Abstract

The Raden Rahmat Islamic University Library is a library that provides circulation divided into 3 services, the first is membership services, second loan services, and third loan status update services. Each service process is carried out on one officer and inadequate facilities. Some of them are the absence of a list of catalogs, the use of membership cards with poor quality, and the piled-up use of social media as a loan status update service. At the same time, one officer has to handle three services simultaneously, which hampers the circulation process. Therefore this research was conducted to build an application that can help or improve library circulation services for officers and members. Application development in this study uses the waterfall lifecycle with an object-oriented approach. Applications are developed using kotlin and jetpack compose programming languages. This application also supports scanning QR-Code to improve individual lending services and attendance instead of a guest book. The application has been tested on the unit, validation, and compatibility tests.

Abstract

Sexual education is still often considered taboo by most Indonesian people. A survey conducted by Durex Indonesia shows that 84 percent of Indonesian teenagers have not received sexual education. In fact, it is very essential for sex education to be taught to teenagers, especially when they are entering adolescence. A sexual education application named "Edusex" was developed in this study using the prototyping development method. This application provides learning materials as well as quizzes that can be done to help teenagers understand the material. Apart from that, there is also a discussion forum and personal consultation feature with psychologists. Teenagers can use these features to consult regarding sexual problems they are encountering. The type of developed application is a progressive web app that allows users to access the application using various types of devices and has several mobile app functionalities. There are four types of testing, namely functional testing, compatibility, usability, and application usage impact testing. In functional testing, the result obtained is 100% valid for all functional requirements. The result of compatibility testing shows that the website can be accessed on most browsers that are commonly used. The application has also been able to be used properly by the users based on the usability test. Based on the application usage impact test, the Edusex application has increased the users' sexual knowledge.

Abstract

Stress can happen to anyone and prolonged stress can cause mental health problems. However, many people continue to be unwilling to consult with mental health professionals about their concerns instead opting to complain on social media, such as Twitter. Many people use Twitter to vent their frustrations, making it possible to utilize text classification to determine someone's stress level from their tweets. In this work, the Support Vector Machine technique with Information Gain feature selection is used for text categorization. The data used in this study were 87 documents with details of 29 'Heavy' class documents, 29 'Medium' class documents, and 29 'Light' class documents. With a k value of 5, the test was run using the K-Fold Cross Validation method, and the distribution of training and test data was 80:20. The comparison of the results between the Support Vector Machine method alone with the combination of the Support Vector Machine and Information Gain methods produces the best accuracy on the Support Vector Machine method alone with an accuracy of 59.11%, precision of 29.99%, recall of 38.67%, and f-measure of 33.53%.

Abstract

Mahardika Clinic is one of the primary clinics operating in the city of Bogor which provides pharmacy integrated with the clinic. The problem faced by the Mahardika Clinic is that the bookkeeping of medicines is asynchronous because when there is a sale of drugs, the Mahardika Clinic employees in charge of the pharmacy do not always update Excel because of the large number of patients served and another problem faced is drugs that are expired but unknown by clinic staff because there is no marker indicating that the drug in Excel will expire. From this problem, the solution provided by researchers in increasing the effectiveness of bookkeeping drug sales is to make notes that are integrated with the prescriptions given by doctors in the medical record, make drug accounting records that show drugs that will expire. From the solutions provided, the researchers developed these web-based solutions and used the waterfall method. The method begins with interviews, literature studies, needs analysis, design and implementation, testing, conclusions and suggestions. From the results of the needs analysis, there are 27 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement. the design and implementation results use the PHP programming language using the Laravel framework, MySQL. In unit testing, 3 samples were used which resulted in valid values and had a complexity value below 5 in all three samples, validation tests were carried out on 27 functional requirements which resulted in 100% valid values for 27 functional requirements, and compatibility testing was tested on 6 different browsers which provided result that the system runs fine across browsers.

Abstract

Software Defined Network (SDN) is a current technology developed in computer networks to overcome the drawbacks of traditional networks that are complex and difficult to manage. Although many new functions in SDN have been explored, the issue of resilience to connectivity disruptions in SDN still remains challenging. Measurement studies have revealed that link and node failures are frequent and unexpected in data center and web area network environments. In SDN, there are two approaches in handling link failures, viz: proactive and reactive approaches. In the proactive approach, an alternate path is configured from the beginning, but the possibility of failure of the alternate path earlier than the main path will cause the alternate path to be reconfigured for each failed link, which is not only impractical but also exceeds the limit of entries in the flow table so that the storage required will be even larger. In the reactive approach alternate paths will only be created if there is a link failure, thus reducing the storage load on the switch. ONOS has 2 reactive forwarding methods that can be used in the ONOS controller, namely Intent-based Reactive Forwarding and Reactive Forwarding. Based on the test results, by applying the Intent-based Reactive Forwarding and Reactive Forwarding methods, the average recovery time test results are obtained. The test results show that Reactive Forwarding is still better than Intent-based Reactive Forwarding in the scenario of path termination and alternative path discovery with an average recovery time of 1395.81 ms and 1536.6 ms, respectively.

Abstract

The dominance of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) has increased global attention to NCDs. Puskesmas is one of the frontlines in carrying out community service efforts including controlling NCDs. The use of information technology systems is needed in various fields, one of which is in the health sector. By using this NCDs early detection information system, officers will be able to facilitate data collection and search, reduce the occurrence of double data in the data, find out more quickly and precisely how many patients are affected by NCDs, and rapid distribution of NCDs data to the ministry of health. So that the impact on the puskesmas will help achieve the required program targets. The non-communicable disease (NCDs) early detection information system was built using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method. The results of the examination will immediately determine how many patients are affected by NCDs. this system will be implemented using the visual studio code framework with javascript, html, and using phpmyadmin as a database to store data. This system gets 21 functional and 1 non-functional, and gets 2 actors, namely admin and health workers. This system test uses 3 ways, namely unit testing with the whitebox method, validation testing with the blackbox method, and compatibility testing. Whitebox testing uses 3 algorithm data and manages to get a 100% valid value with the system algorithm flow as expected. Blackbox testing managed to get 100% valid results on all tested functionality because it was in accordance with the expected results. Compatibility testing managed to get 100% valid results on the tested non-functionality because the system can be run on several web browsers.

Abstract

Non-fungible tokens are a way to record, verify, and track the ownership of an asset, both physical and digital, in the form of artwork, music, in-game items, domain names for websites, sports highlight videos to digital products. NFT's popularity in Indonesia started to rise when an account owner on the OpenSea NFT marketplace platform named Ghozali Everyday sold a collection of selfies of himself with sales of more than 1.5 billion rupiah. The popularity of the NFT trend has also triggered people in Indonesia to participate in selling resident identity cards in the form of KTPs which are then used as NFTs. The misuse of this trend has led to many positive, negative and neutral opinions from the public regarding the development of NFTs in Indonesia, one of which is through social media Twitter. A company engaged in the software house sector, Technobit Indonesia, has a similar product in the form of an NFT marketplace application. Technobit Indonesia is re-development taking into account the public's view of the current NFT, thereby delaying the release of their marketplace application to the public. Based on these problems, a classification method is needed that can classify tweet data that discusses NFT in Indonesia. This study uses the Random Forest Classifier method as a classification method for sentiment analysis. This research has several stages, including data collection, preprocessing, weighting of words with TF-IDF, Random Forest classification, testing and analysis. The test results using the best result parameters get an average of 93% for precision, recall, f-1 score, and accuracy with a total of 500 trees and a tree depth of 100 trees.
