Abstract

Badminton is one of the most famous sports in Indonesia. Badminton is a type of sport that is played by hitting a shuttlecock using a racket until it goes beyond a jarring or net that is stretched in the middle of the field. When choosing a badminton court to rent it is usually done with a group people playing. Therefore, this study aims to develop a badminton court recommendation application in Malang city by using a Group Decision Support System (GDSS) that can provide recommendations for a group of users. This application was built for the Android operating system. To get the results of group recommendations the TOPSIS and Borda algorithms are used. The application will display a list of badminton fields in Malang along with detailed information and location of the field. The application also applies the Location Based Service (LBS) method, which is marked by the availability of directions feature, so users can easily search for the route to the desired badminton field using the help of the Google Maps application. There are 3 criteria used in the application, namely price, distance and number of fields. Testing the functional requirements with the blackbox method obtained 100% results. The results of testing the comparison of system output with manual calculations obtained 100% valid results. Usability testing using SUS obtained an average value of 80 with Grade Scale getting a B value and Adjective Rating getting a Good value.

Abstract

Fast food restaurants are one of the businesses in the culinary field that are developing very rapidly at this time. Labor plays an important role in providing services to buyers where it can also affect income and also support the economy of a restaurant business, one of which is Warung Gunung (Wagu) in Kediri. In Wagu itself, there is a different division of job desc for each group of workers. When scheduling manually, it also takes a long time and is prone to human error. Therefore, it is necessary to have computerized scheduling of workers to carry out production activities and services to consumers effectively and efficiently. In this study, the scheduling process is carried out using the Genetic Algorithm method starting from the representation of chromosomes to the worker code and division, then carrying out a one-cut point crossover and reciprocal exchange mutation process to get new offspring which are then used in the selection process using elitism selection for the next generation. Based on the results of the parameter testing that has been carried out, it produces the most optimal solution without any violation of shift worker scheduling by producing the largest average fitness value is 1 which is found in the population size of 520, the number of generations is 450, and the combination of cr and mr is 0,6:0.4.

Abstract

New Santri Admissions (PSB) or known as New Student Admissions (PPDB) are a series of processes carried out by educational institutions such as schools to select prospective students. The process of admitting new students at MAS Nurul As'adiyah Callacu, Sengkang city has a flow for taking forms, filling out forms, returning forms, registering by administration (determining majors), selecting tests, announcing and introducing the scope of the madrasah, a series of processes still using paper media in the implementation process resulting in several problems. As many as 70% of prospective santri come from outside the region, thus requiring them to visit schools to carry out the registration process. In addition, registration using paper media also causes data accumulation and additional work for the PSB committee to enter data into the excel application. Based on these problems, research on the construction of new santri admissions websites is expected to be a solution. The first process carried out was requirements engineering and designing and producing 6 actors, 70 functional requirements, 2 non-functional requirements and 17 database entities. Then, the system is implemented using the PHP programming language, codeigniter framework with MySQL database. after that it is tested at the unit stage, integration, validation and a compatibility and performance testing process is carried out with the results that the content and system functions can run 100% well.

Abstract

PT Eltama Prima Indo is a company engaged in the chemicals sector which provides services in the form of epoxy paint products, epoxy coating, and sandblasting services. Along with the rapid development of technology, PT Eltama Prima Indo wants to maximize technology as their marketing medium, especially Google search engine. However, PT Eltama Prima Indo does not yet have a page or website that is intended for search engine optimization. Therefore, this study begins with the development of a website with the address https://www.epoxynesia.com using the Wordpress Content Management System (CMS). Then proceed with website optimization on the Google search engine using the on page and off page Search Engine Optimization (SEO) method. This study uses research & development or implementative methods to test the effectiveness of on-page and off-page SEO implementation on keyword rankings, performance, and the number of epoxynesia.com visitors on Google search engine. Based on the analysis of SEO and competitors, epoxynesia.com is known to require the implementation of on page SEO and off page SEO to adjust the website to the rules of the Google algorithm to compete with competitors. After the analysis is carried out, the authors continue to implement on-page and off-page SEO. Then, the implementation results are tested using several tools to determine the changes in the ranking of keywords, performance, and visitors that are obtained. Based on the results of these tests, there was an increase in keyword rankings, performance, and visitors. In addition, the increase in the SEO authority score for the domain authority version of Moz increased by 14 points. Meanwhile, the Ahrefs version of the domain rating increased by 31 points.

Abstract

Mental health is a state of the psychological and emotional condition of an individual that is functioning well. An individual is considered mentally healthy if this individual can perform well at coping stress and anxiety, adjusting or having a good and stable emotional state, and do activities and functions productively. When an individual acts otherwise, this individual is likely to have a mental illness. Mental illness is also considered as an invisible illness which causes many people aren't aware of their own mental health condition. One of the mental illnesses that many people are suffering from is depression. This paper is aimed to learn about depression severities on the Faculty of Computer Science students who are currently conducting their theses by utilizing a machine-learning method. University Students Depression Inventory (USDI) is utilized to examine depression severity based on the three correlated factors which are motivation factor, academic factor, and lethargy factor. The machine-learning algorithm that was used in this research is Fuzzy Tsukamoto. A total of 65 student cases were examined and it resulted the accuracy of 76,92%.

Abstract

The Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) of Malang City in its efforts to implement a smart city wants to create a mobile application for regional tax information. The application is expected to be a bridge between Bapenda and the community to make services and payments online through the application. Of course, the application needs to be well-made and easy to use so that people don't get confused when using the application. Based on this background, it is necessary to design a user experience for tax information and integrated payment mobile applications using the Human Centered Design (HCD) method. The research stage is carried out by determining user characteristics, identifying user needs, designing prototype and conducting tests. Identification of user characteristics and needs is done by creating empathy maps, personas and user journey maps. After that, for the designing prototype it is necessary to create a user flow and information architecture from the application. The design results are in the form of wireframes, screen flow and high-fidelity prototypes. Testing is done by assessing the effectiveness and efficiency aspects of usability. Based on the test results, the success rate is 91% and the time-based efficiency (TBE) is 0.15 goals / sec.

Abstract

YouTube is one of the most popular platforms used to share videos. One of the main components of YouTube is users who upload their videos to the YouTube platform (content creator) using a special page Creator Studio. Even so, over time the old technology used in creating Creator Studio limited YouTube to further develop it. To overcome this, YouTube developed a new page called YouTube Studio which is accompanied by a complete change of appearance for all content creators. This research was conducted to determine the comparison of the user experience of the two pages using User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) and diary study. The UEQ comparison results show that the old page is better than the new page in almost all aspects. According to the diary study, one of the main problems with content creators comes from the separation of various information into various tabs that are difficult to access on new pages.
