe and trace the Requirements growth from the start to the end. Correctness used to observe the correct level of a features that made to the described Requirements. The result of this research are artifact of every ICONIX process and traceability matrix and correctness show that design system is correct to the requirement.
