Abstract

PT. Kencana Tiara Gemilang is a plastic sheet manufacturing company that was founded in early 2014. Managed by professionals who have decades of experience in the plastics field. The author finds that there are several processes that are not carried out properly so that business processes become hampered or less effective. These indications are found in the marketing business process, namely the existence of activities that are still manual so that improvements will be made and there are activities that are not needed. This study uses the Business Process Model Natation (BPMN) diagram. From here, business processes are analyzed using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method and to make business process improvements using Business Process Improvement (BPI). Then the results of the current business process and the results of the recommendation business process are found in the marketing business process the average difference between the current business process and the recommendation is 37.25%, 49.18% in the business strategy plan sub-process and 74.27% on the sub business process marketing plan.

Abstract

SARS-CoV-2 virus, also known as COVID-19, has become a very deadly epidemic for the past 2 years. At the end of 2021, the world was threatened by the emergence of a new Covid-19 variant, namely omicron. This variant is referred to as one that is very fast in transmission. The virus was first detected in South Africa and was designated by the world health agency (WHO) as a variant of concern under the name B.1.1.529. This has made omicron a big topic of discussion throughout the world community until now. Social media have played a crucial role in spreading information about the variant of omicron throughout the world. Twitter is a microblogging social media platform that is very effective in sharing lots of information. The number of tweets uploaded every minute is very large, up to 350,000 tweets. This number can be a very useful source of data for obtaining a public opinion on certain topics, especially the covid-19 omicron-related tweets. Sentiment analysis plays an important role in this issue. By using the sentiment analysis method, these opinions can be classified into positive or negative opinions. The long-Short Term Memory algorithm is one of the methods used in classifying the sentiment of public opinion. Optimization of this model is done by using the Glove word embedding method. This method works by counting the occurrence of a word with another word and then converting it into a vector. The result of sentiment analysis using the Long-Short Term Memory and GloVe Embedding method with 100 dimensions resulted in an accuracy rate of 82%.

Abstract

PT Telkom Indonesia TBK is one company that consistently serves the country and provide telecommunication to Indonesian spread throughout Indonesia. Entering the era, Telkom Indonesia continues to develop digital business, including Indihome, and Internet of Things. In development at PT Telkom to become digital communication company, there was a trial and error in the service to customers. As what happened at the PT Telkom Lembong - Bandung, there several problems that reduce the effectiveness of the work carried out by Boss, Maintenance Technician and Sales. There are 2 main problems that researcher could sum up from interview that researcher did with potential user. The first problem is the troubled from boss or atasan for monitoring or supervising technicians in their work, moreover, there is often miscommunication between technicians. The intention from miscommunication between technicians is technicians could go to the same user's place at the same time. The second problem is the sales put the data from new customers manually. In addition to the occurrence of data could be tucked away, customer data that has been obtained is not neatly arranged. With the problems that has described above, Telkom Lembong need an application system to help oversee the work of technicians and help the sales in data collection new customers. This application take a case study in Telkom Lembong, name the application is TEKSAS. In development the application TEKSAS using method SDLC Waterfall. In research and development, researchers conducted needs analysis, design, implementation and testing. At the analysis stage obtained 22 functional. At the implementation stage using the Java programming language using Android studio. At the testing stage, there are 3 test, namely unit testing, validation testing, and compatibility testing.

Abstract

E-comerce is a new paradiggm in the bussiness world that change the traditional trade paradiggm, from conventional trading to electronic comerce commerce by utilizing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or better known as internet technology (Karimi, 2020). Humans are starting to feel comfortable using e-commerce systems, because by shopping online humans no longer have to go to shopping centers (Prajok, 2021). Through the e-commerce system, users only need to visit the e-commerce site, shop for what they need, the payment is completed, and the product arrives at the doorstep according to the delivery time. The use of e-commerce can be accessed via a computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Considering nowadays it can be said that almost everyone uses gadgets, from computers, laptops, tablets, or smartphones, this certainly make it easy for customer for transactions online.

Abstract

COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019) is a new type of disease related to the same virus family as Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) and several strains of the common cold virus. Along with the increase of positive cases, the resources needed in handling COVID-19 cases also increase. To overcome this problem, anticipatory measures are needed so that the resources needed in handling COVID-19 such as health workers and medicines will be available before positive cases spike. In this study, the method used is the hybrid Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) method. The ARIMA-LSTM model is built by combining the ARIMA (2,1,2) model with the LSTM model which has 4 hidden states and 1 layer. ARIMA model is used to predict the trend value from time series data while LSTM model is used to complete the ARIMA model forecasting by predicting the time series residual value. Based on testing, the ARIMA-LSTM model achieved high accuracy, especially in short-term forecasting with an error rate of 1.8 percent for forecasting cases for the next 3 days.

Abstract

The Internet is growing rapidly, communication between internet users is also increasing from time to time around the world. The Internet today is customized by thousands of autonomous systems (AS) that exchange information and communicate using the Border Routing Protocol (BGP) protocol. BGP is a standard gateway routing protocol that is used to introduce to the public outside the network by peering and exchanging network information between US. BGP introduces to other networks with peering to all connected AS and who have been registered in the list of AS numbers. BGP is also responsible for the routing of that occurs between axles and also has an important role in routing. Routing data information can be seen in the RIB or can be called a routing table. Routing information in BGP is so complex and has an extensive network, it is not possible to collect and view routing data one by one. The disadvantage if you look at the data as above is if the BGP has many peers in the US and outside the US in the network. To facilitate the monitoring and evaluation of the BGP Network, a service is needed to monitor and evaluate the network, namely the visualization of BGP routing data. With the aim of saving time, effort and cost in maintaining the BGP network. This final project focuses on the process of how the network topology Border Routing Protocol (BGP) get the service that is by visualization based on data routing Border Routing Protocol (BGP). The network topology is applied to Docker and configured with FRRouting. Visualization is applied to the web interface with Laravel, Tailwind CSS and d3.js. Testing of the visualization system is done by validating the data against the data routing Border Routing Protocol (BGP) with the results of visualization, error testing of the visualization system and testing the best path to the visualization system by changing the route on the routing protocol Border Routing Protocol (BGP). The results obtained visualization system works well in accordance with the function and based on data routing Border Routing Protocol (BGP).

Abstract

Mobile Apps “Teladan Apps” is an application that has been developed to give employee access more easily and comfortably for work activity to employees in Teladan Prima Group companies engaged in plantations and Palm Oil factories in this pandemic situation without leaving the house. As a new product, the development team from the application Teladan App hasn't evaluated the User Experience. This research uses the Usability Testing method to identify usability problems. This method can help to find the chance and understand the activity and preferences in using a product (Moran, 2019). The evaluation process and upgrading application “Teladan Apps” will use User-Centered Design (UCD) which is an approach way in the making designs that puts the user at the center of the design. The result of this evaluation and examination using the Usability Testing method in the prototype of Teladan Application, the application obtained a value of 91%. The result accomplished from the dissemination UEQ questionnaire in the second step examination represent 6 aspects which is the attractiveness with an average of 2.29, the perspicuity with an average of 2.21, the efficiency with an average of 2.19, the dependability with an average of 1.99, the stimulation with an average of 2.14, and the novelty with an average of 1.90. From the evaluation result for all aspects have a positive grade.

Abstract

Meeting management is a step to plan, organize, lead and control meetings that have been scheduled. Fakultas Ilmu Komputer (FILKOM) differentites the scope of the meeting into study program meetings, department meetings, faculty meetings and committee meetings. The stages of holding meetings in FILKOM are preparation, execution and accomplishment. The first stage in preparation is to determine the chairperson of the meeting. The meeting leader determines the topic, participants and schedule. Furthermore, the secretary helps determine the room for the meeting and contacts the participants. But there are obstacles because the meeting initiator has difficulty getting the schedule of participants and the secretary has difficulty choosing a meeting room because there is no meeting room schedule. The meeting management system at FILKOM was developed to address these problems. The system development uses the waterfall model with an object-oriented approach. Testing are carried out using unit testing, integration testing and validation testing. White-box testing is used in unit and integration tests. Blackbox testing is used in validation testing. The results of all tests are 100% valid.

Abstract

Knowledge Management System of UMKM Bogor application is an application designed with the aim of disseminating uneven knowledge and knowledge management for Bogor UMKM actors. This application was made based on the needs of the Bogor One Stop Integrated Service and Investment Service (DPMPTSP) with the Bogor UMKM Forum. This study aims to design the User Experience for Bogor UMKM Knowledge Management System application so that the application created has good results for its users in terms of usability and user experience. The method used to carry out the design is Human-Centered Design (HCD) which consists of stages of user context analysis, user needs analysis, solution design, and solution design evaluation. The user requirements analysis process results in one user and one stakeholder. The user needs analysis process found that the Bogor UMKM KMS system had 15 functional requirements and 3 non-functional requirements. The solution design process is generated by wireframes, screen flows, mockups, and prototypes. The solution design evaluation process is carried out using usability testing. The test results show the level of effectiveness of the design that has been created reaches a value of 70.0%, the level of efficiency reaches a value of 0.06 goals/second, and the level of user satisfaction as measured by SUS reaches a value of 78.75 (grade B). The results of the UEQ questionnaire show the attractiveness aspect value 1.87, perspicuity 1.88, efficiency 1.93, dependability 1.78, stimulation 1.30, and novelty 1.08. User experience has good results because all aspects of UEQ are above average.

Abstract

Mobile ad-hoc network (MANET) is a network that can function without a fixed infrastructure. In MANET, the communication process is managed using a mechanism called a routing protocol. In this case, a problem arises that generally can occur in MANET, namely network security problems. Wormhole itself is a network attack that cannot be carried out by one node, because basically a wormhole attack forms a tunnel that connects one wormhole node with other wormhole nodes. Therefore, this study evaluates the impact of wormhole attacks on the MANET network using the Location Aided Routing (LAR) routing protocol. From the results of the tests carried out, the effect of increasing the number of nodes in the network before the wormhole attack occurred to get the best value from the packet delivery ratio parameter of 97.13% for a variation of 40 nodes. For the average end to end delay parameter, the best value is obtained at a variation of 20 nodes with a value of 57.06ms. And the best value of the routine overhead parameter is obtained at a variation of 40 nodes with a value of 0.73. While in the scheme after the wormhole attack, the value of the packet delivery ratio parameter increased significantly, achieved at a variation of 30 nodes with a value of 99.92%. For the average end to end delay parameter, the best value is obtained at a variation of 30 nodes with a value of 41.62ms. And for the routine overhead parameter, the best value is obtained at a variation of 30 nodes with a value of 0.18..
