Abstract

Every child has unequal talents and abilities. But not all parents can recognize about the talent that is actually owned by their child. Many parents are misjudge about the potential related to their child. As a result, many children do a subject which not appropriate with the passion they had and can not develop in their profession because of the minimum passion to it. With a system that can determine the talent and intelligence, it is expected that there is a good synergy between teachers and parents to provide an appropriate guidance accordance to the ability owned by them. The processes did on this research consists of 2-stages fuzzy.. The first stage is the determination of talent with Fuzzy Logic and the second stage is determining the percentage of child's intelligence level with Fuzzy Inference System Tsukamoto. The membership function of both will be optimized using Genetic Algorithm to get more optimal result. The accuracy obtained after the optimization with Genetic Algorithm is 87.91%, 27.08% better than without using optimization with an accuracy of 60.83%. The best fitness value was variation of chromosome with 7 genes, population size 100, number of generation is 70, and combination cr=0,8 and mr=0,2.

Abstract

Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) is a wireless network that consists of multiple sensor nodes. WSN can be implemented using a Message Queue Protocol Telemetry Transport (MQTT). MQTT is a protocol that runs of the TCP / IP protocol, so each node that doesn't have a network interface can't use this protocol. Message Queue Telemetry Transport protocol - Sensor Node (MQTT-SN) was created to connect the devices. The gateway is an intermediary between the sensor nodes that run in the MQTT-SN protocol with the broker that runs on the MQTT protocol. Advertisement and discovery is a mechanism used for the client to traces the identity of the gateway, so the client can connect with the gateway. This mechanism is very important because it is the first process before doing other processes such as publishing process. Therefore, this research proposed to implement the mechanism on microcontroller arduino pro-mini and NRF24L01 as communication module. The result of this research is the client able to recognize the existing gateway ID and gateway managed to pass data onto the client to the broker, which marked the receipt of the data by the subscriber.

Abstract

The position of the football player is very important for a player or team. Mistakes and less than optimal position of players can be a factor of defeat in a match. Therefore the positioning of players becomes a very important factor in the game of football. The purpose of this research is to assist the coach in determining the football player's position. In the Analytic Hierarcy Process (AHP) method, weighting criteria is calculated according to the importance of the criteria. Methods Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) is a method that uses distance as a reference for making comparisons. The selected alternatives are not based on criteria, but are compared with positive and negative ideal solutions. To benefit from each of these methods, feeding the authors applies a combination of AHP and TOPSIS methods. In this study, the AHP method is used for weighting. While TOPSIS method is used for alternative ranking. The data used for testing using 100 data ball players. The data is processed using AHP and TOPSIS calculations. The results of the scenario will be compared with the test data to obtain the accuracy value. From the comparison, obtained an accuracy of 58%. The result of recommendation of position according to original position of player equal to 58 data.

Abstract

The development of technology today is directly proportional to the rapid growth of online information media. The growth of online media is getting attention from internet users in Indonesia whose numbers also increased sharply. Media companies are starting to glance at this market. Media companies are beginning to provide online media such as creating websites. Tribunnews, Detik, Liputan6, Kompas are a handful of examples of online media most frequently accessed by internet users. Tribunnews became the most frequently accessed online medium based on data from Alexa. Therefore, the purpose of this study would like to discuss the extent to which the quality of tribunnews.com website based on user perceptions. Therefore, this research uses webqual method that focuses on usability, information quality, and service interaction quality based on voice of customer (user perception). The IPA method is useful in analyzing the degree of conformity based on user perceptions with user expectations. This IPA method will also be able to show the level of gap between user perceptions and user expectations which are further illustrated in the IPA quadrant. This research instrument uses questionnaires. The population of this study is the general public who have accessed the website tribunnews.com with random sampling technique. The results of this study can be a reference for the development of the website tribunnews.com and can add a library of webqual and IPA methods.

Abstract

The endocrine system is a gland system that acts on the human body whose secretedness called as hormones. Hormones are chemicals which carried within the bloodstream to tissues and organs and then stimulate hormones to perform certain actions. Hormones work directly into the blood without going through the ductus. Endocrine disease is very dangerous and can even lead to death if it were not treated immediately. In the BPJS system that implemented by the Indonesian government, general practitioners serve as the main gateway in diagnosing the disease or determining whether to be referred to a specialist. In the case of endocrine disease patients, it is very dangerous if not treated early, whereas referral process to a specialist or hospital takes a long time due to many patients who come. The purpose of this modelling system is one way done that aims to provide early help for patients with endocrine diseases. This application is developed by using PHP programming language using CodeIgniter framework and MySQL database. The process of calculating the diagnosis of disease using the Dempster-Shafer method. Testing is done by comparing the conformity of results between the diagnosis of the system and the results of expert diagnosis. Based on 35 tested data, obtained 91.428% test accuracy level indicating that modeling expert system diagnosis of endocrine disease with dempster-shafer method can well functioned

Abstract

Nowadays the Internet become the most popular way to get and share information. But not all regions in Indonesia have an uninterrupted Internet connection. Rural, mountain climbing, and marine are examples of areas having interrupted Internet connections. These problems can be solved by adapting Delay Tolerant Network (DTN) technology. In this research, the DTN Network was simulated in The ONE Simulator to compare performance of DTN routing scheme with buffer size, message size, and different geographical location. Routing protocols that used are Direct Delivery and First Contact for Single-copy routing schemes, and MaxProp, Spray and Wait, and Epidemic for Multi-copy routing schemes. The results show that the performance of Multi-copy routing scheme is better than Single-copy routing scheme, especially on the Delivery Probability and Average Latency value. With the highest Delivery Probability value of 98.08% compared to 88.56% of Single Copy, the lowest Average Latency value is 40.3138s, compared to 41.2028s of Single-copy, the lowest Overhead Ratio is 367.66%, compared to 0% of Single-copy. MaxProp routing protocol generated the best Delivery Probability value. While, the best Average Latency value generated by Spray and Wait routing protocol. And Direct Delivery generated the best Overhead Ratio value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to help prospective house buyers in getting the recommendation for an ideal house to be purchased. Prospective house buyers that were looking for a house of their dreams still found it difficult to obtain the appropriate recommendation suitable with their desires. Therefore, this study was conducted to create a decision support system application of ideal house recommendation to facilitate a prospective house buyer in obtaining an ideal house recommendation. The input data used on this system is a weight priority measure for each criteria and sub criteria of the house specified by the prospective house buyer. Then these input data are calculated by using analytic hierarchy process - weighted product method. The analytic hierarchy method is used to obtain the criteria and sub criteria weight which is then used for the calculation of weighted product method. The final result of this system is the rank order of ideal house recommendation. The test performed on this system is done on the pairwise comparison matrices with 80% accuracy.

Abstract

Pemilihan tempat pendidikan yang bagus dan sesuai dengan kemampuan anak merupakan hal yang harus dikombinasikan untuk menunjang kemampuan perkembangan seorang anak. Apalagi pada masa pemilihan sekolah setelah lulus jenjang Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) merupakan suatu keputusan yang harus dilalukan sambil mempertimbangkan masa depan. Dalam memilih sekolah lanjutan banyak hal yang biasanya dipertimbangkan, seperti Nilai Ujian Nasional (NUN) yang di dapat oleh siswa, jarak antar rumah siswa dan sekolah, fasilitas sekolah, bahkan prestasi-prestasi sekolah yang dianggap bisa menunjang kemampuan siswanya. Dari permasalahan tersebut, maka dirancang sebuah sistem untuk memberikan rekomendasi sekolah menengah atas sederajat di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) - Elimination Et Choix Tranduisant La Realité (ELECTRE) - Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). AHP melakukan perhitungan pembobotan kriteria, ELECTRE melakukan klasifikasi alternatif “favourable”, dan TOPSIS melakukan perankingan terhadap alternatif sehingga muncul rekomendasi sekolah yang sesuai dengan kriteria pengguna. Untuk pengujian, dilakukan uji akurasi pada metode TOPSIS dengan membandingkan data rekomendasi yang dikeluarkan oleh sistem dengan data yang didapat dari pakar. Pengujian akurasi pada metode TOPSIS mendapatkan nilai akurasi sebesar 82,98%.

Abstract

The Informatics Engineering Programme in Brawijaya University has 5 (five) interests that should be taken by each students in their course period. Considering the importance of this interests to students' academic process which later will affect their final project until their graduation, therefore students are expected to choose their insterests based on their attentiveness and ability. Based on the Faculty of Computer Science Handbook Universitas Brawijaya 2016, there are 5 (five) interests existing in Informatics Programme, namely Software Engineering, Smart Computing, Mobile devices, Computer Networks and Games. In order for students to choose the right interest then they need a recommendation system for students so that students can choose interest that suites their talent, desire and scores of courses that have been taken. By implementing K-Nearest Neighbor method which aims to give recommendation of interests based on attribute of compulsory courses scores. Testing is done by comparing the results of the interests that has been verified by campus' academic with the results of the system. From the test of data train as much as 30 data of students which have chosen their interests hence gotten the result of accuracy as much 76.66% to trainned data with the most optimal K value, the K value 10, therefore can be concluded this recommendation of interest system can help student give recommendation of interest which will be chosen.

Abstract

Many of the operation Trikora stories are only stored in the histroy museum. So many people unaware of the armed conflict and the heroic battles that happen in the operation. Video game is an interesting way to tell the story of Operation Trikora then the game Warship Operation Trikora was made. Game design is the process of making the content and rules of a game. Iterative process method in game design that is making prototype, played, and refined repeatedly before considered final. 3D graphics means to achieve generation of fictional worlds in the player's imagination that grow from a comprehension of the 3D representations so forming immersive video game. To build a narrative gameplay, a game designed with creating a battle story screnarios in form of a steps that consists of a collection of events in the game. Inside the the battle story scenarios there is events in the form of task for the player, it is called an objectives. Based on the tasks, objective can be grouped into 5 types that is area scope, location pointer, attack the ship, attack the plane, attack the pillbox. Iterative desgin methods are used to test objectives when it's applied in a game by creating a rapid prototype, performing playtest, and revised. This activity repeatedly until the game is considered decent to be implemented. Implementation of 3D characters needed to create assets of characters that involved in the battle story scenario. There are 7 types of characters in the form of ships, aircraft, and pillbox. Implementation of the scenes is done with Unity game engine by decorating environtments and placing game objects so that create the scenes forming an unique menu and stages. Each scenes is connected to each other. Script are implemented to create battle scenarios in digital version of game with C# programming language. Warship Operation Trikora has functional 100% working as expected both from scene flow, character mechanics, and objectives. Comparison of respondents between before playing this game and during playing this game, showed an knowledge average increase by 8.33 out of 10 knowledge presented in the game. Based on usability testing, 9 out of all game usability heuristics are included in good criteria and 8 out of all gameplay heuristics also included in good criteria.
