Abstract

The Department of Communication and Informatics of Kediri City is a government agency engaged in public services, communication and informatics. In carrying out these activities, an information technology governance is required that can regulate and control each activity. In addition, human resources also need to be provided and their readiness is ensured in carrying out these activities. Therefore, lack of human resources and ensuring existing IT resources are problems that must be overcome by the company. There is a guideline that can measure the level of capability of existing IT resources, COBIT. This study uses COBIT 5 guidelines to measure the level of IT resource governance capabilities with a focus on the EDM04 - Ensure Resource Optimization and APO07 - Manage Human Resources processes. The data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews, and direct document review. The results of the measurement of the capability level obtained are in the process of EDM04 - Ensure Resource Optimization at Level 1 with a value of 72.3% in the Largely Achieved (L) category and in the process of APO07 - Manage Human Resources process at Level 1 with a value of 73.2% category Largely Achieved (L). Based on the results of the capability level obtained and the expected level of capability to be at Level 3, so that each process has a gap of 2 levels. Recommendations given in an effort to reach the expected level are focusing on fulfilling documents, monitoring and evaluating existing IT resources, and making policies or monitoring actions on existing human resources.

Abstract

Mobile JKN application is a form of BPJS Kesehatan's commitment in providing services and ease of access for BPJS Kesehatan users. BPJS Kesehatan in organizing the health insurance program since 2014, can be assessed how the people of Indonesia make use of health insurance implementation facilities through the JKN Mobile application based on user reviews of the application. Sentiment analysis needs to be done to analyze reviews provided by app user. This study used the Maximum Entropy classification method coupled with the Gini Index Text for feature selection. Sentiment analysis consists of data collection process, text preprocessing, word weighting with raw tf, followed by feature selection using Gini Index Text, then classification using Maximum Entropy with features obtained from the previous feature selection. The results of this study are that the best accuracy value is obtained when using the number of features or threshold of 80%, with a value of evaluation as an accuracy of 85,36%, a precision of 92,18%, a recall of 75,59%, and f-measure of 82,85%.

Abstract

CV. Aryoko Indonesia is a publisher organization using Aryoko Indonesia Publisher as the brand name. It has two types of resellers: agent based resellers and regular resellers. Resellers order books through a desktop application following by WhatsApp for confirmation. This process takes time and involves manual work which has higher human error risks. In addition to that, the desktop application also has limitations. This study was conducted to design and develop a web-based application that overcomes those problems. To develop the application, this study used Waterfall approach which includes Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction and Deployment. This study also used Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) and Unified Modelling Language (UML) to modelling the data and processes. The application was developed by using framework Laravel and tested with white-box testing and black-box testing.

Abstract

Linda Cable is a growing privately-owned business located in Trenggalek District specializing in cable television service. With their increasing popularity, LindaCable still use physical records to keep track of their customer's monthly subscription bills. Seeing as they have two methods of payment: at home paymentwith the help of collectors or payment at Linda Cable office, the upkeep of physical records become increasingly difficult and time consuming not to mention the worry of human errors. To tackle this problem a dedicated mobile application is a practical solution offering mobility and efficiency in keeping up with customers' monthly billing. One of the most important aspect of application development is the User Experience design. To create said User Experience a method called HumanCentered Design is used so that user and stakeholder needs can both be covered. Usability testing covering effectivity and efficiency aspect of the design solutionshowed the design solution has a 100% efficiency rate with 0,20 goals/sec time based efficiency and 100% effectivity. The user satisfaction score, established with the help of SUS questionnaire, has a score of 70 which indicates the solution is in a “good” category.

Abstract

The rapid development of co-working spaces in Indonesia according to the current list of Indonesian Co-Working Space Association (ACI), this also effects the competition in the co-working space business. As one of the co-working spaces in Malang, EZO Space currently still has problems in its business process. The room reservation process, membership registration, partnership application and room availability information system are still manual, clients must send a message via Whatsapp or comes to the place directly. Managing order data, payment data and membership data also still uses Microsoft Excel. One of the ways to achieve their successfull business is by providing system information reservation and make new innovation which name as event starter, to bring together creative workers in events they have initiated themselves. Therefore, the development of Web-Based Co-working Space Information and Booking System which is developed using programming language PHP with Laravel Framework, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and MySql database. The system was developed using waterfall method, limited to testing only. The system is tested using white-box testing for 3 units and black-box testing with 73 test cases which get 100% valid results, and usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method which gets a value of 75.6.

Abstract

The management of the futsal field affects the success of this business. In handling business activities, it often experiences obstacles in the order process, transaction management, transaction recapitulation, and transaction reports. This problem occurs in the futsal field at Zona SM Malang , in the organization of transactions still using the offline system by recording orders, making proofs with paper, making a data recap that the manager has difficulty because there is a lot of paper to be collected and also unorganized storage of ordering data for field use. Futsal properly and correctly so that the data will be lost. For the ordering system, tenants must come to Zona Malang SM location to place an order. As a futsal court, ZONA SM requires an order system to manage transaction data and ordering systems. Based on these problems, it is to improve the effectiveness of the field ordering process and data management in Zona SM Malang Futsal. The system development in this study uses the SDLC waterfall with an object oriented approach, the design stage uses UML modeling which can be used to make implementations, the system is built using the programming language PHP, HTML, and CSS. For databases using MySQL. The testing phase on functional requirements uses blackbox testing and whitebox testing and shows 100% valid results on both tests. Testing for non-functional requirements uses browser compatibility testing and shows the results that the system is compatible in various browsers.

Abstract

Convection is a business that is engaged in the manufacture of clothing or textiles managed by individuals with an order scale of under 500 pieces. Convection performs the production process when there are orders and does not perform when there are no orders, also does not produce the clothes themselves to be traded. In general, the developed system has four important processes as solutions to existing problems. The important process includes direct design in system by consumer, negotiation process between consumer and convection, production process which consumer can monitoring the process by update from convection, and accumulation of production and turnover which convection can monitoring it. In the system development phase, the model used is to use SDLC Waterfall. The developed system consists of 38 functional requirements that are divided into two different actors. In developing the thesis system, several supporting technologies are used to make it easier to work. Supporting technologies used include MySQL Database Management System, PHP Programming Language, and PHP Laravel Framework. The process of developing system is divided into several structural phases which form the basis of this thesis research method. These phases consist of requirements analysis, system design and implementation, to testing. Testing method in this research are used white box testing method at the unit testing and integration stage, and black box testing is used in the validation testing stage. System testing carried out has overall valid results on the test cases that have been made. The test case created is based on the previous stage, namely the needs analysis and system design.

Abstract

UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) is an aircraft that can be controlled remotely either by humans or programmed automatically. UAV control requires a joystick controller. However, the use of a joystick as a UAV controller requires special skills in its use. Therefore, the author created a hand position-based controller that is easier to understand by people who are not familiar with the use of joysticks. However, the sensor readings are often inaccurate, therefore the Kalman Filter is used as a solution to reduce the inaccuracy. The test results show that the use of kalman filter increases the accuracy of sensor readings by using the calculation of the Root Mean Square Error. Based on testing the suitability of control using hand gestures on the movement of the UAV, the accuracy rate of control success is 85% for pitch and roll movements and 70% control success for altitude control
