Abstract

Bogor is one of the cities with a fairly high population growth in West Java Province. According to data from the Central Bureau of Statistics of the city of Bogor (BPS) in 2020 the city of Bogor has 1,126,927 inhabitants. The city of Bogor has increased by 1.33% compared to 2019. By looking at the trend of population development in the city of Bogor which continues to increase, it can be predicted that the number of people with social welfare problem will continue to increase. Some decision is needed to use and maximize usage of existing data for better understanding of the problem, therefore the City Government can make better efforts to reduce people with social welfare in Bogor. Geographic Information System (GIS) can be a useful tool to help visualizing the population condition of an area to describe the level of welfare of its population. GIS can also provide information in the form of thematic maps so that the condition of an area towards poverty can be presented in the form of digital map visualization and can make it easier to understand the information presented. This GIS shows existing data of people with social welfare and combine it with the existing geographic features. This social welfare data will be displayed with a Bubble Chart type of visualization. This type was chosen because it can clearly visualize the comparison of data for each sub-district.

Abstract

This study discusses finding the shortest route with the Fuzzy Tsukamoto algorithm in the Wireless Sensor network (WSN). The Fuzzy Tsukamoto algorithm is one of the algorithms that analyzes inputs, evaluates a number of possible paths and produces solutions. This research is intended to find out the results of data visualization in matlab, the best rute that can be produced, and the time used by this Fuzzy Tsukamoto algorithm. This research was conducted in several stages including the preparation of fuzzy, fuzzification, inference, defuzzification, and continued with the Floyd-warshall algorithm to determine the most efficient distance from nodes that have been plotted randomly on WSN. This Floyd-Warshall algorithm works by relying on weights issued by Fuzzy Tsukamoto. From this study, data from experiments with nodes 10 to 1000 were obtained against distance, time, and QOS parameters in the form of throughput, packetloss, energy, delay. Based on these parameters, coherence is obtained between the number of nodes and the time used where the more nodes, the longer the time used in the algorithm computing system will be. This is in contrast to the relationship of nodes with other parameters, namely distance and QOS, where the increase in the number of nodes does not affect the result of these parameters because the node plots on the WSN are carried out randomly and the shortest route taking is based on the smallest weight of the Fuzzy Tsukamoto algorithm. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that fuzzy Tsukamoto's algorithm can be well in determining the shortest route of nodes that have been plotted randomly.

Abstract

The Riau Province Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises is a government agency that organizes programs related to industry, trade, cooperatives, small and medium enterprises in Riau Province. DISPERINDAGKOP UKM Riau Province has a UPT PLUT KUMKM which is tasked with collecting data and services for UMKM players in Riau Province which are still done manually. Then a service information system and data collection was developed using the waterfall model method. The system can be used by the community, MSME actors, and local governments, has the main features for product management, service, and data verification for MSME actors that apply optical character recognition to extract ID card data. This system has 25 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement. This system was developed using the Laravel 8 and Bootstrap 4 framework. This system was tested using unit testing, integration testing, compatibility testing, and validation testing. Based on the test results, the cyclomatic complexity value is low and the results are valid for 67 test cases in the validation test on the system that has been implemented, it is stated that the system can run well in accordance with the results of the requirements analysis and design.

Abstract

E-Commerce is the process of buying and selling goods to consumers that can be done more quickly and efficiently, and is not limited by space and time. Supported by the covid-19 pandemic, online transactions or e-commerce increased rapidly compared to the previous year, which had an impact on PT. Java Indo Arjuna, a company engaged in plant cultivation, conducts sales manually, from product management to transactions, so a platform is needed that can handle these management problems. This is the background for the development of an e-commerce admin monitoring and management system called isitaman with the agile scrum model method because the system requirements are not known for sure. From the Agile Scrum method, 13 use cases are generated as basic needs, 8 main features, 4 main admin features, 17 product backlogs, and 20 sprint backlogs. From the 20 sprint backlogs, 4 sprint iterations were produced that implemented sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, user interfaces, APIs, source code, black box testing and sprint reviews as well as retrospectives. From blackbox testing, the results are 100% valid.

Company profile is an image of the professionalism of a company that can be used as an effective marketing tool because there are visual elements in the form of images and text The PT Asia Civil Indonesia website is an Indonesian company website that provides consulting, project management & construction and delivery services for various 'Capital Projects' including infrastructure, property, industrial, marine, energy and commodity assets However, it was found that in fact there were several problems that occurred on the PT Asia Civil Indonesia website, namely the first regarding the content design which is currently still felt to be monotonous and the second is regarding the distribution of information, it is felt that users are still have long loading This research was conducted with the aim of generating solution ideas that can support solving problems experienced by users when accessing the PT Asia Civil Indonesia website Design Thinking is a problem solving method that focuses on the user or the user, then for the testing phase using usability testing with the System Usability Scale approach Tests carried out using the System Usability Scale approach got a score of 80 with an adjective ratings rating that was above “Good” and below “Excellent” and had increased to grade “B” and Acceptability Ranges in the Acceptable category From these results, respondents successfully completed several tasks given and it is known that the user interface of the PT Asia Civil Indonesia website is included in the acceptable value range with a good adjective rating and Acceptable

Abstract

Lumajang Bersahabat is the official e-Government application for the Lumajang Regency Government based on a mobile application that can be widely used by the public to obtain information about Lumajang. The usability evaluation of the application that has been carried out so far is limited to involving the internal organization of the organization with a conventional approach. The developer requires usability evaluation from external parties, namely the community as users to get input and materials for developing the Lumajang Lumajang application in the future. This study aims to testing Lumajang Bersahabat that involves users with usability testing methods and the Human Centered Design (HCD) approach which produces recommendations for user interface improvements. Usability testing produces values from aspects of effectiveness, efficiency, and user Satisfaction and Human Centered Design (HCD) as an approach to product design that focuses on user testing. In the usability evaluation phase I resulted in an Effectiveness value is 71.2%, an efficiency value is 65.5%, and user Satisfaction with an SUS score 46.25. The Human Centered Design process produces an interface improvement design in the form of a prototype to solve 9 usability problems and add 7 new features according to user needs. Phase II usability testing on the interface improvement prototype resulted in an increase in the Effectiveness value to 98.4%, the efficiency value to 97.5%, and user Satisfaction with an SUS score of 84.58.

Abstract

PT Segar Murni Utama (MOJOTRAS) Mojokerto is a company engaged in the processing of Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) which was founded in 2004 in the Mojokerto area, East Java. PT Segar Murni Utama (MOJOTRAS) Mojokerto is a company engaged in the processing of Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK). In mineral water production activities, the company produces several kinds of products, namely Gallon products, 1500 ml bottle products, 600 ml bottle products, 330 ml bottle products, and 240 ml cup products. In this production process there are things that need to be considered by the company, such as the achievement of activities that are not in accordance with the product sales target and there are several errors that occur during the production process. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct evaluation on the current production business process using the Quality Evaluation Framework (QEF) which aims to evaluate the quality of business processes based on facts. As well as the Raci Chart method which aims to identify the duties and responsibilities of participants or stakeholders in the company, and model them into the Business Process Model and Nation (BPMN). Business process evaluation can be used by companies to compare the business targets made with the final results of these business activities.

Abstract

Cassava is a plant that can be used as a substitute for the daily staple food. Many farmers encounter obstacles at the time of post-harvest cassava, which is not suitable for harvesting for consumption. Most farmers do not know the fertility of the land to be planted. Implementing a monitoring tool on the system for observing the fertility of cassava agricultural land can be a solution. The method used is the Telemetry method. Where Telemetry is the process of measuring the parameters of an object (objects, space, natural conditions) whose measurement results are sent to other places via cables or without using cables (wireless). Telemetry is expected to provide convenience in measurement, monitoring and reduce barriers to obtaining information. Sensors are connected to components, then these components will be connected to each other through communication in the sensor network. From the implementation of the test, the results obtained from the test were that the tool worked properly where the monitoring tool could retrieve data from the research place where the sensor was installed. Then the monitoring tool can also send data to the webserver and the webserver successfully receives data from the monitoring tool and then saves it to the database on phpMyAdmin and displays it on the web pc or cellphone. Performance is obtained based on throughput, packet loss and delay with the result that the throughput is 8,567 kbps. The packet loss of is 0.1%. The total delay is 4.449 s and the average delay is 1.6322 ms.

Abstract

Stroke is a dangerous disease and can occur at any time. High cholesterol is one of the causes of stroke. Cholesterol measurements are generally carried out on an invasive basis, namely taking blood samples. Invasive-based cholesterol measurements can damage the skin tissue of the patient by using a needle to remove blood from the body. There is a way that is safer than the risk of injury that is based on non-invasive. There are several non-invasive methods, one of which utilizes infrared light that penetrates the skin so that it can measure what is flowing in the blood. Non-invasive measurements have been carried out in the measurement of cholesterol, but there is no filter program in it. Filters are needed to improve sensor accuracy. Kalman, Moving Average, and exponential filters can be applied to reduce errors. This study has aim to examine the role of filters in non-invasive cholesterol measurement. The parameter measured is the BPM value from the sensor. The sensor from the research has an accuracy of 99.86%. Kalman, Moving Average, and exponential filters have been tested for accuracy compared to invasive cholesterol measuring tools. On the measuring instrument with the addition of a kalman filter, an accuracy of 92.595% was obtained. For measuring instruments with the addition of a Moving Average filter, an accuracy of 95.189% is obtained. In measuring instruments with the addition of an exponential filter, an accuracy of 93.682% is obtained.
