Abstract

The crime against the body and life continues to increase every year, judges as decision makers against criminal defendants have a very important role in providing decisions. However, there are some things that the judge needs to consider in making decisions, so that the problem of uncertainty can be a judge's obstacle. The author applies a method that can solve the problem of this uncertainty is Dempster-shafer (D-S). D-S algorithm has belief value that serves to determine the influence between symptoms obtained from an expert. In this case the expert can not give the value of belief karana must be in accordance with the evidence and real sanctions. So with Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm (PSO) belief value will be raised as well as doing optimization to get maximum results. In accordance with the test conducted from the case data of the penganiaayan obtained maximum belief value based on PSO parameter test. The result of system accuracy calculation by using belief value that has been optimized with D-S on 29 cases of abuse shows accuracy of 13.79%. The result of this accuracy is not maximal due to complex problems with the output (Output) of the system more than one. For further research, we can use Artificial Neural Network (ANN) method or with algorithm Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).

Abstract

Urban green space (RTH:Ruang Terbuka Hijau in Bahasa) is the spaces within the city or the wider region in the form of area/region as well as in the form of the area extend path gives the benefits of ecological, social, cultural, economic and aesthetic to urban environments. According to the Board Indonesian Forum for the Environment (Walhi) East Java by 2016, RTH in the Malang City, reaching only 2% of the territory of the Malang City. At this time many residents who have been demanding greater participation in establish public policy decisions that government affect. Malang is also the difficulty in finding RTH in the Malang City, only 3.6% of his only RTH is known in the Malang City. Geographic information system recommendation of public participation urban green space is one of breakthrough for community to participate in giving recommendation of RTH in Malang City. By utilizing LBS (Location Based Service) technology and Geotagging on the android device allows the community to provide recommendations RTH that desired of the community. This information system also helps the community in facilitating to find RTH in Malang city. So the government more facilitated in determining the development of RTH in Malang city.

Abstract

E-Commerce is all electronic information media that connects between organizations with external stakeholders (Dave, 2011). Since its inception in 2012, Online Travel Agent XYZ experienced several cases of cyber attacks committed by irresponsible people. An example is the theft of credit card information that befell a travel blogger and a ticket refund process by an unknown party. In this study, researchers conducted a test with multiple linear regression analysis method to determine what factors that affect the users's behavioral intention in transacting on Online Travel Agent XYZ. By using several models namely User Acceptance of Information Technology (UTAUT), User Information Internet Privacy Concern (IUIPC), and addition factor, privacy, security, and trust into this research. Variables that build the model in this study include: performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influences, facilitating condition, control, awareness, privacy, security and trust. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research which are the factors influencing the users's behavioral intention are trust, performance expectancy, and social influence.

Abstract

Heartbeat and body temperature are vital signs that routinely checked by the hospital to determine the clinical signs are used to confirm the diagnosis of a disease. In the process, heartbeat and body temperature checking in some hospitals still use manual system where a nurse had to come to the patient room to check and record heartbeat and body temperature of the patient. This system is less effective because it takes a lot of time. In this research has been created a monitoring system of the heartbeat and body temperature wirelessly. The system uses pulse sensors to detect the heartbeat, LM35 to detect body temperature, for data processing using Arduino nano and utilize NRF24L01 as wireless data transmission media. This system detects heartbeat and body temperature in real time. The processed data is then displayed on an application. The information provided on the application include heartbeats per minute, body temperature, and indicators of the condition of the heartbeat and body temperature of the patient. The application also have a features that can store heartbeat and body temperature at a certain time. Based on the test results, the success rate of the system in detecting heartbeats is 97.17%. While success rate of the system in detecting body temperature is 99.28%. For data transmission, the system can perform data transmission smoothly at a maximum distance of 15 meters to the barrier. For storage in the database, the system can store data as expected.

Abstract

Reliability and availability of database server becomes the crucial things of application system. There are so many researches that have been done in order to increase the reliabilty and availability of database server. The example is using database replication mechanism. MariaDB is one of DBMS that has a replication mechanism through MariaDB Galera Cluster application. MariaDB Galera Cluster has several methods called State Snapshot transfer (SST) which is used for replication process, namely Rsync, Xtrabackup, Xtrabackup-v2, and Mysqldump. This study focused to compare the performance of Rsync method and Xtrabackup-v2 method. The experimental results show that both methods have a similar performance. Number of nodes in a cluster can affect the performance of cluster. Cluster with two nodes would be more vulnerable to become an error if one of the node becomes has failed. Therefore, the minimum number of nodes on a cluster is three on condition that there is just one node that failed. This experiment also results another conclusion that SST method that used and number of nodes can affect the replication times. Rsync method has a shorter duration of replication compared to the Xtrabackup-v2.

Abstract

Water is one of the basic needs of living things derived from natural resources. The Government provides a regional water company called Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) to fullfil the clean water needs of the people of Indonesia, one of which is located in Malang. PDAM water needs prediction system serves to predict the water needs of the people of Malang, so water needs will be guaranteed in the future. Variable used is PDAM water usage data from 2008-2013. Genetic algorithms are used to optimize the subset of universe in fuzzy time series. Search solution uses real-coded chromosome representation, then processed with genetic operator (crossover, mutation and selection). Method of genetic operator used is one-cut-point crossover, uniform mutation and elitism selection. The result of testing genetic algorithm parameter values, obtained the optimal population size is 360, the length of chromosome is 60, the best combination of crossover rate and mutation rate are 0.4 and 0.2, and the number of optimal generation is 550. Based on the best genetic algorithm parameter value, obtained the prediction result with the error value (MAPE) is 2.266776%. These results showed a good predictive ability with low error values.

Abstract

Climate change that happens because of global warming also cause change in rainfall patterns. Knowing rainfall patterns is really important for some activity and works. So, rainfall forecasting is needed to understand the rainfall patterns in the future. One of the method used in forecasting is Support Vector Regression. But, SVR still has weakness in determining the right values for the parameters. So, an optimization algortithm is needed to help determining the values of the parameters in SVR. The purpose of this research is to do rainfall forecasting in Pujon area, Malang using Support Vector Regression that's been optimized by Improved-Particle Swarm Optimization. Optimization of SVR is done for getting the optimal values of SVR's parameters. The optimized SVR's parameters are (learning rate constants), (complexity), (Hessian's coefficient), (error rate) dan (kernel's coefficient). The rainfall forecasting for the first ten days of January from 2007 until 2015 by using IPSO-SVR resulted value of 0.213389 in RMSE compared to using only SVR which resulted value of 25.839085 in RMSE. This proved that optimization of SVR using IPSO is better compared to using the unoptimized SVR.

Abstract

Jatropha (Jatropha curcas L., Euphorbiaceae) is a plant that has many uses that as a raw material medicines and vegetable oil (biodiesel). Jatropha is used to cure various diseases. Some people also make Jatropha as a main ingredient of their livelihoods. However, the quality of Jatropha decreased due to various diseases. Lack of knowledge about the disease of jatropha and do not know how to overcome it became one of the causes. As well as the unavailability of media for the public to know the diseases that attack. To know and make it easier to diagnose diseases that attack jatropha, a system needs to be made. To support this diagnosis used k-nearest neighbor and fuzzy method. The first step of this method is entering training data that contains symptoms. Then classification using the k-nearest neighbor and fuzzy. Then we get the result of this system which is the diagnosis of Jatropha's diseases from nine diseases that there are. Results of tests performed on this study, obtained the highest accuracy by 80%

Abstract

UB Press is part of UB's academic implementation support unit (UKPPA) with main program focus on e-book, conventional and citation. UB Press is divided into three divisions, publishing, marketing and administration, finance & facilities and infrastructure. The process of activities at facilities and infrastructure division still use conventional processes of demand for goods, data collection of goods and goods out and ordering goods all still using manual form. Given these issues information system that can support the business process of goods management is required. The model of management information system using Rational Unified Process which focus in the inception and elaboration phases. In the inception phase, need to analyze is performed which produces 15 features consisting of 12 functional requirements and 3 non-functional requirements and 12 use cases. In the elaboration phase needs to modeling the system and evaluate the system. At the modeling phase the system produces analysis of classes to be a class diagram, data modeling and user interfaces modeling. In the evaluation phase the system uses a traceability matrix where each condition can be traced to features, use cases, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams and interfaces. In addition to using traceability matrix, a consistency analysis was used to calculate the consistency level of need indicating 100 % shows all of the needs element are connected.

Abstract

Wheelchair was initially very helpful for users with leg defects, But there are problems for users who have more flaws to move their hands so some users are still difficult to use the wheelchair. Based on these problems, Researchers used head movement as an embedded system-based controller as wheelchair control. System will use an MPU6050 sensor which will be placed on the user's forehead and 2 pieces of NodeMCU where 1 NodeMCU on the controller is used as client and 1 NodeMCU in the wheelchair as server. Based on the implementation, by using the complementary the problem of reading angle values caused by noise can be solved so that the output becomes more stable and accurate. From the tests that have been done on 5 subjects, it is known that the initial determination of sensor readings is not 0° but has a range of X-axis angle values ​​of -11.61° to -20.70° with an average of -14.86°. Based on the head movement performed on the test, the average value on the X-axis is 30.24° when it is downward and -40.46 ° when upward. As for the Y-axis obtained and average value of -27.97° when tilt to the left and 26.83° when tilt to right. For data transmission, the system has 100% success rate with average response time about 52 ms.
