Abstract

PT Beon Intermedia is a company provides website hosting services based in Indonesia. The company focused to costumer satisfaction and they are well aware how significant costumer is. In the interest of intensify the customer, they consistently analyze customer problem. To analyze the problem customer encounter. They utilize chat data from Customer Care, which is customer care division are the only one to deal with the customer. From data chat can be discovered problem like obstacle and complaint about the services. By analyzing customer care's chat the company expected to found out the services could be improved. To ease analyze process by company the search engines is needed. Search chat with proper result can accelerate the process. In this research, the search chat application will be developed. The search chat application implement Cosine Similarity which measure similarity between query inserted and chat. The calculation of similarity will be measure proximity the vectors. The vectors represent chat and query as a reference. For compute chat as a vector, which is text based. The application will be weighted the text using TF - IDF method. The application is website based. Result of this research is search engines. To assure the accuracy of search engine, this research will be test with accuracy test. Accuracy test has two cases with different query. The result for first test case is 80% accuracy and the second case is 60% accuracy.

Abstract

Public Senior High School 3 Lamongan is an educational institution or agency that organizes educational, teaching and learning activities, examinations, and/or training. To support the teaching-learning process and an effective and efficient examination process, a good examination system is needed. However, this school has several problems in the exam process such as the susceptibility of students to cheating because each student gets the same questions during the exam so that in the exam process students can cheat with friends. In addition, at these schools the teachers had difficulty analyzing the results of the exams to find out what number of questions we're often answered incorrectly by students which would later be used for discussions in class. Environmental problems also underlie this research, where the school in conducting exams for a year spent 234000 sheets of paper. To reduce these problems, an online exam system was built to manage the exam process and test results analysis with features for creating questions, conducting exams, analyzing exam results, and recap score. This system was developed based on android using a Codeigniter framework on the backend side while on the frontend side using native apps technology which uses the java language. This study resulted in 43 functional needs and 1 non-functional requirement. The test results on the system, namely the unit test produced a valid status on each path tested in 3 sample units, integration testing resulted in a valid status in 1 test case, validation testing resulted in a valid status on 43 requirements tested, and compatibility testing showed that the test status was a success. which means the system can run well on various Androids and meets compatibility aspects.

Abstract

Stress is a condition caused by interactions between individuals and the environment, giving rise to the perception of demands that originate from situations in a person's biological, psychological and social systems. The field of object classification research has been carried out, making it possible to create technology in the field of object classification with high accuracy. There are many objects classification methods, in this study mainly discuss the K-NN (K-Nearest Neighbor) method. Research on each variable in the K-NN algorithm to determine the best variable in classification. This study will examine the patient who is experiencing stress can be helped to identify the level of stress themselves by answering a series of questionnaires about the symptoms experienced. The accuracy testing is performed using the K-NN algorithm, that k and training data that are different each other including k= 5,8,10,15 and training data of 8,18,38,50 respectively on a patient dataset with symptoms and its weight . This research resulted a patient diagnosis and K-NN maximum accuracy of 82%

Abstract

Securing ballots is an important aspect in upholding the principle of trust in e-voting, which means that public must have confidence in each instruments which form an e-voting. Fraud by the administrator can not be handled by implementing an encryption algorithm alone, because on many e-voting systems, administrator has task to do the decryption. Fraud on ballots from administrator can be avoided by not providing data ballots directly to administrator, this can be done by tallying the ballot. This method in cryptography can be done by using an encryption algorithm with homomorphic property. The new variation algorithm of Schmidt-Takagi algorithm found by three mathematicians and computer experts from the Tokyo Institute of Technology namely, Takato Hirano, Koichiro Wada, and Keisuke Tanaka has a homomorphic property. This algorithm was chosen because it is said to be faster in the encryption and decryption process than the Damgard-Jurik algorithm. At the end of implementing the algorithm, the average time taken by the system to encrypt with the majority of votes 1; 10; and 100 are 2,682ms, 2,893ms and 2,976ms. Then the average time for decryption with the same scenario are 1,459ms, 1,51ms, and 2,775ms.

Abstract

Coffee is one of the most popular drinks in the world, and is favored by many group, including in Indonesia. The taste image of coffee has the characteristics of each type of coffee. One thing that influences the image of the taste of coffee is the maturity of the coffee beans. For this reason, an introduction to the level of maturity of coffee beans is carried out by utilizing the color space of the coffee bean image. The research conducted utilizes a comparison of the extraction of RGB and HSV color spaces as the first test and the addition of LBP texture extraction in the second test. Based on tests carried out on 500 images of coffee beans, the best accuracy was 99.2% in the first test and 98.2% in the second test. Testing using a backpropagation neural network.

Abstract

In general WSN can be build with one node and one gateway. Comunication between node sensor and gateway using other device that support wireless network as bridge such as LoRa. WSN with LoRa does not have authentication system. If considering in few years, system without continous authentication also has a big risk so that is became a requirement to have countinous authentiction. With countinouse authentication node and gateway can still recognize their valid pair. Give more protection while comunicating. Use Ephemeral Diffie Hellman Over COSE (EDHOC) method as alternatif solution for fixing problem with key management approach. For reducing other party or illegal attacker probability of sniffing and eavesdropping while communicating. The result of this research found out system generate new key based on time configuration that already set for updating key authentication. Other than that performance system after applying countinous authentication has a significant effect such as does not impact delivery time and giving extra protection while communicating.

Abstract

Posyandu is a Community-Based Health Effort (UKBM) organized from, by, for and with the people with the aim of prospering the community in the health sector. Those who manage posyandu consist of nutritionists, midwives and cadres. One of a kind is the toddlers posyandu which only serves patients under five years old. At the posyandu a monthly activity will be held in the form of checking the condition of infants. In the checking process there are stages of measurement, recording and reporting. There are many cases of losing books or losing KIA books so the data cannot be updated. With this problem the KMS recording and reporting system was built. It is expected that with this system the possibility of losing KIA books will decrease and the possibility of data errors will also decrease. This system was built using the Android operating system and using the waterfall SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). This system chose the Android operating system because mobile devices are practical and easy to carry everywhere. If the user loses the smartphone, data about the child's growth is stored on the database server. This system uses MySQL as a database and volley to move data from the database to the system or vice versa using the PHP language. In the needs analysis process, there are 9 functional needs and involve 2 actors namely guest and member. In the implementation process using the Java language as the basic language of the Android operating system. Whereas the testing process uses 2 types of testing namely white box and black box. White box testing uses 2 methods, namely unit testing and integration testing. Black box testing uses a validation testing method to test every need.

Abstract

The service of each service will never escape from imperfections including the Population and Civil Registry Service (DISPENDUKCAPIL). Service improvement aims to create a sense of comfort and increase satisfaction and trust towards DISPENDUKCAPIL employees for the residents of Malang City. The categories or types of complaints that often go into DISPENDUKCAPIL are complaints on issues of Identity Card (KTP), Family Card (KK), deed (birth, death, and marriage), moving or coming letters. The categorization of various types of service complaints that have been sent to DISPENDUKCAPIL can be done using classification. Classification of service complaints is done using the Naive Bayes method and the Glasgow-II Feature Selection. The process starts from text preprocessing, term weighting, Feature Selection, Naive Bayes training, and Naive Bayes testing. Based on the results of tests conducted using the Naive Bayes method and the Glasgow-II Feature Selection, values ​​of accuracy, precision, recall were 87.5%, 85.1%, 88.075% and an average accuracy of 81.25%. Whereas by using the Naive Bayes method without the Glasgow-II Feature Selection the accuracy, precision, recall values ​​were 84.375%, 83.1%, 81.5625% and the average accuracy was 79.99%. So, that the use of the Naive Bayes method and the Glasgow-II Feature Selection are able to provide better results.

Abstract

Bank X has branches all over indonesia, with operational process running for 24 hours everyday. Computer is certainly one of the most important technology for oprerational needs and banking activity. In order to keep the performance, Bank X has a routine of replacing their computer. This routine has become one of Bank X's biggest expenses. This is beause good quality and complex hardware and software require high cost, and the number of computers owned by Bank X. This replacement routine, has not been carried out effectively. From these problems, the research will be carried out related to the prediction of computer replacement using K-Nearest Neighbor Method. K-Nearest Neighbor method is a simple, fast, easy to understand, effective and accurate method for datasets with large data training. This research was conducted to determine the class of a computer, ‘Yes' or ‘No'. ‘Yes' indicated a computer needs to be replaced, and ‘No' indicates a computer does not need to be replaced. The Data Training used is in the form of 43713 computer data owned by Bank X throughout Indonesia. This method was tested with K-fold Cross Validartion, by testing several K values to get the K value with the highest accuracy. The value of K=4 gets the highest accuracy of 99.6088%. The results of this research is a computer classification management information system in the form of a web. This research is expected to make it easier for Bank X to determine which computers need and do not need to be replaced, in order to be able to make effective decisions in computer replacement.

Abstract

Services in the form of delivering tourist information are being pursued by the Malang City Government. Malang City tourism management is handled by the Malang City Youth, Sports and Tourism Office. The number of visits in 2018 foreign tourists around 15,304, Indonesian tourists around 4.8 million. DISPORA Malang City strives to disseminate tourism information efficiently and effectively, so that it can support Malang City to become a smart city. One of the efforts is to design a tourist info application for Malang City based on mobile apps, by adjusting user needs and being integrated with local offices. This study uses the Human - Centered Design method, understands and analyzes the user context, analyzes user needs using the Competitive Analysis method from the point of view of strength, weakness, content, design, user experience, and opportunity, which results in design suggestions for application design. Making design solutions in the form of wireframes, mockups, and high fidelity prototypes. The prototype testing phase used 15 respondents. In testing there are six task scenarios, to get results from the effective, efficient, and user satisfaction aspects using the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. The results of the effective aspect are 96.6%, efficiency aspects are 91.8%, user satisfaction aspects are 77.3%, the prototype is on a grade scale C which is 71 - 83, acceptability ranges are acceptable, and adjective ratings are good. an average of 88.5%.
